Peanut Smoothie!!!! Definitely a must try!!!! We ordered a toast w/avocado+salmon and a breakfast plate to eat. Both were healthy and delicious. I ❤️ they serve goat cheese and tasty olives. The simple quality breakfast that I've been yearning for! Also the menu is easy to read which is a reason for me to pick a place.

The food is yummy, shakes are ok (they could do much better with the flavor) the mushroom coffee is delicious as well. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because there are always nets flying around (if you sit near the counter).

The turquoise blue color outside is catchy. Wanted a small bite so went here on a warm afternoon so had to sit inside, since shaded outdoor tables were taken. Counter window seating had blinds which we were able to adjust. With colorful lanterns and paintings; quiet there even when crowded. I picked salep for my drink- good, tasted like chai, cinnamon. Bagel with sundried tomatoes and olive cream cheese was satisfying and would get again. On Queens Boulevard so metered street parking; by the 7 train.

Great options ranging from sandwiches, bagels, salads, and smoothies! I got the smoked salmon salad and there was a good amount of salmon in the bowl. They also offer gluten free (Udi) bread.

This place is good. The coffee is far better than Brookside which is expensive and nothing special. Lovely theme to this place and their breakfast is simple, but quite light. The pic is the Chakra waffle but their bagels can be basic. Not the best for brunch but good for a snack.

Such a cute and cozy cafe. The food ordered was delicious and the guys behind the counter were friendly and accommodating. Service was a little slow, but I figured they were short-staffed that particular day. I would definitely go back.

Bougie bagels are here. I got the black pearl which consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, salmon and caviar. You can choose which bagel to pair the topping with. I am not the biggest carb eater, but when in NY, got to eat those bagels to pay respect. I did notice they also served omelettes. Best to get the food to go as there is limited seating. There is paid street parking in the area.

I had breakfast with my kid and husband, ir was very good. We had omelets, croissants, waffles and breakfast platter. The taste is good, maybe I was expecting a bit more because of the name and calcification. Omelets were good a bit dry but a great taste, tha waffle was amazing and the breakfast platter was great. My complain is regarding to the delivery of the coffees, it took longer to have a coffee that to gave the meal. There was people that arrived later than us but somehow they had their coffee sooner than us. Also I will recommended them to have a space to leave the plates after we finished because it gets a bit messy. Their decorations is great, has something but maybe today was a very busy day and for them was complicated to keep the track. It was a nice place to be but I would keep exploring other places.

Chakra used to be a go-to spot. Lately they seem to cycle through employees more and more often, and unfortunately the consistency has suffered. On my last visit, I was met with noticeably rude and dismissive service from one of the staff members (not the first time with this person), which really soured the experience. It's disappointing when a place you once loved starts to feel unwelcoming. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until things improve.

For breakfast, avocado toast, added one egg and mushrooms, not too tasty and mushrooms tasted like out of the can just sautéd. The salad was decent. The coffee was also not good, I asked for light and sweet, I got dark with barely any milk. Overall I don’t think the food quality is worth the price they charge.

I wanted to love this cafe, they had my favorite cookie and it's a locally owned business, but why does it take almost 20 minutes to make a cup of tea with soy milk? I ordered at 2:10pm and at 2:25, i was told they were still working on it....at around 2:27 I left because I had another appointment at 2:30. This was a dissapointing experience, and I hope it was just a one off thing...but even the people who came after me got their drinks. Hopefully in the future, it'll be a better experience.

I’ve been going there to eat for 4 years and I love the bagels they make, but today I went and the girl who handed me my bagel was extremely rude with a terrible attitude. Even one of her coworkers took my bag and fixed it properly because she handed it to me all crumpled up. If you’re having personal problems, customers shouldn’t have to pay for them.

I’m a frequent visitor to this café, and while the food is okay and the drinks are hit-or-miss, the atmosphere is consistently difficult to enjoy. The music is far too loud every single day—so much so that staff and customers often have to shout just to be heard. Even with headphones, I can’t tune it out, and I’ve personally experienced the volume being turned up after asking for it to be lowered. I like this café and want to keep coming back, but the excessively loud music and inconsistent drinks make it hard to recommend as it is now. Please, I beg you -- lower your music volume!
