My office gets our Friday bagels from this location almost every week and we've never had an issue with an order except for this morning. Since Covid, we have been getting the bagels sliced, individually wrapped and labeled but that wasn't done today. When I called to complain, they immediately offered to correct the order and delivered it free of charge to my office - that is excellent service!

Hands down the best place to get bagels in Upstate NY. And make no mistake about it, the cream cheese flavors are worlds above even the best name brand ones you can get at the grocery store. I love to get enough to share with coworkers in the morning because it gives me an excuse to get multiple different flavors of bagels and cream cheeses.

I had Bruegger's Bagels for the first time a few weeks ago. I'm not from the upstate NY area, but was in town and wanted to grab some bagels to go. This placed definitely seemed like a popular place for breakfast as it can get pretty crowded, but the team works pretty fast to get your order. I loved the everything bagels (whole wheat and non whole wheat), the cinnamon sugar, and their plain. We also got their plain cream cheese, but would love to try their other flavors as it was quit delicious. I recommend this for a quick bite for breakfast food or if you have a craving for bagels.

Fantastic bagels. We live an hour and a half from the nearest shop so every time we come out to the area we stop by for our bagel fix. Make sure to get there early if you want the specialty bagels, especially on weekends. Their sandwiches are phenomenal as well.

Our family stops here for breakfast a few times a month. We eat as healthy as we can, and Brueggers offers many healthier options on their menu. The bagels are fresh and delicious. The service is always fast and courteous. If looking for a healthier option than DD, Brueggers is highly recommended.

My favorite place for bagels, sandwiches, soups and coffee! They actually have really delicious coffee. Ice ld or hot. The price is the same for both. The French Vanilla is the best. This is one of the only places I've ever gotten a surgar bagel. The walnut cream cheese is delicious! The customer service is friendly and fairly quick.

Always love bruegger's but I do miss their sun dried tomato bagel. Maybe they'll have new flavors or have limited run flavors. One can only hope.

I haven't had locks cream cheese with a Bermuda onion in so long and I was hankering to go and get one it was absolutely delicious

Ordered food, was short a bagel. Hey it happens we all make mistakes. Didn't check my bag until I got home.Paid cash but I was just there. Called and said I was short a bagel,( I ordered a signature bagel, a bagel with egg and cheese and the one short was a bagel with cream cheese)she wanted to know if I wanted a refund I said no I paid cash I'll just run back in. Came in, told her I called. From the interaction I could tell she was either the manager or some form of leadership. She told me it would be ready if I wanted to wait because they were making a new batch of 4 cheese or have it on another flavor bagel I said I would wait no biggie. She then said the lady over there has your refund for the bagel and I told her that was ok and she said no you had to drive all the way back out here. THAT is what makes this service excellent. Got my other owed bagel and went on my way. 100% amazing customer service and bagels are good too.

Not the best bagel I have ever had but with that being said I haven't ever had a terrible experience here and to me that means a lot. Staff even in the chaotic times is still very friendly and attentive. The bagels themselves are good quality and reasonably priced.

This place is great, I've been a few times and I've never had a bad experience, employees do their job quickly and your food is hot when you get it (if it's meant to be) you get a good amount of cream cheese on a bagel but not too much, and their bagels have a good chew to them, the way only a well made bagel can have. You order at the register, and they call your name when the order is ready. The bagels were soft and chewy. I would highly recommend Bruegger's Bagels.

Bagels are fresh and have a great variety of bagels and cream cheese. You can custom-make a sandwich al carte but you can rack up the cost if you order off the menu. The taste makes up for the cost though!

I arrived to the West Taft location with an unexpected, on-the-spot catering request for our company, and the team handled it with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Despite the short notice, the staff at the front counter were extremely accommodating, courteous, and prompt. They prepared our order quickly without sacrificing quality, and the food was fresh and well-presented. (The only thing I would recommend they do differently is to make sure to let their customers know to grab their own cream cheese themselves!) Their willingness to assist and their commitment to excellent customer service made a significant impression. 1st time visiting and a bagel lover. Bagels were more airy in texture than I'm used to but not in a bad way. I really wish the location I went to had egg bagels but apparently they aren't a good seller in that area. I tried the 5 cheese bagel breakfast sandwich which was very tasty. I got my partner the jalapeno cheddar bagels and he said they were good. I did get a container of plain cream cheese and enjoyed that as well. Will visit again.

