Had my doubts, but the staff and service was great. The king studio was a good rooms. It was clean, bed was good, and it had a great location. Being across from a grocery store and food/ entertainment space was ideal. Had a good breakfast selection each morning. The Upbar was a good place to unwind and grad some drinks. The only downside was the parking. $28 a night...no other parking. Would definitely stay again. Did I mention that the staff was outstanding?

Very clean, quiet, all the amenities were nice. The breakfast is really nice. There is an indoor pool that is wheelchair assessable. I needed an extra cot and they brought up and inflated an air mattress which was the best air mattress I've ever slept on. All the staff were super nice and professional. I would stay here again!

I want to start with service! Bartenders at upbar went way above and beyond! Chanel not only made great drinks but also contacted house keeping to get me a few things to my room that were needed. Trey worked the workweek winddown ( complimentary drinks Monday through Friday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.). My drink never emptied. He hand delivered drinks to me on the patio, I never had to even get up! My room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast had everything needed to start the day off great! All the valet workers were very gracious and opened doors for us and we're very friendly and kind. I travel a lot for work . I am all over the country and different hotels all the time . The customer service is absolutely top notch here! I highly recommend staying here!

Room was awesome and the location next to the city foundry is perfect. The staff were so kind and accommodating and if you don't use the free breakfast you are missing out!

Amazing hotel, very modern with all the comforts of home. Great list of amenities, including happy hour from 6-7:30. Complimentary drinks and bread and cheese. Great breakfast included too. So close to so many places, easy walk or Uber ride. All the staff are very friendly! Ryan was great, he gave us some ideas of places to go while we were visiting. Will definitely be back!

I needed a convenient place to stay in order to have some medical testing at SLU and this hotel fit the bill. It was literally a 3-minute drive. That was only part of this experience. I was not feeling great when I checked in and the staff just jumped to take care of me quickly, taking care of my car and getting my bags to the room. The next morning, I was greeted warmly and was sorry I could not eat the complimentary breakfast that looked and smelled wonderful. When my tests took longer than expected and an additional night was needed, a simple phone call made that happen quickly. When I returned to the hotel, the staff again made sure I was escorted to my room and attended to any needs I had. From the manager down to the guy who brought me extra tissues, this place made me feel like visiting royalty! The room was well-equipped and comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect for many St. Louis attractions as well as medical appointments. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I will be a return visitor on all my visits to the city!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Element Midtown, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff here is incredibly kind and cheerful, always greeting guests with smiles and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel is also something to be applauded. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained, which is a testament to the pride the staff takes in their work. It’s refreshing to stay in a hotel where attention to detail and cleanliness are clearly top priorities. A special shoutout to the manager, Janessa, whose professionalism truly sets this hotel apart. She was visible throughout my stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly and taking the time to connect with guests personally. It’s rare to see a manager so dedicated to the guest experience, and it made a big difference in my overall impression of the hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Midtown, Element Midtown is the perfect choice. I can’t wait for my next visit!

If you are visiting Saint Louis University, this is the place to stay. Location is perfect amd hotel is wonderful. Great breakfast with an actual kitchen. However, its still St Louis, leave NOTHING in your car. It will get stolen, even if you use valet parking.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here and would definitely stay again. The weeknight happy hour included with the stay at the rooftop bar had great views and ambiance. The rooms were very spacious and pet friendly. This was the best hotel breakfast we had during our roadtrip.

I don't know where they got the 3-Star Rating from because we received 5-Star service from arrival to check out. Every staff member we encountered was ON POINT. I travel for work, so I have experienced the gamut when it comes to lodging. Element is in my top 3 because it has THE ULTIMATE TEAM. All too often, employers are so busy managing operations that they overlook their top performers. I certainly hope Element management values its MVP Staff at Midtown St. Louis. Samantha is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Her professionalism, poise, and kindness is nothing short of extraordinary

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and fresh, but most of every single employee was incredibly kind and welcoming. We are so thankful!

My family and I came from Chicago to St. Louis, and we’re thrilled we chose this location. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Samantha at the front desk was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be choosing this location for our next visit to St. Louis.

