A great spot for a family outing or a date night. Something for all ages from 2 years all the up to retirement age. Update. We visit every 2-3 months and we are never disappointed. Fun times.

Had a great time at this location. I ordered the Gold Dust drink which is about $31, and it was amazing. If you choose to try it, dump the ampersand in the drink, it will dissolve. Beer was $5 for the large. We won about 4,800 tickets and was able to get 2 nice porcelain Japanese bowls with chopsticks. Will definitely visit again!

Great place to host outings with family and friends. Plenty of space and games for everyone. Food is ok I haven't ate everything they have to offer but they do have a bar for the parents that need time from the kids while they run around

I wanted to do something fun and special with my husband and our 7 year old son. I have been to one D&B's in Atlanta years ago and LOVED IT. Our son had the FLU and missed the last week of school and now out for a week for Thanksgiving. We live in West Point, MS and decided to make a ROAD TRIP once I found a D&B in Hoover/Birmingham, AL. We left home at 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning for the 2.5 hour drive. When my little boy walked in the doors at D & B he just went "WOW!!! We stayed until 6 p.m., got home at 9:30 and had a wonderful time!!! We each had a card and he accumulated 8900 points!! Thank you D&B for helping me put a huge smile on my little boys face and I got full credit for the idea!! Ha! Ha!

We visited on 8/27/25 and had an amazing time thanks to our server Ebony who was very informative, helpful, and genuinely overall friendly! I expressed to her that I always have trouble finding an adult beverage on the menu that I may like and usually opt to not drink. She quickly sprung into action and recommended something that me and my husband both enjoyed. Shout out to Dawn and the bartender that night who was extremely friendly and honestly made our visit one of the best experiences out of the many times we have came there. We are regulars and I must say the half price on Wednesdays was the most exciting thing about our visits until last week. Thanks Ebony for your politeness and attentiveness.

Took a day trip to Dave & Buster's in Birmingham, Al and my daughter and son had a great time with all of the options in the game area. The food was surprisingly good for what's considered as appetizers.

Besides there being some reoccurring technical issues with a few specific games, the staff here is really awesome and it’s an overall really nice and clean location. My fiance and I got memberships for the first time this summer and it was really awesome being able to come in weekly. Whenever we have had any issues with a game or a card the staff has always jumped in to help and has never made us feel like we are bothering them. Probably the best location we have ever been to

I recently attended a work party at Dave & Buster’s with my boyfriend, and I had an amazing experience! The bartender, who specializes in private parties, provided exceptional service. Although I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly sweet and attentive, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Highly recommend for any private event!

I didn't eat but went for the bar and arcade experience. It was a blast, one of the best date nights I've had in 12yrs. If you enjoy a fun atmosphere, good drinks, and good vibes, then this is where you need to be. Absolutely 10/10, will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you Dave & Busters, you have definitely earned my business and I will be returning in the future.

Dave and Buster's always make you wait so long to be seated in the dining room. The food was pretty good. Overall it was fine the kids enjoyed it and I watched a football game.

This Margherita pizza at Dave & Buster’s was absolutely delicious. The crust had the perfect balance of crisp and chew, with just enough char to add depth without overpowering the flavors. The sauce was bright and well-seasoned, the cheese melted beautifully, and the fresh tomatoes added a light, juicy contrast. What really tied it together was the basil — perfectly balanced, fragrant without being overwhelming, and exactly what a great Margherita should be. Simple, balanced, and executed really well.

1st time here, had previously visited a Florida location fish n chips on.point.....great portion size, tarter had a lil more lemon than i.prefer but still very good!!!! Service was great also..

Cauliflower crust on the pizza was Really tasty! Resteraunt and restrooms were clean.

Went here for the first time with my sister and the kids. Nice spacious place. Plenty of room for the kids to roam. Food was delicious and delivered in a timely matter. Next time we definitely have to stay a little longer

I am a 65 year old great grandmother and I felt like a kid at Dave & Busters!! The food was not the best but our server was very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was great for having our grandsons birthday party at Dave & Busters! I would recommend it for a family party for children. My children really enjoyed the games.

