Everything here was fresh and looked great around 5 PM. We had 4 main dishes with rice and noodles. They were all cooked well & were fresh.
Love that honey sesame chicken. Maredyth was clean, pleasant, and looking for work the entire time I was there. I like this panda more than any other I've been to.
always go to the drive-through never long lines it's always fresh they're always on top of their shit
Went through the drive thru... And from the time i ordered until i got my food was a minute. Very time efficient, super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Will definitely eat here again!!
Make it a point of stopping in favorite Sulphur Springs location as driving thru. Panda Express is a great fast food choice - is much healthier. 1st time to use the restroom which was clean and fully stocked including toilet seat covers.
I came in for that teriyaki chicken and they said I had to wait, I didn't mind. Apparently I waited long enough that they gave me a free drink and when I paid for my order they didn't charge me for the spring rolls I ordered (intentionally). Next time I can't/won't cook I am coming back here. The teriyaki chicken was worth the wait.
The food was excellent it was hot and fresh, and everything was good
I absolutely love stopping here before I head out to the east coast. I’m a truck driver & this is the healthiest option for me. The food is great & customer service is top notch.
Ordered white rice got back to my room fried rice but still good
My boyfriend and I came into town late (9:50p.m) and felt so bad coming in as late as we did but they KINDLY served us. The energy was amazing, they listed what they had available which I loved! And the young lady at the window was extremely nice and bubbly even at 9:55 p.m. 5 minutes before they closed. AND our food was still outstandingly good!!!
Funny thing is I'm not a Chinese food eater. My girls love Chinese food, so grams said let's do this. Very pleasant staff. They offered me to taste a few things. Orange chicken and fried rice was my meal. Pretty good eats. Still not a Chinese food eater, but will try it more to please my girls who love it.
I got a little hungry in the middle of my 3 hour ride home and decided to stop here. I'm really glad I did because it was clean, everything was stocked, and everybody looked busy. Darrell was the one who helped me, absolutely amazing. Straight forward and efficient, asked all the right questions. I left feeling better than I did walking in, thanks Darrell!
The food was good and out quick, but what stuck out to me more was the friendliness of the staff. They were all super quick to greet me, happy to answer questions, and then when, during the course of my meal, I received the heartbreaking news that my dog had passed away, one of the male cashiers saw me crying and came over to comfort me and gave me a cookie, free of charge. It was just so sweet, human, and considerate in a world where that's not always the case, especially in fast food places-- Panda Express has my business for life! Thank you, whoever you were. You really made a dreadful day a little brighter. (Plus, the honey walnut shrimp was fresh and tasty!)
Very Impressed. I ate at the Sulphur Springs, TX location on August 20th, 2017. It was the best experienced I've ever had at any Panda Express. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the vegetables. I don't see how the vegetables could have been done any better.
Silvia always service with a smile. She is very caring, professional and great customer service. She always know what I want when I come in. I’m truck driver over the road and stop here atleast once or twice a week. Silvia is like my sister. Thank you so much Silvia sister I always leave here with a smile. The rest of the staff is very professional and caring provide great service. Thank you guys. The cooks do great job on cooking if they are out of any greens or appetizers they cook it fresh right then and there.
If I'm not grabbing a burger I grab some orange chicken. Awesome staff and quick service. The food is always hot and go to go when I'm there.
As always great food great service. No complaints here.
It doesn't matter what time of day you go, the food is good. I get dinner here after work quite often and the staff is always nice. I've only ever had 1 meal that was wrong, so thats saying a lot!
Disappointed that the inside is still closed to the public. Very much a hassle to get the food and either eat in the vehicle or outside. Luckily it was a cool day for eating outside, which is unusual in Texas this time of the year....Open up the restaurant already!!
Food is always good here, especially orange chicken. However, the sizzling shrimp came with green beans instead of broccoli. And I HATE green beans. Since it was taken out, didn't see it until I got home.
