I love that when you’re waiting in the drive thru the cashier keeps our kids busy from being anxious by asking them questions! Like what’s your favorite Disney character etc. The food is always fresh hot and yummy. And their milk shakes are top quality!

Very nice staff and clean venue. They get very busy during the lunch hour. Both the drive through and lines inside the restaurant very long. Luckily they move quick. My order was correct and I loved it. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and a side of fruit.

This location provided me with one of the fastest and highest quality quick food dining experiences of which I've personally bared witness. I purchased the Cobb Salad and my lady got a sandwich combo meal. We ordered separately but while I stood behind my wife, a cashier encouraged me to come over and she could assist me which, although an obvious best practice, is something one rarely experiences. I think we may have been seated for a minute total before the food was brought out to us and the server asked if we desired anything else. I visited during Thursday lunch hour and it was packed in the seating area yet the line moved quickly. Two thumbs up for staff and management. I would definitely visit again and encourage others to do so ad well.

I have never been to such a clean and friendly Chick-fil-A! Was traveling stopped in after a long drive and wow what a breath of fresh air. The staff was so sweet and offered to refill drinks and even offered my kiddo ice cream which made his day! Of course with traveling it really felt awesome to use a restroom that was spotless as well! Nancy was absolutely amazing and I hope she is recognized for her awesome customer service and keeping everything so tidy despite how busy it was! You could just tell how all of the staff worked together and with customers, as well as how inclusive the workplace seemed to be, that there is good leadership and it’s a nice place to work. Great job guys! Will stop there again next time we pass through!

This place was packed to the max and the drive-through was around the corner but they did a superb job taking our order (which was Long and complicated) and they got it spot on without missing a single item. I was quite impressed with the way they handle the insanely packed rush hour without getting frustrated or at least the appearance of it and being very polite and composed. It made the experience a very enjoyable one. Thank Chick-fil-a you did a great job.

1/8/24 Monday. This is the best Chick Fil A we’ve been to. Service was above, greeting, order taking, bring napkins to table, came around for drink refills. Game night was awesome. We played cards as a family and made our night special. I don’t know who’s managing this place but it’s outstanding.

This is our second time here, and I ❤️ this place because it has so many different things to choose from on the menu. My daughter and I ❤️ that the grilled chicken is available plus healthier options made to those like myself who can't eat out much. I ❤️ the idea of the 🥗.. The ice cream is really good. This drive-through moves pretty fast. They have two lanes going and people outside taking orders. Even though the lunch hour is always busy, they get through it within 10 to 15 minutes.

This interview is purely for my catering experience, I was here at 6:30 in the morning and I only had to wait about five minutes for my full catering order. Which is super awesome because I had a client to get too very fast. Alejandro was absolutely awesome And had exceptional service for it being so early in the morning.

They gave me my complete order and my fries were fresh and hot. All of my food was good, no complaints.

I've only been to Chick-fil-A twice. I'll look to go more often. Food prices are reasonable, and tastes awesome! I am "wowed" not only by the food, but the exquisite training and manners of the staff. I had 1 meal and 1 sandwich. It was the chicken, and the spicy chicken (I am afraid I do not remember the exact names, I think I said "can I have the second one on the menu" to the person taking my order. Washed the food down with a Dr. Pepper (free refills btw.) I was a happy camper!

But every week when we visit this Chick-fil-A, I’m blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. To be fair this place does have some amazing food that isn't ridiculously expensive. Also when you get tired of the same flavor they have plenty of sauces to experiment with. Also I had the iced frothed coffee with caramel and that was amazing. Fries and chicken sandwich are on point. After hearing raving reviews about this place, we has to check it out for ourselves. The customer service surpassed expectations with pleasant conversations during our wait and smiles all around. Soggy sandwich still made for a good meal, surprisingly. The food fairly priced, too, so doesn't break the bank.

Always crowded but the line at the drive through moves quite fast thanks to the double lane ordering system. The employees are always friendly and the food is always good. Edit: Been here a few more times recently and while the food is good, the lines move extremely slow lately. We spent more than 20 minutes in the drive through line on the last trip.

Got the regular chicken sandwich, it is a bun, 2 pickles, and the chicken. Nothing else. I had to ask for mayo and they gave me packets and I had to put it on myself. Not sure when it changed or what all the hype is about. Other places are better and cheaper.

