This location needs to be shut down ASAP first off its not a physical store the only way you can order is from the app i say fine i always order in advance anyway.. this was my first time picking up from this location its a locked door with a sliding window a suspicious looking kid passes your order out the window and shuts it back when finished like its a drug spot!! Smh you don't see any work being done to yours or anyone else's sandwich 2nd off the so called staff a window kid handing out orders though this window is so rude and disrespectful and dismissive after seeing about 10ppl plus 7 or 10 delivery guys standing outside this tiny window in 100 degree weather i had to navigate my way through these ppl like im at a concert i ask for my order the only thing this kid keeps saying is it's not ready completely dismissive asked 3 times 10 minutes apart he says dude its not ready every time one lady standind there said she was waiting 1hr and she said she just wanted a tuna sandwich So now I wait some more now im getting frustrated so I asked the kid in the window let me talk to a manager or who ever is in charge he tells me no "why do you want to talk to them they can't do anything for you" at that point looked at him side ways I wanted to knock this kid out So now I say im not moving from this window until I talk to a manager the punk kid starts shaking and saying I cant talk to a manager and actually tries to get aggressive through a locked door and a sliding window putting his chest on arms through the window i say don't touch me he backs up i say let me talk to a manager he says no again this time he says if you don't move from the window im gonna move you i looked at him and said you!! And laughed so now hes physically assaulting me or trying to through a damn head sized window and a locked door so I yell let me talk to a manager through the window some guy comes down with a banjo on his back 🤣🤣 no B.S HE HAD A BANJO ON HIS BACK!! and says what's the problem i tell him the situation i tell him I put the order in at 12 its now 1 and im still here he tells me there's nothing he can do just ask for a refund or something we don't work for jersey mikes we just help them out" I'll leave it at that...JERSEY MIKE'S SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP ITS GIVING A BAD NAME TO THE BUSINESS!! OH BY THE WAY I LEFT WITH OUT MY FOOD AS YOU WOULD HAVE GUESSED

Ghost kitchen hell. They’ll have you waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes for one lousy sandwich. The window attendant only comes by every 10 minutes just to update you that it’ll be “5 more minutes.” Meanwhile you’ve watched 15 delivery orders go out. And they have the nerve to be rude. Why are franchises doing everything to dehumanize the eating experiences?

If I could give 0 stars I would. They prioritize delivery services over online orders. Email says ONE sandwich Will be ready in 20 minutes, but I’ve been waiting an HOUR in 20° weather. The lady at the window says “call the restaurant” yet they purposely don’t pick up. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

I waited for over a half an hour for 2 sandwich in the freezing cold while I watched about 10 different delivery guys get there orders right away. You can't pay with cash and have to order from their app. The sandwiches weren't that bad but I won't be going back.

Catered for 100 ppl. to be delivered by 12PM it arrived at 1:30PM, yes 1hr and 1/2 late. Food not properly labeled, wrong sandwich selection, soggy bread. Had 70% of clients leave before food arrived. Total waste. Should have read previous reviews but ordered through 3rd party catering co.

I've left one star where I can, and zero where I could not in good conscience give any credit. I cannot rate the food at this jersey mike's location because there was none to be had. As a new jersey native I am proud enjoyer of Jersey Mike's. When I arrived at this location, I was met with about five delivery workers congregating on the steps outside with an employee handing out orders through a cracked door. Finally, the crowd dispersed. The one employee said to me "what do you want," so first of all, rude. It costs zero dollars and zero cents to say hello. But alas. I told her what I want. A regular #11 Mike's way. Then I'm hit with the worst sandwich related news a hungry Jersey girl can receive - online orders only. Excuse me??? You mean to tell me that this Jersey Mike's doesn't have a credit card reader? I can understand a cashless establishment (although I don't approve of such a practice for accessibility reasons), but to not even have a credit card reader?? This place HAS to be a mob front masquerading as a branch of a beloved sandwich chain. Take your money laundering schemes to Quiznos or Jimmy Johns - it does NOT belong in Jersey Mike's. They wouldn't even take my cash and make my sandwich under the table. How can this be? Customers weren't even allowed into the storefront - which means if I was going to be an unstoppable force in getting my Jersey Mike's I would have had to stand out there IN THE RAIN to order online. Even though the SINGULAR employee already knew what I wanted. Because I told her. To Mr. Jersey Mike, I have this to say - either provide the Vandam Street location with a means of accepting payment from customers who have the nerve to show up in person to ask for their sandwich, or put the place out of its misery.

My sandwich was acceptable, but this is an absolutely disastrous way to run a business. There is nowhere warm to wait for your food if the kitchen is slow or there is a rush, and everything is outsourced to the even-more-underpaid gig workers who are picking up everyone's orders. I don't think I will eat here again on principle--it's bad for our city when everything is just a storefront where poor folks on bikes are just picking things up for the tribeca/SoHo upper crust. It makes our home less vibrant and beautiful all so some franchise owner can squeeze out an extra buck. I know things were bad to begin with, but this is not a game I want to play.

placed an order at 6:44pm and still here at 7:36pm with only half of it. there’s at least 15 other people waiting for pickups and the staff just leaves you outside and boards up all the windows. not sure if this is a franchise or something but it’s really poorly run. they should honestly just close this location it’s not performing anywhere close to standard of any business i’ve ever seen. if they’re understaffed they should just close as it’s not fair to the staff to have to deal with this nonsense either.

Absolutely awful place to order food from. This location will never tell you how long it will take to make your food. I once ordered a sandwich and the staff just kept saying sorry its not ready yet and i waited for over an hour and then just left. I will never be ordering from this location ever again.

Asked how long the wait was before I ordered because lunch breaks in NYC are not that long. Guy in the front told me 10 minutes so I ordered. Took way longer than 10 minutes. No sense in 2 guys at the front kiosk both on their phones. People in the back laughing but no orders coming out. Never again.