Very good food at a very good price. Service may vary due to different employees working the window and order/public address system. I am a once a week regular. Customer service is above average for a fast food resturant. Would give it 4 stars out of a 5 star system.
Good selection, just look to see what's freshly put out and what's been sitting if it has a glaze over it. Their food and drink selection allows for really healthy choices if you're careful but all of it seems good. This is one of their better locations.
Food is always good and drive thru is fast. The only thing is I think they could put a more chicken in their bowls.
it good but the atmosphere does seem clean i guess but fast sometimes not all the time there fast
The place was very clean and the food was good it's kind of pricey 12 to $15 per meal depending on what you order my chow mein was kind of undercooked but I didn't say anything it's okay and I give it 4 stars for the staff and the cleanliness and the food could be a little warmer and the chow mein needs to be cooked thoroughly for the price
Sulphur Springs Panda is pretty good. Sometimes you’ll get less than stellar quality if you arrive near closing time but most of the time the food is dece 👌
It was good. Better than most fast food especially factory burgers. Very nice selection of main dishes and sides. Clean tables and seating area and drink area was clean. Since I had never eaten here before the server in the food line took the time to explain each dish and suggested side dishes she thought I would like with each. All counter help were extremely nice. Resonible prices!
Gotten much more stingy lately with extras. Have to practically beg for packets of teriyaki sauce (they used to have it made in store and it was much better, now it's just the take out packets even for dine in), and only gave one fortune cookie when we had four people in our group. Food is still good, just seems like they've been slipping lately on the value front.
Yummy!! The only thing I’ve ever eaten here that I don’t like is the noodles. The noodles are dry or tough. But the other food is delicious. I prefer the beef. It is always so tender, melt in your mouth tender. And their flavored tea is delicious!!!
This location was ok. I walked in and the smell of all the food just smacks you in the face. I only ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was really good. The girl that helped me was nice. The only reason why I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I walked in, the girl was in the lobby mopping. She walked over and started helping me right away but she didn't wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. I thought it was weird coming from a food safety point of view.
First time at this Panda location. Had a coupon for a bowl (buy 1, get 1 free). Dined in. Had a plate (Bejing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken with Chow Mein) and an Orange Chicken Bowl. Love the Beef and Orange Chicken. Will pass on the Kung Pao Chicken next time. Noted the price is not cheap. About $27 for 2 people to eat. (Plate and a Bowl). Location on I-30 access road in Sulphur Springs. Located where all the Fast Food places are.
The food was really good I was surprised but their rice mixture really wasn't great at all....but nice people cause you could sample the food to know what it tastes like.....
Panda Express used to be one of our favorite places for a quick meal. We were disappointed with the cold, dry noodles. Nothing was really fresh and hot. Maybe it was just the wrong time of day. We might try it again at a different location. The teryaki chicken was good.
Was really hoping for good experience with the beyond chicken but thus establishment let the vegan alternative get hard. I was almost finished with my food before they brought out my super greens when I was told it was only going to be 4 to 5 minutes more.
I have always enjoyed Panda but this trip was an exception. The orange chicken was hard to chew , like rubbery. Sorry but had to drop ya to a 3 for me. We have a few home owned Chinese places in Texarkana I would recommend over Panda.
It was great when this location first opened up ...I didn't know that I even liked China food. .. but I loved it it was the best food is ever had ......then they did away with sweet n sour chicken... Okay .....I can eat orange chicken well then the orange chicken became more breading than chicken and then the low main noodles became more cabbage than dang noodles and less sauce in the noodles ...I mean why did they have great food quality at the beginning at the sulphur springs location and then later changed this way.... I'm curious to know if all locations are this way .....?