Very happy with my stay. The facilities were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were suprisingly very nice. The valet, check in, and check out processes were quick and seamless. I'll be back when I'm in St. Louis next for sure. Edited to note: The valet guys UNPLUGGED MY DASHCAM until it was in the garage. Lesson learned to take pics of the odometer and car before dropping off. :(

The hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty. The responsiveness and friendliest of the staff was superb. The staff definitely goes above and beyond.

This hotel is truly a gem. The location is convenient to so many places with Foundry and a Fresh Thyme right across the street. Just a quick drive or uber to everything downtown has to offer. The front desk staff is amazing and there is a small sundries shop that is one of the more well stocked ones I have seen. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are huge! Our standard king size room had a complete kitchenette in it with some silverware, plates and a few other things, plus a microwave, good sized mini fridge and a single serve coffee maker. The bed was soft and the pillows were amazing. The rooftop bar is stunning and had a wonderful menu of both food and drinks and there is a taco spot next door that will provide you free chips and queso! In the morning they had a complete breakfast with the standards but also had a freshly made frittata, biscuits and gravy, and a yogurt bar along with a nice variety of coffee and juices. I really can't say a bad thing about this place and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. I know this is listed as a 3 star hotel but it is definitely closer to a 4 star in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at the Element St. Louis! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The staff was super friendly and responsive. There was a system snafu when I checked in on my room availability but the front desk and housekeeping jumped in with alacrity and fixed the issue with a smile and sincere apology. Overall, the location is near all the downtown attractions and very convenient for food options. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Breakfast at the Element Hotel in St. Louis was a great experience, mainly because of the staff. Colisha was amazing. She made a bomb chicken and egg breakfast quesadilla and did it all with a big smile and positive energy. She stayed busy the entire time, refilling coffee and tea, keeping the area organized, and making sure guests were taken care of. You could tell she genuinely cared about making everyone’s morning better. Dre was also great. He stayed on top of clearing tables and keeping the space clean, which made the whole breakfast area feel calm and welcoming. The food was solid, but the people made the experience. Huge thanks to Colisha and Dre for starting the day off right.

I'm shocked by any bad reviews of this place. This is the only hotel I could find to sleep 6 people in 1 room under $200 a night. The room was extremely clean and we had plenty of room for our 10 month old to run around. The location was convenient, safe and great in general. This will definitely be our go-to STL hotel!!

Great clean hotel rooms were clean beds were comfortable pillows were to soft but I slept good. Staff were friendly everywhere I went to in the hotel I must have been spoken to four time from the same lady she is tall with red dreadlocks with a fancy design that let me know the staff always greets the guest top tier

I had a large group of 75 guests come in and stay with Element last week. Rodney, the sales manager was extremely helpful and patient with all my requests. I appreciate his proactive approach with accommodations. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were exceptional. Thank you and hope to come back for another group meeting!

It was a great experience the staff was beyond amazing. Really made my first time visiting St Louis more enjoyable from all the front desk stall to the cooks. And valet everyone took time to talk an even recommend places to visit..a truly great time..

Great hotel, amazing staff (I wish I was better with names but the day valet guy, the night desk lady and the wine guy (Scott??), the maintenance guy who helped us out and there were a few others) were friendly, made us feel cared for and were just great with anything that came up. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious. The pool was a lot of fun and the kids loved the LEGO reconstruction of the hotel in the lobby. The breakfast was full of options (though for someone with a dairy allergy it was more limited). The fruit water was always available (my favorite combination was the strawberry and orange), and the coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby. The tea selection was great, my favorite was the herbal options and the night time tea). With that said... There was no hsbdsoap when I got to our room, we got a room with a kitchenette (easier to cook when you have family with lots of food allergies), but there was dirty silverware in the stink and most of the kitchen items were dirty when we got there and there was not enough space for the 4 of us to sit down to eat, or enough chairs, but we made it work. I washed everything before we used it. We were given a partial comp for the inconvenience. The staff was very apologetic about everything and I think handled with grace. Overall we'd still definitely stay here again if we go back to the area.

