I’ve only tried this place in the last week after living in Studio City over 30 years . First time last week I was headed to the place next store for Philly Cheesesteak but same the Ricewok was full of lunch diners . So I have it a try . King Poa chicken , egg roll, hot Sauer soup and fried rice plus iced tea. Excellent !! And $8.95 bargain. Returned a few days later to try something else . Same lunch special but this time with crisp sesame chicken . Again excellent . I am a Chinese food lover . Traveled to China and Hong Kong more than once . Usually make the drive to Monterey Park for Chinese food . Daughter in law is Chinese and her father is an accomplished Chinese chef . I’m used to eating top quality Chinese . This spot is a bargain and quite a cut above most Chinese fast food . I’ll be back !

When ever I was in the area I had to stop for a combo chow fun!!! The best!!!! Absolutely the best!!! Even if I had already ate I would take it home to share with the wife...definitely need to go back!

This place is really good . They use large sized shrimp and don't skimp on any of the proteins as most Chinese places do . I drive from the city to go here and I like supporting small mom & pop operations like this one . I'm glad to see they are staying very busy through Covid and will survive .

Small hole in the wall Chinese restaurant I have been coming to for years for a quick bite. Food is great quality, portion sizes right on point and not overpriced like other things in the area. May I recommend their Sizzilng rice soup, wor wonton soup and the Double Mushroom chicken are delicious.

They are by far my favorite takeout place. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I stop by and get food here. Food is always delicious. Generous portions. Fair prices.

Loved this hidden gem of a place. Food was very fresh, authentic tasting, and with great proportions. If you're in the mood for some good traditional Chinese Food, I highly recommended place!

They need to update their online menu. I was PISSED when my order was $17 instead of $12. However, once I got my food, WOW! The portion size was HUGE! It fed me twice, once w/ a friend so that's THREE full meals, plus it came w/ rice so it probably would have been 4 meals if I'd used the rice! I just had Chinese several blocks away and it didn't come close. I'll be coming back here for sure! But see pix for prices, not their menu. RICE WOK, update your online menu =D

This is my favorite place for an amazing price chinese food. The people are always so nice and the food is hot and fresh. Today I had the garlic shrimp. Amazing! I plan on trying every item on lunch menu. By the way, did I mention I drive an hour away to eat here? Parking is hard but if you can't find parking in the lot, try the street. Well worth it!

Prices are good for the amount of food you get. Food was made fast. They have parking. I would definitely come back.

This spot is a family owned and operated Chinese spot. My girlfriend and I order General Tso chicken, Fried Shrimp, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Their General Tso's chicken is like orange chick on crack! that is the only way i can describe it. The Fried shrimp is jumbo shrimp butterflied and fried to crispy perfection that is served with this tangy spicy sauce! The Walnut shrimp tho is AMAZING! Perfectly cooked shrimp, mixed with walnut and this mind blowing cream sauce! Go try it that combo you will not be disappointed.

Tiny place but very good food. Very friendly staff/owners and accommodating. Big portions and good quity ingredients for the price. Definitely would come back again if we are in the area. I had shrimp fried rice and it was really tasty with lots of fresh big prawns but not greasy at all.

I have come here over ten years. It is simple, fast, and has polite service. I gave it 4 stars for being good at what it is. A tiny, low priced, little strip mall restaurant. Their plate sizes are really generous in relation to the price. The flavor is cleaner American chinese style. Not many odd flavors. They have a lot of takeout and pickup so the food moves more than the amount of eat in customers. Ignore the irrelevant 1 star reviews like "I did not get a fork with my delivery".

Convient location, very quick service, good quality food, not expensive, not a dining place just for quick bite. Parking on difficult side, but recommended.

Been going here for 20 years and today is a dark day indeed my friends. Sadly they have changed their homemade recipe for their dumplings…to store bought. 😢🥺This is a tragedy of epic proportions!! These dumplings were amazing! I would like to start a petition to bring back the home made dumping! Who’s with me? The rest of the food is still good so go here but… RIP Rice Wok Dumplings. I’ll never forget you.

Ordered food from them. They said they don't take Visa but it took my credit card. Then I called back to see what I can do to get my $ back. She said to call Visa. Then I called the restruant back to see if I could pay cash when they deliver it, and they said yes, andthe man said that was a fake website I ordered online from. It was called Simple Menu. Very strange. If it was a fake website, then how did the lady at the restruant know my phone # and call me right after i ordered the food. It doesn't make sense.

I've been here a few times and each time i found the food really bland. Sweet and sour chicken and broccoli beef were both seriously lacking in flavor. I did get pork chow fun, and with some soy sauce on top it was pretty tasty.

All my food was very bland and my entrée taste like pure sugar. Please do not call yourself rice wok and you can’t even make good fried rice. Very disappointing.

Small place average food. mostly heated up items premade sauces and food from a chinese food supply company not a lot of food made in the restaurant. friendly delivery man not so friendly owners in the location especially if you have kids. they seem to dislike kids. if you are looking for cheap chinese takeout of average quality and taste they will work. If you want actual decent chinese food look elsewhere.

Ordered off got delivered with no fork nor chopstick. I called to complain their response was " we don't provide unless you ask for it". HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT MY FOOD ???? I have been ordering food from everywhere and I have NEVER EVER experienced anything like this is the most stupidest thing ever. You could have just simply said I forgot to put it there I'm sorry and I would have left it at that. But no you had to have the nerve and tell me that I had to ask for it. Wow WOW I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FOOR FROM THEM NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Requested lunch items from the menu, the lady server brought us what she wanted to be able to charge more than lunch prices. Got us the right food but larger portions that cost more. Without us knowing that at the end it would cost us almost double of what we would have spent on lunch items. I WON'T EVER GO BACK THERE. And I will never recommend that place to my friends.

Food was ok but the person who took my order was incredibly rude and the kitchen cheated me on the amount of beef in the order. I had asked for one dollar extra beef and instead they put in broccoli in the order. They even refused to give me credit for the lack of beef in the order.

For 10 years I’ve been ordering the same thing. At this restaurant. 2 egg roll, large Buddha feast with shrimp and a soup. Tonight when I tried to order that I was called a liar by the owner. He, wouldn’t give his name, and said that they’ve NEVER done only 2 egg rolls Again, I’ve ordered the same thing for 10 years. They have lost a customer not that they care which is what the owner said to me. Pathetic.

I went in on my only lunch break because I was craving Thai food, made sure they served Thai yellow curry w chicken, to which the lady at the front said yes. I order the yellow curry and get a bowl of partially cut chicken and large pieces of vegetables that had barely been cut themselves, and the cherry on top? There was no soup at all, no yellow curry, just poorly prepared chicken and vegetables with a side of rice...

Used to love & spend $$$ here. Quality not as good. Watery sauces. Owner skimps on condiments— EVEN after repeatedly bringing to his attention. Permanent no thanks.

My daughter was embarrassed and did not want me to send it back nor complain. I brought it to the tension of the owner and he acted stupid like he didn’t understand. My mixed vegetables with chicken was OK but bland. We should’ve went to panda express would’ve been many times better

I asked for a switch of waiter because I personally am not a professional therapist and would not want to tear her issues apart and begin the conversation but go to Panda Express and relax nothing serious but damn I have a strong feeling staff has changed their approach and went to the bankrupt state I wouldn’t be surprised if there gone by 2025 RIP RiceWok. Please find mental health support and change your staff before I return
