This place has a awesome breakfast burrito called the Dominator.

Grace is amazing very awsome personality. She doesn't let no one disrespect her. I found this place last year but my review i posted some how disappeared so I shall leave another happy one. I have had different boba dri as here, chicken shrimp lumpia, crab salad, so far the Rose milk tea boba is a favorite. There egg cheese breakfast burritos are good and cheesy. And they sale a Ribeye for under $20 i thought that was cool. They have sandwiches also many many more cool food options and it's a relaxing peaceful area.

Bobas were cooked perfectly and the tri tip sandwich was bomb! Also came with choice of chips, or watermelon cup and the watermelon was very sweet and fresh! So happy it's right outside my work, will definitely come here often!

We got a peach and a strawberry bubble tea with a apple pecan salad and a chicken panini. The food and drinks are incredible! seriously, you'll only find good quality stuff in places like this. And the staff were so nice and helpful. I'm really so impressed. We will be back!

This place is great. My son asked for a milkshake and the girl offered to special makes one for him since they don't offer them normally. We ended up getting boba drinks instead because my son can't make up his mind, they were delicious. The young kids working there were great, very sweet. The price was good too. Bathroom was nice! Thank you guys!

I love this place! The customer service is great, they're friendly and prompt. They always make me feel welcome. You go to other places and you'll remember one or two friendly employee's, not here. All the employee's are above and beyond great I recommend the taro smoothie or the honeydew smoothie with lychee....the best.

I bought a Thai tea with almond milk but was told the taste would be different and was recommended coconut milk instead and it was delicious! Thank you!

The owner Grace is so energetic, very friendly. I went in this morning. She offered me a delicious coffee and a freshly baked blueberry muffin. If you guys ever get a chance and are in the area craving some coffee or Boba I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by.

She helped everyone in timely and even all at once. I was coughing up some food that went down the wrong pipe and she immediately brought me water without me having to ask. I wish more businesses operated their services like this.

I stopped by for a drink and the owner was such a sweetheart, she upgraded my drink to a large for free because it was super hot out! She even offered a free salad, which made my abysmal day so much better. It's so great meet such wonderful people! I went in there randomly just thought it'd be a nice place to have some good tea turns out it had a lot of laughs in it too. I really like the energy of the place so I end up buying a Thai tea with extra Boba Balls and left with a smile.

Good food, fun coffees and teas! This location appears to be under new ownership but still has retained the charm of the old shop. Just fewer coffee and tea choices by comparison but still a good sized menu.

Get it on the milk roll because it is fresh and tasty. They offer chips, fruit, or cookie. I tried the cookie and didn't like as I felt they skimped on the chocolate chips. The service seemed very slow and unorganized and I had to wait about 15 min for my lunch.

Very friendly staff. Chicken panini sandwich was a mouth full of salt. I couldn't taste the chicken, pesto, cheese. Just lettuce crunch. Soft average bread. Not pressed or crisp. But biting into it taste like take a big soft salt bomb.
