Changed the menu. This time the crepes were awful, very dry. Very disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in on a busy Saturday morning. We were seated not long after we walked in. After a short wait, our waitress was all about service! We were taken care of from start to finish. I wish I could remember our waitress's name, she deserves kudos for her energy and hospitality.

An lovely place to eat. I had the Wonka Burger. Delicious! and their lemonade is perfectly sweet with a bit of sour. And the others that came with me said that their food was also as delightful. Desert was amazing! And our waitress was awesome and very nice. Overall a good spot to eat!

With the Pandemic occuring you have to have a mask in order to dine-in, but it's really worth if you choose to go! Martha was my waiter and she deserves a raise if I were her manager. Also she was super nice and went beyond! Everything is gone you have to ask for everything but the place is cleaned regularly and they want to remain safe for the public. Check it!

Our breakfast was delicious piping hot upon arrival! Our server was quick, professional, and polite. We had a really nice talk with the people to the booth beside us and the booth behind us, all great company. I felt our wait was average for the busy time of day that we went, the prices were fair for the food we got. If you need a meal suggestion, the Spicy Poblano Omelette was really good and make sure to add on the Double Blueberry Pancakes! For only being my second time ever to a IHOP I was very impressed and can't wait to come back again!

Had a really good server very attentive food was fresh I ordered their crepe meal eggs were perfect can't complain. They didn't have the lemon berry topping for my crepe so they subbed it for strawberry but it was still good for the price.

Food was delicious, service could have been better. Our server walked by us 5 times before she asked if we needed anything and my drink was empty the whole time. People were waiting for their tickets to leave but again she wasn't paying attention to that either.

Family-friendly restaurant and employees are typically courteous. The wait can get a little long as they can get busy. My parents used to like to take their breakfast here, but now I order take-out for my Dad of their senior breakfasts.

Came here for breakfast with my little while we waited for my car to be serviced just down the road. The coffee was good, my little very much enjoyed the cupcake pancake and the kids entree was the perfect amount of food. I did the 2x2x2 and was able to make it a bit healthier with choosing turkey bacon. The pancakes were good enough to enjoy without syrup which was nice. They did great on spacing on seating, things were packaged in servings like the syrup, salt and pepper to limit contamination. Overall, it was a good visit.

I had to wait for around 15 min for my table but I didn't have a reservation. When we were seated, they took around 10 min to get our order. Then, when we did order, we had to wait around 9 minutes for the food. The food came all at once and it was delicious. The service was great and some servers also speak Spanish!

Classic spot, open early or late. Breakfast food’s always consistent and hits the spot. Their hot chocolate is surprisingly one of the best in town thick, warm, and comes with whipped cream stacked high. Some wait times but the comfort food makes up for it.

Just overall a nice experience pancakes were hot very tasty and there was a lot of them for the price and the service was exceptionally good

Came here this afternoon with a friend to have the seven dollar special that was advertised on TV. It’s seven dollars in this area Stockton California walked into the store pleasant atmosphere general activity all positive couple dirty tables nothing to talk about everything else was good. Was served by employee Stephanie very cheerful and good vocabulary, presentable. I took our order with ease very explanatory And well spoken, good stuff. Food was served in a prompt manner. Everything was good pancakes, ham, bacon. eggs, etc.. It was a nice touch. We asked for water and it actually came in glass glasses instead of plastic silverware was clean. Coffee was nice and strong. I had 3 cups. My partner had two. $4.50 per cup of coffee was kind of steep but I tried to rationalize it by saying that I had 3 cups even though extra cups used to be complementary. so it averaged out. The bathroom was clean no outstanding smells, and no graffiti on the walls. Nice Overall dining experience was good not too much blight in the parking lot and or otherwise. For such a local customer crowd all the tables should’ve been cleaned, and the floor swept to be more presentable to the general public other than that I’d say it was a great place to dine.

