I have been ordering from this location for years now.... Whether it is delivery or carry out and now occasionally eat in, this place is as good as it gets.... 5 starts for fresh food and hot food, always a clean place, and last but not least, amazing friendly and courteous staff. A truly exemplary restaurant.

Friendly staff pizza top tier tastes really nice. I recommend there pan pizzas really nice and buttery. People in the front really helpful and professional.

I had such a long day at work, that all I wanted was to grab my pizza and go home, without having to worry about cooking or cleaning. When I left work, I ordered two pies and cheese bread to go. When I arrived, I waited approximately 8 minutes and my pizza was done. I decided to check them, because there's nothing worse than getting home and not having the right food. When I checked my pie, I noticed it was cut into tiny squares. The gentleman, William, standing nearby also noticed. He was so kind, he immediately offered to make me another one free of charge. I have to say, I am so floored by the actions of this man. It really speaks volumes about him, and the standards he sets for his business. Not everyday do you come across someone willing to make things right. Not to mention, the food was better than it has ever been. Thank you William, your kindness is so greatly appreciate! I will be visiting again!

Pizza was late on Super Bowl Sunday but the staff was extremely apologetic and gave me a free pack of parmesan bites for the wait. That's attention to customer care.

Good pizza and quick delivery. The problem is that no matter how many times you will tell them you live in the guest house they will knock on the door of the main house. Why? Until today I am not sure.

It's domino's. Not really pizza. But it's good in a pinch. I just wish they delivered to me, but they don't which makes no sense because I literally live 6 minutes away by car

10.99 for large (ha ha) two topping pizza..bill came to 27 dollars for 2 and delivery..definitely not worth it!

Be sure to check your orders upon pick-up. This location consistently forgets little things like a side of marinara for your breadsticks or chicken in a CHICKEN PARM sandwich. Staff is always nice and accommodating once the issue is brought to their attention.

Pizza under cooked and sloppy upon delivery. Totally disappointed to amount of topping that was put on pizza especially after paying for extra topping. Tried the fried wings they were good but very small in size.

It’s dominos. It’s fine. You don’t go for quality you go for price. Forgetting our orders, being late, messing up orders. Glad the dominos app reminded me to post a review.

Ok so I don’t normally write review but I wanted to add to a previous review. If my son didn’t like Dominos so much I would not come here but it is the closest. I don’t usually have problems with the food, Dominoes is Dominoes. But a while back I ordered a pasta bread bowl, custom, bacon and Alfredo only. What I got was all that plus chicken. I wrote a negative review and the manager called me and said they would make it right by giving me a free one next time. So next time came and they said they were kinda on a new owner and they had no record of it. Ok no big deal, but I ordered the same thing and checked and sure enough, chicken but they gave me that one and a new one. I just had to wait for it. It happened one more time but than they seemed to get it right. Fast forward to last month, ordered the same pasta with a pizza. They said they had phone problems so couldn’t call me (what no one could use their personal cell) and they were out of bread bowls (huh) so they waited till I came in to pick up to see if I wanted it without the bread bowl, keep in mind the pizza is ready and getting old. My son says yes, so I wait again. Today I ordered pizza and pasta and used the dominos app as usual and it says ready. What happens, I walk in, pizza ready, but they said they just got the delivery for the Alfredo sauce and I would have to wait cause she’s filling up the sauce bottle, so again food not ready at the same time. I have to say the food has improved and is not bad, and the people are very nice and even apologetic, but come on, a notification or text would be nice. That’s my reasons for the low rating

Placed an order to pick up curbside. When got there texted as required and after more than 10 mins wait had to walk inside to pick up cause no one came out or text or called to verify. Not ordering ever again curbside pickup if I order ever again.

