Unfortunately their register at drive through was giving the young lady problems, had to wait while my shake was just sitting on the counter. Not her fault… maybe they need to reboot as the screen wouldn’t clear past orders. Poor gal.

I was trying to change the egg roll from my order combo for two tacos and the manager don’t let me do other restaurants always let me do this cuz I don’t like the egg rolls with my bowl combo.,

Jack is always fast and nice at the window. Food is usually pretty good as well! Reason I gave 4 instead of 5 for food is because every now and then I'll just get something that was fried too long or a bad mix of the soda syrup and last time I got both.

Ordered a smash jack burger today $9.18 and I didn't feel good all day. Total rip off , it's a good burger but not worth the expense price. Garbage

They were pleasant but after I got home...I realized that they got my order wrong. I had asked for tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese...which I was charged for but didn't get. Plus....there was lettuce which I didn't want. I didn't feel like going back there to have them correct it...but next time I'll definitely be checking my order before I leave!! I highly suggest the same to everyone else! Maybe if they notice everyone checking their order before they drive off....they'll make a little more effort to get orders right!! 🤔

Plus....there was lettuce which I didn't want. I didn't feel like going back there to have them correct it...but next time I'll definitely be checking my order before I leave!! They were out of the potato wedges so i requested to sub curly fries but the manager refused my request and told me they were out and if i wanted to do that it would be $1.50 more than the wedges cost for adding cheese to the fries. Leslie who takes your order at the window will ask you to repeat something three or more times claiming that she can't hear you when you are speaking clearly and at a normal volume, then she'll mess up your order or make you park for 10 minutes and sometimes both. She always has a smirk when you pull up as if she is entertaining herself by irritating the customers. Advice to management take her off of drive-thru I don't think I'm coming back this is the third time already that she's done this. No one has ever had a problem hearing me or getting my order correct and out quickly until now.

Manager was working the window I asked for some ranch and sweet and sour she says I need to pay extra for it unreal you can’t order food and get the sauces you need for that item unless you pay for it at an extra charge. Then to top it all off she was rude as heck with the guest. I guess my $25 dollars wasn’t enough for them that I need to pay extra to dip my egg rolls. What’s next service fee for ordering.

Tried calling to speak to them and it just rings and rings, 2 different numbers and nothing goes thru. Most definitely will not be going back to this location, just not willing to give more money again and againbfor just worsening service. Wasn't even busy so no excuses.

The point is to make the customer want to come back, and I wouldn’t. Food was good though.

Well what can I say this location is awful . I went through the drive thru dru. I order a jr bacon cheese burger and 2 tacos I asked them I want them well done Cooked. Let me just say the food was extremely awful burger was barely ok. I told them that I wanted my tacos well done sometimes the tacos can be luke warm since there frozen. I don't care what time they pull them out to get unfrozen there still frozen tacos plain and simple. I called back the manager asked me to come back like seriously I was driving home not driving back to simi to show them the food pathetic request by the manager. The manager basically wanted me to drive back to show her my food even though I threw it away plus I wasn't going to drive back to Simi after I drove home . I wish I can give it a zero stars hopefully there cooperation or management will see this post
