Food was excellent. My chicken was juicy and flavorful, veggies were delicious and strawberry margarita was absolutely refreshing. Made a stressful meeting slightly more relaxed, my only complaint was the noise level as it can get very loud during afternoon to evening hours. Great service, excellent food, will definitely dine here again.

First time we've been here in over 18 months, due to the pandemic. Staff still wearing masks and some tables blocked off--we appreciated that! We sat in the bar area and the service was great. Food was very good and served quickly. Love the lunch Pick Two specials.

Great food, awesome service. Seated immediately, food arrived in 15 minutes. Service with a great attitude and a smile by the bartender, Raegan. Our food was brought out by the manager, who also had a winning team attitude. She addressed the burger issue even though I was confused and it was my fault, fast and pleasantly. The did was fresh and hot. My step Dad loved the Cajun pasta, he finished it for once. My Mom loved her asparagus and Mexican street corn. Said it was the best she's had in a long long time. Which says a lot for Chili's to do street corn well. They have a hard working team that worked together seamlessly. Our server kept our drinks full, asked if we liked everything. Boxed my food up. Never left us hanging. Great job for this Chili's. We will be back.

Colten was our server today, and he was amazing! Super friendly, and he was clearly having a great time, which just makes it way better for everyone else. We had a great time, he was great talking with everyone, especially my younger brother. He was very efficient, especially for someone who just started 4 days ago. Mainly writing this review for him, he did a great job. Hopefully he does well here and I hope to see him again next time :)

We found ourselves short on time after we placed our order because we didn't realize how busy they really were and we were on a bus that had to leave. When we told our waiter, he and the manager rushed our order out and we were able to to take it in to go boxes. We are very appreciative of their efforts.

Chili's is consistent and that's why we eat there. My review is for the care I witnessed extended to their customers. After the icy weather we just had, they cleared their entire parking lot. Your car won't slide, you can get in a parking spot safely. You won't slip and fall. Shoot, your feet won't even get wet! To show that much thought and effort says they want and deserve your business. Could not be more impressed and I will choose Chili's more often due to this one act. Called and spoke to a regional (?) (he told me, I forgot) by the name of Jacob. He deserves huge acknowledgement in every form possible. That is explemplary customer service in a time where customer service no longer lives.

Food was good. Service was good especially for busy Easter. Manager trainee was very personable, went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Seemed on top of everything! The floor was a little dirty when we came in but was quickly remedied with broom and dustpan! I'd go back for sure.

This is one of the better chilis experiences I've had with the family. We came in with 7 and were accommodated space wise. They were willing to put 2 tables side by side for room. The food was also fantastic. I must say though that one of our guests got a rare 10oz steak and it was a little TOO rare. It was pretty much not cooked at all. Other then that there were no issues and they were very attentive.

I usually love this Chili's BUT this time the hamburgers were over cooked, burnt around the edges, and dry. Since this is not our normal experience here we will try once more. Server was perfect!

The restaurant was clean, but a little chilly. I needed a sweater, as did my sister. It took longer than I think it should have for the waitress to come get our drink and appetizer order. The food was good. We were close to having to ask for a refill on our drinks, but just when I was about to ask for a refill, the waitress came around and asked if we needed refills. I don't like that she took our glasses with her and filled them up and then brought them back to us. Whatever happened to having the pitchers of tea to refill glasses and bringing a fresh glass of soda? All in all it was an on experience.

I'm not a big fan of Chilis, but my wife and daughter are. I miss the old school chilis when the menu was much smaller (back in the 80's & 90's). Don't get me wrong the food isn't bad, just not the same. We did have some great service though. Bring back the original chicken crispers and the ice cream pie.

The food was wonderful. But our waitress was extremely slow but she was very nice and friendly. We had to wait 45 minutes to put in our food order and and one meal was fixed wrong had to wait another 20 minute for that order. Not trying to be picky or mean but it was not the great service we are use to from the Sulpher Springs Chillies they have always been great. We were tired from a long doctor day and very hungry and it took to long to get to order eat and leave as we normally do there. But the food was great.