Arrived around 930a and it was somewhat busy. We were seated immediately, so there was no waiting. Received the menu along with the Halloween menu. My family already knew what we wanted to order so it was quick. Orange juice is priced at $4, so make use of the refill. We ordered the 2x2x2, steak tips and eggs, pancake combo and cupcake combo. On a Friday evening, they only had one server. She was super sweet, but one person can only do so much. Our food was pretty tasty too. They need to have more staff.

I thought place looked closed after pandemic ...I've been going to Denny's and got more food for buck and big fluffy pancakes, today I got one flat pancake? What happened? Not enough batter? I think to much water. Senior meal was lame I got double at Denny's. Daughter had kids meal and it was 855 but still charged me ? I thought it was free for kids after 4.......what happened to IHOP??!!!! Sorry I meant 3 stars this was my go to place with my friends every Sunday for breakfast after meeting and service. We went there on Saturday for late breakfast/brunch. We waited for about 5 minutes and then got seated. We knew what to order and they took our order right away. The coffee took so long (more than 15 minutes). I’ve been in several Ihop locations and the coffee usually served right away. The cups were dirty and had coffee stains on it. We asked for more sugar and the waiter didn’t even answer/talk to me he turned and “grabbed “ some sugar from another table and place it on our table. All other tables had a coffee pot but they gave us to cups only and didn’t bring any pots. We ordered only 1 spicy poblano omelette and a hash brown. It took 40 minutes!! I ordered a country omelette with a pancake. Omelette didn't have any flavor. Asked for hot sauce and received it after I had eaten half of my food. Only received 1 small cup of syrup for my pancake. I would have liked another but the waitress did not come by quickly and it was hard to get her attention. It was not that busy. IHop clean. Service polite, but not attentive to our needs and we did not get refills. Will this deter me from returning to IHop? No, we'll most likely go back. But will definitely not get the country omelette again.

Ordered my food at 830 am. they told me pick up in 15 min . I was there on time.845. no one was at the register, so I kept waiting... other people walked in.. a door dasher got helped and their food before me... now 9am finally got food. Poor service, the "fresh" fruit topping was obviously either canned or frozen before. The server forgot our appetizer, and was absent for the entire time, except to bring the food and drinks. No refills. Is understand if it was crowded, but there was one table besides ours. The only reason there's 2 stars is that the cook knows how to hard poach an egg.

This place is horrible. Came in and the host didn't even greet me or my friend. Waited like 5-6 min to get seated. And the server suck. If I work here I would make the customers happy. But my pancake was good. I didn't leave no dam tip tho because she didn't refill my water.

The employee allowed of their same race to cut the line. There was people obviously lined up and ready to get checken in. This is the second time I see it. As a Hispanic I find it racially insensitive that Hispanic employees allow Hispanic people to cut the line. I will not be coming back to this establishment. This looks bad on your establishment and might even be considered discrimination.

I don't think I've ever had a good experience here. The most recent time, the power went out. But it was very unclear if they were going to move forward with assisting us or if the power was not going to come back on, and we should go somewhere else. This time, they were much nicer. I'm torn by this review. I went twice to this location. The first visit the place only had one person to service the entire restaurant. Therefore, it's hard to determine what type of service they provide when they had none. The second time they had a full staff but the cook killed their signature dishes. I wanted breakfast for dinner. I went to Denny's and two of the locations were out off business. Then, I went to Lumberjack and that was closed for the Super Bowl. My last choice was IHOP. I should have taken the Cosmo's hint and made scrambled eggs at home. The service at this location has gone from bad to worse. The wait staff that took care me didn't know the menu and I didn't get what I ordered. Also, when I reminded her that I was waiting for my food, she pointed out that she was alone and busy. Therefore, I got dried out food. She got buck in charge for a tip. Don't waste your time and money going to this location.

