Main St Cafe is always great. All the servers are friendly and attentive. Food is good and prices low. We regularly come here and they have good breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

The calzone was awesome. Hubby had the royal sub which was huge. Everything tasted great and the server was very friendly and attentive.

We stopped by for dinner last night....my husband had the Greek salad...he enjoyed it and I had the Kansas City steak pasta.....it was the best meal I have had in a long time.We will definitely return.

The Mushroom Swiss burger is very good. And I like you get a choice of sides. But everything I have gotten here has been good. Very consistent. Nice little restaurant / pizza place atmosphere.

Went for dinner with our 2 Grandsons Gavin and Rhett, wonderful friends, Jeanette and Keith, and Jeanette's sister, Jeaneen. The meal was outstanding! Service was great and the young ladies, serving were very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant. 👍🤗🎉💐🤓

We had subs for lunch. I had cheeseburger & hubby had Italian sausage both were very good! The only downside for me is they serve Pepsi and I'd rather have diet coke! But ice water was fine. The tables were clean, the waitresses were polite and food was great.

We arrived 40min before close on Memorial day, but they squeezed us in and made great pizza and the BEST tasting (and picture perfect) calzone I've ever had. Sorry for the late arrival, but the 2 waitresses did a GREAT job of serving everyone quickly, without rushing us out the door or making us feel like we were putting them out by being there past the time they hoped to close.

Joe Emerling once again provided delicious wrap sandwiches for the Springville-Griffith Community Education Foundation, Inc. 2018 Wine (& Beer!) Tasting and Silent Auction and they were once again, received with gusto! Not a wrap left in the house! Quaint little place in the village of Springville. I had chili and grilled cheese sandwich. Chili had a little bit of a bite, but nothing overpowering. Desserts were also available. Enjoyed my meal.

Great little town pizzeria with tasty pizza, sandwiches, and other fare. My wife split a small, pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza with her sister. I had the bacon and turkey on the pretzel roll with fries. Great, friendly staff and large portions. Delicious looking deserts, but we were too full!

We have been clientele of Main St. before it was even Main St., since Joe owned a video rental shop. He has been a staple of the community, serving excellent food at a great price. Main Street has been me & my elderly parents favorite restaurant for many years! The people that work there are kind & professional, yet friendly! And any food I've tried there, I fell in Love with! I had a medical emergency there last week and everything was handled quickly, kindly and very professionally. If I could give this restaurant a higher rating, I would! I am currently visiting family here in WNY and we came to eat at the restaurant. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the food was outstanding and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend this place to eat and definitely look forward to coming back.

My husband, our daughter and son in law stopped here for lunch. Everything is very comfortable here and our waitress was excellent. The only place where I had to take off a point was for their red sauce for pasta. Being married to an Italian for many decades and having had to learn to make sauce, "the proper way", that was probably the worst sauce I've had in years. We will return though, but just not order pasta. 😊

This is our other go to place for fish fry or weekend dinner. Clean, family friendly, workers are very nice and sometimes very busy and still nice! I love their menu! Their spinach salad with bacon dressing is awesome! Their wraps are great, fish dinners are great, i haven't tried their pizza but had a calzone, huge for the price and delicious! Dinners are great. I haven't found one i haven't like! I like the window seats by the street! Went there for our anniversary and got a higher priced meal! It is a great restaurant! They have a tree that has no leaves that they decorate for the holidays! I love to see what they put

Great place for anytime of the day. Best breakfast in town even though so many people haven't tried them for breakfast. Food is always delicious and if there is ever a problem joe *the owner makes it's right. Great staff and restaurant. Just an incredible group of people

What a delightful surprise. We stopped for lunch yesterday and Everything was great, including the friendly, fast service The French Onion Soup was very good, The Reuben Sandwhich was as well. The thick rye bread didn't fall apart even with the brown mustard I added. They even had real Polish Dill pickles on the side. The fresh cut fries were tasty. We even ordered a Deep Dish Pizza to go which was cooked perfectly and very satisfying. I still didn't eat my Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake I got for dessert but it looks amazing and will be dug into soon. I totally recommend this Easy to Drive By place for a meal. Don't miss it or you'll miss out.

I work across the street during the winter months so I get dinner here often. Food is great, tastes fresh and the staff are all very friendly.

Food & service was excellent as usual..they only problem was an older couple leaving, walked by our table and the woman made a racially derogatory remark under her breath as she walked by our table..we were the only other table in there..luckily I didn't hear her say it or I would have said something. I deeply apologize to my guests that some people are so ignorant!