Food was good, server was fast, attentive and able to answer our questions. Best part we were in and out in under an hour (party of 7) They had a little garden in the front, looked like Swiss chard.

The first thing I needed was AC... 100 degrees outside, I'm tired, I'm hungry, I'm thirsty. Whoosh! I enter the door and smell the food from the kitchen. The bar is empty aside from a couple used Martini glasses from a previous customer, salt still on the rims. I sit and pull a menu and look at it for a short spell. I wait to be noticed, meanwhile glancing at the TVs on the the wall. After about 5 - 7 minutes I'm approached my the bartender. She gets my orders while being sociable and pleasant. I quickly got my orders in fairly fast order and very kind service from all persons working... then I ordered another beer. If I'm staying for another they've got my stamp of satisfaction obviously. Decent food, decent service, fairly clean, decent atmosphere, prices everywhere sucks these days. Come in, relax, have a couple drinks, eat some food you didn't have to cook and enjoy.

Most of what we ordered was pretty good. Nothing was great. But my wife's steak had a lot of gristle and my rice was hard. Service was quick. Our waitress was attentive. Her or the guy assisting, the food runner, never seem like they wanted to take our empty plates though. We had to ask each time to have them taken away. She did always keep our drinks from becoming empty before bringing another one.

I enjoyed my sweet tea, Mexican tortilla soup and chicken Bacon ranch quesadilla's. For a Sunday our wait to be seated was less than 5 minutes or so. The hostess was a sweetheart. Our waitress was pretty busy running tables and the bar, but she managed to get to us ok. The guy that brought our food out was also nice. The only thing was the broccoli, the cooks didn't steam it, it was raw and when we asked for it to be cooked, they had microwaved it. My sister didn't complain the second time, it just wasn't worth the fight but that's a pretty sucky thing to do. So minus one star!

Good food. Food cost more here than other nearby cafes. Had my favorite: Southwest Eggrolls. Ordered Brisket Quesadilla and Beef Fajitas. Not too busy around 3pm. Plenty seating and parking. Quick service. Sat in the bar area with all the TVs. I visit occasionally. Tend to favor the local cafes.

We only come here for the burgers. They are our favorite greasy burgers! Normally a decent lunch. Our last time we got a bad server so the experience was lacking. Had to send back stale fries. She was very unfriendly and never checked on us. Its normally pretty decent here. Will continue to visit for our greasy burger fix. Go chain restaurants!

Food is good. They are always very understaffed so everything is slow. We get better service in the bar.

Chili's couldn't do a rare steak to save their life.

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants and this is about typical of it. The grilled fajitas tasted like it was soaked in liquid smoke. The rice tasted over greased. None of it tasted healthy or nutritious. I had to ask twice about my drink and they brought out the wrong size margarita. If you like Sysco type food, then it's fine. I'm more of a farmers market fresh food.

Me burger was fresh and cooked right. The fries were great. My wife's mashed potatoes on the other hand, tasted like left-over baked that had been beaten far too long. Her asparagus wasn't trimmed properly and was over seasoned. The service was good, but no offer was made to take an unpleasant side off our tab. Corporate did, however, send me a coupon based on the in-house survey I completed All-in-all, I would be willing to give them another chance. We had recently had another visit there that was very positive.

I enjoyed my visit, but everything was mediocre. The only reason why I'm a little harsh is that I'm comparing my experience with other Chili's locations that I've been to. The portions were small compared to the price. In my picture, I only removed the garlic bread. $20 for the food pictured. I would expect to take home a little food for $20, not enough for another meal, but enough for a snack.

The kitchen staff was very heavy handed with the salt on the chips and french fries, so much they were inedible. The bartender loaded you up on more ice than drink. We went to another location in Oklahoma before this one and everything was spot on. It's a hit or miss at these places.

Kinda disappointed in our visit yesterday. Our starters came out with our meal, and that was really disappointing. Both of our plates had burnt food. Burger was burnt, ribs had been over cooked and was hard to chew. Fries was either cooked in dirty grease or was over cooked it was hard to tell. We came from quitman to eat here and that was a waste of gas.

