Empire East is hands down my favorite Chinese food spot so far! Yes, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but totally worth it—you can really taste the quality in every dish. I usually go for the General Tso’s with vegetable fried rice or white rice, or sometimes chicken and broccoli. Every time, the food is rich, clean, and full of flavor. They’re super fast with preparing orders and delivery, and the staff is always respectful and professional. I haven’t dined in yet—I’ve always ordered takeout or delivery—but they’ve never disappointed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Chinese food!

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years and the food has always been top notch. Tonight I ordered chicken and Brocolli in Garlic sauce and a separate sautéed brocolli for my daughter who is vegan. They sent a sautéed brocolli and another brocolli with no chicken. When I called to tell them they didn’t believe me and then asked that I send a picture to show them. This really left me with a very bad feeling. After reviewing the picture they decided they would send another order but, they wanted the incorrect order back! I don’t know why were they going to serve it to someone else?? I am very disappointed and felt like they were treating me as if I did something wrong when it was their mistake. This place is very expensive and has the worst customer service ever! Even though the food is usually good I won’t be ordering from them any time soon. I guess they never learned the customer is always right!!!

Fast service, good looking, BLAND food. It doesn't taste bad or anything But having eated. Few dishes here i can say that it's all kinda lacking in flavor

The pork egg foo young is horrible, I could barely chew the pork and it was very greasy! The one on Richmond is just as bad and the women up front are rude! Expensive for no reason and lacks quality...almost $20 for some egg foo young is RIDICULOUS...

food is overpriced and not good at all. The place is dirty and they did not pass the food inspection. The boss is also very rude, do not go here. There are places way better than this. The place isnt the same as it used to be after they got a new owner. The new owner is a mess

I went into the restaurant near closing time with my friend, and I asked the owner to sit down and eat. I asked the owner nicely to eat just for 10 minutes, and he grabbed my untouched food and threw it out into the garbage. I am disgusted by their service and would not recommend!!

Awful customer service. I called because I was unable to check out on the website with the promo code they offer and they said it was expired. Ummm it’s on the website how can it be expired. They did nothing to help when the right thing to do would be to honor the coupon. Take your Buisness elsewhere to people who actually appreciate it!
