Nice and clean area, normal waiting depends on how much customer is in and they will help you in a good manner.

Good fir fast food breakfast when on the run because bakery good are always freshly baked.

I love coming here. Donuts are fresh, as well as coffee. The young lady that works mornings she is a sweetheart!!

Alexi was pleasant, polite and helpful! I needed a plain donut for my mom and she found it for me. She’s knowledgeable and efficient as well! The company really did the right thing in hiring her! She deserves a raise! She went straight back to work after she rung me up for my donuts! I’ll be back again to this Winchell’s! 🍩👍🏼

Three a.m. review and was the only customer at this time. Staff was attentive, and the food was fresh. The store was clean, and trash was empty. Ordered two sandwiches and was given two separate bags. Parking was easy to find given the time.

This is the best whichells in the pasadena are. The staff is stellar. This location is large, not overly busy and has plenty of parking. I am here every Friday!

I've tried different Winchells and this location by far is the best in not only having fresh donuts and bagels but also in customer service. I’ve started visiting this location often because of the friendly staff, the quality of the food, and the regulars. I notice only one or two employees manage the shop, but they still do a great job of getting people fed. 🙂 The pepperoni pizza bagel transported me back to childhood. Delish!

I ordered 2 dozen donuts for an early morning pickup. Bertha was so helpful and friendly, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. Everything went smoothly, and it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

He said in Spanish, "ok I'll be there." Dude was making donuts and CONTINUED to make them instead of stopping and taking our order. Like we waited, and waited, and waited. I had to go back to look at him like, "are you for real?" There was no other customer and no other worker. He's not friendly at the beginning. I think he's just bitter. We tried changing his vibe and it worked, he became more friendly. But just a fyi he comes off with a "leave me alone" vibe. Poor guy.

This place is open 24hours and It's in a nice neighborhood. Don't expect gourmet donuts or anything of the kind but if starbucks is closed and you still want to get some tea and stay out.....studying? This would be a good choice. No bathroom unfortunately ☹

Royal Donuts is closed so tried Winchell’s again. Big mistake. Wasted $4 on waxy, cold indecently bad donuts. I hear the coffee is okay but it’s called Winchell’s Donuts. Don’t waste your money. Kudos to the staff though. Good safe service. I’m sure they don’t bother using any employee discount to eat the food.

I like this place but the guy that works here in the night shift during the week needs a raise or something. Maybe that will help his nasty attitude, I mean I get it he’s alone and I’m sure he has things to get ready but dang. It’s such an unpleasant atmosphere coming in and even asking for more than one item is such a drag for him. Just stay home dude!

To continue my 6 mile walk to Old Town a strawberry banana at Winchells could energize my trip. A red thick syrup in place of real strawberries was used. it was so sweet i couldn't drink it.

The guy who works nightshifts here is such a bitter unfriendly man, he was literally flinging donut holes on the floor in seething anger. I get he's alone and underpaid but he needs to be fired and unemployed so he can learn how to act.

I went to the one on inglewood..employees talking and talking g in group..one scanning items other just there having a good conversations ..and now since 1pm I call this one on la cienega..and no luck. The line get cut up of waiting then I call back another mayb 40min. And nothing.is impossible that there that busy not to answer