Love the food here. Their Macaroni salad is my favorite anywhere. Beef and Barley soup is excellent. I would eat the Greek salad everyday if I could. The fish fry and the pizza are some of the best around. Crispy fat wings too!

I have been here 3 time so far and have yet to be disappointed. Every time I have been here, the food has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and roomy. The prices are very reasonable. Good portion size to price ratio. Have suggested this place to friends and family and received great feedback from those who have taken my suggestion to try this establishment. Though I have to say that I have not tried the pizza yet, so that will be added to a future edit on my review.

Main street is such a wonderful local buissness to order from! I want to make it known for the first time, my food didn't come as ordered and not only were they willing to re-make it, but offered to deliver it as well! It is the only food place I order from in town so thank you to the workers and owners who put in so much effort! You run a wonderful buissness! The food and service is a 10/10 everytime!

We happened to come across Main Street Pizza when we were going to all of the antique stores. Pizza can be hit or miss and this place was a hit! I said to my husband this is delicious pizza. It is definitely in my top 3. I mentioned it to my son later that day and he said yeah, Main Street Pizza! The food is amazing there. I said why didn't you tell me about it sooner! I am thankful we happened to come across it. Every time we go we enjoy it. Everyone is pleasant, the pizza is fresh, hot and delicious.

Had a couple of very hungry kids after a mother's day baseball game. Service was excellent. Food was amazing and they went all out iwndcatering to 3 moms and kids. A very family friendly place to kick back and relax. Very large portions so be prepared to take some home.

Very nice little diner. It obvious the owner(s) put money back into the business. The freshness, cleanliness and both year round and seasonal decor is a display of directed customer comfort. It is easy to tell that Main Street Pizza & Cafe "understands" refreshing, modernizing and putting back into their business. The food is good. Options are plentiful. Service staff was efficent and nice. The parking in front of the restaurant is wide and easily accessed. The silverware was clean but lower to medium quality. This place is very Pandemic - health attentive. Check out Main Street Pizza & Cafe. Our group had the Blue Cheese Burger, A Spinach Topped Burger, Chicken Tenders all with fries and an excellent Julianne Salad. Ordered pizza just the way I like. Crust was awesome! Server was excellent 👌!

Friendly and helpful employees. I was three bites into what was suppossed to be a Beef on Weck before I realized that I didn't taste any salt and caraway seeds but it was still a good sandwich and I love their steak fries!

Make sure to sit in a window seat. There is nothing better than people watching while enjoying a good meal!

Awesome eatery! Our phone in order for five dinners for take out was incorrect. Wrong beef sandwich… we ordered HOT ROAST BEEF- Roast beef sandwich and mashed pot covered in gravy but what we got ROAST BEEF SANDWICH- Tender hot roast beef with sauteed mushrooms, melted provolone cheese on a hard roll, very good still, but not what was ordered and left me wanting the mashed pot. Gotta work on listening skills folks 🥴

We ordered a Royal sub and a Rueben. Our first time there, and I guess I didn't realize that I was getting a sausage patty on a sub roll. It was good, but I'm not one to order a lot of spicy food. I could only eat half, of the half I ordered. I would get this again for sure. The Rueben was ok, as per my husband. Different in that typically the meat is sliced thin and this was chipped, so it wouldn't stay in the sandwich. Cute place, I would go again if I am in the area.

Excellent food, I got chicken wings and they were exactly how I wanted. Inside is a little cramped feeling, lots of seating which makes for a good capacity of serviced customers when full, but feels a bit crowded even when not busy. Staff are extremely helpful and know when you do and dont need help.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this restaurant was. On a Monday afternoon, it was open, had a beautiful display of freshly made pies and cakes including a sugar free cake Option. The pizza was really good, great dough and sauce. The waitress was very quick and brought Dad coffee every 10 minutes on que. A rating.

Deep dish pizza was just okay. Friday fish dinner was good. Large piece of fish. You got fish, fries, coleslaw, and macaroni salad. I think it was $12.95. I would have preferred to just have coleslaw OR macaroni salad ...but more of it and before my dinner came. It took 40 minutes from the time we sat down until we got our food. Service was okay also.

The staff is friendly. Food is fair. Somewhat expensive. Place clean, but tables a little close together. Nice dessert variety. They will accomodate special orders with a good attitude.

