I was very impressed with the service we were given here! Even though it was Mother’s Day and the place was PACKED we got our food quickly and we’re treated well! If they are busy you can expect to wait about 15-20 minutes depending on how big your party is.

Ordered the Chicken Cacciatore, was fantastic. The potato and leek soup was amazing. This is the kind of place you need to visit multiple times and try half the menu, each dish is unique in its own way. It's superior to the type of restaurants that have a red and white sauce and just offer the same pasta in a different shape.

An amazing place in stephensville. We had a large group of borderline mature college students and they treated us and all their customers very well. The staff were very efficient, polite and knowledgeable about their menu. The food was outstanding with great portions for the price. With 23 people at a table I'm sure we had a little of everything and it makes my mouth water thinking about it.

Ordered delivery via door dash and unfortunately, got the wrong meal. I called and they made up for it by delivering us the correct meal along with a little cake! Thank you to Sandy at Pastafina for making it right and a delicious meal.

The pizza is so underrated! HUGE pizzas and so many topping choices. Definitely my carryout option. Great tasting food for good prices. Lunch specials are cheap for as big portions as they are! Didn’t like Italian food until I came here and now I love it. Environment is more upscale than the rest of Stephenville. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you’ve never been, try something besides spaghetti and meatballs. They have amazing dishes that’s servers can help explain to you or recommend! 10/10 recommend!

Good food. You definitely will not regret it. Everything has so much flavor. They have some of the best calamari I've ever tasted. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was served hot. 5 stars!

The customer service here is awesome. We arrived immediately following church service and was expecting to wait for at least thirty minutes. We were pleased that there was no wait time. We were greeted with warm and friendly smiles and our waitress immediately took our order as well as making sure our order was complete. The lasagna here is delicious. I would highly recommend Pastafina.

Lovely place and decor!!! Highly recommend this place for your pasta pleasures!!! I had a shrimp Alfredo and definitely recommend that to someone who loves shrimp and Alfredo. Will ask how much cheese you want on it if you so desire. Definitely coming back to try more options on the menu. Great local restaurant with affordable prices!!

Food was good. We loved the olive oil and herb dipping sauce for my breadsticks. Shrimp were not over cooked. They did however not season my daughter's alfredo as good as mine but was still good.

Yum! So good. The only problem we had was two of our entree's were not hot. With an easy and quick fix, our meal couldn't have been better. The red pepper soup and the garlic oil to go with the bread topped the chart. The exterior of the restaurant was clean of debris, with well maintained landscaping. The interior was clean and laid out for a smooth movement of traffic. Nothing spectacular about the interior decor, but cozy, nonetheless. The service was pristine. They provided a wonderful experience.

Our server (and their trainee) were awesome! They were attentive yet not overbearing. Very patient with me as I had them go ask the kitchen about an item before I'd order. Anytime I moved an item slightly closer to the edge of the table, they'd come ask to refill or take it away. It was obvious even when they were at other tables that they were keeping us in view in case we needed something. The food was also delicious, but the server (and trainee) made it just a wonderful night out!

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Cesar salad and food came out fast and tasted great! Our server Courtney was super sweet, attentive, and answered all our questions. Great service!

Wow!!! It’s Little hidden spot please check it out. We were on a work trip and found this little treasure. As soon as you walk in, the place was clean and it smelled good. I had the seafood combo in scampi sauce. We also ordered chicken piccata and a Hawaiian pizza. The freshness of the seafood and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The chicken in the piccata was flavorful. Eric, our waiter, was amazing. He was so friendly and helped me decide between different sauces for my dish. He was attentive to our drinks and checked on us making sure we were having a great experience. Thank you Eric.

We had a beautiful, family, Sunday lunch here yesterday. Everything I tasted was wonderful. The coffee is so good, I particularly loved the olive oil and garlic, as well as the pasta sampler. The staff was polite and I wanted for nothing. Excellent experience.

Ordered takeout from here. Have eaten in several times as well. Come in sometimes just to order dessert to go. Staff is always very professional in both their bearing and dress. Food is exceptional and plentiful. I really love to order their bread every time I have the chance to come here. Strongly suggest this place for a great meal. Also makes a good romantic option.