Spent only a single night here but it was so great! The whole hotel is nicely decorated and there's a ton of little amenities. They had multiple jugs of fruit infused water in the lobby and coffee and tea options as well. The rooms were so nice! I loved the bathroom and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Only concern with the rooms were that there was no shelving in the shower and I couldn't find any other trashcan besides the one in the bathroom. We visited the rooftop bar and had some drinks. The drinks were great and the scenery was beautiful! The outdoor seating area is beautiful with lots of comfortable seating options. The breakfast was great! They had a surpising amount of breakfast options and the set up was very cute as well. I'd definitely come back to this place!

Friendliest and most attentive staff I’ve had at any stay. Room was perfect for a family of 5 with kids. Breakfast was great but my only comment would be the pool that seemed possible old making it looked stained and the water a bit murky. We survived without it and had a great trip since the hotel is less that 15 minutes away from all the STL attractions.

I really like this hotel for extended stay with a kitchen. Parking option was a driver for my recent stay. All parking downtown is not pleasant, all or most charge quite a bit daily and this is probably the better of most. Room was nice, housekeeping and desk was great and was the valet service. The biggest drawback was the roof bar. It was a local hangout and was not inviting whatsoever unless part of the local community. Im sure the hotel enjoys the revenue from the packed bar, but not really the hotel business guest option. Theres a very nice market and small eateries across the street and around the neighborhood which was the best option for a more relaxed food and drinks experience. I believe it was more safe than towards the center of town, so I would probably go back to try again.

Traveled do a concert close to the hotel. Everything was nice, breakfast could’ve been a little better but everything smelled like weed.

This hotel is beautiful and my 2 queen sweet, was perfect. Perfect location and very friendly and accommodating staff. I choose the hotel because we were traveling with 3 children for spring break. The hotel was closely located to the zoo, science museum, and the city museum. The kids were disappointed that they couldn't swim in the pool. It was closed the day before our arrival, open when we arrived, butthe amount of sediment at the bottom of the pool and the extremely strong smell of chlorine made us decide that we should skip the pool this trip. The staff was very helpful, but seemed to be overwhelmed at times. They could have benefitted from having a few more members of staff. Only one of the three elevators was in operating condition at the time of our stay. Overall it was a great stay.

Great staff just double check your room. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. Great valet staff and overnight staff. Erin was above and beyond helpful! Also a great housekeeper I forgot his name but he was always there until around 11pm or midnight very helpful and great to be around

I gave the rooms a 3 because for me the beds are way to soft and you should bring your own pillows because the ones they have are basically nonexistent. We did try asking for pillows because we had 6 people staying. The they never brought them so we went down and grabbed them from the front desk

Always friendly staff! The shower had a few hairs that weren't mine, but overall cleanliness was better than most places these days. I have season tickets to The Fabulous Fox this year and, after staying here twice, I think I've found my hotel.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because of the amazing and friendly staff that works here. Literally everyone is SO SO nice!! They make everyone feel welcomed. I knocked a star off tho because the hotel is dirty. Our room looked like it had seen better days as did the rest of the hotel. There were stains on the comforter, carpets, and window shades. The laundry room was foul. There was a large red stain on the carpet in the hallway of my floor coming out of a room which immediately made me think someone may have died in there(I have no evidence but that’s what it looks like to me) The scent of the room upon checking in was also too intense and I was choking all night. The breakfast is also lacking. The valet & pet policy are awesome though. I think if they had better cleaning standards, I’d give this hotel 5-stars.

The person who helped us really didn't provide much information upon you check-in. Breakfast was okay. It cost $40 to park in their lot or $28 and you can use valet. The rooms were decent, good size and the bathroom was nice too.

Nice staff clean hotel-one thing that was irritating was the room had no soap to wash with by the sink . . . . Only in the shower the body soap. The maid said on Friday they were out and had been out for days. They still were out when we left at 6:00 on Sunday morning because a man was at front desk asking for some and they said they were out. I would think someone on staff could have gone and bought a bunch of soft soaps and solved this problem. Otherwise great stay!

