The drive thru lanes are typically crowded but the line moves very fast. Very kind & efficient crew members. My mother & I were just getting beverages. The $1.00 priced coffee & soft drinks of any size is a great deal.

I was having problems with the ordering app (when I was there the app froze) and the staff was very nice and patient and was able to call their McDonald's HQ and find a solution. (Without making me feel like it was my fault) I waited a little extra for my food but it was hot and fresh and multiple staff members checked in while I was standing at the counter waiting.

5 stars! It's a McDonald's, but it's a great McDonald's. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My food was fresh and hot, just as I like it. I ordered a Big Mac and fries, and both were delicious. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and the Big Mac was juicy and flavorful. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables and floors were clean, and the restrooms were spotless. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work and wants to create a positive experience for their customers. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at this McDonald's. It's a great place to go for a quick and affordable meal. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Food is tasty and hot. The employees here are kind too, especially the one girl (skinny, arm tattoo), with whom i had a good experience. I fumbled my order twice because I was having a bad day and asked her to remove an item and readd it twice because my card got declined. She was patient and understanding and didn’t complain once. It’s truly refreshing to see someone’s kind behavior through the chaos.

On August 25,2024 at 11 pm exactly my car broke down in the drive through lane. All the employees came out to help and assist. Especially the female employees they are very helpful. They pushed my car with their hand all the way up the lane just to help me out. They are awesome. They saved me towing money and their attitude was perfect. They made the situation so much better I’m glad that my car broke down in their drive-through not anywhere else. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you.

It's a McDonalds. Just like every other McDonald's in the world. You know what you're getting. There are no surprises. Sometimes the people are really nice and sometimes they are not. I will say I am totally addicted to their coffee though!

They forget small things about our order, like last time, I only got one straw. Generally good with getting orders mostly correct, but they don't seem to like to give out sauces when requested. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Its the normal Big Box burger joint. If you're in a rush, fast food burger, BK or Wendy is a better option. If you've got a little more time, would suggest going to see 5 guys about a burger than the usual 3 burger joints

It's not the workers fault for the mass confusion at night; this Mcds is super busy at night with all the orders being forced to utilize the drive thru only. They seem to be always understaffed, I would think with the amount of money this store brings in they should be able to have more workers on the clock to handle the business. This location is the only location open late nights within the city limits all food gig orders are sent her until 2am as well. My advice avoid this place after 10pm.

Friday May 3, 2024, I received bad customer service from a male employee. It was a stare down for him to give me a salutation. He didn't say thank you. He didn't tell me the prices of an item. In fact he didn't know the prices. He told me, " about 2 something, and about 3 something. I didn't know the actual price until I got my receipt. The dining area could have been cleaner. After completing a negative rating on their survey, I redeemed my survey reward, and a different employee exuded excellent customer service. If he was the first employee I encountered, they never would have received a bad review. Thankfully, The food was good both times.

Dining room was closed during normal business hours. An employee finally came to the door because they thought I was picking up an order for Uber eats and said they were understaffed and that's why the inside was closed. I asked if they could make an exception because I had walked there so I couldn't go through the drive through, and they told me no because they didn't have a till in the drawer inside. They were rude and had no customer service skills. They didn't even say that they were sorry for the inconveniences. I will only go there if I absolutely have to now.

The night manager tonight was horrible. I pulled up before I can order and she was screaming telling me to “order or keep it pushing” rushing me with profanity. She was so rude that the other employee said “ that was not me on the intercom”. This is hands down the worst McDonald’s in the area. The workers are so ignorant and the service is just terrible. The food is cold and they are always an issue with missing items in the DoorDash orders. They will ask you for your order at the drive through and if you tell them something they don’t wanna make they’ll all the sudden say they’re closed. They let people sit in the drive through lines for HOURS without saying anything. Such a disgrace and extremely unprofessional.

Yall don't listen just want to move fast. And when someone says something wrong their order yall still get it wrong. Very very very bad customer service at this location. You will get yelled at by the cleaning person mopping the floor if you walk in during business hours while they are open you must be a mind reader to know what side of the pathway to walk on with no yellow caution cones in sight to warn you ahead of time. Never again I will return to this location ever it's not worth it. There are much better places to eat elsewhere where you will get treated with respect. Please be very cautious and be warned do not come to this location coming here the toxic environment is spilling over onto the customers.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's out there. Like everyone else, I like to get junk food right after leaving the club. Every time I've come here, it's almost like they do not want to work. You are waiting forever for them to even try taking your order (which many people will actually just drive off because of waiting so long for them to take an order). Which, when they finally do talk to you, they talk to you with an attitude in the middle of it; as if you did something wrong. Not only that, they ask you to "hold on a second" right in the middle of you giving your order, as if you did not wait long enough; and they even say it to the person before you. When you finally reach the window to pay, it's almost like they throw the food at you, once again, giving you attitude, making it seem like you did something wrong. Just to end it with receiving your order completely messed up. Normally I would say something, but I feel bad for the people behind me, because I know how long they've been waiting.

