Siamo stati al ristorante pizzeria Modi e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza è una sorpresa davvero inaspettata. Fin dall’arrivo siamo stati accolti in modo spettacolare da Amedeo, una persona davvero speciale che sa come far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Il cibo è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. La pizza marinara era spettacolare: impasto perfetto, ingredienti di qualità e un sapore davvero incredibile. Anche tutti gli altri piatti che abbiamo provato erano preparati in modo pazzesco, curati nei dettagli e davvero buonissimi. Si sente la passione e l’attenzione che mettono in cucina, e questo fa davvero la differenza. Un posto dove si mangia benissimo e dove l’accoglienza è altrettanto speciale. Super consigliato, torneremo sicuramente!
Abbiamo ordinato due pizze, una wurstel con patate al forno ed una con cotto e patate al forno. Che dire? Pizze molto buone, ben condite e con una buona cottura. Cameriere gentile e disponibile. Localetto carino. Rapporto Qualità/Prezzo giusta. Da turista, consigliato.
Abbiamo preso 2 pizze senza glutine. Davvero ottime: impasto leggero, morbidissime, cottura perfetta e farcitura generosa. Non sono una che di solito fa tanti complimenti ma questa era tra le più buone che ho mai mangiato. Si può scegliere qualunque tipo di gusto dal menù delle pizze e te lo fanno senza glutine (con l'aggiunta di 2 euro a pizza sul listino normale) Il prezzo è onesto calcolando la zona turistica. Due pizze (€14 e €17), un caffè, un'acqua e il coperto (€2,80 a persona).... poco meno di 43 euro. Mi hanno anche portato un cestino con grissini, taralli e crackers senza glutine compresi nel servizio. Il personale è stato molto presente, rispettoso e veloce a servire. Bella la posizione vicino al molo da dove partono i tour in barca.
Consigliatissimo per i celiaci. Pizze senza glutine ben levitate (72 ore) e molto gustose. Per i celiaci hanno pane, crackers, grissini, dolci etc senza glutine. Il locale è pulito ed il servizio estremamente cortese. Notevoli i dolci, come la panna cotta con fragole fresche, tutti fatti da loro. Si nota una grande attenzione anche nei piccoli particolari e un gran lavoro per soddisfare il cliente (ad es. col caffè c'era lo zucchero, lo zucchero di canna, il miele, il dolcificante e il fruttosio oltre a due cucchiaini di biscotto). Prezzi onesti. Una piacevole sorpresa. Spiace solo non averli scoperto prima. Consigliato.
Prima esperienza in questo ristorante pizzeria, anche se più di una volta mi aveva attirato, non fosse altro che per la posizione, e devo dire di essere rimasto più che soddisfatto e non solo per la location. Pranzo in coppia, periodo di bassa stagione ma comunque un sabato ben soleggiato e quindi tavoli pieni, nonostante questo servizio veloce il giusto e cortese. Peccato aver dovuto mangiare all'interno a causa di un fastidioso venticello, ma l'ambiente curato non ha fatto pesare la cosa Sul cibo posso fare solo complimenti. Abbiamo mangiato polpo con crema di patate come antipasto e di secondo una grigliata di mare mista ed un fritto misto, tutto più che apprezzato. Soprattutto il polpo era realmente di alta qualità. Non abbiamo provato le pizze, ma vedendo i piatti che giravano non dubito che si rimedierà presto. Prezzi forse leggermente sopra la media, ma ampiamente giustificati da posizione, servizio e qualità di quanto servito. Posso solo consigliare di prenotare, sarebbe un peccato non trovare posto.

Ho cenato a base di pizza (molto buona) in questo locale che si trova nella piazzetta principale di Sirmione, dove c'è anche l'attracco dei traghetti. Sono disponibili tavolini all'aperto che consentono di gustarsi non solo le pietanze ma anche il tramonto. Se si hanno bambini, li si possono guardare mentre giocano in piazza oppure sui due giardini adiacenti. Veloci nel servizio.
Siamo stati domenica a pranzo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima vista lago. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo preso dei primi piatti ottimi sia di terra che di mare. Consiglio pienamente.

Ristorante con discreto servizio . Personale gentile e educato con la clientela. Parte all'aperto pulita e ordinata. Discreta scelta di piatti con rapporto qualità-quantita' prezzo realistico. Buona cucina soprattutto sulla parte pesce. Piatti curati anche nella parte espositiva. Lo consiglio per un pranzo vicino al lago.
Finalmente un ristorante dove chi soffre di celiachia può mangiare pasta e pizza in tutta tranquillità! Servizio ottimo, pasta ottima. Appena seduti al tavolo, dopo aver detto della celiachia, ci hanno servito un cesto pieno di pane e sostitutivi!