We had a good experience- the room was clean and quiet and in good shape. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee/espresso machine was a nice option- very Euro. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car to park. The only thing I didn’t love was the very left leaning news show that was on in the lobby all the time. We’re living in such a polarized society right now -why not just put on sports or a cooking or travel channel? Let’s not add more fuel to anyone’s fire, left or right. But I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great hotel and location. A little pricy since parking adds to the bill. Was surprised to see trash cans outside full the 3 nights with random beer bottles and cups in the same place the whole time. The rooftop bar and their staff were all great. The only negative is the food at the bar. Wish they had more options as tacos every night are not an option. They need wings, sandwiches, burger options to make people want to come for dinner. Breakfast was excellent and delicious.

This is a standard Element property, but I’d recommend avoiding this location for now. According to the staff, they’ve been overselling rooms due to recent natural disasters, which impacts availability and service. They also don’t honor mobile check-in or mobile key via the Bonvoy app. Parking is limited and pricey. If you’re just passing through, it’s best to skip this one as a stopover.

I've stayed in a few places in STL. This one is in a great location, walking distance to the Foundry, winery, movies, other little restaurants, shops, and groceries. The gym was decent, and had a couple of weight machines, although I wish it had a couple more. I didn't really like that the parking is valet only, it was kind of annoying to have to get someone every time I needed my car. Theres a little 'restaurant' on the roof but the pictures are deceptive. It's more like a night club. There were also a lot of maintenance issues like the door was hard to close, the bathroom light didn't work, and the AC seemed like it was struggling. I peeked at the filter and it looked pretty clogged up. I put in a request a few times but no one showed up while I was there or said anything to me. The kitchenette is nice and convenient, though I think it could use a bit more cookware, like a pan and pot lids etc. Also the room service was sometimes lacking, never replaced things like coffee or soap, and one time I came back to find all the towels were gone. On the plus side, there was a decent breakfast as well as a nice little beer and cheese afternoon snack on some days. Overall, I would probably stay again for the location alone, but I will probably double check other hotels in the area and see what else is available.

Hotel bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very decent, someone was present cooking a small amount of options for you. Free parking on the street during the weekends

This is a nice, newer hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast and espresso machine were pluses. However, housekeeping is a concern that needs to be addressed. When we arrived, the body wash dispenser was nearly empty. We used it all and hoping they would refill it the next day. Well, that didn’t happen. We came back to our room around 4PM, my children's bed and the sofa bed were never made, and our own bed was left exactly as I had made it. They emptied our trash and took tips we left on the countertop. This made me question the thoroughness of the room cleaning. Additionally, the indoor pool is NOT heated, so the water was cold. Overall, it's a pleasant hotel, but housekeeping and pool amenities could use improvement.

H
Heather Willoughby

We stayed on the 7th floor. I didn’t pay that much money per night to take cold showers and not eat the breakfast. When I inquired about the cold water, I was told that’s just how it is on days the hotel is full. I don’t view that as a good long term plan. High floor rooms should come with a warning about cold water and a significant discount. I have stayed in many Element Hotels across the country and this was overall the worst in hospitality, which I have always felt Element Hotels did a great job with. The couch was visibly filthy so we didn’t sit on it, the water was cold, and there were no breakfast proteins to accommodate dairy and gluten allergies even though the sign said they had options….fruit alone doesn’t make a breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was great, no complaints and I enjoyed the breakfast offerings. My complaints come after checkout - I accidentally left a few shirts in the closet and I called that night after realizing that I left the shirts. I spoke with a very nice woman at the desk who promised to call back the next morning after speaking with housekeeping - no return call. I called that afternoon and was promised another call when housekeeping was in - none came. I called a third time and was forwarded to housekeeping, but again received no answer. In total, I called three times, was promised 2 return calls, and received none as well as no information about my shirts despite calling the very night I checked out. While the staff was quite friendly at every interaction, the frequent lack of follow-through that was promised was disappointing.

This is a beautiful hotel and conveniently located for our stay. For the price, the hotel needs to improve in some ways. There were never enough luggage carts, the ceiling in our second floor bathroom had peeling paint and the ventilation was not working. In addition, while they have an indoor pool, the water was freezing, and the pool has not been cleaned in a very long time with green touching almost every surface. I will say that all of the staff were pleasant.