Stopped there at 8 am on 1/19/25 they wouldn’t let us in to eat saying the manager said not to open because he didn’t have enough employees. I being handicap had to fight to get to the front door because they didn’t have any handicap parking spots they were all painted for pick up order which is illegal and against Syracuse coded and i will be reporting this to the parking enforcement department.

We went at 9:30 pm, and there were a lot of people waiting to receive their orders. People were very frustrated. The girl attending was very rude. They were extremely delayed, and she acted like she didn't care, speaking poorly to customers and acting very unprofessional.

It is rare for me to post a review, especially one as negative as this one. The service at this location is so non existent it can barely be considered service. The person taking my order at the drive through was mumbling so quietly it was more like he was secreting words, this isn't the first time I've encountered this poorly trained employee. I already knew when I heard the lackadaisical tone of his voice that everything on my order would be incorrect. I ordered two deluxe sandwiches and two large fries. When I pulled up to the first window and they confirmed my order, I corrected her because he put medium fries on the order instead of the aforementioned large fries, she assured me that it was corrected. At the second window the man again said two deluxe sandwiches and 2 medium fries, I corrected him and he just brushed it off and said, 'oh no, I meant large'. They were not large, they were in fact a very disappointingly soggy and cold medium fries, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Upon opening my sandwiches, one of them only contained the protein and tomatoes, the other had only protein and lettuce, this was a crushing disappointment and I don't know why I keep going back. Your poorly trained and managed staff have made your drive through about as useful as nailing jello to a tree. The cashier also did not provide me with a receipt to make a formal complaint with, all I have is a grill slip with the time and my order number, this all transpired 30 minutes prior to me writing this review. -Kyle Hewitt A concerned customer

I'd never order from this place again. I called several times, and they kept hanging up, refusing to answer my calls. I wanted to adjust my order because I couldn't do it through the app. I even texted my delivery person to ask for me, but they were told that the restaurant refused to change the order. This McDonald's is definitely terrible. Never again! It's not deaf-friendly at all!

This McDonald's is horrible. Sorry excuse for service. Use one of the other Syracuse locations. Don't go to this one

Great, friendly staff. Unfortunately, they are so short staffed and overworked that I wasted my entire lunch break waiting on an order I put in before leaving. I was maybe the fourth car in line. I'm so sick of excepting being ruined by greedy owners. This franchise is no exception. Avoid them at all costs. This wasn't even during a rush.

Upon arrival I was not greeted or asked if I could be helped 15 minute wait I finally asked someone and she snapped at me it’s coming just wait. I believe this was the supervisor she is extremely rude girl with blue sweat shirt on and nose ring with multi colored crocs on. I work retail and would be embarrassed to have her on my team. Worst experience at McDonald’s in a long time. Hope you can teach her customers come first not her friends that pop up. Terrible experiences and I drive for Uber.

Ordered off my mobile app and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with my points. Literally saved my points for weeks and they literally gave me a breakfast burrito which I hate, and didn’t tell me they were out. They should’ve asked me what I wanted in place of it. Awful customer service here. Literally just wish someone would’ve been real and told me to my face they didn’t have what I ordered and give me the option to choose something else considering I wasted my points.

Went here 9/5 around 10:30 and ordered on the kiosk because the workers aren’t worth a damn. Waited forever before being told by an older lady called “grandma”, “erybody out the lobby, y’all goin in the fishbowl we’re closin the lobby.” Me and about 10 others who had been waiting for over 30 minutes were then herded into the “fishbowl” and waited another 15 minutes and then had to tell the worker everything we ordered so she could go make it again. While in the bubble we saw multiple door dashers leave because it’s easier to just not deal with this place. In my opinion the owner needs to fire “grandma” and the bigger girl who calls her that because of both of their attitudes and lack of work ethic.

Monday August 19 2024, 9:30 PM. Placed a mobile order on the app, drove 15 minutes. Get to the restaurant and pull up to the drive thru to give my code, then they tell me that they can’t take my order because their computer is broken. I told them that my order was already placed and paid for, and the lady said “well I can’t even see your order so there’s nothing we can do for you”. I’ve worked in the industry for 13 years, that’s not how you handle it. And I didn’t know it took a computer to make a Big Mac. Now I’ll spend a half hour trying to get my money back after spending a half hour driving there and back for no reason. And I miss out on the collectors cup for the day. Thanks guys, you really out-did yourselves.

