I love you Peter Piper Pizza. Everytime I go back home you are there to greet me and there when I say good bye. Every location is amazing but the North Loop and Horizon locations are my favorite. There is no Peter Piper where I live now and to have an amazing time every time I go back means the world to me and all the family we meet up with there.

Had my kids birthday party here and everything came out perfect, party host went above and beyond and always made sure everything was good, pizza was excellent as always.

Decided to take the kids out during this hot day to Peter Piper Pizza for some quick fun, pizza and games. Location Socorro,Tx. Inside: it's just like any other Peter Piper Pizza that's been built new. Very spacious with a Clean environment, I do see the employees cleaning up and picking up. I did witness an employee cleaning the arcade games. Food: my LG pepperoni pizza order was made within 10 to 15 minutes or possibly less. Pizza had a good crispy under-carriage which is what I look for in a pizza. Out of 10 pizza rating I give this pizza a 5.9 ,pizza needs more cheese. It's a good pizza for this type of environment. Free refills on all drinks. Besides soda drinks they also serve tasty mango lime and strawberry hibiscus juice. Arcade: this arcade is great for kids. Kids and grown-ups will definitely have fun here. I definitely recommend this Peter Piper Pizza location

One of the best pizzas you can get. My family and I always have lots of fun here. The employees are really nice too. This Is a place I will always come back too. I just wish their gaming area was much bigger. Who wouldn't like that?

Just had my Daughter's party at the north loop & Horizon location . I'm super Happy with the service and accomodations i received for our Huge part of almost 100 people . Alissa the manager was awesome ❤️ our hostess Presilla was the Best 🙏❤️ the staff and assistant night manger were great as well. I will definitely book again , I Don't think they will Forget the. The service and pizza is great. I'm not complaining about that. The issue is that they allow these kids to use their phones and airpods while preparing people's food. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Managers train your employees better!!!

Absolutely love this location. Pizza and wings are always perfect. Food I always on time no matter how packed and busy it is. They know how to handle a rush. The only thing wrong is that the play area is very dirty, alot of coin cups, soda cups,etc. on the floor.

This is a must anytime we have an opportunity! Not having any in Austin makes each crunchy bite something to savor. Yes there are tons of pizzerias but this rating accounts for nostalgia too! Not one Friday went by growing up when our parents weren’t picking up Peter Piper or hanging out with friends after the football games.

Im a single mom of two wonderful kids and today I decided to take them to peter piper after court with their dad who refuses to pay child support. I went in expecting my kids to have a fun experience but unfortunately the establishment wasnt the best. It was definitely an unorganized place you can tell they need to work on their management. The only reason i would go back is for a young man who was so very helpful. He was so kind to my kids. Although he was so attentive and helped us out he never stoped picking up table after table and worked fast and efficiently. That fellow is sure going places! Such a great attitude and amazing service a special thank you to Jesus for making our experience better!

As soon as we entered the restaurant, I heard somebody say “welcome to Peter Piper!” I was first a little bit surprised to hear that, but soon felt welcomed right after. When we approached the register counter, a gentleman in the yellow shirt was so welcoming and kind. He asked us what size of drink and just took our order as normal however, he just seemed of the upbeat, personality type. I ordered my favorite pizza of all time, as usual, and when it finally came out, it was absolutely perfect. It was hot, the cheese was stringy, the pepperoni was crispy, and when, they called my number, the bakers were all smiling that they had made it with pride. We will definitely go back to this location and we commend all the employees of the crew workin that day. I actually spoke to management about the excellent quality of food and staff.

I live in Fabens and this is the closest one but I've never had issues with this location to be honest. Recently been more carry out but still good service every time.

Standard Peter Piper Pizza. Staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. It gets points for the food always tasting good and for being cleaner that most of the Peter Pipers in town. It loses points for having its game area almost completely unviewable from the dining area, making it difficult to keep an eye on your kids.

The pizza was freshly made and quite tasteful. The soft drink dispenser ran out of a popular brand and was not replaced right away even though the restaurant was busy.

Good place for pizza with many options besides standard pepperoni, large portions good enough for families and of course if you're a kid they still have functioning games amidst the whole covid situation; Personally prefer it over a place like Pizza Hut or Cici's

She cut me off several times over the phone when I called to make my online order and again when I got to the restaurant and said I wanted to change my order to dine in. Rude girl. It's alright the only thing is this parking lot is too small and one time we came we literally found no parking. Some ppl were parking by the bank and dirt areas or making their own parking so we just left instead.