I've been to this location twice in the past couple of weeks. Neither time have they had what I ordered. Last time they were completely out of white rice, this time they informed us at the window that the power greens would be an additional 7.5 minute wait. Food is fine, but dont expect to get what you want or get it very quickly. Apparently they didn't have what the 2 cars behind us ordered ready either because they pulled around and parked to wait, too. 🤦♀️
Stopped here for dinner on my way home. After having to repeat myself in the drive thru 2 or 3 times they finally got the order correct. The young woman working the window either can't hear the order very well or doesn't listen. The food was handed to me almost as soon as I pulled up to the window and as soon as I got my card back I'm back on the road. Once I got home I realized that part of the order was missing.
When ordering online for a scheduled time they always make the meal way too soon. I've been ordering on the app ahead for two years and my food is always made 15-30 minutes prior to when I schedule it. This really bothers me about this location.
Ordered online, order was ready when I arrived however she put the plates in the bag and turned it on its side to hand to me and shut the door. I was trying to fix the food in the bag so it didn’t all slide out and I had forgot to order drinks so I ask her if I could order them now she sighed and rolled her eyes and said yea. Ordered two drinks she rudely told me the amount and handed me three drinks. I let her know I only ordered two but I would take them and she shrugged her shoulders and said oh…. She shut the window and walked away. Never a thank you, need anything else Or an apology for rudeness, bagging food sideways or wrong drink order. Food was ok but not good like it normally is
New chili shrimp was overcooked and terrible. Extra $1.50 for 7 junk shrimp. Drive thru customer service was good but probably not returning any time soon.
We've come here for a long time and the food has always been quite good. However, today I ordered my usual Walnut Shrimp, and my husband ordered his Teriyaki Chicken. My Walnut Shrimp had only 3 tiny pieces of walnuts (and I do mean TINY) and my husband got watered down Teriyaki sauce for his Chicken. The Teriyaki sauce has always been very thick and delicious making the dish what it's meant to be, but today it ran like water and had no taste. Please don't skimp on the condiments and ingredients that make your best dishes what they're supposed to be. On the plus side, food was decent, and staff was friendly.
We live in town and always go here (my brother's favorite) bur today the servers attitude was less than satisfactory. I brought someone who was there for the first time and she seems like she had better things to do than to be patient or even help explain things. I also asked when an entree would come out fresh and she lied to my face saying it was fresh when you could clearly see it wasn't and someone walked by and called for that same thing to be made fresh so....I wasn't the only one who noticed. But everything else was cool.
Employee that took care of us was very nice and helpful. She had a outstanding customer service. The food could have been warmer as it was at the end of the lunch time and was not getting replacements. They are very tight with the salt and pepper and sauce's Also had some construction going on while we were trying to eat this was unpleasant For the money I'm not sure if we will be going back will have to think about this one.
I went through the drive-through and I ordered Beijing beef, Kung-pao chicken, and chow mein and they did not even put beef in my plate it’s two orders of chicken. i’m very unsatisfied because I always look forward to getting the Beijing beef!
We dine here occasionally on our way back and forth from Texas to Arkansas on I30. It's very easy on and off and close to several other restaurants/coffee shops and service stations. It's usually not very crowded, so service is fast. the dining area is nice for a Panda Express and they do have some outside dining areas as well.
I like real lo mein not chow mein n your rice does not taste like real chicken fried rice that i can get from the worst of chinese restaurants yours taste like the white rice with eggs that u put with pintos beans your spring rolls are not Chinese either. Your food taste good it just does not satisfy that craving one gets for Chinese food bc none of it taste like Chinese food. Sorry
Always takes forever in drive through and your tea is always melted down and no ice left. I usually wait 20 or 30 minutes in drive through. They always are out of things.
My wait time was 30-40 mins. There were cars in front and behind me. Since it's a one lane only I had no option but to wait. The food is good.
The food was not tasty at all. I actually returned my dish and asked for my money back. If you are looking for good Chinese food this is not the place!!