Service was friendly but kinda slow. Food tasted pretty good when it actually showed up. Appetizers and main course came out all at once. Also the margarita took quite awhile to show up too.

While the service was good, the food? not so much. Ordered the steak med rare, but came practically uncooked. brocolli was seasoned with so much salt it was inedible, at least the shrimp were decent

The food just was not on par with what I am used to from chili's. Maybe it's the ladies that deemed this place "not date" material, but it's like they weren't even trying. The service was cold, dry, but quick. I will say, it was 1 hr and 30 before closing. But didn't expect the food to taste like leftovers.

The bar counters are sticky or have food on them. They actually put the menu down, and I said, "can we get a wet rag please". The server seemed irritated that I didn't want to sit in someone elses mess. The floor is quite dirty, and it looks like it's been a hot minute before it was cleaned. The food is pretty good.

Our 1st and last time at this location. The waiter we had was very nice but was doing several other jobs which limited his ability to take care of us. We ordered with no problem. The food was mediocre, not much flavor, but we were waiting for our dessert to be delivered, only to find out (from whom I think was a part of management, such a b@#ch), they were out of what we ordered and the only other option was a cookie of some sort. We settled for the cookie but it took forever for them to bring it out. We ended up leaving without the desert we'd paid for. Not a good experience at all here. I know next time to stick to the places I'm used to where the customer service is awesome and they actually care about the customers!

So the problem isn’t with the food My friend and I are stopping through town to eat dinner We walk in with our 2 Service animals and we were proceeded to be sat in a closed section of the restaurant. After that we were asked that our animals not sit in the booth with us, which is no big deal whatever, but then are told that we can move to a different booth so that our animals can lay in that one. What’s the point in this you might ask? Like it matters what booth they lay in. Well we were told that it was for the safety and health of other customers since our booth bordered another table. I don’t feel welcome here. I feel very disrespected and discriminated against. I will be also calling chilis corporate about this as well.

Ordered food with specific instructions due to allergy. they put EXTRA what I asked to be omitted. SUPER Glad I checked it before eating! The wait person obviously wasn't listening, and it could of cost me dearly. I waited for their return to report the problem. About 15 or more mins later I just flagged down the next staff member that passed the table and asked for a manager. They came quickly to try to make it right, took some off the check and apologized profusely. Too late thought I was pretty mad, it was date night and the other person had their food like 2o mins before mine and I was mad so the vibe was all wrong. I think maybe it should of involved a deeper discount for my difficulty but I didn't argue because I just wanted it done and over, so I just agreed and got the chk paid and left. But ya..... Would NOT recommend that particular place.

Update: Two years later and I'm downgrading my previous review. What happened to margarita mix? It's terrible. Female bartender is rude. I said excuse me twice in a row, no look from her, but after she turned in our direction, it was clear she heard me. She just chose not to acknowledge me until she was ready. Overall, food has devolved, service is so-so, parents allow their kids to scream, but not so bad as the TV's blare at 3/4 volume. If you want a quiet place to go, drown in the ocean before you come here. I used to get my French fries well done here but after numerous attempts, I give up. I can send them back 14 times but they will still be soft and hardly cooked. This inability began when the new manager took over. Never really thought the food was that great but after all, this is a chain.

This place has really went downhill! Good sucked, tasted like it was reheated. The drinks were not consist. My husband ordered a Long Island iced tea and one was green and the other one was Brown. Would not go back! Oh, also while your there look at the light fixtures, they haven't been cleaned, it looks like since the remodel.