We never eat out usually on Christmas, but we found ourselves not really wanting to cook this year. So I took my family to eat a decent family meal. Well it took forever to get seated, then it took a while to be greeted by our server Patrick. That said once he made his way over he himself was fantastic! Really nice guy eager to make sure our dinner and service was great on his part, and it was. The cooks on the other hand not so much there were 4 of us, my wife and oldest son got their meals. Then about 5 minutes later my younger son was served. Then when those 3 were about half way done eating their dinner(I told them to eat so their food wouldn't get cold)my food finally arrived. I didn't order anything complicated just a double cheeseburger, and when they put it on the table I was amazed to see they served me a burger that looked like it was dropped or something. The patties were in pieces top patty in 4 pieces and the bottom patty in 3 pieces. The tomatoes looked like they were rehydrated sun dried tomatoes. So I asked for the person in charge her name was Rosie. She came over and apologized and said that they were short staffed, and offered to have it remade but it took so long for the first burger I declined. Not sure how being short staffed made our table of 4 meals come out in shifts, when the two tables of 6 got all their meals at the same time but what do I know. They did however take care of the check for the entire table so that was nice. We will return and DEFINITELY want Patrick as our server again, he was really good. Until then only 2 stars, sorry.

Basic experience for the first time! The sever seemed like he had no interest in serving us! That was odd and put off our entire experience at ihop! Food was okayish for breakfast, I’ve had better breakfast elsewhere. Was trying out this and seems like it’s going to be my first and last time at ihop!

I went there an hour and a half to closing time. My husband and I stood at the entrance for 20 minutes. I literally had to go pretty much to the other side to find a waiter. It seemed like they are understaffed. The food tasted as if it was reheated in the microwave. Even the coffee was cold. I don't blame the staff. I feel like they more than likely need more staff and definitely deserve a raise.

I went to eat and after a couple of minutes of waiting we were seated. It was pretty empty so the service should have been quick but it wasn’t! We ordered and after about 15 minutes are appetizers came out but they were burnt. The mozerella sticks barely had enough cheese, they weren’t to appetizing. We got our food after a while and the food wasn’t bad but it could have been better.

Wasn't horrible, but won't be coming back. There was no wait to be seated which was great. My daughter needed a bit more time to decide on a plate so we let the waiter know, but he took a really really long time to come back. We waited about 30min 😐. Honestly that should've been my queue right. So he finally comes, takes our order, when our food comes out it's not even him. I think because I was already a bit irritated that it took so long my food was meh.....but then he doesn't even check on us at all. My plate of food wasn't hot, maybe it sat for a bit waiting, idk. I was a waitress before so I'm understanding when it gets busy you know, but still you check on your customers. I had to get up to force someone else to help me so I can pay my bill. This was the 2nd time coming here and unfortunately I won't be coming back. Denny's has way better service than this. Hope everyone else can have a happy experience at IHOP.

Food is fine, for IHOP standards, but what I have an issue with at this particular location is the service. Every time I dine in, I feel disgusted by the service. The waiters are always overworked or too slow (because they wait on too many table alone), or the front receptionists is ignoring us or just simply rude. Don't really want to tip but I know that's how they make a living so I give them the bare minimum. I don't want to tip for rude service, waiters who purposefully ignore me, and people who don't look like they care about this job at all. Food is mediocre but their pancakes are the only thing redeeming their brand for me at all.

My sister and I was in this certain IHOP for approximately a little more than 2 hours just for breakfast halfway through the workers had a verbal loud argument very foul language to each other very bad business management the food wasn't that great either for what we spent. They were out of beef no steaks available. I was not pleased with this service.

No disrespect but the food was awful. I ordered the Philly cheese steak. The cheese was not melted it looked like it was put on top of meat after the meet was cooked. The onions were chunks and raw instead of being in strip and cooked like a normal cheese steak. I also ordered the steak well done. The steak was still cold and had no flavor. Also ordered were the chicken strips. The chicken strips looked old and over cooked. It seems like the food has alot of negative reviews maybe the cook need to be replaced.

