Food was Awesome and very satisfying, but upon arrival the customer service could have been better especially for a 1st timer. There was a young lady who saw me literally trying to take a picture of the menu and she gave me a menu I appreciate that because it means she pays attention to her customers. Sorry I am big on Customer Service! A smile goes a long way even on a bad day!

Just about what to expect out of a solid burger joint. The staff worked fast, the sitting area and displayed kitchen were very clean, prices were reasonable for the quality, and the proportions were above average. Unfortunately the really fresh fries were over salted from the kitchen and the hamburger was slightly greasy. Overall, if I'm in the area and hungry, I would get some more.

Great burger. A bit pricey but I don't mind if the food is good. I would have given them 5 stars but the restaurant needs a deep clean. Main areas clean but windows and chairs need need a good scrub. In the time of covid-19 cleanliness is very important. We will be back to enjoy the great food.

The service was okay, but the place was dirty. The dinning and the woman restroom was awful. My husband and youngest daughter has been nauseous and vomiting after eating at this location. Definitely not coming back to this specific location.

Hard to give more stars for one big reason — pricing structure. Stopped in while in the area after deciding on Mooyah for lunch. It had been a while since my last visit, so I figured I’d give them another shot. The food itself? Excellent. But the way they price things left a bad taste. Everything is sold separately — no combos — which makes ordering feel unnecessarily complicated and expensive. They advertise an “add fries and a drink” option for $6.49, but when a drink is $3.09 and personal fries are $3.99, that’s only a 60‑cent ‘savings.’ Charging over $3 for a fountain drink is wild. For a place that serves great burgers, they might want to rethink their pricing model. At these rates, it’s hard to justify more than just the burger. --- TL;DR "Great burgers, but the pricing kills it. No combos, everything sold separately, and the ‘fries + drink’ add‑on barely saves you 60¢. Over $3 for a fountain drink is wild. At these prices, it’s hard to justify more than just the burger."

First time at this place and last! Overpriced food, burnt fries, soggy homemade chips and the smallest hamburger patty you'll ever see for the price! Had to tell them about the soggy chips that should have been crunchy if they where " fresh " . After lettimg them know , I was given fresh fries instead and then noticed how bad the 1st set of fries where. Cooked with old dirty oil or simply put they where yesterdays fries! I was so put off I just didn't even eat the dark fries or tell them about it . Then my daughter and I just shared the prepared right ones. Huge difference in color! We went right when they opened, don't understand why they would give burnt looking fries on the 1st batch and non crunchy chips???? They charge too much for such low quality control! Overall the burger was tasty but the patty was for a 4 year old! Very small and flat. More lettuce and bread than anything else! Definitely too small to serve to adults! Atmosphere was decent but low quality gets me to put them on a list of a place I'll never go back too! Just like their wall says, Ridiculous!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Shady business. Asked for 2 burger combos. Ended being charged the full price of all items instead of the combo prices. While the combo would've only saved about a dollar or two, would not revisit again due to shady business practice.

Employee at the register was playing with a fidget toy while taking orders, was eating food at the register & behind the counter where food was being prepared & then handling food without washing hands or putting gloves on. This same employee was sitting on the counter & socializing with other employees & cursing loud enough that her cursing could be heard in the dining area filled with an entire football team of kids. Extremely unsanitary & off putting experience.

If you order through a 3rd party like DoorDash and or ubereats be careful. The restaurant makes the dashers fill up the drinks which I highly doubt the dashers have a food handlers card. No telling what they’ve touched before handling the food.

They have a gluten free menu, but when I talked to them they said the fries and chips were cross contaminated and the queso was not gluten free. So not sure if regular buns are laid on the same grill as the patties making it cross contaminated as well. This was a bust for eating here, but the menu looked good for 99% of the population.

Heard good things about Mooyah, so I decided to check it out for the first time. AND I'm pretty sure that it will be my last time. I ordered the Cheddar Bacon Burger. It costs about $9. And THIS is the hamburger that I got for for 9 bucks. 😑

*** 10-15-21 update Management contacted me and said they would apply credits to equal the meal so I could give them another chance to improve the review. I set up the rewards account and emailed them twice but they never followed through so it was a waste of time. Very disappointing. I ordered from Uber eats. There was no option to ask for ketchup and mustard on the side. Immediately after the order I called and requested the ketchup mustard and sauce on the side. When it came it looked completely disgusting everything was burned the bun was wrinkled and horrible. When I called the manager admitted that they had already made the food ahead of time and then scraped everything off of the old food and re-cooked it and added the toppings I requested and tried to give it to us and even use the same buns. She said that they wanted to go home early. She refused to deliver us a new order. The food was unsafe and I was unable to feed it to my family because I was afraid of food poisoning from old food