I was absolutely disgusted by the service we had when me and my family sat to eat here. It took our waitress almost 45 mins to take our order, and when she did take our order she had the absolute worst attitude. Our drinks were filled only once and she kept walking by the table commenting on how she “hated her job” or “I can’t handle this I’m just giving you to my manager, this isn’t my job” then it took us 30 minutes just to get our food which ended up cold and dry like it had been sitting there the whole time. When asked for the fajita sides, she continued to throw attitude and say that she had already given it to us when we clearly didn’t have it on the table. Servers name was Reagan and is the worst server I have ever had experienced in all my years of food industry. This place has gone down hill and there’s no way of saving it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bad service, horrible food and COLD, no real management. No pride in the product they put on table. Even the chips looked like leftovers. Waited 15 minutes at bar for drinks. We were told “drink runner” new system had to bring them. Took 25 minutes just to get chips and salsa. Waited another 15 for burgers which we we asked about food bar tender went to kitchen and brought us COLD well done burgers when we had orders med rare and expected hot food. Fries were a joke and stone cold like all else. Lots of young adults in back and hardly anyone on the floor. NEVER saw what you might remotely consider management. Took forever to get drinks, food but not check. NEVER going back. Waste of time and money. Steer clear.

Extremely poor management!!! It’s always super hit or miss. Am I going to get what I ordered? Who knows. Always super chaotic and I can hear the staff bickering with one another and gossiping about customers constantly. They have lost my order and blamed ME for it. Manager is very rude and can’t perform the simplest of tasks. When it’s slow, it’s not too terrible. However, on the weekends the service is very very poor. If I could rate this a negative amount of stars I would. Please be careful when giving them your business!

First time here.... I am a Chili's regular.... and while I normally only go with my boyfriend... this time my Dad and Stepmom came with. The food was delicious.... unfortunately, the kiosk experience was not. My Dad is more of the old fashioned customer facing... our tickets were to be paid separately.... The waitress confused him by telling him he would only be paying his own ticket... long story short, he paid both and overpaid on ours. ( I had a reward for a FREE dessert) He ended up paying $28 for our ticket which should have only been $10.83.

Sulphur Springs deserves better! This was a take out order..ordered a sirloin, medium and appetizer. 50 bucks. Meat was over well done, wouldn't give my dog. No utensils, napkins or a smile. This was their second chance. NEVER AGAIN!

We walked in and got seated. Place was not busy at all. Placed drink order and Fried pickles were ordered for an appetizer at that time. Another waitress came about 10 minutes later and took our order. Still no appetizer. Finally got our drinks and there was a small wall behind where we were sitting, the waitress came around the wall and basically set our drinks down hard and walked off. Again,place was not busy. After our drinks being set down on the table like they were,we got up and left. Has been along time since we have ate there and we will not be going back.

definitely not friendly to out of towners. This place needs a morale boost to welcome all kinds of guest. Definitely will not be returning. Was here for drinks, but it definitely took a days meal to receive any acceptable service promptly. Bartender terribly avoided creating any drinks that were not in his proximity. Also was avoided by waiting staff. This is not the ideal environment a guest should endure while visiting this kind of establishment. I commend our waitress for being honest but definitely was not enough to justify such horrible service.

The restaurant looked dirty, they didn't have any menus (3 of us had to share one), the guy that took our drink order got our drinks wrong, my daughter's chicken strips were tough and not edible, and my steak was overcooked. On the bright side, the manager was very nice. She apologized for the poor food quality, took the chicken strips off of our bill and took 50% off of my meal.

This was the absolute worst Chili’s I have ever eaten at, the food was disgusting. My husbands order was all wrong. He ordered the triple combo which as you know is almost $20, and when the server brought out, it only had two items and one of them was wrong. Then brought one of the two that was missing,brisket, and it was so dried out he would not eat it. Once he got the chicken crispers, which he ordered the original, they where wrong. Server apologized new cooks she said. And what was really sad was that we had to still pay FULL price. No manager ever came to our table. Will NEVER go back there. If I could have gave a zero I would.

Sadly the worst service I've ever had. We sat for a long time and just when I mentioned maybe we should find somewhere else the waitress appears. Apologizes, they weren't sure whose table it was. But then takes 20 mins to get drinks. Food was actually pretty quick but brought out by 3 different people. Then dessert....a cookie with warm melted ice cream on it. Delicious....the deliverer of this unedible pile just chuckles and says I guess it melted a bit. Ya think!