Ever since I can remember the pizza here has been one of my favorites. And is one of the last places you can dine in for pizza. You can still have a pitcher of Cold Beer with your meal here ... Fast forward to today and the pizza is still good and so is the Beer but you pay 10 times as much. Wow it's way too expensive. But hey guess what the grandkids love it here so Nemodo 😀

I really enjoy coming here. Great staff, very kind. I love their NY Three Cheese as well as the ice cream cones. Just a couple of suggestions. Cashiers should be switching gloves after handling money. Another thing, they should have someone handling the drinks because let's face it, the majority of people don't read the signs that are posted up.

The pizza is decent for a buffet. The cheezy bread and cinnamon rolls are the best. The buffet seems to have a lot of strange pizza combinations, especially that include peppers and or pineapple...? I didn't know I could request a custom pizza, so I'll try that next time. It would be good if they had some pasta options like Cici's does. The large sign outside advertises an $8.49 adult lunch buffet, but inside the menu says $8.99.

I have rating for just going to eat and anither for Party info.... Okay. First, Dinning there. If you don't want to pay 20 bucks for pizza and 2 drinks, ONLY, don't come here... UNLESS they have promotions which are really good and convenient So keep an eye out for them. Next, from all the Peter pipper in this area of Socorro and Horizon, this one is the biggest one. they always have their games running, the staff is cool the buffet is always clean and if you want to request a pizza in buffet hours they will gladly take the request an even give you a buzzer. the manager is pleasant and from what I can see, Is good with his team. That is just my opinion when I go. Now... for Party stuff.. the packages were not what I expected, we did not get anything explained correctly. we thought we got a package that was everything, but turns out all we did was reserve the tables. so I didnt not have a good experience for partys... BUT I always go here to eat pizza. oh, and it's always COLD !!! Take a sweater!!

The cashier looked like he did not want to be there. I got one of the pizza packages and he automatically assumed I wanted pepperoni, didn't even ask. I asked for a 20 piece wings, he made the order for 10 which btw some were still undercooked. Horrible service today

Pizza was good but not enough sauce. The place was packed with people so I didn't want to go make a big deal about it. Maybe they were on a hurry making pizzas that some of them had very poor sause.

I ordered my pizza online, it said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there and paid for the order. Half hour later, I was told my order was in the oven. Long story short...people coming in and out with pizzas, and my one pizza took 45 minutes to get. This was ridiculous, I was tempted to cancel my 1 pizza order.

We ordered over the phone to pick. We were starving so decided to eat in. It took longer than usual. It looks like they need more people. It was busy. No lids for drinks. Many empty tables were dirty. Bathroom needed way more cleaning. First time this happened, we've gone before and it was good

Had a birthday therefore my son the food was good service was good as well only thing that was disappointing is that it was too hot in there and the location seems to get very packed they need to make the space a lot larger and accommodate parties better. They over booked running people off is not fair. Who's ever idea it was to change the wing quality was not very smart, if they are not crispy they are not good either.

We had a decent time at Peter Piper Pizza. The pizza was tasty, and my kids enjoyed the variety of games available. However, the dining area was extremely cold, which might have been due to the lack of people there to warm it with body heat. Despite this, the friendly staff did their best to make our visit enjoyable. One suggestion I have is to consider offering a play pass that allows unlimited games for an hour, similar to what Dave and Buster's offers. This would be a fantastic addition and might encourage us to visit more often. My kids would love to play without the disappointment of burning through a $20 card in just 10 to 15 minutes on the expensive games. Overall, it's a fun place for families, and with a few improvements, it could be even better. If you've had a similar experience or have other suggestions, feel free to share your thoughts!

Stopped after 12 noon for lunch buffet with some co-workers. As soon as you walk in, you're greated with a funky smell. Like wet towel/wet dog. The plates for the pizza is near the salad bar, which makes hot foods colder, quicker. An area for pizza plates should be separated. It was busy & the pizzas I assumed were made ahead of time because they were cold or the heat lamp doesn't work. Tables were dirty & needed a good wipe down. A lady & gentleman were just walking the dining area, only picking up plates & not wiping down.

I got off of work, I ordered a pizza for my partner and I. This is their product, it’s supposed to be full of meat with jalapeños and mushrooms, the quality was very poor. They put no effort in their food. They say a picture is worth 1000 words. We will leave it at that. It’s not worth the effort for the money, I should’ve just got a five dollar hot and ready down the road from them.

I ordered though phone and asked if there was any specials or promotions as which to the lady offered 2 1 topping pizzas for 20.20 i went ahead and ordered that promotion and added extra toppings g on one of the pizzas and they advised it would be 24.24 total. When i went to pick up my order the cashier told me $24.24 i gave her 25.00 and a couple of seconds later after she received my money she then says "i'm sorry ma'am it's thirty sum ( i can't remember exactly how much) and i asked why and she said the promotion has now ended, i said "then why did the person i spoke to on the phone offered it?" and she said "she's a new girl and she didn't know" which honestly made me really mad because i did quite a drive to get there for them to say that. i obviously cancel the order because they didn't respect what was told to me. Such a bad experience at this location.

