Amazing drinks and service is really good. I just hope they employ more people because I sometimes go there to find one person working and making drinks for a crowd of people.

My favorite place to go before work. Cheerful staff that are great barista's! Fast fresh polite and nothing is overmixed. You get what you ask for!

Came in to get a hot pike and was in and out in under 5 mins. The most annoying part was trying to find a parking spot for Starbucks customers.

The Syosset bartista's make the products as they should. This location is so much better than Woodbury, Bethpage and Farmingdale. I travel extra miles to shop here. No drive through, but that's okay.

Come here in the mornings for coffee. Music choice is ON POINT at this location, coffee is good and the place is clean. Staff members are nice even at 7am, and orders are completed quickly. My favorite Starbucks hands-down.

Out of all the years of being a Starbucks customer, I'm really impressed with the location because of the staff. There was a mishap with my gift card and shout out to J'von for helping me out!! A small place to study, but the music and staff have been excellent.

I don’t know if she is the manager or not but the girl working the morning shift today was amazing, so helpful. I had to wait a bit bc someone took the wrong items and she did the right thing. I was there to work, they had plenty of tables and outlets. Only downfall is the parking is not so good. Thank you!!!

I stopped by on a Monday night a few weeks ago. I needed a place to work before my train to Penn. The two gents who worked that night take so much pride in this store. (I think one of their names is Javone.) They go out of their way to make sure each customer is happy & it's the cleanest store i've been in.

I do not drink coffee but I have to praise the team at this Starbucks. I witnessed a customer walking back to the hospital to visit family and while walking, the individual fell down. I called the store and the staff was phenomenal in working to replace her order. Jay even conveyed well wishes to the individual. People like Jay and the rest of the staff deserve recognition for their kindness and hard work. Kudos to you guys!

The baristas seem to actually care from what I've seen and heard while watching them prepare people's orders. The drink I order here is also consistent. Not to bash other Starbucks, but this one seems to make my favorites taste almost exactly the same each time, and it's always great.

I go here a lot. Parking lot is tiny and there aren't too many seats but the people are friendly.

Great staff - great coffee and such as is typical of Starbucks - only gripe was that it was a bit noisy - between the music and the "hall" like acoustics - it's not likely you could take a business call in this place - I tried and had to keep going outside...

Food is great, service can be hit or miss, but mainly you can't work or study here anymore. It's just small and they no longer allow it.

I rarely go to this Starbucks but every time I do it’s a long wait and the coffee counter is a mess. But honestly everyone there is extremely nice and the coffee and blueberry muffins are always good! Guy with pizza tattoo is hysterical FYI

A good Starbucks location, conveniently located. The food is good and the coffee is prepared quickly. Ordering ahead with the app makes things even easier. The parking lot is fine with decent amounts of parking spaces. The AT&T store next door doesn't take up the lot like some other Starbucks with really busy neighbors.

Not the most spacious Starbucks but it'll do for to go's. Parking is very limited.

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Syosset and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking lot. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Slowest Starbucks EVER! Waited online for about 10 minutes.. there was only two people in front of me. After I placed my order, took another 10 minutes to get my coffee. Get it together ..

Went in this morning about 10:00 a.m. I ordered a tall bold no room. I must say that the coffee was like Maxwell house or Folgers More like hot water than a Dark bold Starbucks. I have been a customer since this store first opened, and now have become very disappointed.

I was really surprised that once I opened the lid only half a cup? Is this a venti size? Nice job 🫡

The taste was okay but what I didn’t like is the worker messed up the order and spilled everything and had to use 3 cups to prevent it from dripping everywhere and it still dripped so I have to say a bad review because this made me very angry

Went into to order breakfast. After waiting 15 minutes for it too be ready. I asked the person we ordered from. Kevin what was taking so long, he was rude, and disgusting. Screaming at me while the manger just stood bye.

We have been going to this one for years and the service we received today was terrible. There were 6 of us and we ordered 6 frappucinnios. Not only was the order messed up, he even charged us incorrectly .The guy at the register was extremely rude and had no sense of guest service.

I would give zero stars to this place if I could. TERRIBLE customer service, fom the rude cashier who didn't even say thank you or provided me with a receipt to the barista who ignored me and held my drink on the side for several minutes for no reason. I had to ask for it as my name wasn't even taken when I placed the order. Needless to say that my drink tasted horrible, as it was an ice drink that got warmed up from sitting next to a capuchino machine! Never going back here or recommending this place to anyone!

Apparently they don’t understand that Mobile orders are supposed to be made before a customer walks in (15 minutes after the order is placed). Management is just pathetic. Definitely something I will be relaying to all the working professionals in the area. Don’t waste your time, you’ll be late to work. I will be advising the Syosset-Woodbury Chamber of Commerce.

Staff should be trained about not hit on customer bad things may occur in the future

I always order this drink and love it, but this time the summer berry base was missing. When I asked, the staff said it wasn’t available — yet I saw no notification in the Starbucks app about this. Without the base, the drink tasted terrible. I believe I was still charged for it, which is unacceptable. If an ingredient is unavailable, customers should be informed beforehand, not after paying.

I ordered oatmeal with “everything,” and the person taking my order responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessarily harsh—practically yelling at me for not specifying what “everything” meant. As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. If clarification is needed, it should be asked politely. It’s the responsibility of the person taking the order to guide the interaction, not to make customers feel like they’ve done something wrong. I hope this can be addressed, as experiences like this leave a negative impression—especially first thing in the morning. This is not the first time this person has behaved this way towards me or other customers.

Don’t come to this one - everyone cares for the pick up orders. I’m watching a woman just watching the oven timer- Literally no one in front of me- 15 min for a large BLACK COFFEE AND EGG BITE - waited 15 minutes then still wrote this review- which I never never do. - oh and she just asked me what I am waiting for- I told her egg bites- and then said sorry - I accidentally just shut oven off- it will be a few more minutes. shame on me for writing this- I have been in the food business- but to spend this much $ on this ‘! Please twll corporate they need more people- or better trained

i order a mango dragonfruit with lemonade and they gave me a cup full of ice and the dragonfruit was crunchy? it also took almost 6 minutes to make also noting the fact it was barely busy

fast and great coffee!! edit: most of the employees deserve 5 stars but the girl with the bangs and face mask was flat out rude. asked a simple question and was polite but she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. love this location but not her!!