We had great dining experience this evening at Pastafina in Stephenville. We are Washingtonians wintering in Texas. The food was terrific, the menu prices for the quality and presentation of the entrees is well worth the visit to dining out compared to U.S. west coast Italian restaurants. The wait and serving staff was accommodating and extremely pleasant. This will not be our last visit!

We eat here as a family every once in a while. The service is usually good and I have enjoyed everything I have gotten there. I love their calzones. They are huge and very tasty. I order mine with extra stuff in it and they always do a great job. They are also not that expensive overall. They have generous portions for the price. They are a bit more upscale than other places in town but you do not need to dress up for it.

Excellent food and great service! The ranch on the salad was awesome, the Alfredo was yummy, the bread was amazing, the manicotti and sausage and peppers were so good!! We had great service also!

I wonder where I can get those dressing or the recipe from the owner was awesome. He was cool, but I need some of that House dressing. It was delicious with that tomato vinaigrette.

Excellent! Debra, our server was great, knew the food and was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and nice. My husband ordered the chicken parm and I ordered the Chicken Florentine. Delicious and we even leftovers there was so much food! The rolls were amazing actually even better than Olive Garden. We go from San Antonio to Ft. Sill to see our kids about every 6 weeks or so and this will definitely be a stopping place.

Highly recommend!!! If you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant with a really good selection of dishes. This a perfect local spot! The garlic rolls are fresh and the pizza topping as well. The service was excellent with a wonderful balance of timing with the different dishes or orders. The desert selection is nice and classic with a nice touch. Bring a friend or family to enjoy a wonderful Italian cuisine. Pro Tip ~ They also have a full bar and a really nice selection of different styles drinks.

We ate at Pastafina for dinner on a Thursday night, while working in Stephenville, TX in January 2024. We were looking for something different to eat and decided on Italian food. Sadey, our waitress, was so helpful and great with her suggestions on what to order. First off, the rolls served with olive oil & herbs were wonderful. I had the soup of the day and chicken florentine for dinner. The chicken breast was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. Hubby had the shrimp scamp with a caesar salad. The prices were reasonable ,the food was so tasty and the service was great!

Our waitress Jasmine was extremely helpful in helping me make my selection. I ended up getting the fettuccine carbonara and my girlfriend got the chicken Marsala. I enjoyed my pasta, it was very flavorful and filling. I'll be back!

I have only had one bad experience here but keep coming back for the food. It is amazing! The building is not as nice as the Granbury location however there is a really good waiter here. We have only been kept waiting once, every other time it's been quick. Many of the staff are great and really know the menu.

Love the Nick's Salad. Pizza is good too. Kids love the Fettuccine Alfredo.

Went last weekend. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so my brother closed his eyes and randomly picked a dish that I had never heard of, so I thought "why not?" It was delicious and spicy, which was unexpected for pasta, but it is for sure a dish that I will be ordering again. Also, their soup of the day (Tuscan Chicken) was amazing the last time I had it.

Second time I've eaten here when visiting my daughter at Tarleton. The bread here is fantastic, and so is the Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan. The steak, on the other hand, had to much hard gristle for my taste. I know you don't go to an Italian restaurant for steak, but if you're going to charge that much for it, it needs to be good. Overall, great restaurant, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and good food, just maybe avoid the steak.

The atmosphere is a little too crowded for me to call it for couples. It has good food, decent wines, and it's clean. That being said, the menu is quite American Italian and is basically one step up on Olive Garden. On that note, the prices are about the same as well. I like it and my wife does as well. I'd say if you want Italian ish food and you are in Stephenville, this is the place to go.

The food was good. I had chicken parmesan and I recommend it. It was really good. Our server must have been having a bad day. She hardly checked in with us. Took awhile to get drinks. Other than that it was pretty good.

My favorite place to eat in Stephenville. I noticed they raised the prices again. I wonder if they are paying the employees more. Update, my favorite restaurant in town just isn't all that anymore. Prices have went way up and portions are smaller. If you raise your price the portions should stay the same. If you want to keep your prices the same and decrease the size fine. BUT NOT BOTH!!!