Service was poor. Reguarless wheather if it is buisy or not, the job should be done in an orderly and professional manner. Coke dispenser had a few fountains that were watered down. I brought it up to employees attention and he turned his back on me. Followed by burning my chicago classic , it was black on the bottom along with another order, Which was also wrong . Management was kind enough to make another but wife n 4 kids were to inpatient and hungry to wait 45 min for another pizza to come out. I decided to take the pizza hm so i sent my daughter for a to go box. They refused to give her one. I had to go up my self n still refused to give a small to go box. He gave me two 8x8 to go little styrofone boxes. I spent almost $100 with food and games and was very dissapointed. Never had i ever had a problem with PPP till today. I do plan on returning soon . Games are too expensive and tickets dispensing is ridiculous low.. 100 tickets for 30k points at skee~ball game but if you make 25k you get 2 tickets.. Seriosly?? Coin dispenser or coin jammed is almost null... But rewards from games have to be adjusted in all the machines

I love the food and the family fun but what I dislike is that there is no seating available because of all the reservations. All the tables were reserved for a 3:30pm event and it is now 3:45 and all tables are still empty. I understand reservations must be respected but I would recommend having at least a couple of large tables available for large walk in parties. Peter piper is now becoming a reserved only place instead of a first come first serve place like many other places

I called at 6PM flat. They tell me my two large pizzas will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I get there at 6:25.I pay for the two pizzas. She only hands me one. I tell her I payed for 2. Goes to the back comes back and tells me to give her 20 minutes. Every time I order at this peters they ALWAYS mess up my order.

Order three pizzas for takeout I come back home one of the three pizzas is burned from the bottom spend over $43.44 on this.

The food was great but the workers here don’t do their jobs. The ladies at the register were talking in the back for a good while a line of customers were waiting. Also, the fountain drink machine is broken, it is shaky as it dispenses and it leaks from the dispenser part. This place is not what it was a few years back.

Terrible Terrible. Google says closes at 10. Soft serve last call was at 7:00. There was a party next to us and the asked for soft serve and they were denied. Isn’t the soft serve part of the party package?

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! I sat at my table for a while before going to the cashier to see where my hostess was going to begin. I paid for a “party package” and got half ass service. This establishment was not prepared at the time of my event. They took approximately 20-30 mins to get things going. They only gave me 7 play cards (I had to get my waitress to address it.) !! My balloon bouquet never came throughout my entire event -NEITHER- did my “picture”. The ice cream was brought to us so late afterwards. Let it be noted, there were other events going on but it was not packed to reasonably believe that there was a valid excuse for the horrible experience I received.

Place smells awful…. Upon ordering I could see SO MUCH PRODUCT on the kitchen floor. Cheese, pepperoni and idk what else… idk if their protocol is NOT TO CLEAN during the day or something but that’s pretty unappealing. Tables are sticky and seats are full of crumbs. Food takes a while took them about 45 minutes for a one topping pizza.

Went with my friends, had trouble getting our money back so we asked for assistance. The employee (ceaser) insisted on seeing a receipt which we did not receive. When he went to call the manager we noticed him doing air quotes in a way as to mock us. The manager came over and checked the machines history where you could clearly see the time and amount we put in, she opened the machine, pulled out some money and said that ours was not there. The manager (gladis) was snappy and made us feel as if she doubted us and after opening the machine they realized it did not have reciept paper. I had also asked a cashier to break a $100 which I understand may be a lot but that was all I had, she acted as if it was a burden. No apologies were given from any of them. Everything else was good though! Good food

Very disappointed! We had a party 10/20 our “host” wasn’t attentive at all, I kept having to go up front to order more pizza and cups as the event went on causing a delay with keeping my party fed in a timely manner. Distracted with marking sure My guest were set I forgot about our cake when I asked 2 ladies came back to tell me our time was up. I said we will move as soon as we sing happy birthday since I wasn’t made aware our time was running out nor reminded about the cake. They didn’t even know the gender of the birthday boy and announced him as a “her” which upset my son. Fast forward 2 male employees starting ripping the table cloths off the table and touching peoples PERSONAL belongings!! To top it off pizza was definitely undercooked and tasted disgusting!

Very Very Disappointed in the Quality Level of their Pizza. PPP use to be my absolute Favorite Place to EAT Pizza hands down but the last couple of times have prove a disappointment. There pizzas are uneven. You get more dough then toppings and cheese and a Large looks like a misproportion medium size. PAID $50 for 250 points for the Games to Malfuctikn or Half Werenr Working. This Location is Hands Down the Worse Ive been to. Soo sad that my Fiance’s Daughter’s First Experience was a let down. Especially her being from Dallas.
