$4 for a medium coffee that tastes like boiled water. I recently visited a different DD. The coffee was delicious. I came to this one hoping for the same. Negative. Don’t even waste your money. Plus this place is not easily accessible. It’s located on a main road. You have to dodge so many cars just to get out the mini lot. It would’ve been worth it if the coffee was good. But for boiled water with milk? Nah. Go down the block. It’s a total shame. I work around the corner. I was hoping this place would be great. SMH

Asked for a iced chai latte and they gave me milk and chai lol it wasn’t mixed at all 😭😭😭

This establishment clearly doesn’t care about the wellbeing of customers considering the obnoxiously rude man who answered the phone. When asked a simple question, the man quickly replied with, “No.” and proceeded to hang up. The man was breathing heavily and sounded intoxicated while working which leads me to believe that proper etiquette and sobriety standards while working aren’t behind upheld.

Terrible dunkin loacation. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Constantly behind whenever I order something. Has gotten my order wrong multiple times.

I have ordered doordash from this Dunkin Donuts many times. They constantly make the order wrong. The owner or whoever the older man is there is also very rude when you go in person. If you want Dunkin go to another location. This place is the worst!

Food is ok, just like all other dunkin. But the manager of this store is really unique. I am not sure how such a rude person can get into restaurants business. The staffs are fine. I guess that's the reason the business is still running.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin, walked in to nobody at the counter to then be followed by the manager calling the worker over (very unmotivated and rude didn’t even say a word to me) and after they took our order they completely put in no effort to even make our items correctly. At the end of it all I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service and items we received wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly

Honestly, some of the slowest service I have experienced at a Dunkin. The workers seem very unmotivated. It does not help that they take your order, then take everyone else's order, then eventually get to making your food/drinks. Could not recommend this location for a quick stop.

I never take the time to write a bad review. This is my first. Waited 15 minutes watching 3 employees waiting on one customer and they all didn’t have a clue what they were doing! The owner should send them to Starbucks training school. If your time is valuable and you need to be somewhere on time l would pass by this location.

Absolutely worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. I ordered $40 worth of smoothies, being the only customer in the store. It took the guy 10 min to START making my drinks. I was getting impatient so i say to the worker nicely that i would just like a refund. Another worker comes in and says that i can’t get a refund and i have to come in the morning. So i do just that, and the manager says that i have to come in later to wait for the nighttime manager. worst customer service EVER! if you want a better location go to 5050 nesconset highway.

This place was great pre covid and the management was really good. However recently there is a new management and its really bad. They are careless. I went to get sandwich in the morning and they did not remove the paper from the cheese! I literally had paper slices in my sandwich!!