Either the hours are wrong and should be updated, or the night crew are lairs and don't want to work. I get off work at 3am. Saw this location was open 24 hours and stopped to get food before going home. All the lights on, multiple cars in the lot, cool. I pull up and after waiting patiently for 10 minutes at the drive thru I say hello. I'm ignored for another few minutes, and finally when I say it again I'm told "We closed". I state the hours online and they say "we open again at 4." Either update your hours online correctly or hire employees who actually want to do their job.

It's McDonald's. The food is McDonald's. It's what you expect when you go to a McDonald's. The problem is the service. They can't seem to get orders correct even when you do a mobile order so they have written right in front of them. They don't put napkins in the bag or straws for drinks. The floor is sticky and no one bothers to even try to clean it.

This is the third time I’ve pulled up to have my order taken just for them to tell me to “hold on” or “wait” and I’m sitting there for 5 min. Then someone else pulls up to the other side and gets their order taken immediately. That place is ran better when the younger generation is working. Things are smooth & people are in and out quick. I think someone needs to do an employee evaluation that is from corporate.

My experience with this establishment was one that I do not want to repeat. I ordered at the kiosk others ordered there also. Delivery drivers canceled their orders. Employees were standing around whilst the lobby was full. The only thing that was positive were the others waiting with me. The concensus was that it wasn't worth it. Because we had already paid for our food. Never again! 1 more thing I needed to warm up my food.

Drive thru wait time was ridiculous for 3 cars at 6:20 pm. When I opened the bag, the first thing I noticed is my fries were literally upside down, spilled all over the bag, and unsurprisingly they were soggy and cold. I got a crispy spicy deluxe meal, and the bun was hard and almost looks burned, and the chicken was also soggy and cold. The staff is also very rude, this place does not deserve to make $15 or more an hour. I suggest eating somewhere else unless you're a fan of cold nasty food that went straight into the trash after 1 bite.

I ordered a steak, egg & cheese on a bagel with 2 hash browns and an orange juice. This is what I got. Not even relatively close to my sandwich, only 1 hash brown and they didn't even remember my drink. I also never got a receipt so that's cool.

Went in late night for food and as we were leaving one of the woman was mopping and my friend fell and dislocated her knee. We didn’t know the floor was wet in that area as they didn’t put any kind of wet floor sign out. As we are helping our friend instead of offering help a worker stared at us because we were in her way to get a drink like it was an inconvenience to offer any kind of help or go to the back to get a drink. Need to train your staff better it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

For someone to even think this is ok to call a coffee. I ordered a caramel latte with an EXTRA SHOT OF EXPRESSO. Anyone who can see can tell this is straight milk. Now a days this place cost as much as Dunkin would. $5 for a cup of milk. NOT HAPPY.

Customer service is horrible here. I come home late and sometimes on my way I picked it up food, but whenever I give them chance they always prove me they are horrible. Customer service is horrible here. They don’t greet, smile, always have an attitude, every times I order they don’t put napkins, sauces, straws, and when I got fries it was literally like 10 fries in it. Ppl who are working over there generally are very mean and disrespectful. I’m gonna boycott McDonald’s. Why should I waste my money. I didn’t forced those employees to work there. They chose to work then do your job. Smile, greet just do your job, or work somewhere you don’t have to smile or interact with customers. I gave them couple chances I prefer not eating they’re anymore.

Who knows how good the food was… it was literally impossible to order food. Cars were sitting in line for 30 minutes without anyone being able to order anything. Whoever runs this store obviously doesn’t care.

wouldn’t take our $20 bill. claimed it “didn’t feel right.” had to order online. Checked with another worker. she said the same thing. crazy. it’s just a 20 dollar bill and it wasn’t even illegitimate. sat in store for over forty minutes after placing a mobile order. had to go up to the counter and ask. pitched a fit when we gave the table number instead of the order number and threw half of the order in the garbage. blatant waste of food and very VEFY rude.

Poor customer service, when I came into the restaurant the employees were busy watching the game messing around, had to tell one of the boys to pipe down it's work time not game time. Management wasn't avaliable as it was late night 10pm or so. Overall the employee (kid) was rude and discriminating against me. It's all good never doing any orders coming from this McDonald's!

I was waiting in the drive thru about half a hour then I decided to pull forward to the window then the guy told me to pull up then 15 mins later I went in the store to get the food this light skin lady who is very unprofessional said I can’t get my food because I left the parking.

