Quick seating. Tuesday afternoon was uncrowded. I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger with Waffle Fries. Delicious!

My husband and I came here for mothers day and had a great time! Our waitress was super awesome! Food was decently priced and delicious and we didn't have to wait that long at all.

They had A/C issues (fans everywhere) which made me skeptical. But the service and food were excellent.

Always a good place for late-night drinks. Open til 2 the atmosphere is full of energy. Tvs all over; the bartenders are friendly they can get busy due to the crowd but the service is fast. Food is always freshly cooked and served hot. Always have drink specials and food specials guaranteed to fit any budgets. $3 $5 and up drink specials.

They had fans everywhere.I think their air condition needs some service. I went back to Applebee's a month later, and they still have no AC and are under fans.. Why would I go back there? I turned around, and walked out and went to the cheesecake Factory also a big mistake.

We drove over 3 hours to go to the Red River Show down. On our way back we saw an Applebees and since ours was shut down we HAD to stop. Best decision of the day. Haven't had it in over 4 years and it was still as amazing. Our waiter was great.I use to work there and i remember the points you would have to hit and he was seriously amazing. I however do not remember his name,I know he did ballet tho. Fiesta Lime Chicken was perfect.

Had lunch with my husband today at your West freeway location. Stopped by and Megan took care of us. I had the Queso Chicken& lime with tortilla strips and rice, my husband the full rack of ribs and fries. The food was delicious and Megan's service was excellent. Also I had a cup of tortilla soup with chicken. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our waitress, Freddy! She gave excellent recommendations on both drinks and food—everything she suggested was spot on. Her service was prompt, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Freddy truly elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I was typing and the page refresh and now I have to type it again lol! I been coming to this location for a while! It’s one of my favorite spots! But when I mention Applebees to my fiancé she was a little turn down. But she gave it a shot with me! And let me tell you! She loved it! Being short staff, with no hostess or busser we never saw the manager slow down. He was sitting tables, running food, bussing tables, everything! The bartender made our drinks and they tasted great! With him having a full bar. We saw serves excited to see customers coming in and greeting them you could tell they were regulars! As busy as they were the food taking a little long still came out in a decent time and tasted great like always. There were two serves, one with a trainee, the bartender, and the manager and that’s it. Growing up waiting tables and bartending I would follow that manager anywhere. The trainee helped refill our drinks and run the food it was great. Overall great experience! Coming from a career now that we take 5* very serious I believe they deserve one! So if corporate or the GM can see this, but this Sunday, the team that was on was doing an amazing job! Thank you for making our lunch great! We’ll see you next time!

You have got to go to Applebee's for their Monday bacon cheeseburger, fries and a Bud light!!! The burger on the plate actually looks better than the burger in the picture on the window!!! Awesome!!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with our server Justin! The he was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions we had. He was welcoming and engaging, making it easy to order. I highly recommend this server to anyone looking for great service.

After traveling 14+ hours we decided to stop here for a quick bite and a cocktail or 2 and I am so glad we did. I wasn't thrilled about the way we were greeted by the host but the bar tender OMG she was amazing. She was quick fun and cool af. The passion fruit margarita was delicious. And although my big baby was so tired from driving he enjoyed his self as well. The food was great best experience I've ever had at a Applebee's. Thanks guys!!!!

Great as always. They have very fast service, under twelve minutes for all three of the plates we ordered that day. The waiters are nice and always talkative! Would always recommend if you don't know where to eat out some night

I love this place for the 9.99 burger or chicken sandwich. You get a burger unlimited ff and your drink is included in the price. So soft drinks or iced tea. Very nice wait staff. Very clean place. And you can sit at the bar to get your food if you wish.

Update: After having a we'll just say mediocre (for lack of better word) experience and sharing it here on Google, I was surprised to get an email from someone in the corporate office asking me about my experience. After sharing a more detailed and in depth version, the GM from the location reached out to me and invited me to come back and have my meal from my previous visit, on her. The next time was far and away better and what put it over the top was Ricky the manager. Ricky was friendly, funny, and strikes me as someone who is great to work with. I will definitely be going back!

It's pretty good, but there were two employees that really stood out to us upon our visits there, one was Isaiah and the other was angelique. They were pretty awesome and very friendly and were glad to help with anything that we needed during our visits there, so with that being said we will definitely be back there just so we can have those two because their awesome!