The service was horrible. We had to keep asking the waitress to bring the rest of our order she brought the wrong order, and the food no flavor eggs over easy were overcooked. When we went to pay, she tried to charge me for the 2 sides that came with the oreders.

I thought I’d order a birthday breakfast and received slop. The delivery driver who is through door dash didn’t text nor ring the doorbell so it was sitting outside for at least 30 minutes. My friends and I came here and ordered 3 things. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Southwestern Club. We waited for our food for over 30 minutes, which was pretty annoying. When we finally got our food, it was awful! My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was vomit inducing, I couldn't even finish half of it! My friends said that their sandwiches lacked flavor and they struggled to finish theirs. I told our server it was the worst burger I've ever had and he was nice enough to give us a 20% discount. He said to let them know sooner next time so they could swap our food out for something else. I didn't tell him that there wouldn't be a next time because I was rushing to pay our bill so I could get home and vomit. I can't remember the last time I've been this dissatisfied by a restaurant. If you still choose to eat here, please just stick to their pancakes.

I was there with my family for lunch after our time at Sunday Morning Worship. I ordered a salad. It was brought to me with a hair (not mine) in it. I alerted our server and he quickly said he'll have another one made for me. Would you know, the second one also had a hair in it. Then I just ate a little leftover pancakes one of my grandchildren didn't finish. When I was given the ticket to pay for everything, they STILL wanted to charge me for a salad with hair in it. So I spoke directly to the manager on duty. She removed it off the ticket. After I paid, I asked is that all I get for your restaurants mistakes, nothing else? She said . . . . 'nothing, that's it'. I explained to her that last week I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Tracy, Ca. My daughter had a hair in her steak dinner. She was not only given a replacement dinner plate, but also a coupon for 2 people to have a free dinner at their restaurant again. IHOP didn't give me anything other than removing the salad off my ticket. Where's the invitation for me to return to IHOP again? I'm not happy with this location.

Food was bland and coffee was cold. Waitress was upset and rude, throwing trays in the kitchen because some customers behind her made her upset. Rushed our order as she was taking it and kept cutting us off. We kept asking for silverware and napkins and by the time our food arrived we still didn't have silverware. We asked for no cheese on a plate and they got the order wrong and the waitress was very rude about it and didn't change our order. Overall terrible experience and definitely will NOT return and DO NOT recomend.

First, the menu was downsized. No more salads on it. We ordered an appetizer and the ranch tasted like lemon juice. While waiting for our food, a cockroach crawled out from the bottom side of the table to the top. That was it. We got up, told the staff and promptly left. Not likely to return.

They were seated before us and two other groups which had been waiting. Manager said they had called in to place name on list. They had priority seating. Manager said they do not take reservations. By definition this is considered a reservation. Manager lied. After finally getting seated we placed orders. 50 minutes later and one pot of coffee we still didn't get our food. Due to bad service and management we left without receiving any food and very disappointed.

Their bathroom smells horrible and they have roaches smh need cleaning and we have virus an bacteria this is a restaurant food place I couldn’t spend my money and I’m disabled smh

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order to go at 1:10, I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I understand it’s a restaurant so I gave them time beyond that. At 1:40 I politely asked the woman at the desk, Robles how much longer before my order would be ready and she was very rude. Robles was acting very nonchalant and telling me “It would take sometime so do I want the order or not”. Not only did she lack good customer service, I asked to speak with her manager and she said that “he was busy” and I could call the number on the paper. I will not be returning! Rude staff!

Steak over cooked , just boiled the meat and pan fried . Trash food. I don’t recommend any food here. The strawberries horrible.

I waited 45 minutes just to be seated when there was barely any people in the restaurant. Not only that but I asked for well done scrambled eggs and I received sunny side up eggs with a runny yolk. I had to take my food to go and didn't realize until after. The waiter didn't even give me my receipt I doubt he didn't give himself a tip.