L

The hotel was nice but check in was suppose to be at 3. We got there a couple minutes after 3 and was told our room was not ready. Which was fine. I asked for a ETA and the employee automatically caught a attitude and told me she could not give me one due to not being in touch with Housekeeping and they have been booked full the last 3 nights. Totally get it and i was fine to wait. After over a hour waiting and everyone after us getting called that their rooms was ready, my partner went up there and they handed over a key. So who knows how long they had our room ready without them calling my name even though they knew we were sitting in the lobby Waiting. Frustrating. The lack of communication between everyone. Recommend bringing your own pillows because the pillows are not great. Pit phone in our room did not work so we were not able to call for our car but they were fast getting it for us. Minus those hiccups at the beginning everything else was fine.

Stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, 2/5 overall. The rooms and view were nice but the sink wouldn’t drain in our room, they only provide 1 towel, the AC wouldn’t go lower than 69*, the front desk girl Lillian was very rude, valet left my vehicle sticking out in the lane horribly parked and when we got inside it was in reverse not park. Drinks upstairs were $15 each upstairs and the service was not that good. You can hear everything word someone is saying if they’re in the hallway. The best part of my stay was the kitchenette in the rooms and the fresh cooked breakfast with all the options. Would stay here again if it wasn’t $240 for the room and $30 for forced valet.

We had a free room at this hotel, so we planned a hotel night with our kids. Our kids had a great time and enjoyed a special night, but my husband and I did not. The AC in the room was loud and only worked in short bursts, but it was not enough to keep us cooled off. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling and the vent in the bathroom was full of dust like there is never any maintenance.

I wish I could give it 5 stars because it was a great stay honestly. But I paid through a 3rd party booking website. When I arrived they said okay we have received your payment and you are good to stay. They take my debit card for parking payment and when we check out, I’m charged for the entire stay. I have reached out multiple times and it is not resolved. Manager says take it up with booking.com. Kinda crazy

I am shook by the positive reviews of this hotel. The company I work for is a block away and apparently uses them all the time. When I first checked into my room, exhausted after travel, and after the receptionist tried to sell me a credit card, I entered to find blood smeared by the bedside table . I have to go downstairs, report it , she asked if I could send a picture. I sent it . Wait 1.5 hours for a response . Call to reception , get put on hold for 10 minutes, get her again and she asks “well what do you want me to do” I asked her to send someone to clean it as it was late and I had already unpacked and didn’t want to change rooms . She came up 15 minutes later and cleaned it , no apology for the tardiness or lack of care . There was also no body wash in my room , so the next morning I asked at reception for it to be refilled . During breakfast, a disturbed woman was throwing cups around and shouting with staff, the area seems dangerous and they need 24/7 security. When I came back from work there was a bottle of body wash on my counter, no clean towels, no turn down, nothing had been done after 9 hours out of the hotel. I reported to reception again and this time they changed my room. I entered the new room to find an exploded coffee with spoiled rotten milk in the microwave and a disgusting stained wall. I checked out and left for another hotel immediately. I work in hospitality, and we all know cleanliness and housekeeping are the most necessary and backbone of any hotel. I had zero confidence in the cleanliness of this hotel or the safety of the area, or the staffs ability to empathize or correct any issue.

Do not stay here. The rooms are SO dirty I was shocked. Stayed here for an engagement party with my extended family. All four of our rooms were not clean. Hairs in the bed, sheets stained, counters dirty, a used water cup left on the bedside table, a hairball in the corner of the bathroom, shower floor dirty etc upon entry to our new “cleaned” rooms. I booked another room at a different hotel the last night because I was so grossed out.

Could someone ask the Hotel to remove the abandoned car in the 1st level in the hotel garage? It’s been there for months and looks bad. Flat tires and disgusting. Doesn’t this hotel staff care? This hotel is too good for abandoned cars to be there! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

H

The only good thing I can speak to about this hotel was the valet service was great. The customer service everywhere else was trash. The free breakfast was completely depleted an hour in, and they were very short when we expected for them to replenish muffins that were freezing cold straight out of a fridge. I made two trips downstairs to get washcloths and on the second trip gave up because a family was trying to check in and reception was telling them that they had run out of the double rooms and were going to have to put them in a room with a pull-out. The pool…my god. There were clumps of hair floating in the water, and the chlorine was so strong that it burned our kids’ skin. I honestly cannot say enough bad about this hotel.