Will never order from this place again. The chubby fella who works on Wednesday night is too worried about his phone rather than the customers. Orders are constantly incorrect. My question is, even though people are paying their hard earned money, . If you order a large amount of wings or cheesey bread, when do you have to pay extra for blue cheese or marinade(Marinada)? From now on, I will keep my money In my pocket & go across the street to Pasquale's Pizzeria, where I will get better food for my buc( Not processed).Everything is better there & for a reasonable price. The only reason I gave Domino's 1 star is because of their drivers. And the ones I know, should be at the other end of the spectrum. But still, never ordering from Suffern NY Domino's Pizza again

I really wanna like this place but the make it so hard, either mess up my order or mark it as ready when is not even close to be ready. Come to the store and all the workers on their phone chatting 🙄 and claim they are busy that's why is not ready.

Please Dont say the order is delivered while it was not, and if the driver is going to arrive much later than the app has already said order is delivered please let the customer know by calling dont just leave it at the door. Its hella snow today and my pizza was dead frozen when i got it.

I accidentally placed an order that I didn’t even know about. I was apologizing for being careless as I’m doing that Ali starts yelling.I said I was sorry and he starts saying not you’re not sorry. Someone need to get him in check. No way to talk to a customer. Never going back

Deliveries are way too slow. Tonight’s delivery took 40 minutes from the time my pizza left eye store. I’m only 10 minutes away

I ordered online 30 minutes before picking up my pizza. When I got to the store my pizza was not even prepared, then I was told I had to wait for 10 minutes, when I replied that I was going to cancel my order the guy at the store reply "ok, good night" with an unapologetic attitude. I had been getting pizza from this dominos store for years, just for that careless attitude I won't be back there

Been ordering for years from this location. Last 3 orders have been messed up. 1. Wrong topping on the pie don't understand how peppers got under the cheese. 2. Order Ceasars salads and they were out of the dressing (which is fine and we understood) they called n asked if we wanted to suppostute another dressing. Which we did and they sent a 3rd dressing that we didn't ask for. 3. Again a salad issue we ordered 2 Ceasars salads and got 1 Ceasar and 1 garden salad (which is cheaper) without any call or notification. After calling multiple times and getting hung up on or put directly on hold. We got someone to finally talk to us. We were told they would send a Ceasar salad out to us. After waiting 1 1/2 hours we called asking where the salad was n were told they were out of Ceasar. Asked for a refund and they were unable to provide one. So we asked for another item to make things right n they agreed to send it. Still waiting for that item 14 hrs later. Every person we spoke to on the phone was either rude or very unprofessional using slang and talking like they really didn't care.

I called to place my order in on my lunch break and the employee was rushing me off of the phone so he never gave me a chance to fully explain what i wanted. So when i got there to pick up my food , my order was completely wrong. So i just left. If he would have taken the time to hear my order there would have never been an issue.

I ordered hand made pan pizza(medium). When four of us tried it. It was very salty and cheese seems different. When I took the pizza to dominos Suffern back. The guy who was at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. He was saying that domino’s never use salt. I used to order the same pizza weekly twice from the same place. Please go and check your records. I have enough money to buy my own food. He thinks that I expect free food. I don’t want their free food. The management has to teach him how to take care of their customer. I never be back to this location ever. We used to order frequently. It was a terrible experience. I wish I can give negative review.

The manager didn’t correct the mistakes and told me he wasn’t allowed to fix the mistakes a few weeks ago. But tonight 3/12/22 I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and they gave me a hand tossed pizza. I tried to call to politely let them know of the mistake. I feel they should know what happened. After waiting two minutes the manger came to the phone spoke to me in Spanish and he hang up on me without hearing what happened. They didn’t call back or even care. I will never order from this place again. I am not wasting my time to call back after being hung up on.

They also lie and say they gave you the food to stop the timer even though they have yet to come out. They always forget sauces, mess up your food, forget items, take longer than they say, give attitude when they owe apologies, and wait time is just always unreasonable. Would recommend any local pizza spot instead. Nickys pizza around the block, better quality and service.

I've lived in Suffern for 6 years now and ordered from this Domino's a handful of times. They have literally never gotten my order right. We've finally decided we will never be ordering from here again. It is the worst run fast food restaurant I've ever seen. If I could give it zero stars I would.