Entered the restaurant to order food and was greeted with a pungent urine smell. Immediately turned around and walked out. If the restaurant smelled like that, I couldn't imagine the food prep area

Worst customer service. There was a line out the door, and no one was getting served. Uber and grubhub orders backed up, and walk-in guests ignored. If you don't have the staff to run the restaurant, you need to make sure all areas are covered, not just food service delivery orders. Not a way to run a business

Worst McDonald ever, the young lady at the window keeps talking about nonsense and flipping her hair all about and has an attitude. The staff making the food are messy and sloppy, our burgers were half on the sandwich and they couldn’t follow instructions like extra ketchup.the food taste old even though they’re busy and they took extremely long to take our order. The Sunday was far below the proper amount then complained when asked for a new one. The food was overly salty. Over all poor experience. They obviously had no clue what they were doing on night shift.

The place was dirty and service was slow and horrible and my #4 didnt come with any mayo, or lettuce, but one pickle slice shuved into the bun, when I asked for proper toppings, they told me "this is the way we make it here" so I asked again if I could get some mayo and lettuce they said " NO." Why is it so hard to get breakfast in the morning? I moved here a couple months ago, and I can never seem to get food before work. Google says this McDonald’s is open 24/7, so I showed up at 3:50 a.m. and sat there for four minutes before someone finally told me, “We don’t open until 4.” That’s fine — but then update the hours so people don’t waste their time. The next day I came back at 4 a.m. and sat there again with no response. I said “hello,” nothing. I parked and tried to go inside (locked), and I could literally see an employee behind the counter. If it doesn’t open at 4, just say that. It takes two seconds to get on the mic and tell people the actual opening time. Another time I came around 4:30. There were three cars ahead of me, all waiting. After a while, every single one of them just left because no one was answering. And again — you could see employees inside. Then today, I show up at 4 a.m., wait, get ignored, park, try the door (locked), and I can literally see an employee walking out of the bathroom. Why can’t someone just say, “We don’t open until _”? Instead, it feels like they just don’t want to deal with customers that early. But this is the shift they chose. People who work early mornings or overnight just want to grab something to eat after/before work. But we can’t, because no one wants to communicate or do the bare minimum. There are no hours posted on the doors, Google says 24/7, one employee says 4 a.m., and others clearly open whenever they feel like it. Please fix whatever is going on so people stop wasting their time. There’s clearly a reason why every morning, everywhere I go, people only seem to have Dunkin’ in their hands. When Dunkin’ says they open at 4 a.m., they actually open at 4 a.m. They stick to their hours, and it shows. The correct opening time is posted everywhere — on the doors, on the speaker, on Google, and even the employees themselves told me it opens at 4 a.m. when I came a little early the other day. Clear, consistent, communication, and correct information is all we're asking for .

Just left there at 9:45 pm on 03/07/2026. I waited at the register to order as the workers kept on passing me by for at least 5-10 mins, I finally asked was someone going to take my order and I was told to use the kiosk because no one there can help me… The workers all seem to be 16 year olds all playing and running around behind the counter. Lobby had about 10 ppl all waiting and complaining. I had to leave because I had cash and couldn’t use the kiosk and I take it as a blessing cause lord knows I would still be there waiting probably my a hour later with those kids playing behind the counter. Inspectors might want to go there on a Friday and bring a big notebook for the violations.

Just recently went through the drive-through ordered two large Big Mac meals and two large double quarter pounder with cheese meals ask for certain things not to be on all of the sandwiches they were made the default way I literally called up there 11 times to try to get this rectified and nobody answered I just spent way too much money with y'all not to have somebody pick up the phone so I can get my order corrected for next time this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to orders have been messed up multiple times in my opinion they need to fire everybody in their store and bring in a whole new staff

Went there today about 6:31pm not only did they charge me twice for one meal that I ordered then when I pull up to the window to grab my food, there are two girls eating food, licking their fingers and bagging food at the same time. I snapped the picture for corporate And that’s when they decide to come address me after I’ve been complaining at the window that they need to wash their hands and not eat out in foh she came to me so aggressively to demand that I erase the picture.nope not erasing it it’s going to corporate She got really aggressive told me she was calling her manager. Yes honey please call your manager and tell her you’re eating while bagging customers food. And not washing your hands or wearing gloves. so I would like a general manager or somebody who can put their employees in order to contact me cause this is unacceptable. No uniforms everyone on their phones earbuds in their ears eating in a food prep area licking fingers not washing hands and bagging food with no gloves and spit covered fingers. What happened to serve safe why Are they eating food, licking their fingers And bagging food for customers with no gloves and their spit on their fingers it’s flu season it’s Covid season. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Never go into this McDonalds. I never leave reviews ever but I walked in yesterday and saw a homeless man SHOOTING UP in a booth in front of staff and they did nothing. He must have left because when I drove around he was asking for money. The man in front of me in line couldn’t figure out his card information and took so long that we just left. Absolutely insane.