Happy with my experience except 1 piece. I was quoted a 2 hour wait on my table so we went to the bar to eat while the teens and kids played and waited on our table. Well the table was ready 20 min later so they transfered our order to the table, waited 45 min for food because it was left sitting on the bar although steps for the transfer were completed correctly. Our waiter checked in several times to see what was happening with our food and notified kitchen staff.. still our food was left unattended and uncovered at the bar so it got cold. We didn't want to wait another hour for food so we ate the cold food.(it would have been a much better experience to have the hot food, despite that Food was delicious wait staff was professional and friendly took accountability for the error and problem even though they didn't cause it 😉 great customer service. The establishment is clean and very well maintained. Food is a little over priced so be prepared to spend good money if you're eating there but the quality its restaurant quality so I didn't mind. {We spent roughly $350 (paid gratuity to both bartender and table server) on food games and drinks 2 adults 5 kids ages 18, 16,16, 9, and 5} If you want a perfectly cooked WELL DONE burger 🍔 😋 ask for medium rare. 3 of the attractions we attempted to play took funds from the card but didn't let us play. We were told it would be put back on the card but we didn't see the refund before leaving so not sure if that takes a few days and we didn't go back to ask. A few games were down but there was still plenty to do. We stayed roughly 3 hours. With the time and money spent we all left full and the kids had a great time. Sorry forgot pictures of the food but it was well plated and presentable

The Buster Bacon Burger is insanely good. Maurice took care of the excellent service. I originally sat at the bar and was not even acknowledged, thankfully a hostess found me a table pronto. Definitely order the mojito!

Overall it was a lot of fun. I don't care about tickets, but many of the ticket games are fun in their own right. They have a few of the latest arcades in the mix too. Food's pretty good, though I wish they could staff the quiet side dining. Downside, twice my friend and I ran into non-functional systems that took our credits and there isn't a system to address this.

Went there for a Christmas work party on Friday, service was amazing, very polite and friendly. Atmosphere was great ,very clean, bartenders was very polite. My only concern is when you book for a party the bartenders don’t make any tips even though they are making your drinks non stop, I would recommend tipping the bartenders separately. They was working extra hard Friday night making a ton of drinks for the parties and had only made $40 that night. Other than that everything else was amazing.

Good vibes. Out waitress, T, was great. They were a bit short staffed but the moment she walked in we were sat down and she took care of our party. The food was decent and the kids had fun of course. Would come again.

Wooweeee this place is expensive! It isn't our first time, but we were feeling a little sticker shock from the cost of the arcade cards and the food this time. The games we played averaged out to be almost $3 each! That's pretty wild. The food was pretty, but we didn't like 4 out of 5 of our meals. The chicken was bland, the caesar salad was soupy with dressing, the cheesy flat bread was dry and tasteless, and the little pepperonis on the appetizer were burned and made the whole thing taste like char. The cheese sticks from the appetizer were the big winner, and we all fought over them because we were hungry. The service was meh. We rarely saw our waitress, she forgot things, and wasn't very friendly. Not our best experience.

We took our oldest for his birthday while little brother was in the hospital. I ordered the fish and fries, she ordered the chicken tenders, and he ordered the cheeseburger. The fish was almost too greasy to eat and it was on top of the fries which made them soggy. Her chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, however, there was no flavor. The cheeseburger was just an average burger. The tarter sauce was great. The waiters were phenomenal and very prompt. We even had an issue loading the play card and they handeld it perfectly. I would recommend this place to go watch the game and have a beer and play some games, but I'd recommend eating before or afterwards.

The service was extremely slow. I know that hiring restaurant employees is difficult these days but there were hardly any customers. It took a long time to get a drink and when I got my food, it was not what I ordered. My family said their food was not hot and the taste was just so-so! I will probably not go back. The only thing that saved this place was playing some arcade games.

Food was decent and the service good but not my cup of tea. Certainly geared for young folks which is fine because my nephew and nieces had a great time. Televisions everywhere with every game imaginable on so if that's your thing you should enjoy it.

After 5 or 6 visits since this location opened, I think we're done with D&B. Now that almost every game is for redemption points, a lot of the traditional arcade fun of the D&B chain is gone. I'd be happy to pay these prices for fancier, more cutting-edge arcade games, but at the end of the day, spending $50 in a pretend casino to win a giant Pixie Stick isn't a great time. Just go to Chuck E Cheese instead. This is the same basic thing now. Food is decent and the service is generally friendly, but chaotic (with people jumping between food and cashier tasks randomly). On top of that, on our last visit I used a gift card for most of the cost, but when the credit card bill arrived a month later, it showed I had been charged the full amount. D&B corporate support has been less than helpful so far, even though I'm trying to help them solve a potential issue that affects them (and not just me). The mediocrity runs to the top.