Person who took my order was a argumentative and being a smart butt. I ordered honey walnut shrimp plate. She asked me if I wanted rice...I told her steamed. She asked me for my 2 sides...I said broccoli...she asked what kind of meat....I said honey walnut shrimp...then she argued that I never said honey walnut shrimp...m
I've eaten here 2 times, months apart and still no difference. Food is not fresh. Im guessing they make big batches only a couple times a day & serve until gone. Definetly not worth the $. To many other eating places to choose from.
I love the food here but you get way more rice than meat. The rice isn’t always cooked all the way. I hope this place improves.
Customer service is great. The food sadly it is not. I am from California and every Panda Express there is always delicious. This one only carries the logo Panda Express but not the food. Definitely not worth the price. Drive a few miles down to China House for some Asian food instead. Chow Mein is under cooked, stale, and disflavored. No sauce whatsoever. Noodles taste like water. Taste nothing like Chow Mein should and Panda Express usually always serves the best Chow Mein, not this one. Not worth ordering. Couldn't finish the one I ordered. The Pacific Chili Shrimp is good. The Kung Pao chicken is a little on the inserciones side, the vegetables that go in it are cooked nicely and taste great.
The food at this chain has become more and more sloppy and unappealing. Especially drive through where you dont recieve condiments( teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, it w as just grilled chicken), napkins or even a glance by the window clerk. If you find these things missing, before you drive off, it is loudly discussed whose fault it is.
Traveling with small children and Chinese is difficult to eat in the car, did not even have 50% open for dining like most establishments. Could not dine in at all. Then took 15 min for them to cook one of the entrees. We could stand in the restaurant to wait on our food but we were not allowed to sit and eat it. Makes no sense. We order a big plate, comes with 3 entrees and a side. One was brocolli beef and there was hardly ANY meat given. Costly for what we got.
Stopped here just now because it was right off the highway and I’ve been driving for 11 hours, the girl taking our order at the order box was EXTREMELY rude. We weren’t even talking quietly but she was having trouble hearing us, rather than ask us nicely she very rudely was like “I can’t hear you you need to talk louder” and whoever else was working the window clearly recognized her poor customer service because they cut her off and took over. This person had no trouble hearing us. As someone who has worked in the food industry I can say that if you can’t handle doing your job and speaking with customers in a professional manner, then don’t work in the food industry. Ridiculous.
I come here regularly, I always get the honey sesame chicken bowl with fried rice. When I get to the window I always ask them can I have extra chili sauce, now me I like spicy food so ofc im going to put a lot of sauce on my rice and chicken. But besides that they put 3 in my bag, had me my food and then close the door. They’re rude every time and I just don’t understand. Putting a few extra sauce packets won’t come out of their pay check 🤷🏻♀️
My wife and I went Panda in Sulphur Springs to eat . Panda has really cut back on there portions, Not even a cup of rice and not even a cup of noodles, When they first opened you got your money's worth now it's not enough to feel your tummy, I feel like if they keep ripping there customers 0ff they will go out of business, They didn't put forks are no napkins no fortune cookies in our to go sack so what are we supposed to eat with at the park our fingers? This is not how you treat a customer.
I'll give it 2 stars only because of cleanliness. So many different things wrong. Went in for dinner at 530. Food should be at its best. Lomein was tough and chewy. The teriyaki chicken was chewy and bland. The sodas had a funnytaste to them. When brought to the attention of 1 of the crew members I got an apology. There was no sign of a shift lead much less a manager. Will not go back. Too bad I used to love Panda Express.
Ordered two bowls. They were barely half filled. Will not return to this location. I would recommend dining in and not the drive through so you can see the inadequate portion size and complain while still in the restaurant.
I walked in to order my food and they had no chow mein left, that was no problem so I asked how long the wait would be they said 10 min I left came back 10 min later and I was in there for another 5 min and that’s when they finally put it in. I just got my food and the noodles are not cooked at all. The all had bratty additudes. Never will I go back there.
The restaurant’s string bean chicken has been terrible the last three times visiting the Panda in Sulphur Springs, Texas. The string beans are cooked so much with so much soy sauce that you can’t taste the beans, much less the meat.
