The shape of the dining area is a little quirky, and the bathrooms were on past the cleaning supplies room. The restrooms could use some deeper cleaning. The staff did their job, but didn't appear to enjoy serving the customers. Smile. Work should be fun 😁.

It's a little annoying when they randomly change their hours of operation. And the drive-thru wait times got slower after the remodel.. anywhoo I still love to get my starbucks fix here!

WARNING to others: DO NOT ORDER ON THE WEEKENDS. I hate coming to this location on the weekends because 1. They shut down mobile ordering 2. If they decide to turn it on they limit what drinks you can order, not this weekend but last weekend they literally took all frapp drinks off the menu and only had a couple iced drinks.3. There was only 1 crew member on a weekend who I assume was new so I'm assuming thats why they had to shut down mobile ordering and the drinks took a long time to get. 4. The order I did get was disgusting compared to M-F crew. The M-F crew always make my drinks really good it was so good last Wednesday that I said whoever made this drink needs a raise because OMG!SOOOOO GOOD! The mobile ordering is up M-F. So just a note to other's, if you want a good drink go M-F! Prepare to wait a bit but its worth it! On the weekends I do not suggest going. Starbucks if your reading please open mobile ordering on the weekends and train weekend crew on how to make drinks. If weekend crew is new shame on you for leaving them by themselves on a weekend to where they have to shut mobile ordering down because they don't know how to do it. I love your drinks but I want the same great drinks everyday not just M-F. Thank you 😊

I wish people who line up at this place wouldn't block the driveway to the drive thru. This to me happened twice. Maybe talk to the city about solutions.

Over 30 minutes to get a cappuccino, which was really a latte 😟. Find an alternative when in Susanville, CA. Atmosphere - there is none. One long counter, a few tables for two.

We always appreciate Starbucks. However this Starbucks gives an unfriendly vibe at Susanville, CA Starbucks. Public bathroom closed and the other public bathroom was employee only with no explanation. And when asked to use it, they did not offer use of the bathroom. We were also denied water unless we had our own cup. They begrudgingly gave a small cup of water to us.

This is for the Safeway Starbucks. I want the manager back! The morning barista is rude and doesn’t know her register. Charges me for sweetener in teas and cannot find the personal cup button. I am adamant I will walk away if she is working. Bring back Augie. Lexi is amazing. Truly appreciated Denise. But this barista drives me nuts.

It took 18 minutes for them to make a latte. No warning about a wait time or acknowledgment that it took a while. To be fair, it seemed like the staff were crushed with online orders which weren’t being picked up. Nice ambiance and clean bathrooms during the wait though.

Management has told them that they will fix it tomorrow. It is 100 plus degrees inside and the temperature inside continues to climb. Im encouraging the workers to strike at this point. It is also unsanitary to have people making food and drinks while they are sweating profusely. I hope everyone enjoys their extra salty drinks! These workers are doing such a great job in these hostile work conditions. Absolutely unbelievable of the Starbucks corporation to treat their workers this way.

My friend and I stopped in and she paid $6 for her drink that we never got and when we asked about it we were told "we're very busy right now we'll get to you" and I think that was extremely rude when we've been waiting over 15 minutes and other people who ordered after us got theirs and got to leave. So don't stop here this Starbucks sucks.
