Great Mexican Food. Authentic Mexican Restaurant. Cash only. Drinks are abit pricey. They do have beer. Clean place. They deliver too.

Ordered from doordash and it's always arrived fast and hot. Order any of the gorditas and always go for the fries with chorizo! Guac was fresh and tasty. Always go for the late night treat here.

It's kinda hard to find a place open after 11pm When you're just getting out of work still serving hot food. The waiters and staff very friendly, and they even have Karaoke night. One night wife wanted to go out so we went there, so there was this rude drunk Customer causing a scene, the staff and owner handle it mmediately and very Professional. Plus there are police Vehicles driving around that area so it's safe guys . Hope this helps.

One night wife wanted to go out so we went there, so there was this rude drunk Customer causing a scene, the staff and owner handle it mmediately and very Professional. First time ever ordering, food was delicious. Well, the fried chicken was delicious. Unfortunately, it's never been the same since. Each time is more disappointing then the last. This will be my 5th time ordering from here and I'm DONE. Food cold, soggy, not what I ordered and to be charged for Items i did not receive or requested, Is annoying. Especially to be in a boro that is very limited on everything!!! I rather travel to Brooklyn and far rockaway for a good restaurant

I received one of the saddest, sloppiest excuses for a burrito I have ever seen. Don't offer burritos if they are not going to be folded into a burrito or have enough stuffing. This sad thing was mostly a soggy tortilla sprinkled with bland grocery store shrimp. The amount of filling was like for a queasadilla. The nachos were just as sad. I suspect the cheese is the cheapest shredded store brand cheese from the grocery store. Portions of the cheese were completely unmelted. It looked like a kid put them in the microwave for a minute and threw them in a box. There was barely any meat and they no longer include sour cream or guac. Next time I crave Cinderellas I will be sure to hire a child to mess up my nachos instead. I have been here before and it was delicious. It used to be quality ingredients and generous portions. I don't know what happened but the quality went completely downhill. This is my last time ever ordering from here.

Ever since they changed owners this restaurant went down big time the food is poorly pack and when i picked it up it was already cold .. im a regular customer and honestly i started having bad experience last time i ask for delivery i waited for over 2 hrs amd the owner has the odacity to scream at her worker and tell her to hang up when im literally just asking how much longer will the delivery would take .i would never orde again honestly this is twice very poor service horrible not even recomendable ..

They got my order wrong and it took over an hour to make and the food is bland and over charged me for one order. Price was completely different from the site and it was nothing extra added. Wouldn’t recommend

Terrible and dishonest service. When I called to place my order, I was given specific prices and the employee confirmed the order. A few minutes later I called back to cancel one item, but the employee rudely told me it was impossible because it was already packed. They confirmed the order again. When the order arrived, one item was missing — and it was NOT the item I asked to cancel. When I called to ask what happened, they told me that item was “never entered into the system,” which makes absolutely no sense since the order had been confirmed twice. To make things worse, the final total was higher than what I was originally told. Apparently the item prices increased and they added about $3 more in taxes that were never mentioned when I placed the order.

The old woman is rude and ignores my Uber Eats order app that says my food is ready and my name, she says no, she doesn't have it, and talks crazy to me. She knows I can't hear or talk. She keeps me waiting for a few minutes when it says it's ready. I feel that she does that because I am Deaf and black. Don't order anything from this restaurant ever.

This place is dishonest, disorganized, and has terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I used to LOVE their nachos and would order them frequently- now they no longer use the super melty muenster or Oaxaca cheeses, and instead use gross cheap shredded cheese. The meat portions are tiny and the variety of toppings on the nachos are nothing like they used to be. Their nachos used to be a banger and now they’re lame. Their burritos are also significantly smaller and don’t taste the same. Do they even season their meat? The last time I picked up take out they argued with me and showed sass saying that I had never placed my order. After showing them the receipt on my phone (it was their mistake) and having to wait longer since they hadn’t even started my food, they did nothing to rectify besides a half apology. I keep giving them grace hoping that I’m having one-off bad experiences, but it’s obvious that this is the new normal. This Cinderellas is different and not worth their high costs.

Some low budget bar food type of burger. It was cold in the middle, drenched in mayonnaise after I specifically ordered no mayonnaise, and they didn't even add all the ingredients stated on the menu. They even gave me a huge container of mayonnaise on the side. Was this some kind of joke? I ordered curly fries and they gave me regular fries with a mix of 2 onion rings. I even called to make sure the order was confirmed through door dash. When we arrived, the man was confused after he had just gotten off the phone with us. I'm sure their other stuff would be okay if you order a different food item but yeah...overall this place was no good. Very dissapointed 😞 😕 😔
