I order from this Pizza Hut pretty often. But it’s not the pizza that I actually visit the location for. This is the only place in Forney that has Zeiganbock on tap. It’s my favorite beer, and they are only a dollar a beer after 4. Can’t beat that deal with a stick!!!
Service was quick, and pizza was as delicious as always.
Best pizza buffet . Hands down ,no other pizza buffets in DFW can compete. This buffet is Mon-Fri 11:00 - 1:30 and Sun 11:00-2:00. I love pizza and have tried pizza buffets throughout DFW, but this one in Forney, TX is fantastic. Quality of food 5☆ Wait service 5☆ Dining atmosphere 5☆

I had a major issue making my order online but luckily someone was able to catch it regardless of online order status which I will say that @Pizza_Hut needs to do a better job with their online ordering system. When I arrived to the location I met an extremely friendly bartender by the name of Angie. Somehow in my order, for 2 pizzas a 20oz soda was added vs the 2 liter I thought I was getting. She brushed it off like it was no issue and gave me what I thought was with my order and made me actually feel like I was a customer receiving only the best exemplary customer service you can give!! She aplogized countless times and corrected the issue Coming from a customer service manager myself, it's rare to receive the level of hospitality that I got from Angie and because of her, she has made me and my family REGULARS to dine in AND to this location based solely on the customer service experience I received from her. Thanks Angie for making an extremely difficult week for me and my family so much easier just by how you treated me like family!! Sincerely J.R. Romar.
Came in tonight to use my credit for an error for last visit and they went above and beyond to fix it. Most people would get irritated and act as if you were a nuisance. The nice lady (night manager I assume) was super nice and apologized. I am glad that customer service like this pizza hut provides still exists. Definitely will be back. I also want to note that after talking with corporate, the problem really stems from the higher ups that only look at numbers and push papers around for a living. Blaming the store employees for something that corporate put in place is not cool. The people at store level do not get paid enough to deal with that mess and probably puts a lot of stress on the employees who make those numbers you look at for a living!! But hey, its corporate America, what should one expect? Thank you for a great visit! Oh, and that lady manager needs a nice paid vacation. I always see her there.
This place hasn't let me down yet! The pizza is always cooked well and as ordered and the staff is always so happy and cheerful which is so different from other places. They've got to be treated well to give off the same energy!
Honestly I’m a cheap SOB that loves good food and cheap drink. I can tell you the best places in Dallas to go and I will say that this is one of my favorite spots. I will only eat Pizza Hut from this location and to top it off pitchers are less than 10$ I think last time I went they were 6$. Staff changes constantly but I’ve never had an issue here. I can go with the boys or with my kids, it’ll be fun either way
Pizza Hut has had my absolute favorite pizza since I was a tot in the early 80s and it remains that way--now for both of my daughters, too! However, now we can no longer eat the pizza bc we all were diagnosed with celiac disease a few years ago. =( We miss Pizza Hut's Pizza. P.H. Will you PLEASE consider serving g-free pizza?
The waitress named Nicole was extremely polite and very awsome. She was on top of everything ! Everything i ordered was perfect and came out very fast. I want her every time i go to Pizza Hut in Forney. Thank you Nicole! You're the best

Nothing is better than a "sit down" pizza hut. Fresh out of the oven, such hot crispy crust and yumminess. All veggies and toppings were so fresh. Had a dinner salad before which was also delicious. So happy to have this close to home.
I have to say I’m impressed. Customers service is awesome. From the night to morning. Never had a problem in the pizza always hot in fresh.
This one time, we was ordering pizza. My lovely wife told me it was time to go pick it up, so I did. When I got home, our order was wrong. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but we had paid extra for that fancy pan-style crust they have. We called em up on the phone, and they were real nice. My wife didn't have to go all AAA on em or anything. They gave us a credit for our pizzas and took real good care of us. We'll definitely be going back again, I reckon. Hard to find quality folks and quality pizza at the same locale. Anyway, I'm ready to go back. I kinda hope we get the wrong crust again, and we just make this a nice little, free routine. Fingers crossed.
Best Pizza Hut I’ve seen. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years because typically the service was so bad. I had never gone to this location but I finally gave it a chance. I was actually impressed by the service and quality of the pizza. Keep up the good work!
Visited Pizza Hut on Super Bowl Sunday, and it was extremely busy. The girl at the drive-thru was very professional and informed me about the situation and the wait time. She was awesome. Big shout out to her!
This restaurant has the design and feel of the older Pizza Huts from back in the day. TVs, music, bar. Nice and cozy environment inside and they even have tables outside on their patio if you want to enjoy the weather.
I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut for over 2 years and the quality of food is incredible. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of toppings. The staff is very nice and greets me with a smile. Other Pizza Huts needs to take notes and training from this location. Keep up the great work!
One of the only dine in Pizza huts still open. Great customer service! Weekday deals on draft beers and several TVs to watch sports! I take my kids here at least twice a month. I wish there were more dine in Pizza Huts! Love this one

