Haven’t been on the island for over 10 years - went in the first morning of our visit, hoping it was still good - I am here to tell you - it was BETTER than I remember! The food was good - served warm - flavorful, but overly spiced - just good food food. We returned the next morning and still had a wonderful experience!!! This is a must go to for your island stay!

I stopped in for a late lunch on a Friday, after a day enjoying the beach. Service was friendly, quick, and full of great suggestions. I enjoyed a Mango fresco, and the Raspberry Chipotle Chicken and Waffles. It was DELICIOUS. The chicken, bacon, eggs, and waffle were perfectly cooked, served hot and fresh. My server and others checked on me. I wish I lived in town. The coffee and pastries look and smell amazing.

We had breakfast here last year and have been here twice this year while here on SPI for vacation. Food and service have always been great! My favorite breakfast spot on the island. Also appreciate that they allow me to bring my water bottle into the establishment without any hassle as the tap water on the island is unpalatable.

*dog friendly* I would eat here everyday given the chance. Everything was delicious! A highlight was the best goat cheese and blueberry pancakes, also I really enjoyed the huevos rancheros. And our waitress Paris was so informative and helpful with recommendations around town. Paris made our experience so much better.

Great food!! The wait was 45mins and the restaurant is VERY BUSY but for s good reason staff was kind and the food quality was great. I recommend if you have time to wait.

This is the best brunch spot on the island. My husband loves the chicken & waffles. I really enjoyed the lemon blueberry pancakes with goat cheese. We also tried their fish tacos from the lunch menu and they were delicious, paired perfectly with what I believe was an avocado lime salsa. The cucumber refresher, butter pecan latte, and passion fruit green tea were tasty. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great, prompt service, friendly staff. Everyone was in good spirits and smiling. Food prices are on point. Egg just needed a little bit of salt “it’s rare I put any when served”. The pancakes were REALLY good and their coffee and frappes are good as well.

This joint is legit!! The pork belly Benedict was out of this world!!! Service was pretty good. Their salsa Vietnamese coffee was some of the best I’ve ever had. The breakfast tacos were lights out!!!

Excellent food, great portions, fabulous service and wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend to ask for French press coffee and you can share with someone else because it fills around 4 mugs and is delicious!! Please order Huevos Rancheros Vallartas and Eggs Benedict Grapevine, both are incredible. Lemon blueberry pancakes are also delicious. We passed such a great breakfast here and we'll be back for sure 👍🏼 👍🏼 10/10

Great place for hearty breakfast! I got the cheesy shrimp and grits and it was so good and so much food! My husband got the hashbrowns and eggs and it had the perfect amount of veggies inside. They have a great selection of coffees and you can’t go wrong with the latte! Please do yourself a favor and visit here. The parking is limited but we rode the golf cart over so it wasn’t hard to find a spot for us.

Gluten free blueberry lemon zest pancakes!!!!! Gluten free bananas foster pancakes! Omelette with chorizo.... I am getting hungry again just thinking about this place. Crispy bacon, fresh coffee, and truly exceptional staff. We had 3 or 4 meals here during our vacation and honestly - we picked this place over resort food, room service, and home-cooking. 10 out of 10.

This was my first time here and my first impression of the place was a positive one. Very relaxing, not too noisy. Background music was pleasing to the ear and assisted in bringing a positive vibe. I had the biscuits and gravy and a lil omelet on the side. It was very good. The peach tea had the right amount of sweetness...not too overpowering in sugar. My fellow diner had the apple pancakes....I wish I had ordered the pancakes because they were Soo good. Overall experience was a positive one. It was a peaceful breakfast.

It's cute and enjoyable. The coffee is on point 👌🏽 Food was a bit bland. I did have egg shells in my egg benedict. Server was very attentive.

Very friendly environment, fast service, only 4 stars because of drinks, no unlimited soft drinks drinks is a automatic 4 star unless food was amazing. But $18 for a wagyu burger, that tasted more like meatloaf, was delicious but not a burger… But the chicken carbonara was delicious… will go again

I got a breakfast taco that could feed two people! My friend loved her pancakes. They have filtered water for everything, so that’s super awesome! Very, very pricey! Brewed iced tea selections and smoothies too. Bill could easily rack up to $20-30 per person, with tea.