Employees at drive thru are very rude. Never have enough to sell or they don’t want to take time to make. Either way they could be more polite.
Food is ok, but service STINKS! Over 3/4 of the time my order has been wrong, and they take forever. Right now its 4PM, not in the middle of a rush, and the same car has been sitting at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes.
My wife & I arrived @ 8:45 pm and the doors were LOCKED, after several mi uses Mgr on duty opens doors says they close in 20 minutes so we get our order eat outside, other people drive up and the doors are LOCKED employees tell potential customers they close at 9pm but sign on door and website say 9:30 drive thru closes at 10pm. Wow, these employees own the store and make their own hours and don't want to make money, something is wrong in Denmark. Mark Ulibarri
Waited in line 20 minutes then they leave to go take care of the drive threw. The manager stayed on the phone the whole time. When the girl came back from the drive threw they had run out of almost all the entree's. We left because because they didn't have anyone to cook anything.
Lady at the drive through window literally got salty at us for some reason was super rude, intentionally didn't give us any ice, only filled my sprite cup half full (and said I filled it as much as I could) and intentionally left out a fork too? Had to literally make her hand me everything and she refused to put ice, or fill up the drink cup. Moral of the story, unhappy drive through employee trying to ruin everyone else's day. Don't go here
Very bad service, we did not get what we ordered, when we pulled around to correct the order she to us they were out of the menu items we ordered, with a unconvincing sorry. Worst was she just put food in a bowl and acted like it was what we ordered. My daughter has food allergies and it was unacceptable. They did not offer to set it right. Very bad service.
Had a hair in my food. Too long for mine, it was black, at least 10" long, my hair is brown and short. I showed the hair to the cashier and she took it and put it in the trash with no apology or response to me. No sorry, nothing. She also didn't say anything to anyone else. I will not be back. This happened on Thursday evening, September 27th, 2018.
I ordered the bigger plate from door dash and they sent me a plate with rice and that’s it no meat no shrimp store didn’t even refund me neither did door dash
Both times I ate there I got super sick. Never again!
FOOD POISONING! My wife and I picked up Kung Pao Chicken, String Bean Chicken, Chow Mein, and Fried Rice yesterday around 8:30-8:45pm. We were uncomfortable within a couple of hours of eating, but around 2-3am IT hit us like a freight train with no brakes. In that short period of time, I actually became so dehydrated my hands and stomach muscles started seizing up. I don't know what the problem is/was, but I do know, beyond the shadow of a doubt that the food from Panda Express set our bodies on the FULL REJECTION setting. We are waiting on a family member to come take care of our 6 month old, and we may have to go beg for an IV. This is the worst experience I can remember having. Oh, and we ordered water and still paid over $30 for this Ill.
1st off they haven't had shrimp last 2 visits. The visit they did have it it was Burnt! Then order today no shrimp again so ordered beef and got some orange chicken instead that's dried out with a shiny coat. I mean how hard is it to read a ticket and give someone what they actually ordered from you lacking menu? Didn't have what I wanted them messed up what I did order.. then wanna charge more now for a plate and ask If we wanna donate... Pssshh... Boycotted for me and my family... Ps CHECK YOUR FOOD
Been here before and it was decent. Not anymore. They have a very rude self entitled young woman working as a manager that decided to treat my wife like a liar because she respectfully told her their rice was burned and so hardened someone was going to break a tooth on it. She proceeded to glare at my wife for the entirety of our meal which was supposed to be a lunch date. And then when I asked for the area manager's business card she got a REAL attitude with me telling me I had no right and asking why I needed it. We won't be back to this location even though we are huge supporters of local business. She ruined it for us. One of the sad things about our shortage of workers in this post Covid world is that it allows people like her to not only be in the workforce but far worse to be in manager type positions.