Nice back in the days type of pizza spot atmosphere. I always order extra meat on my pizzas and unlike Domino's, they actually give me what I pay for here. It's one of the main reasons that I come here only for my pizzas.
This location was fast, friendly and very clean. Order was hot and ready at the time we were told it would be. The drive up lane to pickup the food was very convenient and no issues. Highly recommend this location, and will be using them for all my future pizza needs!
Went at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. Placed my order online, picked it up 15 minutes later through the drive through area. Everything was ready and well prepared. Solid wings, good pizza, and cheese bread was delicious. Fast and polite customer service.
Our family eats here once a week! It’s always fresh, on time & absolutely delicious!! We’re pizza lovers so we all order our own medium pizza. (Don’t judge us lol) They always have deals and if you order online you get free food by getting points for your previous order! Thanks for always being dinner on the table when we need you Pizza Hut
Trinity is THE best. Funny, quick, and exceptionally kind. We had the Grandbabies with us and she made them both feel like Royalty. Much Love Ma’am and MUCH Respect!!! Oh and this lady needs at LEAST $20 an hour!!!!!

Pizzas were fresh and hot, delivery within +/- 5 minutes of estimated time and delivery driver was pleasant. 5 stars for a Pizza Hut, whom normally would see 3 at best. Job well done
Great service and I was surprised because it was a high school kid serving us.
I live right down the street from dominos, which I have ordered a lot of. I would honestly rather pay a little more and get Pizza Hut. They taste better, use more and better quality cheese, and are fast at delivery. Food is HOT and cooked well. Good distribution of toppings, you don't feel like every other slice is missing out like most places. Leftovers are more eatable. I generally don't like chains, but sometimes the technology they have and utilize is worthwhile. You ain't ever making a pizza like this at home.
Its a nice change of pace to go in and sit down plus the interior was clean and if had NOT been for the storms they would of had sports going on the tvs so it was overall very nice
Been a long time since I step foot in a Pizza Hut 🛖 . I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza 🍕 was delicious. Thin crust guy!. Also Pizza hut has beer specials. Beer and pizza like wine and cheese. Great idea bring that idea to Gun Barrel City Pizza hut

This is the closest pizza hut to our house. We were going to Marcos, but their sauce is a little too sweet for my liking. Sometimes, I wonder if that's me or if something is changing here. I prefer Pizza Hut to Marcos, for this reason. I love the stuff crust, cheese with extra cheese. My husband loves meat! The staff has always been super nice! Once or twice our order wasn't correct, but they got right on it. Anyway, the restaurant is always clean, comfortable large booths. Staff is really friendly and we really enjoy their pizza.
Service and pizza were great. The lunch buffet is $10.95 drink included. A small salad is $3. Making the buffet with salad a bit pricey. The pizza was hot with a good selection. They keep them coming. They also had alfredo pasta, garlic bread, and a desert pizza out. Good job. Thanks.
Went with a friend this week and great pizza but there's one problem, our young waitress was slow and forgot our plates and did came by to see if we needed more drinks she had two tables us and one more table so the staff need better training and work in a fast pace, I work in a restaurant business and I take care of customers fast and I don't forget about things like she forgot our plates and to refill our drinks, I will be back but need q nother waitress maybe a latina, because out waitress was a white female, I mean I don't have nothing against white waitress but this one was too slow.
I called to place my order and the young lady that took my order was rude. The phone she was on was messing up cutting in and out. When trying to place our order she couldn't hear everything because of the phone, so she was getting mad at us as if it was our fault. She even proceeded to say oh my god because she couldn't hear us. Which is very unprofessional. I only gave it a 3 because my food was good, but customer service was not good at all.
The 8.99 special for the personal pan pizza and a side isn't worth the money. The 4 boneless chicken wings were good, but the pizza looked like a portion for a child. The personal size pizza at the Grapevine, TX location is bigger.
They forgot to add the marinara sauce to our pizzas, so our pizzas were very dry. It was just cheese and the topping. I looked at my order summary to make sure I didn't accidentally click to leave it off. The rest of the order was great. I didn't go back because it was late.
Found a white hair baked into the pizza :( We ordered online via DoorDash. There was some confusion trying to find our order since it was on DoorDash. The manager offered to make us another pizza but we literally ordered so much food it wasn’t worth the drive/effort. He instead gave us a credit for the exact pizza we ordered… good enough for us. But I still feel like more could have been done. We love Pizza Hut and it’s really gross finding a white hair in the literal last slice you’re about to savor. Eeeyuck!
We stopped in for the lunch buffet. It was not great. Very disappointing!! Everything was just average or below. The pizza wasn't hot and was not replenished until we were leaving. The salad had brown leaves in it. It's not what I grew up with and always looked forward to. The servers don't care, it was obvious. Don't waste your money at this location! Things are too expensive these days.
Very disappointed in our food. We had to send our Hawaiian chicken pizza back to be baked longer because the dough was raw in the middle. Also noticed we were charged $4.90 for house salads. The menu clearly stated they were $4.00 each. If your prices have changed, fine, at least have the decency to let your customers know. It is not the money, but the principle.
It was a chaos, I was waiting for my order more than an hour when finally I decided to cancel. I have to say the manager was very polite and professional handling the situation in the restaurant, but definitely was a very bad planning/coordination.
There was a long black hair in my pizza. It was nauseating to see when I opened the box. When I called, i received a credit for a future order with no apology. Wow.
Pizza was okay. 30 to 40 mins for delivery, showed up after 50. Burnt the ever-loving-life out of the Cinnabon mini rolls. Pretty disappointing. Then there was the time I found an earring in my p'zone crust... yeah...