Food is great! Had some pizza and salad with bread. Very pleased with the quality and flavor. It would be nice if napkins and silverware were given for takeout orders. Also, putting hot bread right next to a salad in a bag is not a great idea as the salad will get wilted.

Really should be 3 star but our waitress was working extremely hard and gave us great service. They loose stars on the quality of food. They were short staff but our service was still good. The food needs improvement. The bread was cold and their appetizers need work. They do give you large portions of food on main entrees. I would recommend it, as maybe it was just an off night for the cook. Stephenville is a small town so they will continue to get customers, as Italian restaurant picks are slim. The dining area was nice, staff was professional.

Always prompt service and respectability when call ins will take longer than ideal, the staff are always kind enough to make me aware of any wait involved. The food is always fantastic, and I value the extra budget likely involved with the packaging of to go orders. My one complaint is that when dining in, they drown the bread in olive oil, and it is particularly skunky, but the take out bread is fabulous.!!!

Consistent food quality over a long time period. I got the pasta sampler and minestrone soup. The garlic knots and dipping oil are always splendid. Our server was: attentive, and we wanted for nothing. Job well done! Thank you for the pleasant evening and the lovely music.

Great little italian place. Nice ambiance. Sadly, the wait staff are pulled too many ways or overworked. During all visits, the waitress' attention was lacking. This last time, it was because she was covering a section in addition to her usual one. She was nice when she came around. Our first visit, it was dead. Yet, waitress was still hard to locate.

Food and service was wonderful. Typically I get the chicken parm, but we were craving pizza instead. We ordered a medium and received a large. No big deal we'll take it home. I asked her multiple times "this is a medium?" she informed me I ordered a large. Maybe that pizza only comes in a large because we both agreed to split the medium before we got there. It was great regardless and finished it later anyways. If you're craving some Italian cuisine and a glass of wine definitely check out this establishment.

Good food and price can get crowded and noisy if a large group comes in , great for friends and family to eat together.

For this place, it's a hit or miss. Not consistent with food or service. I've gone and the food was good and service was great and other times. Food was terrible and service was also terrible.

Average creamed Italian food. Sever was very pleasant, but not very attentive; no water or wine refills, forgot our salads, had to call after three times to bring our salads after dropped off our meals. Pasty, clumpy pasta. Five employees were at the front door when we left and all five managed to ignore us.

The staff was very nice and the place was clean but as for the food they deff have let themselves go. It use to be one of the best places to eat in town n now it was just disappointing. The bread was hard and the chicken pomasian didn't have enough sauce the noodles tasted funny. The pasta sampler has to much of one ingredient in it that thats all you could taste. It just wasn't good. Sad to say but this round just wasn't that great

The bread was great, but the meatballs felt like leather and only came with 2 small ones... tomato sauce tasted fresh and the minestrone was good... tried some of my SO's chicken parm and it was delicious. Just be careful what you order.

The food was wonderful! The service we had made me wish we had gone to another restaurant or had gotten takeout. The waitress seemed to want us to hurry up and leave. After our order was brought out to us she came back to our table and asked if we wanted takeout boxes. We had only had our food for a few minutes. When were about halfway finnished with our food the waitress asked if we wanted any refills and if so did we want our refills in togo cups.Then after I had taken my last bite of my food and was taking a drink another lady came up to our table and grabbed my plate hitting my husbands hand in the prosses and touching his food with her hand. She didnt ask if she could take it or give an warning that she was reaching for it. This was our first time to eat inside the restaurant we normally have it delivered. I would suggest that you go someplace else if you want a relaxing meal or if you dont want to be rushed. I could see this behavior if we had been there for a long time or if they had a full restaurant, but that wasn't the case. This was at the Stephenville location on 3/6/24.

WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. When we received our change when paying with cash, they did not give us our coin change or round up to the next dollar. It doesn’t make sense that a business would not have the correct change to give their customers. So, in effect, somebody is pocketing the change thinking the customer won’t notice. I do not appreciate anyone keeping MY money, even if it is just change.

