Last night I took my wife and three children here for a bite to eat. We were greeted upon entering which is always nice to be acknowledged as a patron. The two men behind the counter were preparing orders already but they were quick. We were ordering withing two minutes. Christian and Rafael were their names. They were so attentive and efficient we had our food within minutes. We sat down and started eating and the food was out of this world. Then they brought out churros on the house that the kids loved. They were so kind. You don't see that a lot anymore. Especially in fast food places. The place was spotless. Very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Quesadilla, tacos or burritos. And the prices are very good!!! Thank you Christian and Rafael for the wonderful experience.

Now, let me talk about the love chips. The love chips were AMAZING. I ate them as if they were a drug. Since they were BOGO free, I got both the caramel ones and raspberry ones. Both were so good, I don’t know which ones I liked more. I’d honestly order again for just those. I still look forward to trying something different next time, but not a bad place at all.

I can see the Guacamole but not sure why peppers and onions are an added charge. We got two burrito bowls that were both over $13 and were very short changed and not filled up for that price, a very small amount of Guacamole as well for the add on price. The Pork was very salty, the chicken was actually good and seasoned well. The bowls that they use for takeout are not very appealing and give a cheap feel, the presentation of the food could have been better as well, nothing like their pictures on social media. So unless you are ok with only getting meat cheese and beans, be prepared to spend over $13 for your meal. I will try again, I was hoping for a smaller local place to go to over Qdoba and Chipotle, but I don't think the prices and presentation can compete right now.

I ordered a chicken bowl the rice wasn’t fully cooked, the chicken was extremely salty, few pieces of the meat were burnt and I found a piece of plastic in my meal. First and last time I will order from here. Who ever is the chef need to improve, you can see he or she is going threw something and taking it out on the food they serve to the customer’s.

Interesting how all of the negative reviews are claimed by the business owner as fake reviews. I shared a similar experience - abysmal customer service even when my order came out incorrectly and I was charged incorrectly. No biggie - but a simple sorry goes a long way, and ditch the attitude. I ordered from this restaurant regularly on Uber eats and I would recommend doing so unless you don’t mind being treated horribly. Food is not bad though, so keep that up! Maybe transition to online only? :) Edit to include screenshot of my CC charge from my IN PERSON experience: I physically walked into your restaurant, interacted with your staff in person, and carried the food out with my bare hands. I meant that I have a history of ordering online, but this negative review is in reflection of my in person experience. Please stop making excuses for your horrible customer service, frankly it is pathetic. If you want these reviews to be more positive, then train and monitor your staff. And note the 2 charges because your staff forgot half my order and had the audacity to huff and puff at me for coming back in again! Lol

Came in and seen they were still cooking the chicken. I said take your time I’ll wait for the chicken to be cooked. The man said it’s okay and tossed the chicken over my rice. Red flag number one I guess… after that there were barely any sauces. Lettuce was slightly brown. These weren’t the usually workers it was the older man. The younger workers usually do a good job. He gave me 3 pieces of jalapeños red flag number two. I go home and start eating.. and the chicken was either all fat or under cooked. Could barely rip the chicken up with my teeth. A lot of it was just fatty. I had to remove all the chicken to the side because at that point. Who the hell would eat such a thing honestly…

I have ordered from this place in the past and it was normally good. Over the last year, however, the quality of food and service has been abysmal. I gave them three strikes and they struck out beautifully. Two months ago, I ordered pickup for lunch and when I got there, I found out they had given my food to someone else. It happens, I get it. But then they took forever to remake my food and were just being nonchalant about it right in front of me. It took another 10 minutes just to get someone to remake my food that should have been done. Then, last month, I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. They sent the bowl to me with basically leftover chicken that was hard and crunchy and inedible with soggy food and it was cold. Tonight was the last time I will ever order. I’ve attached the photo below of what my order of sweet Thai chili cauliflower looks like. They have the nerve to send that out with the delivery driver and think people will be happy about it? Absolutely disgusting. Beware if you order from here, the food is terrible and the service is even worse.

I would have given 0 star but since I have no choice I have to give one star. I ordered from bubbakoo's and it was disaster I ordered hot Nashville taco salad and trio taco and when I picked up I got both orders wrong and trio taco I ordered in soft taco but got both same shell taco. There is no taste at all.

Ordered 2 chicken bowl specials and it came out like slop and awful portions. Like they ran out of food and put about half spoon of rice in each bowl. Burrito specifically told to add sauce and no sauce was addes at all. Gotten multiple refunds for terrible service foodwise.

I've been a fan of Bubbakoo's for years but I usually order in NJ. Decided to give this location a try and I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered my go-to dessert, the love chips, and they made them with corn tortilla chips instead of the flour chips they're supposed to use. It was one of the most disgusting and vile things I've ever tasted. The texture alone was horrifying- sticky sauce on a dry, stale, and mealy chip. The taste was appalling- super corny, salty chips covered in sweet sauce and sugar. The combination of the taste and texture was so foul that I couldn't even eat my entree. What a waste of money.

Twice I've ordered and twice the chiwawa has been just straight up rice. No breading at all. Done with this place.