This time around I was disappointed by the lack of service. We were seated and the assigned waitress did not check or know we were seated and I had to walk up to the counter to let them know we were ready to order. I have never had this problem at Pizza hut until now.
The staff were very unprofessional and it didn’t help that they only had one server. They mixed the some pink lemonade with water and the lady got upset that we asked her to fix her mistake. And she almost left us without plates and expected us to eat of their greasy tables. Staff was not just unprofessional, but clueless. Don’t want to go back.
This Pizza Hut is out of stock of Italian sausage with no real rush to put it back on the menu or explain why they are Putin the first place. So disappointed it's been over a month. Now I go to this store and the amount of pizza sauce is utterly ridiculous just can't win at this location.
Ordered a specialty pepperoni pizza and added bacon and beef to one half of it. Checked my order once I got in the car and struggled to find the bacon on the pizza. There were literally 6 pieces of bacon amongst the four slices. Once I took it back in, a cook (I assume) came out and asked if I wanted to pay extra for double bacon and showed me the measuring cup for the toppings. What she showed me and the amount of bacon on the pizza did not add up. She was not helpful at all and didn’t even bother to apologize. 2 pizzas for $32, just to be disappointed.
Manager very unprofessional original wait time 21 min then went to 1 hour then to 3 hrs called to speak to manager to get a better time frame or refund and she hung up on me very unprofessional!
All i wanted was for the spinach to be cooked on my pizza. The manager Christine came out 3/11/16 and said no that they couldnt do that. I ASKED why and she said because thats not the way we do it and said she would not do it and didn't say why. Very poor customer service!!!

Horrible service. Waited almost 25 minutes to get our food. I finally had to say something and when I did, what do ya know...the food was ready. We didn't even eat because we had to go so all we actually had was a drink which I told them I'd pay for it but I was in a rush to leave and it still took about 5 minutes for them to bring my card back because they kept talking with each other about what was going on. Not happy with this experience and will NOT be going back.

Been noticing less topping s on the meat lovers pizza. Definitely looking for a new pizza place. Pictures don't reflect the food. I would rather pay more and get quality.