Really quick and efficient service. Absolutely delicious bagels, a nice skin and bite on the outside with perfect inner crumb. The surprise favorite is the honey Sriracha cream cheese spread they have, put that on a fresh blueberry bagel and just send your mouth to nirvana.

Great food as always with Bruegger’s. The employees were clean, friendly, and courteous. There was a large menu and drink selection with signature sandwiches and of course my favorite, salted bagels. I hadn’t been to this location in a while, but they didn’t disappoint me with service and great taste.

Bagels were awesome but every time I go to one of these places the coffee isn't ready and they make a mistake with my order. Employees need to focus on there job and get the coffee ready and orders right...

Good place, great bagels. Could have had more staff it seemed. I hadn't had a bagel there in a while and the price was a bit if a sticker shock. A bagel and a juice aught to be less than 5 bucks. I'm sure to go back. They have salt bagels, which stupid Wegmans stopped making (at least at my reg store) and that is great snack.

Food was fresh and tasty! My Aunt loves their sun-dried tomato bagels, so we picked up 1/2 a dozen to take home, too. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Really like that they make their bagels on site. Coffee is good, nice choices of bagel sandwiches and breakfast wraps. This location has a good number of small tables so its a great meet up place for a casual coffee meeting.

Bruegger's is always a good spot to stop for a quick and easy lunch. I enjoy their western sandwich. This location sometimes lacks cleanliness, and the employees may or may not enjoy working there. The service is mediocre but the food is consistent.

Great bagels and you can’t beat the price for a dozen with cream cheese. But they must be having some staffing problems because there was only 2 people working and a line out the door. They were very nice and friendly but I just felt bad for them.

I had a really great experience at Bruegger’s Bagels there was a young Mexican man with glasses working during the rush and he handled everything so well. even though it was super busy, he stayed calm, kept a smile on his face, and had customers laughing while moving the line quickly you could tell he genuinely cared He did an amazing job.

Still good bagels. Not bad service. Ridiculous logjam waiting to get to the register. People waiting for drinks or orders to come up have nowhere to be except in front of the register. So, we stand with our orders in hand waiting for the cashier to get to us

This Bruegger's Bagel is still stuck in the Covid threat; people spaced 6 ft apart, no tables with no place to sit. We had to eat our bagel in our car. The bagel sandwiches were just like any other Bruegger's Bagels locations. The staff were excellent as always. Syracuse, get over Covid threats. Allow customers to sit down and enjoy your sandwiches at this location on Taft.

I love Bruegger’s, but over the past couple weeks it seems as though their toaster is not working. I go in almost every day for a couple bagels, and they always end up tasting like they weren’t toasted at all. I’ve even asked for them to be put through the toaster twice, with the same result.

The inside was remodeled which made the wait time for dine in even longer. It looked like most of the energy was put into mobile orders instead of walk in orders. The bagels here are normally top notch, better than Erie Blvd. Not this time. The onion bagel was very bland with only a couple of onions scattered on top. The inside was dense and hard. Also tables inside were dirty with food on the floor and it was never cleaned up the whole time we were there. I hope it gets better, we usually have a great experience here.

