Today I stopped by CoreLife for a quick bite and it was delicious. The proportions were great and the line was not too long. I ordered the Tuna Poke Fire and devoured the entire bowl. Although the poke was amazing, a couple minutes later my stomach began to hurt; I don’t know if it was due to the poke or not, but it was still very tasty. (Tuna Poke Fire: Tuna, Avocado, pickled jalapeño, pickled cabbage, miso sesame ginger dressing, sesame seeds, and spicy fire sauce)

Was recommended the Korean BBQ pork bowl. I found the pork tough and the fried egg on top inedible. I personally prefer English/Persian cucumber to traditional if the skin is going to be left on. The kimchi and broccoli were tasty but plain cucumber and carrot did not add much. Bowl got cold quickly with so many cold ingredients to warm pork. Overall, did not enjoy

The Dewitt location is not very clean., esp drink area. Everytime I’ve gone hasn’t been busy but yet place needs cleaning and food order hasn’t been correct 3 times.

I'm not entirely sure where to start. I was here a month ago and the place was filthy and being run by children. I chalked it up to summer employment. I returned today because I genuinely do enjoy the food but it was exactly the same. Their are spiderwipes and cobwebs everywhere. Clean the vestibule! Food crumbs and particles all over the floor and countertops. Way too many kids working without an adult in site. They are speaking inappropriately and are distracted. I was told to "have a good night" and my food was pushed at me without even having been covered properly. This is silly. If you can't find one adult to work then you're not paying enough...food for thought.

Usually a great time.with good food. Unfortunately, this last time, we all got food poisoning. Thankfully no hospitals and we're all OK now. But, we've been finding that food contamination is a common thing at core, unfortunately. So we will not be returning.

My husband and I both work 50+ hours a week, and on our late days we rely on DoorDash so dinner is ready by the time we get home. We always order the same item (the steak box with extra steak), but 9 out of 10 times when we order from the Dewitt location, our order arrives incorrect. We receive only 5–6 burnt end pieces of steak, and the entire meal is ice cold. I understand that delivery can affect temperature, but the steak is so overcooked and hard that we can’t even reheat it. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for extra steak and not even receive a full portion. We work hard for our money, and it’s disappointing to have to throw the food away. On top of that, DoorDash only refunded $12 out of our $58 order, which ended up being a complete waste. Do better Core, this is unacceptable!!!

One of the employees was being inappropriate with another customer talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about openly at an establishment (sex,etc). She then gave this guy a big chunk of the steak she made for free in front of other customers. I don’t know her name but she’s the blonde that made the steak today since she was bragging about it. She was also insulting a lot of the food in the containers saying they weren’t made correctly and too salty for her liking, etc. just inappropriate behavior that doesn’t belong there

I wish I could give them zero stars because the service was absolutely atrocious, and the worker literally grabbed my chicken with their bare hand. Absolutely disgusting. I never write bad review having worked in food service but they also said no to making a smoothie and double chicken because they’re too lazy to clean it again even though they don’t close for another 45 mins

As someone who loves core, this is not what I was hoping to write. Today, I went to pickup my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:26. $43 for not a lot of food, which is fine if it was ready in time. I got my food at 12:56 and everything was cold, dry and not up to their normal standard. There is no way to even request a refund or a credit on the app. This is like the 4th time this has happened. Unfortunately, the service and food have both gone WAY DOWN HILL!

I’ve been to so many core life’s and this one has the worst food by far. The chicken was hard, the wrap was cold and falling apart. My mac n cheese was basically just dry noodles. Also this location needs to clean their drink station because it looks really unsanitary, and the drinks are all powder at the bottom.

I’m honestly heartbroken to be writing this. I ordered the Korean BBQ pork bowl to take home for lunch—something I’ve done many times before, as this has been one of my favorite spots. But today, I bit down on a chunk of glass. I was shocked and incredibly upset. I’ve always trusted this place to provide healthy, quality meals, and now I don’t know if I can feel safe eating here again. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s scary. I hope this is taken seriously and that steps are taken immediately to address how something like this could happen. I’d appreciate a response and reassurance that food safety and quality checks are being handled with the utmost care. Right now, I just want to feel like I can trust a place I’ve loved coming to.

I feel my picture says a thousand words . It’s starts off with three to for workers up front one help my girlfriend the rest walked away. Then the one worker who proceeded to help my was so focused on closing rather than focus on the food it close it two hours. He poured ranch when I asked for drizzle wrote extra chicken down almost charged me double and there was no extra chicken. Then icing on the cake the thanks for me being polite and saying I’ll take it as is no need to complain ruin my night the put my food in upside down this is horrid and atrocious. I am appalled to be a customer here