As a solo diner, I am disappointed with the service because two other tables with two people received better service. After their food arrived, a few minutes later the server came back and asked both tables if everything was good and if they needed anything. When my food (pizza) was delivered he was in a rush because he dropped off the pizza and kept right on going. I went to the bar where he was and asked for red pepper and Parmesan. When I was eating the last couple of bites of the last slice of pizza, he came back and asked if everything was good and if I needed anything. It's disheartening when a solo diner pays the same price as everyone else but does not receive the same service.

It was just ok, one roll per person (not even warm) Margarita Pizza (disappointing, no real mozzarella on it) Dinner salads never even got to the table. Waitress was very busy training but she was nice.

Although the food was good. The hostess was very rude to us. We had a large party on a day they were very busy and she seemed put out that we didn't call ahead or make a reservation. It's Stephenville, TX not some big city or fine dining! There was a college graduation that day with hundreds more people in town celebrating.

Marinara was very weird. Tasted like a vodka sauce instead of marinara. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo left a lot to be desired. Plate was ice cold. Chicken was dry and very bland. Alfredo sauce has zero seasoning in it. Very bland. Lemoncello Spritz was tasty.

Service was alright they were fast with the food but they were on their phones. Lobster ravioli was alright but my stomach hurt afterwards. My significant other had the pasta combo he said that it tasted frozen and canned. He couldn't eat it. The sodas weren't fizzy like soda is supposed to be. Also my significant other told the waitress that he was allergic to salmon and then they brought him salmon.

They were really busy. There was a long blonde hair in our olive oil dipping sauce. Didn't complain about it though. Bread was cold and really hard. Food was alright. Way too much marinara on everything. Not the best. Our waiter was either too busy to give good service or I don't know. But he was friendly. Food was stuck on my rolled silverware. The chocolate cake was really dry. We usually have a great experience here. But this time it was sub-par at best. I'm a huge foodie so I was really disappointed.

The food was okay, but the waiter had attitude and rushed us out of the restaurant. Not our fault that you’re running behind or having a bad day.

Waiting for two plus hours for cold food is never ideal. Drinks you might as well get up and get them yourself, took an hour to get a water refilled. Appetizers came out wrong and when they did bring us the right one they were cold. Terribly disappointing.

For the most part, I really like this place. However, their bathroom has been an epileptic seizure waiting to happen due to an incredibly flickery bulb in their women's bathroom for at least 8 months now. I asked them kindly to fix that, as it's an easy fix and could save a life (one of my close family members has epilepsy and she cannot use the bathroom while she is here). I've come back a few times, months apart, and it has not been fixed. Maybe a low review will fix that!

Horrible experience. Bread was cold and chewy. On top of that, I had to go find butter off another table because mine didn’t have any. Mozzarella sticks had a hair in them. Calamari was over cooked. My server, Jayden, never once asked how our food was. The only time she came to our table was deliver drinks and the food. I even ran out of a drink and she never offered another..I had to go up to the front to ask for a ticket. When explaining to her that our experience was awful, she said alright and walked off.

I just finished eating here and normally we get good service and good food, but tonight was the opposite. It wasn’t very busy but everytime we asked our waitress for something she seemed to forget or it took over 5 minutes. First, my water tasted like dirty sink water, 2nd our bread was cold and our butter frozen. We asked for garlic and olive oil which we never received. We get salad and they’re very sparse on lettuce. Half a bowl of salad. When we get out food, we’re excited to eat and ask for cheese. We waited over 5 minutes and had to ask again. We will not be returning anytime soon.

My wife and I moved out of state 10 years ago and were passing through today so we stopped in for lunch to one of our favourite places. We were seated by a very nice hostess and started looking through the menu. Another couple came in right behind us, they were seated, got their drinks and bread and placed their order. No other workers said anything to us yet even though they looked at us. The place was maybe a forth full so not busy at all. We decided to leave. On the way out the hostess said thank you for coming in. We mentioned to her we never got waited on. Keep the hostess, she's your best employee. For those that do get waited on I suggest the tortellini Michael angelo. I used to order that and it was excellent.

