The manager seems to be dealing with personal issues and worse bringing them to work. He's rude. if you try to get his attention to talk with him regarding concerns .He raises his voice and acts like he's overwhelmed. A couple of the young ladies there are an exception, they're very nice, polite and professional, but most of the rest are very comfortable being disrespectful and having full on conversations about none work related topics while you're standing in front of them Trying to order a meal during your half hour lunch.

This is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Arriving at a restaurant at 7:30 PM—well within standard dinner hours—and being told that there was little to no food available reflects a serious failure in planning and management. Customers should not have to question whether a restaurant can serve meals during peak dining times. How does management allow inventory, staffing, or kitchen operations to fall so short that guests are left without options? This situation shows a lack of oversight and consideration for customers’ time and expectations. I planned my evening around dining here and instead left frustrated and inconvenienced. I expect a response explaining how this occurred and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

If you ordered 11/29 around 4 please be aware they were serving RAW chicken. We found it in both bowls. I dont know how careless people can be.

The place was dirty. They had a lot of workers and they were just standing around I was the only customer In line. My Soda was so flat. I don't know it was nasty.

The food was pretty good nothing to complain there, the workers were friendly, the only thing I have to complain about is the portions... I got a regular bowl rice beans and half chicken half steak, the bean portion seemed unreal i got a minimum of 10 beans in my portion. This is why I won't redeem my points here id rather make a far drive for better portions

Went to get food with my girls They told us chiken will be ready in 10 to 15 so we waited but my daughter got steak it was hard the tortilla was hard disappointed because she likes Chipotle

This was my first time trying Chipotle. On Saturday, june 14th, I had a steak burrito for two days, i have been having really watery and smelly diarhea. I will never ever eat Chipotle again, Besides the diarhea, the burrito was expensive and did not have much meat in it. Usually, when you get diarhea, that means the food was not cooked properly, and that means I got a foodborne illness. I would stay away from this location or Chipotle all together.

I came here to get something to eat since I’m pregnant and nothing else seemed appealing to me to eat. I ordered a quesadilla and got two sides. The girl taking my order who seemed new made a face with one of the other guys about what I had ordered. Next time she should be considerate and not do faces to customers about what they order.

Brought my family for lunch and one of my mother had to use the bathroom .. they said the bathrooms were unavailable. They didn't say why.. it sucked because she is handicap and after paying 83.50$ we couldn't even finish our food. We have to leave.. this is very inconvenient..

I came to this chipotle 06/07/2018 at 5:29pm and took my order to go i ordered a bowl with , white rice, pinto beans, chicken , lettuce , mild? sauce (the one with tomatoes idk the name ( sour cream, cheese , and lettuce with a side of chips and guac .I was half way through my bowl while scooping my food with chips and saw a bug at the tip of the chip I was surprised to see this since it's my go to chipotle and never encountered anything like this . (I'm not looking for free food or any of that short cause honestly don't think could ever eat it again , just thought to let you know and be aware !).

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Are you kidding Me! This baby burrito....where is the rest of the food in the Bowl? 2 burritos, 1 bowl, guacamole with chips $33.00 bucks? I have gone to other chipotles restaurants in Anaheim and they serve you like a king (big portions and without the attitude). Recommendation to owner: * teach your employees some manners *Do not be uptight with the portion servings