Shout out to Mikayla for the amazing customer service. She is very aware of her job and is great at what she does in this industry great customer service and from what I have seen in the little time I was there customers adore her for the same reason I do. Also shout out to Mr. Ricky he double checked the food and seen that there was mistake with my food and corrected it. Some Alot of people don't do that but he did. Husband and I went in for a quick lunch, and it was great to sit and have a nice lunch with a nice, quiet environment. The food was very good, it was all nice and hot. We ordered the queso dip, mushroom burger, grilled club sandwich with fries, and of course, hubby had to have a long island ice tea. There was no wait to get into the restaurant, and there's plenty of parking in the outside parking lot. There is also handicap ♿️ parking up front. Restrooms were clean and plenty of room for wheelchair access. The club sandwich was from the lunch special for $13.00. The mushroom burger was the same. So yes I would definitely recommend this restaurant for some good comfortable dining.

I visit Applebee's at least once a month, and each location has always shown something different, whether it's food, service, or atmosphere. However, this very time, we enjoyed this service so much. Our server came out with giggles and could have been a comedian 😄 she was so funny with each table that I could have eaten in peace or alone and none would have mattered bc everything that came out of Angel W. mouth had me lol with tears she was the best around very down to earth, knowledgeable of the menu, and had great recommendations of the food and how it's prepared. We had steak, shrimp, and pasta which was cooked to prefection my steak and shrimp was so tender I almost ate my fork lmbo and the bread stick were crisp on the outside and soft in the middle all i ask is more cheese next time for the breadstick but all was well with our food. She different earned her place at our table and yes everything was amazing except that signature Coleslaw it was horrible and needs to be taken off the menu but everything else was amazing and my server service made up for the nasty Coleslaw bc I just enjoyed her jokes she really was so funny. I recommend that if you ever take the time to visit this location to ask for ANGEL W and tell her, Drakka sent ya. That's with 2 K's

Let me start by saying the food and service was good. The handicap parking spaces are too far away from the door. They should make better arrangements. In addition, once we were inside, my father, using a walker (after the long trek from the car to the front door) had to go the long way to get to our table because that's where the ramp was. Honestly this is really bad planning. That's a lot of work for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker. We probably won't be back, even though the restaurant is conveniently close by for us. It's just too much work for my father.

I ordered mozzarella sticks. Was half price 9- closed. It was a bit salty. Not sure what's up with that. But a few drinks were on special so that made up for it. I got a miller light mix with Tito's 🤔

I ordered take out from here. The 4 cheese Mac was pretty bland. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was good. I’d order again if I had to.

The food was delicious and the service was professional and quick. We went there on Sunday after 12pm and got seated immediately while the other restaurants had a 45 min wait minimum.

We went here very late Saturday night because it was the only place open. They really turned the menu around here.Stoppedd going here a few years ago because the food tasted like a microwave frozen dinner. Not Anymore! Everything was so fresh. Our waitresses was as attentive as possible but they had a huge rush of people at once, and they were not equipped for it for it. I'll still go back. We ate the burgers, and the meat was so tender and juicy. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The fries were seasoned perfectly. The food was great.

Kevin the manager has no concern over his guest. Menu simply says margarita your way. I was brought a watermelon margarita. 🤢 I did not order a watermelon, but got stuck paying for it. I asked if I could have a regular margarita and he told me I would have to pay for both, even though I didn't order the watermelon margarita!! On the other hand our waitress Ashley did a outstanding job without any hicups!! She has a great attitude and service with a smile!

If you go here, always choose to sit at the bar. The bar service is way better than the table service. This was our first visit since COVID19 and it has gone downhill. The carpet needs to be replaced, it seemed dingy. The inside just had a dirty sense to it and there were flies. There were several issues with our server but the manager addressed it and offered a free dessert. I understand that making a medium steak can be challenging but for a restaurant the cooks need that training (mine came out bloody). Do not order the chips and salsa because it tastes more like tomato sauce. Margarita on the rocks are $1 during happy hour though.

The salmon and steak on both dinners was dry and the toughest we have attempted to eat. This was a to-go order, so Shadow, our Chocolate Lab, was quite happy.