I most likely won’t be back to this chain. The food was decent but so pricey now! When ordering I made a substitute on a sandwhich and when I had a question about it the cashier was annoyed and said, “there’s nothing I can do about it”, I’m assuming she thought I would just drop it but I asked again and she called over the manager who was very nice and handled it in 2 seconds. I decided to dine in, it was about 1:25pm when I ordered and they close at 2pm. By 1:30 I received my sandwhich and only had 1 table to pick from because they had already put the chairs on top of the other tables like they were closed. At 1:38 they turned a majority of the dining area lights out. There were 3 of us in the dining area still. A group of 5 arrived at 1:40 and they were greeted with - “we close in 20mins”. Overall it was weird and made me uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, this location has been a hit or miss for me lately, and today was one of the bigger misses. I placed an online order (which, by the way, I wish the online orders were as customizable as the orders you can place in-person, but that's a different issue). I had ordered it to be ready around 11:50, but I didn't get my order until 12:05. Not a huge deal, and maybe I came in right after a rush, but the parking lot was not as busy as I've seen it and there weren't many customers in the store waiting for orders either. As I waited, I noticed a burnt smell from behind the counter, which I've noticed more lately. It made me a little worried about my order, because that's the biggest issue I've had lately: burnt bagels. Sure enough, my everything bagel was a little overdone, but my onion bagel? I expect some browning to occur, but all the onion topping was black (pictured below). I had to scrape most of it off because I just don't find that appetizing, so I guess I would have been better off with a plain bagel. I also picked up bagels for my friends, and luckily they enjoyed their orders. My last issue with this order was that I ordered a tub of garlic and herb cream cheese. I open the bag when I get where I'm going, and what's inside? Garden veggie. It's something that's so simple to get right, I kind of wish they just allowed the customer to pick out what flavor they want from the fridge by the register. I realize part of this is on me as I should have checked the order before leaving the location, but also... I trusted the store to get my order right. I should also say the bagels aren't cut in half anymore, at least the orders I've placed, which I notice is different from other store locations, and the amount of cream cheese you get here is never consistent. It was a disappointing lunch hour, and I will probably go to the Erie Boulevard location in the future. Update: On 12/28/24, I did receive an email from Bruegger's customer service offering store credit on my rewards account. I am appreciative of this, and I am going to go to one of the other locations for the time being.

Love the food here but when you order 2 bagels and it’s almost $11 cause they charge for cream cheese which was sparingly used along with charging for a bagel being toasted. I will order breakfast sandwiches from here anytime but just the cost of a bagel is ridiculous..

I don't get it. Overpriced, bad bagels, burnt coffee. Really hard to get out of location . But the yuppies think it's friggn fantastic. They've got tiny measured meat bagel sandwiches at wegmans full sized sub prices! I me a n seriously wegmans is two blocks away with 50 times the selection, and far, far, far better coffee. And you'll never wait 15 minutes to pull out of wegmans. I'm not a huge wegmans fan, I'm just pointing out the proximity to a far and away better store. But I guess it's "in" so they want to be seen there? Amendment: and i must be psychic theyre going out of business!

I get smoked brisket breakfast sandwich a brisket is dry and not good the bagel is not bad but it’s still it’s not a great , definitely not worth seven dollar

As someone who can not have eggs due to an allergy to a protein in the white (that is often undercooked in breakfast sandwiches), it was a disappointing experience. Previously, I was told to ask which way it is cheaper (as you guys do not subtract for declining egg), however the cashier today was incredibly lazy and just spouted off it was cheaper to order the sandwich without egg. There is no way to know as not all prices are listed on the board. **edit: Emailed as asked by the owner on the 13th of November and as of the 22nd no reply. 2nd edit: it is NOW February, and no reply to my requested online email.

Stopped in on Sat, 8/12 to get a half dozen cinnamon raisin bagels. Was so looking forward to them only to be thoroughly diaappointed. When I opened the bag this morning I found thin flat and heavy bagels. Apparently someone isn't.trained properly on cooking the product. But for $8 a half dozen this was robbery. The birds will enjoy them I am sure. But I won't be going back to this store anytime soon. May try Manlius to see if they are better.

There was a VERY long line for ordering when I went around 10am on a Thursday morning. I assume this is generally a busy time to order, however, since a different Bruegger’s location also closed a few years ago, I am also guessing this location gets more traffic. There is no drive through, and the parking situation is a small lot that can quickly get tight, especially when people waiting for a to go order park on the side of the building, blocking the exit (it is a one way enter/exit).

I went to purchase a bagel yesterday for the first time very unsatisfied I spent 9 dollars on a bagel that’s was false advertisement no chesse on bagel no meat on my bagel I had a hot I mean burning hot bagel full of pickles no nothing I will wasted my money I order the hot pastrami bagel no mustard nothing I’m like this is crazy for the price you just eating bread no meat I had two thin slices of meat never again

Came for my Original hummus bagel as I’ve been doing for years and found out it’s discontinued, huge bummer , this bagel company was good because it was different than dunkin donut , starting to become similar

Don’t recommend. The bagels are good, however ordered a plain bagel that had been cut and spread with cream cheese with a knife used on a garlic bagel.