This was our first time eating at D&B. Upon arriving we asked for a booth,was informed it would be a hour, so we sat at a table. Our server took our order for drinks and came back 30 minutes with them. Server took our order for appetizers and left for another twenty minutes. Server came back and took our actual order for food , meanwhile appetizers weren't severed yet. So we waited another twenty minutes and a table across from a empty booth that was empty the whole time. Another server brought our actual food out (no appetizer) . I informed her that we did not want the appetizers , seeing how our food had already arrived. She said okay.. Then our original server appears again after we have our food with appetizers and pushed them on the table and leaves for another 30 minutes. We asked another server for water because we did not receive and refills on drinks after sitting there for over a hour just waiting on food. Then we needed the tip and once again our server was no where to be found. Two other servers went to look for our server to let her know and she came 30 minutes after that. Included her own tip of 18% on the tablet for service she did not give. Your other servers seem frustrated with having to pick up the slack. There was no manager in site to even talk to.

I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes of catching a game while enjoying some good food. However, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, as a sports fan, I was disappointed with the setup for watching games. The restaurant lacked sufficient screens, and the ones they had were poorly positioned. Unless you are sitting at the bar, it is challenging to get a clear view, and the overall ambiance did not create an engaging sports-watching atmosphere. Moving on to the food, I found it to be below average. On a positive note, the service was good. The staff was courteous and attentive, which helped salvage the overall experience. Despite the shortcomings in other areas, the service was one aspect that didn't disappoint.

Revu-a-Holic Time: My hubby and I went on a couples dinner at Dave and Buster’s. I was so excited 😆. Why? I use to visit Georgia a lot with my college friends. Every time we tried to decided on a restaurant Dave and Buster’s was the go to eatery. Though, how quickly the times change. How so? It took forever to find a parking space. My guest was 15 minutes late due to finding a parking space. So, my husband and I had to stand and wait. The hostess stated 50% of the party must be present before seating. I did not mind standing and waiting. I was uncomfortable because too many people were coming into the establishment and crowding around everywhere. Once, our party arrived and we were seated. The waitress came over with the menus and started staring at me. I tell you the truth. The waitress kept staring at me and made numerous unwanted compliments about my shades, clothes, and so on. Do not get it twisted. I do take compliments well but she was over doing it. I had to cut her off so we could order our beverages. I kid you not. It took her 20 minutes to bring us our beverages and she still lacked bringing one of our guest his beverage. I did ask why it took so long? She explained that on the tablet she puts in the beverage orders. Next, she retrieve them from the bar. In my mind I was like dang waitress do not go behind the bar and fix beverages🤔 anymore. Back-bar working is obsolete. Next, I noticed people who came in after us were being service by our waitress more frequently than our table. They even got their food before us. I had to ask her what’s the hold up? She stated she would go and check on our food. Soon after she returned with our meal. What was still missing was my guest beverage. I got her attention and reminded her again. She finally brought him his beverage 16 minutes later. By this time, he had already ate his food and just sipped on his girlfriend beverage. Those craving moments to experience a long lost memory has faded. Dave & Buster’s is a bust. Pros: Clean tables Freshly served food at appropriate temperature Meals are presentable and tasteful Variety of dishes and beverages Servers are well presentable Reasonable pricing 💵 Handicap accessible Dine in or take out Menus are clean and align with theme Variety of activities/games Appropriate music selection to listen to and played at a moderate volume. Cons: (1) location in Alabama Traveling distance is not convenient “always traffic” by Galleria Need an area for guest to sit while waiting on party. Also, if the establishment did have a place to sit and wait and the hostess did not offer. I will be very disappointed. Large parking lots leads to limited space. The company should create a parking pass for people to reserve parking space. Restroom area is designed nicely, but due to high traffic it reeks of different body odors. Toilets not flushed or cleaned in timely manner. It’s too many kids. Yes, they may not target children 13 or younger. The company presents this house policy rule “Persons under the age of 18 or 21 (varies by location) may only enter the premises with a guardian who is at least 25 years of age.” Though, it should be an age limit of 16 and up who can enter the premises. No children under 16 years of age allowed to enter. Children running around everywhere and running into people. I cannot make this up. 💆🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️

An easy one and done. It was a kid’s choice night so our expectations weren’t high. The service was slow & poor. My french dip along with the au jus were extremely salty. The fried pickles and its dip tasted just the same. Salty! The shrimp dip wasn’t anything special either. In addition, our food came out at random times. We didn’t receive our drinks until almost twenty minutes after being seated. No refills. Long waits in between placing our orders. The restaurant lacks structure. I would recommend the Backwood Blueberry Lemonade cocktail. Easily the best part of my experience.

