the place looks good with its new restructure. They said the food was going to take 20mins but it was less than that which was good and when we were pulling out the driveway we saw a car doin donughts in the parking lot. very entertaining

food was great. Customer service was exceptional. The area had a lot of people walking up to you panhandling. and the surrounding area was quite dirty. it was strange because the restraunt seemed to be only clean place in the immediate area.

First time trying church's for my daughter wanted her to try it so we went, got some chicken, mac and cheese,mashos, chicken sandwich and biscuits all were fresh and tasted great. Staff went straight business but not rude or anything. I will be going here again my kid loved it.

I ordered 2 original chicken thighs. The price is excellent, less than $6.00. They gave me a biscuit with that. I love the taste of their chicken because it's flavorful and not too salty like some of the other major chicken chains. Keep 👍🏽 up the great work Churches Texas Chicken.

The last time that my brother and I went was a busy afternoon, and we, along with like 2 ahead of us, have to wait at the drive thru... Other than that, there's no problem at all... Wonderful chickens for the family and to pack for work lunch... Bombers are nice. Mashed Potato and Gravy's wonderful. The fries are good. Cajun rice has been a long time.

Best to order pick up because u will wait a while.

When I got my chicken, it was a little on the old side. Previously, I’ve never had this problem, but they quickly did exchange it for fresh food. My okra was on point and fresh and hot. The staff is really friendly, and the store seemed to clean.

The food is always good the service at this location is just awful . I really don’t see how some of those employees have jobs . Very nonchalant attitudes and blank stares. They don’t address you or act like your people I’m done with this place fr.

Complained about the fries were not a full bag. I went into the franchise & talk to the manager. All he had to say that I always confuse my order. I said what does that have to do with my French fries that was half full?? He said to bring in my receipt & proof of purchase. I said I am a regular customer & I frequently come here. Wow. No complimentary of any kind. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that franchise.

I order 2-3 piece meals what a rip off. They gv you 1 normal size n I dnt know what to call the rest.

they got my order wrong and so I called after I got home and noticed (I live about 11 minutes away) I called right away and asked if there’s any way I can get my right order which was just 3 spicy tenders, they said I can go back and they will give them to me. That’s all they said, so I drove all the way back and told them I was there for the tenders and they end up telling me that I have to give them my receipt and my chicken (the wrong order). I was so hungry that I didn’t even think of taking the wrong order so I left it at home, I ended up having to leave with no right order and I had to keep my wrong order. Next time please tell the person to bring those things 😐

This is hands down the worst food ive ever eaten, if you want to pay $55 for a smomachache and overcooked chicken and old fries be my guest. I feel robbed. Ill never stray from canes again. I went inside and there were like 9 people waiting to get their food, so i went to the drive thru instead. Everyone looked mad inside. The wait isnt worth it trust me. Go get popeyes instead at least their food is fresh

This west lane location is horrible, I dont know if its just the night crew but the chicken always taste like they refried it. The wings are so hard it feels like you will break a tooth. Then they served all drumsticks in all 3 of my 3 peice meal, no thighs. This crew is terrible and this happened more than twice which is ridiculous and money wasted. Stick to popeyes folks.

Walked in and ordered chicken here, all spicy leg and thighs, and the worker deliberately put non-spicy chicken in my box. I should’ve spoken up and said something because I noticed that she was grabbing from the non-spicy section. The spicy section where the pieces are usually held was completely empty. I would’ve rather her tell me that they didn’t have any than to trick me and put in non-spicy chicken. I even checked my receipt and it said spicy chicken. So I let that slide because I was hungry and needed to feed my family and at least the chicken was made the day of and decently fresh. Now the second and last time was the last straw. I went back through drive-through the other day and ordered the same spicy leg and thighs meal. Got back home, opened the box and yes, they were all spicy pieces, but they were all refried. Re-fried. If it wasn’t refried, this batch was horribly left in the fryer for way too long. You can tell because of the texture, how dark the skin pieces were compared to parts of the piece, the string slices of meat when you pull it apart and dryness of the chicken itself. It was horrible and so dry, it be considered white meat at that point. I threw the box out. I can’t believe this franchise and location treats it’s customers like this. There are other options out there, and I am going to continue to explore them. Sadly, that was the last time I will ever be going to this location.

I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings and I received 8 pieces of chopped up chicken strips that were the size of popcorn chicken. You could literally see where they had been cut. The nerve to call them boneless wings! Remember to always check your food before you leave. I will not be returning to Church's.

Went inside to dine to 2 kids stomping their feet around & around in a circle like it was a play ground while grown adults are trying to each. We know common courtesy & no one lets their kids jump around & stomp around any one’s food tables while they’re eating! If your kid wants to stomp, run in a circle around the restaurant & play take them to the park to eat not right by everyone takes inside a food place. Sadly the manager didn’t care about the kids running & stomping like a play ground. Very clean restaurant but sadly it’s for a “play ground” of running & stomping in circles while everyone eats. Almost caused a scene if I hadn’t been the bigger person & left!