I orderd 2 items on the menu and it was already 50 bucks for an order of pancakes and an order of waffles. And to get better faster service you have to know someone because if you dont than you gunna wait more than 20 min for yoyr drinks.

Service was appalling. When we arrived we were seated at a dirty booth, we asked our server if he could clean it he told us that all the booths were dirty. I'm saying to myself what establishment seats customers to a dirty table clearly its not being managed properly. Then I asked my server to bring me a cloth and I would do it myself, a few minutes later he comes to me and says do you still want me to wipe off your booth, at that point we just got up and left mind you it's was our 8 year anniversary. We left and went to another IHOP that was much clear and service was good.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Today was just the last straw. Been several instances were we get on the waiting list to be seated. And we get skipped by other parties in similar size. Today it took about 30 minutes to get seated, which is decent since it was a busy morning. Once we were seated. They never took our orders for drinks. 10 minutes go by. Then I see they sat another party and brought them their drinks right after and took their orders for food. Annoyed, we got another waiter that took our orders for drink and the meal. About 35-45 minutes later. Still no drinks, no food or any type of service. So I would never recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Went there today at 11 and left at 1. the manager was nice and our server was very nice too, but we ordered before two other customers and waited 30 minutes to get our food and they got theirs before us. then when we were finished we waited for our check but our server wasn’t coming around. so we went up to another server by a cashier and she did not turn to acknowledge us or even help us. she was rude and very unprofessional she was older, short. and had short hair. she just bluntly said “wait, i’m doing something” and disrespected us in front of everyone.

The cheese in the mozzarella sticks weren't cooked. Our waiter only checked on us once he didn't even offer us more drinks and he left the empty cup on the table.he didn't come back to offer us a to go box and he never brought us our check we waited for a while and he never came to us .so we went to the register and had to wait for him to ring us up. Kids are yelling and jumping on seats. We will not be going back there anymore.

So we just walked out. They have horrible customer service skills. The white man who is a hostess was helpful kind and showed awesome customer service skills. The waitress completely ignored us. Didn't acknowledge us. She served and took someone else's order who came after us who was just sitting across from us. She was rude. She didn't even take our order at all. She needs fired asap. I will be calling the manager in the morning. I suggest do not go there at all.

I went too IHOP 3:19 I ordered blue Barry Pancakes I went home and started eating my Pancakes and Noticed a Metal wire in my food and I feel like sueing you guys.

This place had worst customer service. I waited 1 hour for my food. I order a imposible Burger and half of it came to just to be onion on it. It had no flavor.In my picture you can see only some of the amount of onion in it.

It was just horrible it was me and my husband waited 10 minutes for our drinks, then another 40 minutes for our food, we just walked out we don’t even get to eat. wasted our time. waitress knew what he was doing, doing it on purpose 100% but other people were getting their food first then us. Get better workers. who won’t be petty and rude.

I feel cheated and angry after eating breakfast here. With a modest tip- $90 for 3 people. I vowed never to eat ihop after 10-15y ago. Against my better judgement, family (total of 3) ate here this morning. Absolutely atrocious food and skimpy quantities. Biscuits & gravy were cold and gross. Most fast food places beat ihop b&g- hands down. Sausages are the size of a pencil. All the way down to the tasteless strawberries on the crepe- the food is consistently horrible. Yet this restaurant was quite crowded at 10:00AM on a THU. I can’t fathom who enjoys routinely eating lousy food here while getting ripped off. My advice- Lumberjacks or Black Bear Diner. Higher quality and more generous portions. And less expensive. Go figure!! Easy to see why the stock of Dine Equity-DIN (parent of Applebees and ihop) is in a downward spiral. Indicative of the crap both restaurants serve. At this point- the best solution is for an activist investor to take a stake (at least DIN has a 8+% dividend yield) and fire most executives and board members. It’s obvious nobody in the c-suite or executive role has bothered to eat this slop, or they would be appalled. Contrast with Chili’s and parent company-EAT. Stock soaring to new highs. I will say our waitress Perla was overwhelmed, yet did a great job. She was grinding and working her tail off.