Why is their customer service so horrible ? If you don't like your job, find some where else to work. I was the only person in line, waiting while staff looked at me and just ignored me. One was too busy texting on her phone. I literally had to ask the manager if I could please place an order. She said, I'll get to you. I waited so long the app exclusive deal i had selected became invalid. I remember when McDonald's used to take pride in their service.

10/12/2025 I just started door dashing. The lobby was locked so I went to the speaker box of the drive thru. I said, "I am here for a doordash pick up. Is drive thru fine?" The woman on the other end answered, "You gotta....okay, drive on up." I get to the window after waiting in a lengthy drive thru line just for this Little Miss Piggy looking thing with glasses to tell me I have to pick it up at their particular window. I said, "You let me wait this whole time in this drive thru..." Miss Piggy, "Well, it's your fault." She failed to mention the lobby was now opened so.. I go to particular window and ring bell. Just to hear, who I believe was the manager, on the other side talking smack, instead of I don't know, letting me know the lobby was now opened. Miss Piggy failed to mention that they unlocked the lobby while I was waiting in drive thru. So they let me sit there ringing the bell for a minute until I tried the door, myself. I guess no one thought to let me know the lobby was now opened as I'm ringing their window bell that I was just directed to, without being notified that they already opened the lobby. The food wasn't prepared even by the time all that happened. I'm pretty sure it wasn't prepared correctly. I didn't see one person handling food wearing gloves. The place just opened and it already looked filthy. 200 thumbs down to this location. Thumbs up to the tall gentleman who finally gave me my order at the counter.

Don't be fooled! They advertise being open 24 hours...show 24 hours on their app...but they are NOT. They'll shut down for HOURS random early mornings...telling you to just wait for the order to expire and a refund will be processed. Awful. I don’t know what kind of dark spell I was under when I decided to pull into McDonald’s, but I’m convinced it was a cry for help. I ordered a McChicken, some fries, and a drink—classic combo, right? Wrong. What I received could best be described as a sad science experiment gone lukewarm. The McChicken was… moist? Not in a good way. It had the texture of something that had been deep-fried in pure despair. The lettuce was three shades of “give up,” and the mayo looked like it had second thoughts about being there. I took one bite and questioned everything from my dietary choices to my spiritual alignment. The fries were somehow cold and burnt at the same time. A culinary paradox. I didn’t know it was possible to make potatoes taste like dust and regret, but McDonald’s really pushed the boundaries of innovation. My drink? A flat Sprite. More like Spite. I guess carbonation is optional now. Service-wise, I waited 12 minutes for food that tasted like it was prepared in 1998. The cashier stared at me with the enthusiasm of someone who just found out they’re being audited. Atmosphere? Think DMV, but greasier. I walked out with a full stomach, an empty soul, and the lingering scent of fryer oil clinging to me like poor life choices. Would I return? Only if I lose a bet or my GPS malfunctions.

I can appreciate that you need to mop while customers are in the lobby because this location is 24 hours and there is bound to be someone while you did it. However, we would have appreciated a verbal warning or even a wet floor sign. One of the people in my party was tossing trash when her foot slipped out from under her, causing her to hurt her foot and her back. I nearly did the same tossing the rest of the trash in my sneakers. There was no wet floor sign. There was no verbal warning. In fact, the only acknowledgement we got was several workers glaring at us as my friend hung onto the drink counter. This was extremely disappointing- train your people better for next time.

I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes, and no one ever spoke to me through the speaker. When i finally pulled up to the window to ask what was going on, i was told to just pull forward — without any explanation or apology. This was frustrating and unprofessional. If there was an issue with the system, a simple acknowledgment or sign would’ve helped. Instead, it felt like i was ignored and left waiting for no reason. If I could give zero stars i would. I do not recommend this place at all. We expect better communication and basic courtesy, especially from a major brand like McDonald’s.

I recently had a terrible experience at this store. Not only do they refuse to allow delivery drivers inside to pick up orders, but they also don't allow them to receive the order through the driver either. Instead, they force drivers to queue up at a window in freezing weather. To make matters worse, they prioritize customers who are buying directly from the store, leaving delivery drivers to freeze outside. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for the drivers who are an essential part of their business. I would strongly advise against supporting a store that treats their delivery drivers so poorly.