Details Eyewear

Beware! If we could give this hotel zero stars, we absolutely would. We stayed for five nights and have never experienced a hotel stay like this before. From the start, basic communication was an issue. The phone in our room did not work, which became a problem when we needed to contact housekeeping and the front desk. We had to use our personal phone, only to be placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Eventually, we gave up and went downstairs to the front desk in person just to request towels. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent throughout our stay. Not once in five nights did anyone clean our room or offer turndown service. There was never a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, so there was no reason for staff not to stop by. As a result, trash piled up in both the bathroom and kitchen areas. At one point, we placed trash outside our door, and it sat there for nearly 24 hours before being picked up. The towel situation was especially frustrating. We were told on two separate occasions that the hotel was out of towels and that we would have to wait until housekeeping arrived the following morning. Another time, we were told no one was available to bring towels to our room and that we would need to come down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves. The only positive moment during this stay was when one front desk attendant was kind enough to wash towels herself so we could have some before our early morning checkout. Despite all of these issues, no one ever apologized for the repeated inconveniences. While the location is great and conveniently situated near everything in the surrounding area, that alone does not make up for the lack of service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality. We can only assume this property is severely understaffed, but that does not excuse the experience we had. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting even minimal hotel service.

I have a 9 day reservation (which started 2 days ago) for a work trip. I left my key card in coat pocket in my car, and the most mean spirited female I’ve ever encountered in a hospitality position — the woman at the front desk — told me that not only would she not give me a new key card, but that Security was going to escort me off the premises immediately. Oh yeah and she added “there are no more rooms available.” I was flabbergasted b/c i showed her my reservation confirmation emails as well as my credit card bills to prove i’ve paid for the 9 days. I called Marriott Bonvoy while i was texting my work contact (who immediately called the manager) and after ONE HOUR security took me up to my room. Yes my key card which i’d left in room still worked. But evil woman at front desk didn’t know this and said it wouldn’t, nor could/would she issue me a new key card. I have never been treated this way at any hotel before. Seriously? Make me leave?? This came out of the damn blue. I’d no interaction with any staff since I arrived Friday 8pm because i was walking around St Louis sightseeing in advance of the work gig starting Monday.

If I could rate this experience any worse, I would. Our hotel was booked through Marriott from Friday evening to Monday morning. Our flight from California was delayed and we reached St. Louis early in the morning. When we reached the hotel, the manager rudely informed that the reservation was canceled because we were a “no show” and all 3 days of our stay were cancelled and non refundable even though we were just a few hours late. After a significant ordeal standing outside in the cold, making phone calls to Marriott, we were asked to book a new room which was much smaller and higher priced than the original reservation and paid half the price for the previous night too! The manager was beyond rude and not sure how someone like her holds a customer facing job. Hopefully, this is an alert to anyone wanting to book their stay here as this business is a scam.

Over one year later, still no call from management to reserve a complimentary upgraded stay for a “not so great” experience. I was also told if I removed my previous review I would be given an ultimate experience in a suite that was clean and suitable unlike my previous stay. Two different managers later and no information was saved for me to book a stay on a day of my choice. I spent a nice penny on a celebration stay to be ignored when complaining about the cleanliness. I feel foolish to think staff really cared to make my experience better. I should’ve kept my previous comment up… better yet.. I should paid more for the Westin and that service. I thought it would be similar with all Marriot hotels but boy was I wrong… 😑 dirty, bed and sheets dirty, hair all over the bathroom and carpet, dust and filth in the sinks, stains on the sheets and carpets, etc. I was basically told “complain about it at check out our rooms are full” .. disgusted. I even asked for a refund and was told by the manager they would make sure to make my stay worthy.. never heard back. Well over a year later.. I would definitely prefer a refund!! I guess I should’ve looked at the reviews before staying… what a disappointment.