We ate several pasta's , regular and gluten free, very good disshes. It's not cheap but worth it, in the old city. The waitress hurried to clear the table, probably due to the rush hour. Rather than that- it is a wonderfull place.
Beautiful place, sensational food. The Hungarian waiter called Csaba should get a raise. Wonderful service from him! Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.
My husband and I ate here for lunch. We both had pizzas, one gluten free and one regular. They were both delicious and being from NY, we are particular... The view from our outdoor table was perfect and the staff were all extremely friendly and attentive! Loved the added basket of gluten free breadsticks and crackers.
One rainy Tuesday evening, we decided to eat at this special place. Service was excellent; friendly waiters and food was the best we have tasted in Sirmione. Try the mixed seafood grill - succulent, sweet prawns, juicy calamari and mouth watering sea bass, or fried broccoli and baby squid pasta, paired with a crisp glass of Laguna del Lago. If you have room, finish with the Tiramisu. Great atmosphere.
Beautiful place next to the lake and in the centrum of oldtown. Beautiful few. Very kind and committed waiters. The court came fast and was very delicious. It tasted fresh and tastefully. It was our secound visit here and would come back. Thanks for a perfect last dinner in Sirmione.
I had my best ever carbonara (other than my own ;)) in Sirmione 13 years ago at this spot, but unsure if it was the same restaurant. However, hoping that the gluten free version at Modí would be just as good, we were happy to learn it definitely was! And the selection of grisini, bread and crackers we were offered while waiting for our food was also great! Busy July evening, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. 😍
We were a party of four during a semi busy lunch service. Quick seating, bread brought out and we then ordered. Everything was Amazing! Do yourself a favor, go, relax and enjoy the lake breeze, shade and great food.
Absolutely lovely food and service. Schnitzel was fab, pesto pasta with tuna was wonderful. Full of people (local and tourist) eating and happy. 100% recommend, we'll be going back tomorrow 😍
We had a blast, enjoying the dinner at this place. The food was extremely good and tasty. From the moment we arrived the staff around us was very nice, especially our waitress, a small guy, with a lovely attitude and great service. We would like to recommend for more people to come and enjoy. Especially this guy made our experience extra special, Bogdan. Come and check us out :)
Great lunchtime dining experience. We sat outside in late February and the heat lamps kept us nice and warm. Prosecco, mussels and clams, spaghetti bolognese, and a perfectly cooked rare filet in porcini sauce. Highly recommend!

Pranzato in questa pizzeria ristorante situata nella piazza principale. Il servizio i piatti la location sono piu' che discreti insomma il classico ristorante che accontenta un po' i gusti di tutti grazie anche ad un menu' molto articolato e completo. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Nice place offering pizzas at normal price. The rest of the stuff, including the "coperto", is more expensive though, and if you're not particularly hungry (as we were), you might end up paying 25% of the bill for an cover charge. Still, the pizzas, as well as the wine, were delicious and the staff were friendly.
This is a great restaurant which we frequented when the heavens opened. Whilst other restaurants in the square were milking the tourists and keeping their verandas open, Modi had cleared these and were only using the inside tables as they were experienced and knowing what was about to come. Neither did they rush us when all the tables were full. And the service was quick and ever so friendly. As for the food, we ate pizza. It was as good as any other pizza I’ve eaten in Italy. So definitely recommend this for a nice spot for lunch and some great people watching!

Cibo di scarsa qualità, abbiamo chiesto le verdure saltate e ci hanno portato le verdure bollite, le lasagne erano fatte con pomodoro acido. La pizza mediocre. Si paga 3.5€ a testa per il coperto per avere un olio scadente e pane gommoso.
c'è scritto ovunque gluten free ma dopo il viaggio e 15€ di parcheggio ci dicono che non fanno nulla per la mia ragazza celiaca, flop.
Due pizze, un’acqua naturale e un caffè totale 46€. Davvero vergognoso. La pizza niente di particolare anzi era abbastanza pesante.Non consiglio.
Siamo andati a mangiare in quattro adulti e due bambini — uno di due anni e mezzo e uno di un anno e mezzo. Abbiamo chiesto due piccole porzioni di spaghetti alla bolognese per i bambini, e ci hanno chiesto 15,50 euro per ciascuna porzione, anche se la porzione normale per un adulto costa 17,50 euro. Come se non bastasse, hanno aggiunto anche il coperto per ogni bambino. Il cibo e il personale lasciano molto a desiderare. Ai prezzi che hanno, la qualità dovrebbe essere molto più alta. Non lo consiglio.
I was shocked! We entered a restaurant, and since there was no waiter at the entrance, we walked further inside. Without even saying “hello,” the waiter told me that I should have asked for permission before entering and taking a seat. I was simply speechless. Maybe the food is good in this restaurant, but the way they welcome guests is really strange.
After a nice walk around Sirmione wanted to have a nice dinner and we chose this pizzeria, 1-> service cost was higher than usual, 2-> they (waiter) noticed I'm not Italian and they tried to charge me more (even though the waiter wasn't Italian too), 3-> we waited for 2 pizza almost 30 minutes, 4 -> and main, pizza with prosciutto tasted bad and I got poisoned and almost two days I felt sick. Before or after this I hadn't eaten anything else so I'm very sure this pizza poisoned me because they probably used date out products. I don't recommend this place
