Wonderful experience. Waitress only spoke Spanish she was really shy. I was willing to speak in my broken Spanish but she seemed closed off. The service was great. The cakes were delicious. The atmosphere was spectacular!

How ironic that we come from Panamá only to find Panamá Restaurantes y Pastelerías in Mazatlan. I must begin by saying that the food here is nothing like the food in Panamá. This food is delicious. The menu provides a wide enough variety for anyone to find something they would like. It is actually considered to be one of Mazatlan's "must eat at" restaurants. We ate lunch with a "local" Canadian. (He has lived here for more than 20 + years so he is a "local".) Even though our server tried to speak English, he and I insisted on speaking Spanish. After all, we are in Mexico. (We allowed him to speak to my wife in English as her Spanish is limited.) This is the newest location for the Panamá restaurant and it only opened last month. The place is enormous! Even as big as it is there is a line that quickly builds in the morning. If you want to get in quick then you must arrive early. If you are looking for a great place to go eat, then give this place a try. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Buen provecho, Panama Vagabond

A great experience for anyone. Their cakes and pies are what you want to try for sure. Everything else is good too but you go for their pastries and cakes.

The new location Panama. Beautiful and plenty of underground parking. The food is not expensive. The food is just ok in my opinion. Ask any local and they say the best food in town. Great variety. The tacos enogadas in season is are the best in town. Play area for kids.

The place is gigantic and new with very slow service...our server was obviously new and needed better training...took forever for drinks to arrive...food came sadly french fries were barely cooked...place is way to far away from the tourist area so i doubt will give this location our business for dinner...open the zona dorado panama for dinner please.

I ate recently at Panama Marina and unfortunately got food poison after eating. I can’t say for sure it was the food, but the symptoms began 2-3 hrs later after the meal and it was the only place I ate that day. The room and service were fine, but this experience really impacted my stay at Mazatlan. I hope the management looks into food safety practices to prevent this from happening to others. I suspect the issue was the carrot cake plus there were flies all over.

This is the 2nd time for this restaurant chain and I am not impressed. Food took a long time to come out and was cold. Service is slow, had to ask to for a waiter just to get a drink.

Same menù 🙄 The quality of the coffee decreased. It doesn't even taste like coffee please try and see that I'm not lying. Use to be good, but now they put a lot of water and a small amount of coffee. The woman who announces the names of the available tables can't understand because of the low quality of the sound, and of course, she doesn't speak English so we can't hear clearly our names. Because of her pronunciation. It's a tourist spot! Food same... no changes. Service same Not impressed 😕

The waiter gave us chocolate milk when we asked for chocolate milkshake. I even showed it & pointed it out on the menu. The apfel-strudel was really a disappointment. We've tried the real deal many times in Germany. This was sad- Right out of the microwave-the ice cream was good. The carrot cake was ok. Too commercial & parking was rediculous. Nice staff. Not coming back. Sorry.
