Solid grilled chicken that's flavorful and doesn't feel too greasy. Love the fresh salsa bar and tortillas. Service can vary but it’s usually fast and friendly. Portions are decent for the price. Feels like a healthier fast food option, which keeps me coming back.

It was before a holiday .. had to pick up food for our friend. I saw the Special $5 .. chicken bowl .. my first time. I loved it .. complete meal n grilled chicken .. delicious Picked up big Burrito for our friend .. she was happy with it.

I got a pick up order and I thought the doors were locked because I couldn’t open the doors. I tried knocking but there was no answer. I ended up calling the store and they said you had to pull the doors hard to open it, and it worked. I got an original pollo bowl and it was a decent 7/10 for fast food standards. Came with chips and salsa which were also good.

The taste is okay but the chicken is extremely dry. Service is good. Atmosphere is good... But with that yummy chicken it all turns out to nothing

Food was better when this chain put the emphasis on their chicken and it's unique citrusy flavor. This location seemed to be in remodelling while open for business as there were sections of tables or fixtures roped off. Also the menu reader board seemed to have a large panel that was turned off.

I asked for 3 salsas in my to go order, and there wasn't any. Otherwise, the service was good. Tacos were excellent, I go to Pollo Loco cuz the chicken is always juicy and never dried out. Ty.

Chicken was a little bit too crispy. The bowls were delicious. Shredded chicken and cheese bowl was pretty good. The avocado salsa is always awesome. The girl at the register did not speak any English. I was able to just give her a coupon and point out my sides. Good place for grilled chicken for sure

I ordered delivery and my sides were missing. I paid the delivery fee, tipped the driver, paid for the food and they told me I had to come and pick up the missing items. Bad customer service and care. I won’t be back.

I can’t believe the way the quality & taste of food has gone down! The price of eating out is very high so when I go out to eat I at least expect edible & I had to just throw our food away. The lady was Very Rude in the Drive Thru…. I Don’t Recommend At All!! For the price we paid I could have went elsewhere where I know the food is Great but decided to give El Pollo Loco on Hammer Ln a try today. I WANT A REFUND IN COMPLETION!

We bought a few chicken crunchy tacos to go. When we got home we notice a long hair in one of our tacos. We called to complain, because we were already home, the lady on the phone said next time we come to just remind them and they will replace taco. In case we lost our receipt, she took down my wife’s name. When we returned, a couple weeks later, a worker named Christina refused to replace the taco. She was very rude and said that we should have come sooner with a receipt. The food here is decent, but customer service is horrible. They are always rude and disrespectful. Word of advice, take care of your customers, be kind and nice, be grateful that you have a job. Remember, customers are the reason you have a job. Being grateful can easily change the atmosphere in your location. Taking our business somewhere else.

The prices are ridiculous for the amount they give. We orderd a double chicken salad and a 3 piece meal. The pico they give you tasted rotted. The chicken drum stick was so small and thin I though it was just bone. The amount of chicken in the "double chicken" bowl was so little it couldn't have been a whole pice of chicken. The prices have gotten worse for the amount of food they give you is not worth it!!!

This El Pollo Loco’s got the worst churros. I initially thought it was that particular morning (morning’s oil should be fresh and new right?) but went in again to see if it’ll be better. Same, had it replaced, same. Burnt, nothing fluffy like traditional mexican churros thats bready on inside. The oil is bad and they cook it for too long! They need to check on their recipe or Way they cook. Its like overly cooked crisps with dark oil. Ive tried other El Pollo Loco’s and theirs are perfect like how a real mexican churro should be. Bold, light colored and bready on inside.
