Pretty good service, great coffee. Lines can get a little long but the staff is fast, so not so bad. I bought the perfect gift and gift card for my sister, which the staff made easy and fast.
Best coffee and drink ever - superb batista on this evening who really knows how to put just the right amount of ingredients to make perfectly delectable drinks! Not sure who it was because my friend picked up the drinks. Will have to come back and find out!!!

Tried the new"pink drink" on a very hot day. The fresh strawberries and coconut milk in this drink are a great combination, Not to sweet. Definitely cooled me off.

I ordered a Green Tea without water, and though I thought they had mixed it up with the black tea (as it was a lot darker and tasted odd), they went out of their way to make me another Green tea and explain that the tea I had was just steeped 5 minutes longer. Definitely appreciated.
Very happy 😀with order. Charles the barista 👍 very accommodating to my order, noticed he called some customers by name and knew their drink!! Tried the Thanksgiving blend - drip, it was great! So glad they don't charge for Alt milk now. I come more often! Great vibe. Good music. Nice seating. 😎😀
Starbucks is my personal favorite. Why? Consistency. I always know what I am getting and it's always the same. I like that. Plus, I have a weakness for breakfast sandwiches and espresso. Simple things are good things.

Pleasant spot. Service is excellent. I just had the Dragonfruit iced tea drink. Delicious! Very refreshing, especially during a heatwave. With fall approaching, I will go back and try one of Starbucks pumpkin spice specialty drinks, perhaps the ice coffee.

Cute store. Not crowded at all. New employee forgot to give me coffee and after waiting a while I finally reminded her and got it. The supervisor on staff was very nice and apologized. Good spot to sit outside as well.
Hey, it's Starbucks. Same'ol, same'ol. Update: April 23, 2024 The brought in a nice new tall table a while back. Only they didn't bring in any appropriate chairs. The tall chairs they're using are too tall. The chair seats almost brush the underside of the table top. NOBODY can sit at the table with their legs underneath.
Unfortunately, I'm posting this comment as a complaint about a female barista on the night shift. Her rude attitude stood out because the staff at this location are usually very friendly, give recommendations, and have a positive attitude. This barista however was awful from the start. She didn't say hello, neither did she know where the matcha option was on the menu, letting me know with a shrug. When I went to pay she told me she didn't have enough change for a 50-dollar bill, but rather than offer a solution she continued to be unhelpful and her attitude was downright rude. I totally recommend this place, but I hope this girl can work on her friendliness and customer service.

I have been coming to this Sonoma Starbucks for years, and the issues here have been consistent the entire time. My wife and I spend an embarrassing amount of money at Starbucks, about $1,500 per year just on coffee, and this is the location we visit most often. Despite that, the quality and consistency are extremely poor. Today was the final straw. We paid extra for protein foam on both drinks, another four dollars total, and neither drink had any foam. This is not a one-time mistake. It happens regularly. Drinks are made incorrectly, they are not mixed properly, and they are often left sitting for several minutes while the second drink is made, sometimes close to ten minutes later. At that point, the first drink is either starting to water down if it is iced or losing its heat if it is hot. The core problem is the lack of training and leadership. I routinely see inexperienced staff trying to figure things out with no guidance. The store feels disorganized, rushed, and poorly managed, and the drinks reflect that. It is extremely frustrating to spend this much money at a major brand and receive such inconsistent and careless service. Starbucks charges nine to ten dollars for a customized drink, yet the standards here feel like a place where inexperienced employees are left to improvise without support. After years of giving this location the benefit of the doubt, today made it clear that we are done. There are too many alternatives to keep paying premium prices for substandard drinks.(Photos show neither drink with the $2 EXTRA PER DRINK protein foam and notice the 1/4 inch of syrup at the bottom. Drink on left was made 10 minutes before the drink on the right. This is 60 seconds after we grabbed them from the store.)

I hate the wait here. They ways take a long time to make my coffee. My last visit I waited almost 20 minutes for my coffee and I've experienced this several times already. The online preorder app is killing their walk in business. I'll never go here again unless I'm required to. Coffee taste like cardboard as well and they seem to use too much sweet stuff.
I ordered two large drinks the barista got them all wrong so I asked if they could please remake them . I said usually when they get them wrong they usually give you a certificate for 1 and the Barista got rude with me so I asked to speak to the manager I've never experienced anything that like that any years have gone to the Starbucks I don't understand I think the young Barista needed to have more respect for the customer especially when they got both drinks wrong this is the first time this has ever happened and they got the sizes wrong I was very polite but I did ask if I could please get what I ordered. I feel like I was being so disrespected I had tears coming out of my eyes

Don't mind standing around waiting for an overpriced coffee that takes so long to make it'll have you wondering if you accidentally ordered an iced vs hot? Well this place is for you. It's a mystery why it takes so long to make regular coffee for a NON drive thru Starbucks. Maybe everyone was new and in training when I showed up but I'll give it a skip next time. Drink locally it's always better.
They won't give water without a mobile order and they won't put Boba in water.