Their pizza and wings are very pricey... no pizza and wing specials! I don't know if thats only with dining in but it was $50 for 3 people to drink a coffee, 2 pops and a large pizza and 20 wings, kind of crazy. The service was good though and the food was very good 👍

Good pizza and wings but DO NOT order the fish.......well below average quality cuts of fish with no taste whatsoever. I ordered the Cajun and my mother ordered the Italian. Mine was orange with no taste and hers had two tomato slice with no tatse. Both had tremendous potential but failed. They and you should stick to what they do best and the longest pizza and wings.

I have eaten here before and pleased . I think the spinache quiche was too strong for me and the side salad was a tasteless ice burg with very little add- itions for flavor. Will probably try again.

Good prices, pleasant employees, but the pizza needed a little bit of work. Plenty of cheese and mushrooms, great crust, but there was very little sauce on the pie. I'll order there again, but will definitely ask for extra sauce.

I want to start off by saying our server and the service in general was absolutely amazing! Our server was quick to bring and fill our drinks, the food was brought out hot and fresh, but we were a little disappointed in the breakfast food... 😞 one of the bigger disappointment was that we all 4 got home fries with our breakfast and they were way under cooked.. still raw and crunchy... even in the breakfast burrito... My over medium eggs were actually over easy (liquid yoke and raw slimmy whites around yoke), the Eggs Benedict was ok, but we were a little surprised to see deli cuts of cooked ham instead of Canadian bacon... the French toast was ok, the sausage gravy was kind of flavorless, salt and pepper helped that making it ok, but it didn't have much of a sausage flavor... We will try again, maybe it was just an off day, it happens! I think next time we will try the lunch/dinner menu, for our next visit to Springville, and this beautiful restaurant... I bet thats where it's at!

Only time I have a problem here is with the either messed up orders and or blatant lying on closing times. Some people can’t get lunch until 8. 3 out of 5 times I can and the other 2 they randomly change their closing time to perfectly counteract my time I want to pick up. Other than that the food is very well made and most people who work there are good at their job.

I do not recommend going here for breakfast. Food is not cooked well or with any consistency. My eggs were very snotty and the home fries had a lot of severely undercooked hard potato pieces.

I can't say too much about this spot because it was sooo busy and there was only one waitress that was hustling her buns off! I will say she was friendly. Unfortunately, she was so busy and we were on a time crunch that we had to leave without eating. If you live in the area and need a job, or know someone that does, I believe they are hiring!

We have ordered kids spaghetti and meatballs and they never give us meatballs this is now the third time we’ve mentioned it and we had a pile of water in the spaghetti sauce on the side of our blow so it made the food taste very bad.. we are not impressed we were hoping the first time they would fix it but clearly not… I have pictures of it unfortunately I don’t know how to post them but definitely not impressed

My family and I traveled 1200+ miles to NY to visit family for a very short trip. I’d frequented this restaurant as a kid and loved the location and atmosphere both then and now. Tonight was an absolutely horrible experience. As we approached the doors to enter, I immediately ran into a family member that I hadn’t seen in over 15 years. Little did I know, she was accompanied by another family member that I probably hadn’t seen in 20+ years. This was obviously a wonderful surprise and made my trip even better than it already was. Never did I see a sign that said no outside food. Even if I had seen it, I would have kindly asked if it was okay for my Daughter to bring her food in. Had that been a problem or a no, we could have easily taken our business elsewhere without issue. We sat down, began to look at the menu, and I was immediately impressed with their offerings. I had planned to purchase appetizers and plenty of entrees as I wanted my family to try many WNY cuisines. Almost immediately as we sat down, we were approached by a worker, who I later learned is named Rebecca, aka Becky, that told us outside food was not allowed but that they would allow it this one time. My six year old daughter, who, if you have kids would understand, wanted a happy meal and wasn’t excited about a “Friday fish fry”. I saw no harm in my child having this; figuring we were a party of three adults, and four teenagers. Obviously, a great ticket would come from us. Becky was not friendly, and continued to scold my mother, even when my mother was kind enough to take it upon herself to throw away the McDonald’s trash outside of their establishment. Not only did Becky rudely watch my mother walk in and out, she continued to hate us when she had a customer, who I assume she knew, was standing to pay. Becky held her hand up as if she were a child telling a secret, while eyeballing our table, and looking straight at me and giggling like she knew I was certain she was gossiping about our table. I am not a confrontational person, but after all the rude faces from this lady, I made sure to thank her when we left for ruining our dinner. She immediately raised her voice, asked me why I would bring food inside of another establishment, and why I thought that was okay. I was already walking away, as I didn’t care to have anymore interaction with this restaurant. She continued raising her voice since I was walking away. I am absolutely appalled at this lady and her lack of customer service skills. Being in the restaurant industry, you cannot treat your patrons the way she treated us. I saw her eating, drinking her drink, constantly scolding us. And I know that she knew I saw her faces and reactions to us. To be that blunt and rude is beyond me. I will never return here.