I got the bourbon steak med cooked. The first time I had it, it waz delicious and I was craving it so bad. This last time I went and ordered it, it was different. It didn't taste the same, flavor wise, and it was slightly burnt. It came with mashed potatoes and I ordered a side of zucchini and squash. The side was 4.99 and the portion was very skimpy. I also ordered queso and chips. Pfft! I got a million chips for a Tiny bowl of cheese that was not even half-way full. Plus I had to wait 15 extra mins on food that I ordered online, only to be disappointed. They won't ever have to worry about my 40 dollars anymore.😡

Once the server asked if we could move so that they can make room for others, I said if they can give my money back, then no problem. I spent close to $200, so what's the problem and I was going to order more but than I heard one of the server getting smart about me and if she had the mouth she could have said it a better way than what she did but it's ok I will let Facebook and othe platforms now of this situation and not go to that location.

My family and I visited this location this evening and I was taken aback. We don’t done out often and thought that this would be a good experience, which for the most part was, but a few issues were noticeable. I figured because the restaurant wasn’t busy, we would be in and out in a breeze…. Fast forward, my waitress, and I don’t remember her name but it started with a “F” was very attentive, had a pleasant smile and catered to every need, not a glass was empty ever, the bar tender, top tier, our drinks were very nicely made and picked up and promptly delivered. We order 3 burgers and a classic combo, all were delicious, however one male waiter kept walking by with a very aggressive body order that made it very hard for us to enjoy our food, then their was one female waitress that was so loud, we could hear all of her profanity in the dining area including the “n” word that we took very offensive, she was so loud with everything from screaming to laughing! A male with an apron on kept peeping around the corner which made the experience even worse. I saw what may have been a manager with a floral shirt on and in the corner on his phone with no concern to any of the patrons in the dining area. The great take away was our waitress with the puff and braids and her name started with an “F” and the bartender. We will give this another try but management needs to make this establishment a more family friendly atmosphere.

I normally like Applebee's but this particular location was something else. We arrived a bit after 11 a.m. and were some of the first few patrons of the day so you would expect the place to be fairly clean. Nope. Not here. As soon as we walked in we were hit with this disgusting smell that I can not even explain. My Mother described it as "if someone just got through doing the dirty" =0 The food was pretty good but we just couldn't really enjoy it because of that smell. The carpet had crumbs and food all over it as if they had just been through a huge lunch rush, which we knew was impossible because they had just opened at 10:30 a.m. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful with the specials and, who I believe was, the manager came by to acknowledge us. While we were looking over the menu I said "let's go somewhere else" but my party decided to stay since we were already there. I'm giving this place 2 stars, 1 for the pleasant service, and 1 for the food. Believe me when I say...We will not be visiting this location again unless there is some serious old fashioned elbow grease invested.

My waiter was not very in the game when we sat down. I was ordering my steak off the menu she didn't ask how I wanted cook or anything. However even after she placed the order she has not stopped by not one time to check on me and my fiance see if we wanted more drinks, or to see if we was OK, just keep walking past us and going to other tables. The last thing that made me upset was she literally walked past us slowly didn't ask if we needed silverware to eat our foods or even napkins Anna Needs a bit more training. Thank you so much for the manager Nikki for stepping in to resolve this issue and making us feel little more better. I just moved to FT Worth this is the closest Applebee's to me I want to keep coming back here so I will give this another try in a few weeks hopefully the service is better.

First off I'd like to say I don't normally leave a review but today is an exception. When my mother and I arrived we were not greeted by a server for at least 10 min. Finally I told the manager Ricky what I wanted and he did not deliver on that. Steak was bloody and I wanted well done. Mashed potatoes were cold and they had to go back and fix it all and it still was not right. The drink we had was ok, but not the best. They act as if they couldn't do anything about the price and he only wanted to take off the wonton tacos. Why take off the tacos if that's the only thing I did actually enjoy. It was too hot on one side of the building and too cold on the other side. NEVER AGAIN! I did mention to Ricky that my food was nasty and he replied with,"Well you got it bagged up" keep that doggy bag and give me a full refund then. Now, I'm going to find me something good to eat. ✌️

I'm giving this particular Applebees a 2 overall, not because of the quality of food(most important) not because of the atmosphere. The service was terrible! I normally don't give out less than 3 stars! I used to come here more often in the past! Came back for the first time this year, gave a TIP, order car-side, #1 no one came out on a SLOW night! #2 called the number, no one answered. #3, after tipping, calling, went inside and had to find someone to give me my order! 95% of the time I go in for my order....decided to try car-side... Mistake at this location! Cooks fantastic job like always!

Honestly don't go to this Applebee's. Go to the one off of Clifford. Daughter ordered the Southwest Chicken bowl...she said it was ok but had a little kick. I ordered the Bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and it was so overcooked I couldn't bite into some of it, the bun was toasted so much it was hard to even squeeze. Our waitress started out strong with drink order and food but then nope went downhill. She came back 1 time then came to ask if we were ready for the check.

