I had my sister’s bridal shower at the Marina yesterday and OMG it was perfect! Lou and Eddie, the owners, were so helpful and easy to work with, they really helped my vision for the party come to life as I was prepping and setting up. They were always so accommodating! The restaurant is beautiful with amazing views of the harbor, everything we ate was DELICIOUS all of my guests were extremely satisfied. The wait staff were all very friendly, professional and courteous throughout the event, HUGE shout out to them, my guests all had very kind words about the service. If you are thinking of having your party here DO IT!! You will not be disappointed!!

I have been to this restaurant several times with family and friends and I can’t get enough of it. Eddie is the manager of this restaurant who is so awesome, accommodating, friendly, and attentive. All of the waiters are all great. The ambience has a great scenic view of the water front, the drinks are nice and strong the way I love it, food is fresh, seasoned and delicious, the service is fabulous and the overall environment is relaxing and comforting. The price range for meals is reasonable especially with the cost of seafood today. Parking is not hard to find whether your parking in the actual lot or off the street. For party size great than 3, I would definitely suggest making a reservations for meal times after 5 pm. Prior to that you could walk in and be seated with a table.

Ribeye, which could of been a bit bigger, and asparagus were very good. The manager was very accommodating and the view from our table was beautiful. Definitely worth a return trip.

We met some friends there to have drinks and appetizers. We sat outside and it was a wonderful evening.

Haven’t been at the marina since 2012. Thought it would be a nice place to catch up with a friend I hadn’t seen. The appetizer was shared , crab meat, artichoke and spinach dip with tortilla was good. Our main course wasn’t seasoned, very bland, the chicken was raw and pasta soaking in a mixture of water and tomato sauce. Reservations were for 2:15-2:30. We were feeling pushed out due to a party coming in that needed that area. We learned of this upon arrival. No advance notice was given otherwise we would have changed the date. We decided to leave asap taking our dinners with us. I cooked the chicken at home, pasta was drained but beyond repair, the soaking caused it to become gummy. Our bill with tip came to $162.00. Staff were kind, view calming. Very frustrating how our afternoon turned out.

Amazing waterfront spot! Food was excellent—fresh seafood and perfect drinks. Service was friendly but a bit slow when busy. Love the tiki atmosphere and sunset views.

Food was mediocre. We ordered the dry aged rib eye steaks but the meat was more chewy/ striated than rib eye cuts should be. Minimal marbling. Mashed potato was lumpy and looked microwaved. Broccoli was bland and seemed like it was simply steamed. The service was also mediocre- it is apparent they’re not bothered about hospitality and “wooing” customers as the location is the main attraction. In summary, the price tag is literally for the beautiful waterside view and location. The restaurant has large glass windows so no matter where you sit you get a great view and feel of the natural sunlight.

We had reservations. Our visit was a return visit after a very disappointing visit from 18 months ago. The place was bustling (bar and dining room). The tables were filled with dinner guests and they were had two event parties. We were relieved to see experienced wait staff after our last visit and they did not disappoint. The food and drinks were delicious. The valet parking was convenient. We would recommend.

Drinks and vibes were on par for a casual setting, nothing to write home for us about. Appreciated the drink menu but found the cocktails were not particularly well balanced, and very spirit forward.

This staple restaurant is a classic in Staten Island. Came to the tiki bar to sit outside and catch the breeze. Our waitress (wish I remembered her name) was super friendly gave great recommendations and followed through with checkups. We started with calamari (a little cold) and the lobster and carb sliders (no food presentation) then ordered the tuna steak and salmon, they were cooked well and taste was good, they were able to substitute the sides. I didn’t like the paper plates and plastic cup service. This is a tiki bar so there was a crowd on the younger side but played the music at a decent volume for patrons to hear one another during dinner.

Great view, good food and lovely music. just hope service is much faster. Thanks to next people sitting to us that is regularly going there. Apparently, they sometimes gives you baguette that comes with baked clams and baked clam pizza but we didn’t get ours :( so I know to ask for it next time.

Went downhill, had to send a watered down drink back and even the soda I replaced it with cause it was flat. Food wasn't what it used to be either. They accommodated bill adjustments but it sucks seeing a good place go down hill

The Marina Cafe in Staten Island is a nice outside place to grab a bite to eat and relax. The only fault that I experienced was that at the Tiki bar the bar tenders had way too much attitude. This made the stay a little uneasy. Otherwise, it can be a nice place to have lunch.

The culinary offerings were, to put it mildly, passable at best. Reheated Sysco meals served up in portions large enough for an entire Venetian gondolier's crew, an undeniable feat of gastronomic parsimony if ever there was one! The drinks too shall not escape my critique; overpriced and underwhelming, they left me pining for the depths of a fine Barolo or even a simple glass of Chianti. Ah, but what truly set this scene askew were its denizens, a curious mix indeed! Young men with vacant expressions, seemingly lost in some existential quandary reminiscent perhaps of those found on canvas during Le Siècle des Lumières; ladies who have clearly mistaken 'refined elegance' for "mutton dressed as lamb." I daresay the scene is more evocative of a Fellini film gone awry than any Italian trattoria worth its salt. In sum, let me be candid: this Marina Café is but a pale imitation of Italy’s gastronomic delights. It falls woefully short in terms of taste and authenticity—a far cry from the culinary splendor I am accustomed to at my own esteemed establishments or even those found throughout Paris, Rome, or New York City proper. So it is with a heavy heart that I must declare this humble eatery as nothing more than 1/5 arrows in honor of its waterfront locale; but let it be known, mes amis, that true connoisseurs would do well to seek their marineresque pleasures elsewhere. For those with discerning palates and wallets unburdened by parsimony, there are far superior establishments awaiting your patronage.

We visited this place to celebration a birthday on 11/10/2025 for dinner, after we had the food, we wanted a cup of sause, the time was only 9:12pm, the waiter said, the kitchen is closed and everything's cleaned up so he's unable to serve it, which is ridiculous. Because their website says they close at 10:00. And when I check my transactions history they also have charged $10 extra than all charges combined (tax+tip+cost of food) which is illegal. Will never visit this place again.

Came here for your typical Saturday early dinner vibes was told no menu substitutions on the weekend, so I didn’t order food as I couldn’t get my regular order, so instead ordered a side of fries, another person at the table asked for a side of honey mustard was told to use the one in another plate that is on the table. My waitress was absolutely not helpful accommodating or recommending. Also the bus boys have no idea what is going on or what table the food is going to, had to get their attention after circling the area with our food to let him know it was ours. Pretty disappointing as this is typically my go to spot for nice days unsure if I will be returning again. Also had a gluten free person with our group, no other options other than salad I mean get with the times.
