Me and my girlfriend always come here coming out twice a week the chicken can’t match it anywhere. The service is great. The shots are filled to the top. This isn’t your average American spot. This is a Dominican place ! Food always comes out top-tier. Adry is a bartender there and she makes it feel like home and it really is. It’s 10:02 pm and I’m writing this review because of how well my girlfriend and I were taken really good care of here.

My boyfriend and I, keep coming back. The food here is amazing, the service is amazing. It feels like we are coming home for dinner. Adry is the absolute best, and we come back because of her! She really makes you feel like family. This is our favorite spot to go eat. We will absolutely be back!!!

Me and my crew hit this spot every morning before work, and let me tell you, the morning shift deserves a standing ovation. Even when they're clearly understaffed, they still serve with grace, patience, and heart. The food is always on point, the vibe is peaceful, and the staff? Top tier. Now... let's talk about Marisol. She's not just a worker-she's a whole experience. Kind, attentive, always on her A-game, and yes, quite the beautiful soul inside and out. If you've ever been served by her, you already know she's the MVP of the morning crew. Give that woman a raise-no, seriously. El Pollo doesn't just feed your stomach; they feed your spirit. Supp sinesses like this- they earn it daily.

We had an amazing experience at El Pollo Restaurant thanks to our waitress, Adriana. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Adriana was attentive without ever being overbearing—she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and made sure our drinks and food came out perfectly timed. She gave us excellent recommendations and really knew the menu, which made ordering so easy. What stood out most was her genuine friendliness and professionalism—she truly went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Adriana is a big reason why we’ll be coming back to El Pollo. If you visit, ask for her—you won’t be disappointed!

Got takeout from this place, and it gave off a nice atmosphere when you walked. This place is convenient, with a viewable menu online. Unfortunately, as smooth as the experience of ordering was, the food was average. Some of it is good, most of it is not good. The rice was decent, but every piece of roast chicken was incredibly dry. The plantains were much tougher than usual for plantains. It is what it is. Good serving size, good pricing, and pass-able service, but food is not great.

A mini tiny plate of breakfast (1 scramble egg, 1 small spoon of home fries with 1 piece of cheese and 1 piece of salami) charged almost 9!!! Ridiculous. And the food has no flavor.

It is disturbing how places have started to conduct business with customers nowadays. You pay them what they ask for—plus delivery, plus tax, plus tip—and what you receive is something that you should not get even if it’s free. No words could describe my feeling after receiving the worst meal I could ever get from a well-known restaurant in the neighborhood. I’m telling you, If this food were destined for the trash, I genuinely believe the cook would have made it look better before tossing it—let alone serving it to a paying customer expecting nourishment and satisfaction. For $25, I received food that was burnt, inedible, and smelled like rotten fish. I regret ordering from this place, and I condemn my friend who recommended them to me.

Just brought food today 09-10-2025 from then fish and white rice and beans none of the food has taste the fish was dry and tasted old I also got a potato ball and it tasted old and no flavor.