We were the second customer in the restaurant it’s basically empty at 4:30 pm I order steak the green beans say cooked with garlic butter they were plain and boiled the server failed to tell me they did not have that available brought the replacement mashed potatoes when I was done with my meal we ordered the chicken with waffles does not even add the butter I have to go ask for it the server says oh y just choose to not add it ? The heck follow the menu especially when you don’t even check your tables.

I went with my family to eat at IHOP on Sunday January 4th all excited because we hadn’t been to IHOP in a while but thanks to our server it made me not want to go to this IHOP location again. She was rude from the beginning she always had an attitude when asked for something. She took forever to bring our food and to top it off it was cold and the bacon was burnt the pancakes were horrible.I didn’t catch her name but she was short with black hair. She never came to our table to check on how we were doing. Worst customer seems ever

When in at 8:47pm on 12/22/2025 and it was empty I was yelling hello is it open over and over.. I even picked in to look in the kitchen no one was there. I went out to ask an employee of Costco if then can call security as they might have left the door open.. They said it should be open then looked and finally as we were walking someone came.. we left and in the corner we can see them hidding just chatting it up. We went to Dennys instead of going in.

We walked in and no one was at the counter to greet us which is fine because we thought it was busy since it was Saturday at 1:40pm we stood there for 10 minutes until my husband checked if the dinning area was packed and it wasn’t there were plenty of empty tables after 3 team members came up to the counter at different times and not one of them greeted us or even acknowledged we were there no one asked if we had been helped there was another family waiting as well they had been there longer than us and they hadn’t been greeted either very bad service at least a smile and we will be right with you would of been great

Me and my husband both have medical alert service dog and I hop refund to let us in all because we would not show proof or paperwork proving that they were service dogs when I tried to explain the ada laws and even pulled up the ada laws that refused us entery all because we didn't show proof and then they called the security guard and then he went into the ihop and talked to the manager and then came out and said to leave or he was going to call the cops

Me and my wife have medical alert service dog one for each of us they denied us entry because we would not provide or show the papers that they were registered service dog or that they were even service dogs they said that we had to show them the service dog paperwork if we wanted to eat there it is against the law under the ADA to ask for paperwork regarding your service dog when my wife calmly explained the Ada laws and even pulled up the Ada laws they refuse to let her talk and told us we had to leave that we are no longer welcome there so we went outside to make some phone calls when my wife was on the phone a sucerty gard came and asked us if we where ok my wife explained what happed he said that they do have a right to ask for prof and or paperwork and then he went in side of the restaurant to talk to the manager and when he came out he said do u want me to call the cops we said no then he said then leave the property now or I'm calling the cops

BAD SERVICE & BAD FOOD !🤮 This used to be my go-to spot before I moved away, but wow, how things have changed. Customer service and quality have clearly taken a nosedive. First, we waited so long for our food that I started to wonder if they were harvesting the ingredients. And no, they weren’t busy – unless you count the tumbleweeds. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but what I got was a piece of charcoal with grill marks. My friend’s sausage had a bonus bone inside – because who doesn’t love a dental challenge with their meal? My egg came with a free surprise too: a crunchy eggshell. Yummy. Then there was my $6+ orange juice, served in a half-full glass, with no refills according to our waitress. I had to point out that the menu says refills are free. Apparently, literacy isn’t a job requirement here. Our waitress didn’t bother to check if we needed anything – maybe she was practicing for a disappearing act. This place desperately needs better training. If they don’t step up their game, I wouldn’t be surprised to see them shut down soon. And to our waitress: You’re in the hospitality business. Keep that in mind next time you’re looking for a job.
