Very welcoming and warm owner! It was my first time here, I was visiting my aunt in the area with my sister and randomly came across this bagel spot. We ordered a mini bagel with strawberry cream cheese… and guess what? Only $2!!! Honestly where can you even find that nowadays with inflation? On top of that, he was incredibly kind and even gave us a huge bag of assorted bagels. Such a sweet gesture. Super nice experience overall🥰please please highly recommend this spot!

In Staten Island I only saw the Citi Bagel where the Morning and Evening both shift staff are very friendly and wearing the masks Durning making the food so I feel very comfortable to have have my food from Citi Bagels and I am not agree to the remarks of some one who says that staff do not wearing the mask when they serve the food please keep visiting the Citi Bagel to promote that kind of good businesses thanks

I ordered a sandwich here. Not only did it cost an outrageous $15 (you can get the same thing for four dollars less elsewhere), but they got the sauce wrong (barbecue instead of buffalo), the chicken breast was hard, and the onion was clustered together instead of spread throughout the sandwich. The only saving graces were that the sandwich was relatively big and they provided a free bag of potato chips made with unhealthy seed oils.

Wish they enforce masks. If you dont mind people serving your food with their mask under their chin then its a great fit

Hands down worst chicken salad I ever got. Tasted like boiled chicken and cigarettes. So disappointed. Like whatever that a med container cost $11.43, dude put gloves on and grabbed it with his hands to put it into the container.

I wanted to make this my staple when needing deli sandwiches, via delivery app, however; two months ago, I’d ordered food from Citi Bagels and when it was delivered, It had a rotten smell, which she told me of course the cold cuts were rotten. Today for the first time in a couple of months, I ordered again, hoping that it would be a better experience, but the hero bread used to make my sandwich is not edible being as it’s beyond stale. I can barely bite into it to pull a piece off.

Not sure who is keeping this place in business. I ordered once to try and I ordered a toasted lox supreme on a bagel. The bagel was cold and it was missing half the ingredients. I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same thing, but this time I called to be sure they have all the ingredients - they did not!! I think these people are taking advantage of the name of this chain and it's reputation. If you go through the reviews you will see similar issues but for some reason people are being too kind and not giving a real star grade. DO NOT go here until they improve their business and have better customer service.