Ordered through Uber Eats and I guess I ordered too early in the day because everything looked microwaved. It was bad and it takes a lot for me to throw out food I just paid for, but this was disgusting. Out $85 for the whole purchase, the cheese sticks and breadsticks were the only edible parts of the order. Sauces had separated and burnt to the sides of the containers from being microwaved. Yikes, never again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had after seating my party of 5 we waited with no server for 30 min once finally given a server we ordered everything at once after waiting for so long she shows up 20 min later and spills our drink on the table we understand serving is a craft so we tell her it's fine we'll she wipes all the ice and tea to the ground then leaves to not return until the bus girl finally comes and gets the ice off the floor our table still wet and sticky we had to ask for a rag to clean our own table because she left to not return until the appetizers were ready to realize none of us received our alcoholic drinks we then received our drinks 5 min before our food came out my bourbon street chicken wasn't even sizzling on the plate not only that another person at our table received a FROZEN salad our margaritas tasted like just mixer and my plate alone my mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken was jerky we asked for new silverware because all of ours but 2 were covered in tea we all ended up sharing silver ware this was and awful experience I will NEVER eat at this one again it wasn't even busy it was 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday and maybe a total of 5 tables and people at the bar. That was a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE.

Ordered Togo for new years eve. First time eating Applebee's. I won't do it again. I am not a picky eater at all but this steak was inedible, it literally would not chew. My friend got the ribs and they were old and the barbecue sauce on them was like tar pretty much everything was just kind of gross. And I ordered a dessert of ice cream and brownies that was almost $8 but what I got was less than one scoop of ice cream with a 3 inch brownie.

We ordered the sampler, it was cold when it arrived the chicken wings has serious freezer burn, the quesadillos were disgusting. The only thing worth eating was the Ranch dressing. And the waiter came by the table only twice the whole time we were there!!! And there was no one in the whole place!!! DONT GO it's terrible!!

It’s good if you like hair in your food. Told the waitress and she just laughed. Didn’t ask if I wanted something different, a new order or anything. My wife finished her meal and when she came back to the table to pick up the dishes. She asked if I was still working on mine. I said nope, I don’t like 8” long hair in my food. She laughed again and took my plate. I gave the service a rating of two only because she did come back and ask if we needed anything else.

literally trash staff and service! whole restaurant is practically empty and we were waiting for 40 minutes to be sat along with another family. they were walking by and saying nothing to us about wait time or open tables. a woman came up to us and said they’re still cleaning becuase a party just left but the other half of the restaurant was EMPTY! we all left and won’t come back!!

Terrible, I've been waiting here for 25 minutes and not a single employee has asked me if I've been helped. I guess seven tables or 2-3 people is too much for three servers.

I've never had issues with this location its my go to applebees but tonight i walked in hoping to get a good meal and i see only one staff member (bartender) who was a little busy but the server we saw sitting down eating with her back to the door (could've been on break who knows) and one server walking around. Not once did we get acknowledged or told "we will be right with you" or a "hi" when we walked in. I guess the service is just way better during the day shift. I really was ready for the meal i expected to order tonight

Unless you’re going for cheap drinks with no kick, I don’t recommend this location. I went to the RR first thing and it smells so strongly of septic. It was truly disgusting. Then it took 12min waiting at our table, with no one coming, before my husband got up to ask for service. I was a slow evening except at the bar. Which I’m guessing is where you should sit if you want service. I ordered a Perfect Margarita that came with no ice and no alcohol. Thought I’d try something else but it was the same. Total waste of money. The spinach dip & chips were fresh and hot. That was the highlight for the meal. Our waiter hardly ever checked in on us. Then we get our food and my steak (and shrimp) we over cooked. My husbands salmon that he ordered blackened, wasn’t blackened. They said they would make me another steak. I guess that meant just the steak because I got back the same (remaining 5 because I ate one) overcooked, now cold, shrimp. I asked about it and the waiter said they were new ( yet one of the remaining 5 was cut in half where I had cut it when checking my steak). But why were there only 5 instead of the six the meal comes with??? I was trying to eat this new steak that tasted like…well, nothing (no flavor whatsoever) when I picked up a fork full of potatoes only to see a dark hair about 3in long in them. (My hair is down my back so it wasn’t mine.) At that point…done. My husbands salmon was also tasteless & dry. When we got the bill, they had charged us for two steaks. But we weren’t raising a stink or anything. Just ready to leave to go home and try to make something edible (we were hungry!). The waiter didn’t ask us if it was ok or anything during the entire meal. I husband mentioned to the waiter that he didn’t even notice that I stopped eating completely, pushing my plate on the other side of the table and that there was a hair in my potato’s and he just said, “That’s crazy.” And yes, he had the same color and length of the hair that was on my potatoes. We don’t go there very often, but I guarantee this the VERY LAST TIME. This location was an all around fail that is lucky to even get the one star (had no choice)! Just call it quits, Applebee’s and the manager who didn’t even care to help either. Completely 💯 disappointed. Save your money and your patience for somewhere who actually cares about their customers. Applebee’s contacted me via email and asked me more questions to try to fix things. I did so and they never replied back.

