Jersey Mike's Subs

7:40 pm August 8th 2025. I'm visiting from out of state and I'm a Jersey Mike's regular, the ladys working tonight were excellent. They kept things going when busy keeping their stations maintained and clean. They were kind and courteous the whole time and did it all right. I actually enjoyed the wait.

A very busy location, but everytime I come here the staff are high energy and committed to serving us customers as fast and best as possible.

The people here are the best! This is my fave location. Super nice & professional! The sandwiches are delish! My faves are the California Club & Famous Philly with Portabella cheesesteak. I💜 their rosemary Parm bread. Yum! Their red relish is also so good on any sandwich! Enjoy!

I have the number 5 Giant on wheat Mike's way and it was fantastic! Everybody in spring Valley was in the store that day because of the oven weather outside. Everybody was interested in eating something cool or cold because of the excessively hot weather. The crew worked very well given the overwhelming number of customers coming into their store.

Just a good sandwich. I have come to like JMs a lot in the past few years. For a great cold sub they are tough to beat. I've only had a poor experience at a JMs shop once or twice, but not at the Spring Valley location.

Food is as good as other JM's. Gets busy during lunch as do all good establishments. First time ordered on the app and food was ready in 20 minutes. Second time went in person and waited in line for about 10 minutes before ordering. The staff is great and are not slow. Longer wait times are because there are a lot of people ordering multiple sandwiches (the guy in front of me ordered 4 giant subs). Be patient people.

The light pop music in here is torture. I am pretty sure it violates the Geneva Convention. Everything else is pretty good. Anyone complaining should realize that Jersey Mike's is a default food group for many office drones, and lunchtime is seriously busy. Order early or late.

I had the #3 Ham & Provolone Mike's way on Wheat. It was a good sandwich and I liked that the brea was very soft and not dry. Both the ham and cheese were tasty. Service was welcoming and friendly. This is a smaller location than most.

18 bucks for reg sandwich not even the size of your hand. Waste of money trust me never eat here. Overall it was very tasty and fresh but price wise seems like a local favorite in lemon grove is the way to go. Staff was nice too.

First-time coming to this jersey Mike's subs located at spring valley. I order a Philly cheese steak sandwich 🥪. Paid for it and when I got home, and opened the bag. My sandwich was full of onions and mushrooms. NO MEAT 🥩 was added to the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was horrible! I couldn't drive a long distance to complaint to them about the wrong Ordered they put into my bag. They need a A.I. to take orders from customers. Because these workers don't understand the English language! I will not come here again.

My kid loves your sandwiches so I ordered some for her class. Spring valley location…Her favorite is California with bacon and avocado so I ordered $300 worth of little CA and there was zero bacon and zero avocado. Like what? Another day…went to get a sandwich and nobody else is there yet I’m waiting watching them make sandwiches for somebody else who is not there and I wait and wait and they could care less…wasting my time 🙄 I really want to boycott this location. Service sucks. You mess up online order and you mess up in person just ignoring me over online orders. This is not good. I want a gift certificate for free sandwiches!!!!

For some reason this location is the only location in San Diego that has poor customer service and also poor portions. I usually go to lakeside location and it’s actually much better. Portions and customer service too.

Just placed an online order and they completely messed it up and instead of taking accountability they just made every excuse in the book and never rectified the issue. If you order food here make sure if you want tomatoes or lettuce on a sandwich put that you don’t so they will add it… no customer service skills at this location! Manager was just as bad as the person who answered the phone! Guess won’t be going back to this location.. sad part is that we go there usually at least 3 xs a week!

This specific location is horrible! My mother went to buy a sandwich for her and my father for dinner as well as two gift cards. When she was placing her order for her sandwich, two employees, a male and female were laughing making her feel like they were either making fun of her or laughing at her. This made her very uncomfortable and she felt insulted. She asked the two, "What's so funny?" and they both stopped laughing. My mother does not get easily offended so this is of concern. In all my years of going to Jersey Mike's, I, nor anyone I know, never once experienced bad customer service to the point where I was uncomfortable or felt insulted. My mother asked Joel (the person ringing her up) for a Manager wherein she was informed there was no Manager. She then asked for the two employees names. Joel would not provide their names and said he would speak to them. So unfortunate that they hire young ones who don't uphold the customer service that Jersey Mike's usually has.

Javier the Lead refused to give me a full refund. Then told me the only thing he could do is provide me with a remake. So here's the situation: I am working a 16 hour shift in a law enforcement capacity and my wife calls in an order and ask for a sandwhich with extra meat and on the grill with Chipotle Mayo. The sandwich was ice cold and the Chipotle mayo was non existent and the extra meat was only regular meat. The phone call: My wife calls to report the problem and is put on hold then Javier answers she states the problem and he the begins to argue that we didnt order on the grill and that he remembers putting on the Chipotle mayo himself and that per policy extra meat is only 1 more slice of meat. Haha so he makes excuses for his incompetence and basically calls me and my wife liars. I then get on the phone as it was on speaker phone and I demand a full refund. He says no he cant. But says he can do a remake. I tell him no thanks I want a full refund. This petty individual then tells me ok I can give you a partial refund but I refuse to give you the extra meat refund. I say this is absurd I will need to speak to your upper management because this is ridiculous. He said go ahead. I said OK I will. This sandwhich was definitely not Mike's way. It was JAVIERS WAY. And that sandwhich tasted like a cold subway sandwich. Horrible service and garbage food. By the way we have both copies of the order receipt. Javier was trying to tell us that he didnt write on the receipt on the grill because we never asked for it we told him we have both copies with us and its your handwriting. Incompetence My wife even left a tip. SMDH Take your business elsewhere!

I think this is my 3rd or 4th time trying this location. This time I had it, I only go to this location if someone else wants JM. This last sub was sopping wet the sandwich had more vinegar than anything it was burning my mouth. Ive never had to ask for light anything except for this location. We live less than 10 minutes away and the sandwich was picked up by a visitor for me. I don't understand how they thought this dropping wet sub was acceptable.

The most dirty Unsanitary kitchen and staff attitudes bad service.. I didn't even take my order walked out very poor service.