Went in to chili's the other evening was sat in the section right next to the kitchen door... And had to listen to the music that they had on in the kitchen ...normally it wouldn't bother me but the music that was being played had foul language and it was loud enough for my children to hear ... The service was great but probally will not return do to the language of the music and the employees that was in the back not something I want to hear when I bring my family to a restraunt

Give less stars if I could Don’t go there on an anniversary they served cold food and thought they were gonna get away with it And the woman snatched the plate up at the end general manager acted like she didn’t care I’ll need someone from corporate to contact me This isn’t gonna fly

Took them too long to bring our drinks and take our order the food was either salty,old, under cooked the celery was really old it was soft to the touch I will never go back

I came in tonight with my Aunt and Uncle. We eat here regularly and usually have a great experience. Tonight was a different story. We were greeted by the Host who informed us that there were 2 cooks and there would be a wait for food service. We understood and were ok with a wait as it was New Years Eve. After noticing there were at least 6 empty booths and 4 empty tables we inquired if we could at least be seated and it was fine if we had to wait for the food. The very rude door guy said that wasn't possible because if he seated us "it will make everything take alot longer". After watching several couples walk in and refuse to wait crowded at the front door while there were empty seats and leave, I told the host "You do understand that groups are walking out?" To which he replied, "Oh well, the kitchen is backed up." We finally decided to sit in the bar area after we watched a few people being able to walk in, walk up and sit at the bar and order food. As I walked over to collect a menu, said rude door guy replied, "So,you can go ahead and seat yourself but you still can't order food." I found this unprofessional and extremely rude that this person who is greeting your guest has such an unpleasant and rude demeanor to locals who frequent this restaurant for years. I also am appalled that whomever was managing was ok with Chili's losing out on several groups worth of business other than put them into the many empty seats that were available. Horrible management and choice of door person tonight. Do better Chili's. Turning people away while you have empty seats available is crazy and bad customer service.

No parking. Difficult to find. Food not fresh, barely warm. Marina watery, chicken egg rolls doughy uncooked no flavor not enough filling, chicken crispers not hot barely warm. Queso not hot enough to be considered a cheese dip and to salty. Server had a weird vibe. Will be not back

Went to Chili's for lunch we ordered the hamburger when we received our food the hamburger was pink inside my husband even asked for his burger to be well done well it wasn't and the fries were old, tasted like they had been sitting awhile and had been warmed up in the microwave yuk. I returned my food and did not even order anymore, my husband re-ordered again this time he ordered hot wings well he got his order I tasted the chicken well same thing tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave YUK, never again, I left Chili's with nothing to eat except the chicken I tasted from my husbands plate I will NOT go to Chili's again because this is the 2nd or third time this has happened with the hamburgers at Chili's if I could give the negative 5 stars I would. I will be contacting the corporate office and I will put this complaint on the Better Business Bureau as well.

I drove in from NE Arkansas and was going to spend the night in Emory so I figured I’d pick up something to eat instead of getting “fast food “. I do realize it was 9:30 and almost closing time, I ordered my meal online to pick up. I did order my steak well done , but not charred/burnt. It had so much gristle and did not taste good at all- it was too salty and had no seasonings ! Was a very disappointing meal…

First the bill was for $62 for 3 people. They charged me $15 for 3 chicken crispers, fries, sauce, and that’s it. Looked on menu and they don’t even have a 3 pc crisper meal. My wife got chicken pasta and as you can see picture of the hair. She found two hairs not one btw. Farewell to Chilis in our future. Could’ve went to saltgrass for that price almost js.

PHIL THE MANAGER WAS RUDE N HUNG UP IN MY FACE..excessive amount of wing sauce ruined my son clothing and bedding and there was tape on their container we got our food in! Very disappointed at a 5star restaurant no wonder all there reviews are all so bad!

Decided to give Chili's another chance. We waited half an hour for our food to come to our table lukewarm. The pasta was straight up cold. The steak was supposed to be a 6 ounce and the size we got just looks pitiful. The only good thing about this place is the attitude of some of the servers. I didn't catch our servers name, but she was very kind and patient.