There are hands free trash cans here. Ceiling tile vents are dusty. Sprinkler heads are dusty. There’s SEVEN cameras near the registers. I’m not sure if I feel safe or if I’m under excessive surveillance. Maybe they don’t trust workers. It’s weird. No support from managers or the owner operator. Nobody is walking the floor to check on customers. They take Apple Pay. I was finally able to order at 1114am. So it took 10 minutes to get to the register for dine in. Food arrived at 1121am. They have electrical outlets at the tables so you can get work done while you wait. It’s going to be a while. Trash is overflowing all over: Bathrooms and all around the restaurant. Bathroom is average cleanliness. Kids booster seats and high chairs are filthy. Food tastes amazing. I had nuggets, mac and cheese, pepper mint shake, and spicy chicken sandwich. It was $21.39 Seats at the tables are torn. Poor quality. Tables have real flowers. Cute. Bottom line: the site is poorly maintained. Lines are long inside and outside. The same person changing trash bags handed me my tray of food. Food 4/5 Return value 3/5 Parking 2/5 Value for money 2/5 Service 3/5 Cleanliness 2/5

I will not order from this Chick-Fil-A anymore. They got my order all wrong when I placed it. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Combo Meal with no cheese, large fries, and large drink. My drink wasn't delivered with my meal. Also, I ordered two cookies on the side and they were all melted even inside of the bag.

Still like it was microwaved not fresh. If that was my first time I've ever been to Chick-fil-A I would never return but I have been to other restaurants and it is amazing that other places the service and the food.

I work at a Chick-fil-A in Nevada and I know some reviews can be exaggerated but I’ll leave the time and date so cameras can be checked 🤷‍♀️ This last time at 9:11pm October 22, 2022 there was a very long line and there was no sense of urgency. There was one girl at the register and a few standing around with seemingly no purpose. Even if they were clocked out, standing around the front looks like they are ignoring guests because from my perspective I don’t know if they are clocked in or not. The girl who helped me had no recognizable uniform and was wearing a personal sweater as well as no name tag. (If she was signed in to the till the name is Alannah, though she may have been using someone else’s. She had long black hair and it wasn’t pulled back at all. When I first was in line she was by the door to the kitchen, hair down eating a wrap, then by the time I got to the front she took the register. I saw her take the order after me and her hair was touching a cup sitting on the counter, so I’m glad I didn’t get a drink. I could foresee her getting hair in the icebin. This just was a frustrating experience. I’d like as a guest to feel that my order is a priority and that my food won’t have hair in it. The experience prior was similar with the line being long and sense of urgency being nonexistent though I don’t remember that date. A few minutes after I posted, my friend got his food and pulled out a fry with a hair in it. I went up and showed them and the lady said ok what size was it and gave me a new one but showed little care. 😐

I love chick-fil-A, I love the food just didn't appreciate the response I received from them. I ordered my food at the drive through and was getting ready to pay when I asked for a discount that was offered to me but however could not received it because I was not the proper dress attire. I was confused and brought this up to management and they confirmed that I had to pay full price even though a discount should have been offered to me according to Chick-Fil-A policy. I felt discriminated because of not being dressed properly.

I used to love their grilled chicken sandwich. However today I spent $45 and the grilled chicken has gotten smaller over the years. It's like they slice the chicken breast in threes and give you a little slice now. For that price it should be bigger.

I never complain about chick-fil-A, but this one exactly here at March Lane (#036664) Was a terrible experience. The customer service was at all welcoming, when my order came it was incomplete when I went to let them know they argued about what I had and what they had given me I was missing fries, never heard I’m sorry or let me fix that for you. I sat down to eat my sandwich and there was a hair I went back to the counter to let them know again there was no interaction there was no I’m sorry let me fix it everyone was amazed looking at the sandwich to see if it was true the hair was black I have blond hair they looked towards me and laughed. The hair was very stuck to the chicken breast. That’s pretty much it I do not recommend this Chick-fil-A at all.

I always come to this location and have never had any issues up until today. I ordered several items but the chicken felt and seemed kinda raw, anytime i would take a bite it was hard. To also top it off one of my sandwiches came with pickles which i had asked for none (it was even on my receipt.