I’ve never seen an Applebee’s so dead but take so long. I literally only ordered a chicken tender basket & 2 drinks. So many employees standing around & talking. It took almost 30 minutes for my order to be done while I was sitting in the restaurant the entire time. Then I finally got my order & the chicken tenders and fries were cold!! & it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours!!! Don’t not come if you want good fast service.

Sat dec 27 - no a/c which wasn't the problem. Our Table wasn't clean, asked waitress who was standing right next to us, told me she would get waitress. What she right there, how lazy. We left. Go to the Applebee's in Lake Worth. Never have an issue there.

There was a long wait around 9:45pm. New staff members, I was told that that fired all the previous staff including management. I would rather go get a burger at McDonalds. No bread with the meal and no gravy with the mashed potatoes. No cheese with the broccoli. I would NOT RECOMMEND unless there is no other place to eat. The cook Gilberto did a wonderful job on my steak. $1 long Island tea was good.

On 8/10/25 I decided to wrap up my son’s birthday weekend with lunch at this Applebee’s after church, along with my son and his cousin. The restaurant had only been open for an hour, so it was almost empty. I ordered two kids’ meals and one adult entrée. After waiting 45 minutes, and overlooking the fact that another family was served before us, — who arrived after us, I asked our waitress how much longer it would be, and she simply said “not long.” I asked for an actual time, she replied “five minutes.” Yet after seeing more people served before us, I told her we no longer wanted the food. Her response? “Have a good day.” No apology, no explanation — other than blaming it on “the kitchen.” I asked to speak with the manager,, and immediately I was concerned about his lack of proper hygiene. Then, instead of showing any empathy or offering to make this 44 minute mishap right, he told me our ticket “just went in 12 minutes ago” — which made no sense since. I inquired about the why…He then admitted the waitress forgot to enter our order. His shrugging response was, “I’m sorry, but mistakes happen.” This lack of care and accountability — especially with my 5- and 6-year-old children waiting nearly an hour for food in an empty restaurant — was unacceptable. The apology only came after I directly asked for one. There was no genuine concern for the poor service or for us as customers. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this Applebee’s to anyone expecting timely service, professionalism, or basic respect. I will also be following up with corporate because ain’t no way….

The first plate was good. Second plate for everybody was cold, it took 40 minutes for a single plate to come and we ordered two drinks. Only got one. The second one came only after we asked for assistance. The manager was trying to help but they still took over 20 minutes to do anything. They only had a few people so I'm not sure what took so long... The chicken was cold... The plate itself was hotter than the food, and not to mention they didn't even give us fries.

Food is way too expensive to be average. Service was terrible. Manager on duty was just as bad. NEVER EVER going back again

I wanted to spend valentine day with my dad my son and my mom so we decided to to come to one of are favorite places while let me tell u when i was so disappointing i wait with 2 year old2 hours for food ig that was never put in the manager still had the never to want to charge for the hole ticket while the kickeer in the situation everyone at are table is in the food industry this was so unacceptable 2 hours for 3 meals do better this manager got to go fr and same manager wasted drinks all over my mom when she was walking out the restroom

This is like the third time I’m not happy with this Applebees restaurant, my fries were the last from the bag, my ribs were burn, we order drinks and they never came, waitress come back after 20 minutes served and brought some more fries and mention OH I SAW YOUR FRIES!!! they didn’t look ok so I’m bringing you more without charge!!!! Really???? And on top of that we ask for our drinks and she say omg! They didn’t bring those to you? But don’t worry I will bring this now that’s 45 minutes after we order!!!! No no no that’s not right! She also say I’m sorry but we don’t have enough stuff to help with the restaurant, this is the second time same waitress attend me and always is the same thing ….