I love Panda but I hate this location. I had to wait for my beef n broccoli because it wasn't ready meanwhile our other food my hubby and I ordered was getting cold. So the customers after me was getting their food before me. "Jocelyn " was very mean and rude to us and kept ignoring us. The manager needs to speak to her and train her again and teach her manners. She makes the company look bad.
Do not eat here! The food was gross. I had a short black hair in my food. The portions were tiny. We wound up going to Sonic after because we were still hungry. And the prices have gone way up. Service sucks and the place was nasty. Tables weren't wiped off and the high chairs were sticky. I won't ever eat here again.
These Owners are CHEAP! Customers should know... "this Panda" will give you tiny portions! Today I received my to-go order...soon to see they're up to their old tricks of giving you a TINY styrafoam container...at least 1/3 smaller than all other Panda stores. Being in Sulphur, 50-100 miles away from other Pandas, these Owners think you won't know or find out about their TINY portions. Last time they switched to these TINY portions...we stopped visiting this Panda. Thought we'd try them again. We'll, time to STOP VISITING THIS STORE FOREVER. Stop being CHEAP store owner. A very nice woman served me today.
This place used to be really good. They’ve progressively gone way down hill. The food doesn’t taste good and sometimes isn’t cooked all the way or is lacking sauce, leaving it flavorless. Our orders are wrong almost every time and they always forget to give us chopsticks. As long as you wait in the drive though they should have plenty of time to get it right but it seems they rush and are sloppy, are incompetent, or just don’t care.
Placed an online order at 7:12pm, did 7:45pm pick-up cause I know they are usually slow at getting people their food. Arrived at 7:48 as well as received an email stating my order was ready. They told me it was not ready and would take about 5mins. Waited in my car til 8:05 then went back in asking how much longer for my order. They said they are still waiting to cook the food. Finally received my order (incorrectly) at 8:12pm. When I told them there was items missing they started talking under their breath and behind their face masks. Will not be back!
Food has been sitting out pretty long enough where it looks really dry and temperature of the food was not fresh, and please when prepared customers food show some respect by not touching there food with your bare hands in front of them. Wasted money and time here! Never had any experience like this in other Panda Express locations before!
Will NOT be going back! Food was terrible, and bland, and the employees making the orders were dry! My daughter found a hair in her food, and when I brought it to their attention; they didn't seem surprised. They offered me more food, and were basically insulted that I didn't want another order; and that I asked for a partial refund. This was my first, and LAST time!😡
I do not recommend this place and will not be back. This will be the next restaurant in town to close. Anytime you order they are always out of what you want and make you wait to cook it where they then proceed to give it to the next person in line and make you wait again. 90% when I order through drive through they are out of something I want, have me pull around a wait for it to be cooked and then proceed to forget about my order where I have to go in and see what is going on. Sharing this feedback with them does not good as nothing changes.
This is my first time visiting this location since I don't live in this city. The food was cold, and what I ate there was the fried rice, which wasn't cooked properly. The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were like they came out of the refrigerator (this was around 11:40 am). I won't be returning here; the quality is truly terrible. I hope the Panda Express corporation pays attention to this location soon.
Went to get my niece a cub meal using my points on the app. It said the order did not go through and to try again. I do and it worked only to see that the first also went through. So it used my points two separate times for two separate cub meals. I figured I’d ask if they could fix it or anything cause I didn’t order and it’s like the girl has AirPods in or something cause she said nothing and smiled and nodded completely ignoring me.
Came in to eat dinner and was not greeted by anyone. Started to place my order and the chow mein was out. I asked them how long it would be until they had new product out. I was told it would be a while. When I asked exactly how long was "a while", I got a dumbfounded look and a superior said 4 minutes. Okay, I decided to wait. Went ahead and placed the rest of my order, checked out, and got my drink. I couldn't find a straw, so I asked for one. The same rude worker went to see for herself and came back to me and said "They WERE there. They were on the shelf below". Oh, my mistake Ava. The worst customer service experience I've had at a Panda Express ever.