The last 3 times I've I was here I've gotten sick, 2x vomiting. The food is also different from a few years ago. The steak is lower grade.......well you get my drift. I'm sorry but this was my experience. The waitress was wonderful !!

Went for lunch during the week. Not many others were there and it took several minutes for a waitress to come to our table. When someone did finally come, two waitresses were arguing about another table right in front of us. It was very awkward. The food took forever to come out and when it did someone else’s food came out with a horrible fish smell. Food was just okay nothing spectacular. We finally got our checks and gave the waitress our cards. Saw her a few minutes later giving another table Parmesan cheese? Not okay to be walking around with customers cards like that. Had to ask for a to-go cup three times. Would not return.

We arrived while it wasn't very busy, and was directed to our booth. Maybe I'm just impatient, but we had enough time to fully look over the menu and still hadn't been asked what we wanted to drink. The few tables around us had people eating, but there wasn't a single waiter/waitress that walked by. After some time went by, we packed up our things and went to Shooterz, where we got immediate service. The large beer is a great size, the portions for the food are well enough, and the quality was great. TL;DR Eat at Shooterz instead.

My wife and I came to eat here on 7/20/2019. We arrived at 9:58 pm. According to the website the restaurant closes at 11:00 pm. We walked in the door and I spoke to a male staff member. I asked him if they were indeed still open until 11:00 pm. He answered yes. The waitress seated us. There were a couple of other people still eating in the restaurant. After only being there for a few minutes the staff started stacking the chairs up around us. Our food came out and it was unceremoniously left on the table. I complained and stated that if they were going to start closing before 11 that they could have told us before we came in and we would have dined elsewhere. The waitress apologized and said that she wanted us to enjoy our dinner. Then she went around the corner and the lights were turned off on us. This was at about 10:20 pm. (give or take a few minutes) I paid our bill and we promptly left. I asked to speak to the manager in charge but he wouldn't come out except to lock the door behind us. We don't go out to eat very often and this was one of few places for a married couple to have a quiet date night together. We won't be returning.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but our experience here was terrible. Our waitress was great! But the manager or owner person there, completely disregarded the fact that the togo box she gave us, had the biggest cockroach in it that I've ever seen in my life. One of the other ladies there said "oh you know it happens"... No, cockroaches do not just "happen". After being mortified about said cockroach that nearly flew out of the pizza box and on to our table and food, she had the audacity to take only $2 off our bill, and gave us a little sliver of cheesecake togo. If she would have given us our meal for free or even half off, I wouldn't be writing this review. If she even maybe apologized as a normal person would typically do, I wouldn't be writing this. Also, I don't even like cheesecake. To say the least, I will never be going here again. If there's one cockroach, there's definitely more.

Service was fine. The food, however, was incredibly bland and almost cold. There was a hair in one of our dishes and had to get remade. There were bugs in the restroom. I'm not sure what the hype is about but we will not be eating here again.

My wife and I have been eating here for years, and it's always been close to perfect. Yesterday, however, was an absolute disaster, from the bread they serve to the appetizers and main course. We took one bite and couldn't eat any of it. I know it happens—anyone can have a bad day—but I felt I should let management know in case they had switched staff or food vendors because I'd hate to see them go downhill. I called, and the manager simply said, "Thanks, I'll let them know," and hung up. No apology, no attempt to correct it... nothing. As I said, I realize cooks can have a bad day, but to act like you don't care one bit is not acceptable. Last time we will eat there, it's a shame.

The food is delicious and the dine in service is great! However, I chose to give this restaurant only 1 star because of their atrocious To-Go order process. They do not EVER prep and bag their to go orders until the customer has arrived and paid for their order. This creates a huge delay in service and defeats the purpose of placing an order To-Go. Yesterday, I had to wait for an hour after my arrival to get my order. There was an unnecessary crowd of people in their tiny lobby waiting for To-Go orders and it felt very unorganized. If they would just simply have To-Go orders prepped and bagged and ready to go, it would completely enhance their carry out process and I would gladly give them 5 stars. If I were them, I would fix this before they build an Olive Garden in this town and effortlessly shut them down.