The food here is decent & priced well. I use to order quite often, however, the owner has a nasty streak. After seeing him get nasty w his employees several times I decided I didn't want to go back again. I get that running a business can be stressful but don't yell at your employees,just distasteful.

So disappointed in this so called restaurant came in for dinner and ordered appetizers and salad and wrap ,we waited 30 minutes and never got appetizers,when asked if there was a problem waitress said “there is a lot of take out orders” sorry not my problem they should have brought out appetizer but when I looked up it looked like the cooks or kids that worked there were throwing food at each other,never going there again I’m sick and tired of poor service just do your job and serve the people

After my party and I were seated the waitress Kalee, just about threw the set the silverware on the table! We had two orders from the child's menu of, spaghetti and hotdog with fries. The portion of the fries were not even a handful, More like a pinch. In which, I later, gave most of my fries away. Never came to refill any of our drinks. The next time Kalee came back was when we were all finished in which she asked "how is everything?" At that time I asked for three small to go boxes. kalee replied " are you sure you need three?" looking at me and the leftover fries (I'm a bit heavy in stature do to health related issues) When Kalee came back with the three to go boxes, she saw the fries I had, were gone and said "did you really need three boxes?" As we were getting ready to leave my children asked for their lollipops that came with thier meals, however they were just ignored and nothing was done. I waited 20 minutes and I didn't see one waitress walk up to our table. 5 waitresses walked by our table and looked at us and didn't do anything. We didn't even get drinks. This is ridiculous. I don't recommend going here at all.

I am unfortunately unable to rate the food considering they decided to never deliver the food. We placed an order and when we called we were told that it was being packaged and should be delivered before 4pm. We called at 4:30 and asked where our order was and instead the person handling calls at the time thought it would be best to hang up and severe ties with what could have been a good relationship between two businesses. We were never contacted back with an apology either. I refuse to do business with this establishment with such poorly trained staff and I will make sure to tell any one I know about the experience I had here.

Placed the order at 11 am for pick up at 1 pm. When we showed up it wasn't even cooked yet. Review on our order, wings were good,,pizza was the worst I ever had. even our guest didn't like it. cheese was either artificial or the cheapest mozzarella they could purchase, the sauce was sour and heavily sprinkled with dried oregano, crust was doughy and under-cooked.

Service was astonishingly slow. It was so bad that the waitress forgot to bring out drinks after taking our order and only remembered our existence after seeing us waiting patiently for our food to come out. The group we brought in wasn't large either, only 4 people and 45 minutes into it, there's no sign of food

I have to say that I am very disappointed in Main Streets service. My wife and I have been patrons for over 20 years. The service has been falling for some time now. For the past 6 months we have had most of our orders totally wrong. If you say something you get a gift card. I don't want a gift card. I want what I ordered to be right more often than wrong. Then when you expressed your disappointment with them they refused to give you your order and tell you to eat somewhere else. This is how you are treated after 20 plus years. I hope you figure out how to fix your customer service problems. You have a great business and your not going to keep it that way if you can't get it right. Wish you the best, but will not ever order from you again. Take care.

Been long time customers of the great establishment. Went in to try their prime rib dinner today. At $27 per plate, and order was placed medium rare (as prime rib should be cooked) we were given some sort of chuck steak cooked well done, and with terrible sides as well. Baked potato was cold in the middle, and the corn seemed like it had been sitting out for quite a while. After we tipped bill came to $100 but the service was well deserved of the tip. Was very, very disappointed in this meal, won't be returning for some time. Definitely not for prime rib again.

Arrived from Canada at 8:45pm Sunday night and checked into our hotel. Asked where to go for dinner. We were given a brochure for Main Street cafe which was clearly marked open until 10pm. Brought up GoogleMaps for direction which also confirmed open until 10pm. Walked in the door at 9:15 there was 5 or 6 people sitting at one table. They turned and told us the restaurant was closed. They told us Friday and Saturday are their only late nights. So either they lied or all their marketing is wrong. Nice welcome to Springville USA. First time I have ever ever ever posted a bad rating. Congratulations on an epic fail 🙄
