I absolutely LOVE this location. From ordering through the app.... sometimes using doordash.... to even making my husband go in.... my order is always correct! Everyone is always friendly and this is by far the best place to grab a quality coffee or iced tea ( with extra ice ) in Simi! ❤️

I have to love the interior of this place. It is so classy and they have a lot of great drinks and my favorite favorite favorite part is that they have absolutely beautiful dessert drinks, mango, strawberry, pure cookies, and cream, it is so nice to see that makes blending with coffee but what really did it for me was I had to have the jalapeño and cheese bagel heated up and a Doppio with with whipped cream, a.k.a. the dope O’Cain it was really comfortable to sit in. Everybody was totally cool. I have to admit I will be coming back here to chill out on my break. They have outdoor seating in the very friendly and the bathrooms are super clean and do not require security lol this is a totally perfect place to chill and enjoy delicious pastries as well as some of the best dessert drinks I’ve had.

this is my favorite cbtl location to come to! i go to cbtl very often across many locations in Ventura/LA counties, and regularly come to this one. speaking on the last year, when i come in the evenings, the place is well maintained, the evening staff is always very warm and welcoming not just to me, but the many people i see them interact with, are receptive to my feedback, and overall make me feel comfortable being in this space. the tea lattes (ask for their tea menu card!) and ice blended drinks are very well done, even compared to other cbtl locations, and certainly compared to other non-cbtl cafés. i've come to this location since 2010 off and on, and have had the best experience here now compared to any other time in the past. i will always very highly recommend cbtl to friends over other chains, and recommend this place to anyone in the area or passing through.

My entire workplace orders coffee bean almost every morning, and it always gets us through the day. I was fortunate enough to meet an incredibly sweet barista named Eden and another barista who was just as sweet. The next time my workplace door dashed something we had cats and dogs drawn on our bags with my name. It was such a a thoughtful gesture, and we loved it! Thank you Coffee bean staff we appreciate you so much!! Also we have never received a wrong order, or anything missing/wrong. Every drink we have ordered has been consistent, and theyve never missed a food item. Overall 100/10 🩵

i absolutely love this coffe bean there so sweet and super friendly fast service too so idk what someone is talking about attitude im personally an ambivert but usally lean more towards introvert but the staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable this didnt happen to me but i did once see a girl working on her homework and she had orderd a bagel and a worker brought it out to her so she didnt have to stop her work which i found so nice and helpful! 100/10 recommend

I prefer the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to Starbucks, generally; I find the coffee to be more interesting, with better blends and roasts. However, the service at the Coffee Bean is definitely less consistent. Sometimes that's good, you may have a really nice interaction with the barista. But sometimes the service is slow and inefficient. Stop here if you want coffee for coffee's sake - not if you're in a hurry to get your caffeine fix. This is a nice spot to sit, hang out for a few minutes, and enjoy a cup.

Yuck! I'm no spring chicken but this was absolutely the worst chai tea latte I've ever recieved...I hate when the product ends up 'grose' but you still tipped to 'pay it forward'... I'd rename this one 'Cinnamon-flavored WATER' You win some..you lose some..but hopefully the next barista will add a little more love when they make this 'usually delightful' drink.

Simi Valley location Tapo Street, it’s always been friendly here except the last time I was ordering I was approached by the manager that I always am changing or asking them to remake my drinks. That is totally untrue when I receive my order the order was watery and of course if the drink is watery, it has to get remade if it’s not right I think the manager here because she’s grumpy I thought she was friendly at first. She was nice because she helped me do my app for me to receive free points and that was amazing however she approached me offended me and acted like I was the one at fault but I made my own drinks watery and I’m the one who made my drink horrible when it’s the person behind the counter that made my drink horrible a new person that does not know how to make my drinks so I was basically discriminated against in this location and I will not be returning to this location ever again the manager is cripple she’s grumpy and she does not know how to treat the customers. they need to replace the manager with somebody more friendlier. She should never approach a customer about getting a drink remade and that I’m wasting product or whatever she tried to get her point across. It rubbed me the wrong way and I will never return to this location ever again. Heather .