We drove almost an hour and a half to visit. We thought it would be a good place to eat and have some fun. There were 6 of us (3 couples). We got seated fast. We placed our orders, an appetizer for each couple and a few drinks. We ordered our food. After about 5-10 minutes, the waitress comes back and tells 2 of us that they are out of what we ordered so we ordered something different. Again,after about 5-10 minutes, she comes back and lets us know they are out of that too. So one of us decides not to order anything else and just eat the appetizers. I order again. She comes back again and they are out of that too and tells another one of us that they are out of what she ordered too. We decide to just eat appetizers too. Then she comes back and tells us that they now have the first thing 2 of us ordered. I get it and share. After we pay (outrageous amount for the quality of food) we go check out the games. $45 for each couple is what we decide to get but quickly see that we should have have gotten a cheaper chip package because this is basically a hyped up Chuckie Cheese. We wished we had gone to the casino instead. The prizes aren't worth anything and beer is $5. Mixed drinks, $10. We won't be back.

Had a good time. The games were fun. NOW let's talk about the food. The philly sliders and chicken tender combo IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE. The sliders were dry... no tomatoes, mayo, or condiments were given until we begged 2 waitresses that walked by. They did not give us any silverware until we begged. We got no refills on our lemonade. And the French fries portion was laughable. We will definitely go back to play the games but we'll probably pass on the food next time.

Waiting an hour for our 7pm reservation, so we didnt get seated till 8pm. Food was OK. I hot the calamari, and I'm assuming it sat for a minute because it was soggy.

The worker by the name of Gabby was extremely rude , very unprofessional, and rachet. The fries were old from sitting out, I made a complaint and they brought her back with mixed fries old and new. Never again. Maybe day shift not night shift

My family was not comforted by the performance of the waiter. We didn’t recieve any refills, the younger family members came back with nothing to drink, tired and waiting for a refreshment. Overpriced and overrated, only thing good about this company is the games they have to offer for customers, food service is bad.

Terrible experience here. Waited mad long before being seated. Get seated then waited another 20 mins just to order drinks came 10mins later. Waiter disappeared never came for refills. Food was average. Prices are very overrated and overpriced

From the hostess complaining that too many people were coming to eat. To, half of our party of 6 had incorrect food arrive. And lastly the restroom in need of some serious repair. I must said it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. Cheers D&B's, I definitely won't be back!

Showed up with a party of 20 yes I know it was last minute and we were reasonable knowing we had to wait but when we saw the place was empty and they left us standing outside in the cold didn’t offer any tables or tell us to play while we wait they ignored us and not one time offered an apology. When I asked about the wait I got smart remarks and ignored by one of their employees and the older white man thT looked like maybe a manager passed by us and avoided even speaking to us we waited almost 2 hours to finally be seated the dining rooms empty. This was my first time and last time there and oh yeah they charged us $74 for a large party fee after we seemed like such an inconvenience our money wasn’t with almost a $600 bill. Very disappointed in their service and their employees I will say the only good employee was the waitress only one worth anything there Dave and buster please train your employees better on customer service

Wish I could give a positive review but our experience yesterday was anything but positive. Ordered food which took extremely long to come out to find at first bite a very long light colored hair in my burger(my hair is auburn brown), took a bite and had to pull the whole burger away and the hair out of my mouth and it was hanging out one end and all the way out the other end of the burger. There's no getting around that. So, let the waitress know ofcourse. She saw it immediately and said would get it fixed. All I wanted was a fresh burger without someone's hair in it. They tell the manager and he comes around and told me "no one in the kitchen has hair"... It took 45 minutes for me to get another burger, which by that time everyone was already wanting to go play long before. The waitress and her trainee came by several times saying they didn't know why my burger was taking so long. I should have just told them to just take it off completely but instead told them to just put it in a to go container so I could take it with me to the other side and watch my kids play. Never got to eat. I wasn't looking for a hand out or anything other than what I paid for but the comment about no one even having hair in the kitchen and then the lack of urgency to fix a paying customer's food from your own issue was terrible customer service to say the least and insulting. Food was terrible, service was not good(didn't even get into that),had to wait 15 mins to be sat at a table with no wait, and manager needs some training in hospitality. Not worth our $150 bill. Won't be back.
