Amazing Thai food and excellent service! The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Every dish was full of flavor and tasted like it was made with high quality ingredients. The Henry rita were amazing. perfectly balanced and very refreshing. The service was outstanding. Yui took great care of us, she was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. We also want to compliment the manager, Noii, who runs the restaurant very professionally and creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for great Thai food, drinks, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

Noi and her staff are the best! Everyone is always so welcoming and professional. If you want Thai food, this is the best in Houston! Kitchen is very consistent (in house or take-out), and the upgrades to the interior are very pleasing. Put Thai Cottage on your “regular” list!

We ended up going there after another late cancellation for a group of 20 with 8 toddlers. They accommodated us with no delays and set up tables before we got there in 5 mins. We ended up staying almost 45 mins over the closing time and never was rushed or bothered. Highly recommend for big groups with kids. Great food with well mixed drinks. Thank you so much.

The fried rice was so delightfully tasty coming from a 9 year old boy. We frequent this place because of the overall ambiance. Hugh is the most kind, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable of the warm staff. Hugh embodies excellent customer service. I won't be surprise if Huge will someday lead this cool Thai resto into greater success. Thanks for always bringing us the good vibes and good food!

When we walked in , we felt like home from their greeting. The decorations is so festive , ready for Christmas. We love the food , like eating in Thailand esp. Pad Tai , and fish with Tamarin sauce. I myself Thai. I would highly recommend it.

We have loved Thai Cottage for years. The Red Curry is my go to, but really every thing we've had we love. We love coming for my birthday dinner because they have a special Halloween week menu that the kids love. We've been coming since before we had children. The people here are always warm and welcoming and have watched our boys grow up. Happy to give them 5 stars!

My wife and I finally made it to Thai Cottage in Sugar Land after living in the area for nearly 15 years. We stopped in for dinner after a high school open house, and overall it was a great first experience. We started with water, iced tea, Tom Kha with shrimp, and the Wings of Paradise. The Tom Kha soup was flavorful and served hot, though I found it a little light on the coconut flavor. The Wings of Paradise, on the other hand, were amazing—crispy on the outside, with a special garlic-basil sauce that made them unforgettable. For entrées, we shared the Three Taste Fish Fillet, crab fried rice (medium heat), and Pad See Ew with beef. The fish was fried perfectly golden with a light panko-style batter, but a bit bland on its own—the sauce with onions, carrots, and bell peppers more than made up for it. The crab fried rice was a highlight with generous chunks of crab and just the right spice level. The Pad See Ew had that classic smoky wok flavor with flat noodles, Chinese broccoli, and egg—exactly how I like it. The decor was inviting, light in color with touches of greenery. It’s not overly fancy but well done for a strip-center spot. The dining area is spacious with comfortable seating, and there’s a small bar in the back. Service was friendly, and my wife gave the place a thumbs up as well. Overall, Thai Cottage is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be coming back again soon—especially for those wings and crab fried rice!

love love love thai cottage. i have been coming here since i was little and it never disappoints. the portion sizes are very shareable and i always end up with leftovers. this time my friend and i did the houston restaurant week and it was phenomenal!!! the hrw came with a free drink (filled two cup fulls) and three courses. i believe all portions are the same as ordering off the regular menu (when i come not during hrw it is usually the same quantity) the wings were very good and the duck curry was flavorful but a little spicy for my liking. the tamarind fish!!!!!! this was the star of the show no doubt. it was perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the sauce was a perfect sweet and sour balance. the mango sticky rice was good as well as expected and the mangoes were sweet despite it not being mango season. our server also gave 10/10 recommendations and was very attentive and kind. he even gave us wipes for our hands after eating wings! overall thai cottage will always be a 10/10 for me, the staff is always kind, food is great, and the prices are very reasonable!

Jennifer was our server and could not have been better. An absolute pro. The food is good. It’s more of an American sort of Thai. I requested the absolute spiciest beef salad they could make and it was pretty medium to mild. But the flavor was good. The decor was great… And the server and manager were outstanding. It’s worth a visit especially if you like a western flair to Thai food.

I really wanted to like this place but I think ultimately I ended up disappointed. First of all, they’ve remodeled recently so the interior of the restaurant is definitely beautiful and has a more modern/elegant look. Unfortunately, I think the food is overpriced and not super flavorful, you can definitely get better Thai food for cheaper at other places in Sugar Land area. I got the red curry which was decently spicy, but it was difficult to enjoy because the rice portion they gave me with it was very small. The flat noodles were also just OK, with the portion for those being small as well. Mostly giving 3 stars because I really liked their Thai Tea, and it came in a cute bottle! Definitely the redeeming part of the meal for me.

I ordered a green curry chicken, cashew delight beef, pad see ew, and chicken crispy rolls. Both the green curry chicken and the cashew delight beef are supposed to come with one steamed rice each, but I only got one steamed rice in total for the whole order. One steamed rice is missing. I selected steamed rice for both items on the doordash delivery website but only got one steamed rice delivered. Very disappointing experience.