No air conditioning. Many large fans roaring through the restaurant. Asked the waiter how long they have not worked and he said they have been down for “a month or two”. When I heard that, we left. I am not comfortable not being able to relax with all the fan noise and lost all confidence in their management. I can’t trust them with my meals.

We (my son and I) just got in from out of town and stopped in as it was the only restaurant open (just after 10:30). Took over 5 minutes to get seated. When the establishment was not busy at all. When we got seated, I asked the server about the $5 strawberry mucho margarita to verify it was only $5. He told me yes but the strawberry adds $0.50. I went out there and took a picture and verified that was what I wanted. Ordered an appetizer which came out pretty quick and was good. I wasn't eating but my son ordered the all you can eat tenders/shrimp/ribs. It took over 20 min for 5 or so tenders to come out and another 5 for the fries that should have came with the order. Food was decent except the rib. It was really dry. Son didnt even eat it. Then asked for more tenders and 2 desserts. He brought the desserts but not the tenders. When they brought my check my margaritas were not $5 each but $6. When I asked him he said that was the cost to add strawberry. I showed him the picture again and said this says $5 for a STRAWBERRY not $6. Spoke with the manager who told me the same thing. I told him I don't understand because that sign said $5 not $6. Got on their website for that location and even the website says $5. They did take the $2 off but they said they don't have a button for that one and thats the only way to ring it in. That is very much false advertisement. I definitely won't come back to this location.

Went in and was told there was a wait even though the restaurant was half empty. I politely asked if there just wasn't enough staff and was told we just have a million these to do and it's almost shift change. Seemingly didn't care.

Applebee's has always been one of my favorite places wherever I go... and it's generally been a good experience until today, Wednesday, January 7 around 12 noon, I was just there trying to meet someone to have a good time and enjoy the food, and someone ruined my plans with their terrible attitude. Not only did I have to wait standing at the entrance without anyone attending to me, but then, when she came out of the kitchen and saw me standing there, she didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait, let alone be friendly. The worst part came afterward with her rude service, and when I pointed out that she shouldn't be rude to me, she continued arguing from across the room so everyone could hear her. It was a very unpleasant experience. When I visit any restaurant, the last thing I want is to be mistreated by someone who is supposed to be there to serve and assist me in a friendly manner. I ask that you please take my complaint into consideration.

We ordered three steak and potato with broccoli dinners. The steaks were very chewy and are cooked and had no flavor. The waitress disappeared. There was no one else around to ask for anything else or drinks ran out halfway through the meal and still no waitress, and she was not concerned about anything. The manager came by after the meal and asked us how the meal was as he ran by the table and he was gone as well. He disappeared like the waitress this place has gone downhill a lot and it seems like nobody gives a crap about it going downhill and it’s not like it was crowded. There was only three groups of people on our row so it’s not like they were busy because they were not.

Walked In today 12-6-2025 and was told server would be with us shortly. As I waited the place was stormed with 3 cops looking for someone so this location is probably in a bad area. In the 20 mins I was seated I never heard from a waiter so we left, I definitely will not return to this location and I don’t recommend it at all!

Service sucks. Hostess was rude. Server NEVER showed up. Watched 2 additional table be seated, orders taken and appetizer delivered. No one ever even came to take a drink order. When we walked out the hostess wanted to argue about us leaving. Some people 🤦‍♀️

First of all I wish I did not have to give no star but our drinks where serve in dirty cups with black stuff floating around. Saw the waiter go tell the manger in she act like she did not care. No apologies or any kind of care in the world. Also I could tell that they do not clean correctly menu had food on it from previous customers. Tables were dirty in overall the food was just ok. But just never again for me in my husband feel so unwelcome when walking in waited forever to get seated wasn’t even crowded about 7 people in whole restaurant.

The absolute worst experience hands down I have ever had at a restaurant. 1st they weren’t even busy barely had any tables when we came in and it still took forever to take our order and get the food out. 2nd my husband and I order well done and medium rare steaks and he got a rare steak and I got a overly rare steak. After sending my husbands back to get cooked some they still brought him out a medium rare steak when his was supposed to be well done as in no pink. The salad has brown lettuce all through it and my daughter’s yogurt had chunks in it. Needless to say the would only compensate our meals by giving us $25 after we even gave them a chance to make it right and they still couldn’t get it right. I’m so aggravated at this point that I just wanna pay the bill and leave and then the waitress take forever and a day to get my payment. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!
