Another update on Sep. 8th.. I just love that location and the workers there. Great team! Update on August 25, I go now to Cinco Ranch Katy location and they are fabulous. I love how energetic they are and very friendly. Thank you guys! Original review... I love that specific location (sugar land) and I love and appreciate the staff. I always get my coffee in my personal cup minimum once a day. Today I was in a rush, I grabbed my cup and forgot the lid. I didn't expect it would be an issue. That lady with a very judging tone when I asked for one, she said, "you don't have your lid!" She gave me one that doesn't go with my cup. I asked for the other one, she said that's all what she has for me. It's 10:30 am and she's out of lids already? Or she's punishing me of not having my own lid. I was very disappointed and just threw it. Very unhappy with my experience today. Hopefully she changes her attitude. She's not paying from her own pocket to treat me that way. Unfortunately, I threw the lid before taking a picture of it.

It's your neighbor Starbucks!!!! This one has a nice touch with the Subway tiles, and Distressed Wood counter front. Very nice clean store Hwy90 & 6 Sugar Land!!!!! #YouKnowWhatTheyDo

This is my favorite Starbucks. The baristas are hardworking, nice, friendly, competent, and many are just extra special (Marisa, Simone, Jay, Eric, Jamarcus, Jessica, Anju and a few others). Our beverages are always done right. The dining area is nicely updated and they also have outside seating. Bathrooms are clean. Wifi is super fast. There are plenty of parking spaces. And they have a drive-thru so it can get busy here. It's right off of Hwy. 90. Very convenient!

There were a lot of people but besides that workers were nice, food and drinks were ok and even good parking. This is a good place but besides the crowded people it was awesome. That's why I give this place 4 Stars ⭐

Service and quality of drinks are inconsistent. Takes way too long to take an order. Requested oat milk for a drink but got cow’s milk instead. Temperature on drinks sometimes not as hot as they should be. Much much better training needed all around. This store needs more experienced staff ASAP to do well. Positive is the atmosphere is nicer and preferable to other locations.

TLDR —> if you want quality espresso drinks, go to a Starbucks located in a Target, instead of coming to this store. This store only gets 2 stars because of the very friendly employees. However, I know they don’t time their espresso shots here. I have NEVER come to this store and had any QUALITY espresso drinks. However, if I go to a Starbucks inside a Target (it can be any Target in my experience), Target employees must be timing their espresso shots and not letting them die, because the espresso drinks at the Target stores will taste perfect. If you want to earn/redeem your points and use your gift cards, go to a Target Starbucks. Don’t waste your time and money on these Starbucks locations that care more about speed than they do quality.

Got a latte and protein box to go. Had an appointment in Richmond. They were so slow I was worried I'd miss the appointment. Didn't open food box until at appointment. It was frozen eggs, frozen Apples with most of the core still attached. Had to throw away the eggs. Ever had frozen boiled eggs?

Not sure if the staff that was working when I visited was new but the customer service was definitely not great. There was an apparent malfunction with the printer but instead of letting me know the issue they asked why I was sitting there waiting. I informed them I was waiting for my drinks and the employee walked back and then continued to do nothing. And instead of letting me know they lost my order they just ignored it until I eventually asked for a refund after waiting for almost 20 mins in an empty lobby. I can be understanding of the malfunction just let me know. Ignoring a customer is the worst thing you can do.

Terrible coffee - got a tall blk coffee on my way out of the city and received a burned black water with charred aftertaste. Horrible start of the day! Thanks Starbucks for your attention to this matter - sincerely AJ

Young lady working barista at 2pm on July 15th asked me in the drive thru to clarify my order which was an iced matcha with a splash of sweet cream to which I confirmed and she verbally said “ew” with a disgusted face, as if I asked her to make it with urine. I don’t get out much so being judged over a matcha order was disappointing. The man working drive through was very nice but I couldn’t tip knowing she would share it.

I got a pink drink and thats how it came. Milke on top and the concentrate on the bottom cold foam tasted like nothing. Very upset not the first time this happened.