I’m a coustermer at bruggers for years all I did was go in try to get a bagel with butter bacon and or possible 6 bagels and a tub or three bagels tub with the bagel butter bacon it’s not that hard they ruin ppls day when the coustermer comes first you do anything to keep your coustermer to skills at takeing care of thier coustermers not that hard I will take my money else where I just tipped Dunkin’ Donuts on 57 20 dallers my order is easy simple thanks for ruining my morning and thank dunkin for make a simple order rediculous place I won’t be going back here ever I’ll go to water st bagel b4 I ever go back to brugger every time go here I get sick after from these bagels last time I went paid I got home and thier wasn’t even any bacon on my sandwich . We drove up from New York City we stood at the Rodeway Inn in Salinas I appreciate that they opened up at 6 AM unfortunately your online menu doesn’t match the prices in your store online advertisement says $2.19 for cream cheese on a bagel when I got there it was $3.49. I ordered bacon egg and cheese on a bagel they have a lot of fancy names for them it’s basically the same but a few different bells and whistles with fancy names for cheeses asiago and so forth my egg wasn’t even fried it was hard to find the small piece of bacon and melted cheese that couldn’t weigh any less than 4 ounces for a total price of almost $10 never again these bagels are not hand rolled and baked they come out of a convection oven

I love bruegger’s bagels, always have since I was in high school. But the one on Taft rd, the manager is such a rude person!!!! Her name is christy or whatever. Couple weeks ago she was rushing me taking my order when no other customer was there for her to be rushing me. I also ordered off doordash twice for pickup and BOTH time she was there. I always specifically put NO cheese bc I cannot eat cheese and it’s happened more than twice. She’s so careless and had an attitude over the phone when I tried to explain about my order.

Bagels were ok but small. Coffee was watered down with no coffee flavor. Bananas were good. Definitely not worth the price...paid $13 for 2 bagels (1 with cream cheese), 2 large coffees, and 2 bananas. Very disappointed!

Entire order was wrong. They did not care when we called. Someone has diverticulitis and can't eat seeds and we ordered wheat and hashbrown cheese bagels.

Good food, but unfortunately, the amount of mistakes that are made really takes away from the establishment. Three wrong orders in a two month span for one individual customer is not OK, let alone how many other customers probably have the same mistakes.

Tried to order on the mobile app, got an error at the end of the order. Tried a second time and was double charged for same order. Called the store and was told this issue has been happening with multiple people. Went in to reorder our meal, with no issues. Upon doing so, stopped at the restroom and found poop stains under the toilet seat and urine on the seat. I feel this is bad service for both mobile order placement via app and cleansiness. Update: followed up on the email to get my refund for the 2 extra mobile app purchases that charged my bank account and still no refund and no response. Cannot find a number to call. I sent my email the same day as the incident, and it has been 6 days with no response still. What's going on?!

I have been to many burgers around my local area and i have never been more dissatisfied and ashamed for the location on west Taft road in Liverpool. The 2 young employees were making constant vulgar comments to every any person that walked through the door to spend their hard earned money. Saying something to the manager of the location did nothing other then giving me and everyone else a head nod not caring and as if it was acceptable that they were doing that while not getting any food made. Again i do enjoy the food but unfortunately ill never step foot in there again until they change there employees. (The main young man looked like a very unclean individual not wearing any hair net while having visible dandruff) again disgusting and disappointing

This is the second time my office has ordered breakfast with a missing item at the west Taft road location through Uber eats. I tried calling and spoke to Christine who was completely rude and unhelpful. I had to then go through uber eats a second time, was charged 23 dollars for 1 sandwich. Will not be ordering from here again and Christine should not be working in customer service.

I ordered from here on DoorDash. When my order came it was the wrong order in the bag but the correct name sticker on the bag. I ordered again right away and even called this location to let them know to please ensure the order was correct. The new order came and it was missing part of the order. The staff obviously does not care about their customers to even make good on a negative experience. Food also was not up to usual quality that Bruegger’s is.

The food is always great. I just wish I looked at my sandwich prior to leaving. I got two tiny flat dried eggs and two tiny slices of pastrami on my breakfast sandwich. AND I tipped $2. Never again. Food cost is going up and we just keep getting less as the consumer.