Twice I've gone here to pick up an order place that I placed ahead. Both times I'm asked to pull to the back only to wait over 20 mins. I'd probably be waiting longer if I had not gotten off to ask what was up with my order. Terrible. Gave them a second chance. Won't be a third.
Over crowded. Staff could not keep up with the demand of customers, my pizza was great however others people in my family said theirs was burned. Odd pizza combination on the buffet... Salad was average. Staff was working very hard.
Worst customer service. Came to eat buffet with my mother and my server Alexandra never came to my table. Only at the beginning when I she asked what we needed to drink. I had no water in cup basically the whole time eating. We would see her pass by to all the other tables and completely skip us. When I would get up to ask for something she would say “I’ll be over there in a bit”. (Not to mention I we were the only Hispanics she was attending…) they only other time she came to my table was to bring me the bill. HA. never coming back to this location again. Do better please..
Yesterday I ordered pizza for my children while I was away, after an hour and 35 minutes my kids still had not received their food. I had them to call first, after thirty minutes more of no food I called. They placed me on a 15 minute hold and when Christina the manager got on the phone, she informed me the pizza was already delivered. When I told her that there was no pizza delivered to my house, she was so rude. When I asked for corporates number she denied me the number and told me to google it. When i asked for her full name she said she wouldn’t give me her last name, and then she hung up in my face, all while being recorded. I am a full time Nurse and order lots of pizza from Pizza Hut, but after last night’s treatment I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Normally when I come to this location it’s on point but tonight I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza for my son in which the pizza was made with little to no sauce which I never requested light sauce call to talk to the manager Christina in which she told me they can remake it but since I made it all the way home which is in the other side of Forney by the way but I asked her can she credit my account for next time in which she told me I would only get $2.11 of my money since I’m keeping her pizza so I asked her when did they start that especially when you made the pizza wrong in the first place and it’s a pizza that you going to throw away anyway she couldn’t give me a answer I asked for the store manager Stan was told he wasn’t hear but magically when I drove back up here he’s here explain the situation to him and what she said to me and he gave off a vibe like he didn’t care never apologized or offered to make it right so now I would be driving the extra miles to the Terrell store poor customer service
I just ordered delivery from this location and the food actually made me throw up. The Cinnabon had something in it that was not cinnamon roll ingredients. I called and talked to the manager and they simply said we can refund it, but you have to come up to the store. The pizza was old and overcooked and would not come up off the white cardboard they put at the bottom. This location deserves no stars and I will be editing this post to update if I have food poisoning or something. I highly recommend that you do not eat here. No stars if it was possible to do so.
I order pizza here several times a month and its always great pizza. However I had a bad experience a few weeks ago and actually took the time to send #PIzzaHut and email through the pizza hut website with me logged into my account. I got no response so i went back onto the pizza hut website about a week later and sent ANOTHER email to them....I still got ZERO response from after another week. So now I have literally wasted 45 minutes of my time so I will post this publicly at this point since they dont answer. Issue was a deep dish pizza looks like it was way over cooked as it was dry, and toppings sliding off and it was just nasty. I fed it to my dog as no one wanted it. See attached image. I simple asked for them to add points to my account for 1 pizza and NEVER heard back and I routinely order 4-5 pizzas when I order. Very poor customer service and makes me really think I may switch where I order from.
Why do yall keep closing early! You don’t close to 10! It’s 9:30 pm. The staff is just looking at people walk to the door while they stack chairs and clean.
The wait was fine, service was good but the grease level on today's pizza was outrageous I literally had to use napkins to soak it up. Told the manager about it and his only reply is "yeah that's weird, I guess sorry." The waitress even made the statement yeah I touched it that's gross.

Heather hung up the phone on me when my online account wasn't working. I tried ordering online and she continuously repeated the same thing when I asked her a question that was different than what she was answering. I have been using my pizza hut account since high school 2015 and this lady has the audacity to tell me Im not a rewards member, I told her “I don't care what your systems says I have been a member since 2015”
Placed an order online from an email promotion, stating “50% off all menu priced pizzas” ordered Two pizzas and Two Salads. Upon rendering out realized the promotion price wasn’t applied. Called the local store prior to arrival to discuss the discount, I explained my situation to the person who picked up the phone, without saying anything, she placed me on hold and somebody else picked up the phone without introduction. Once again explained the situation for a second time, the Manger states there is nothing they can do. You will have to cancel the order and place a new one. I asked her if there was anything at the store level that could be done, her response was that if the discount didn’t apply, her store does not participate and they can’t do anything at the store level and she proceeded to ask if I wanted to cancel again. My feeling here is that Pizza Hut would rather be wasteful then help a cx with an a obvious glitch in their ordering/POS system. I expressed this same concern and sentiment to the Manager and her maintained response was sorry and that there was nothing she could do, “do you want to cancel”. My intentions were never to cancel but after this interaction and poor experience I did cancel and took my business elsewhere.
Ordered online and I arrived on time. The pizza however was finally brought out to me half an hour later, after I had to call into the store and remind them I was still outside. I was then brought the pizza and told that there was a mistake and that they made me a new pizza, which allegedly took 15 minutes. As I drove away I realized that the pizza was luke warm and that I was not only forgotten but lied to. Thanks Pizza Hut, now I never have to go back to you.
where do I start, first of all costumer service is well under a 1. The young lady didn't know her job and was rude to me for trying to help. Second they will not deliver to Travis ranch. This area is only 4.8 miles away. Are they to good during a time where everybody is really trying to stay open? This is a really big area to say no we won't go there. I will just give my business to someone who values their costumers.
The worst pizza hut I ever eaten at. The ham looks and taste like spam. You order a meat lovers pizza and you can literally count the toppings, horrible experience. And the manager acts like you are taking money out his pocket. All he can say is i'm sorry.
Ate bbq wings yesterday. Been throwing up and having diarrhea since yesterday. I know it's was Pizza Hut because me and daughter was the only one eating them. She's sick as well.

The boneless wings were very undercooked. My chicken still had a lot of pink. Definitely was not white meat very pinkish. Called the store to complain and christina definitely was not helpful just offered me a three dollar credit for my four wings. Plus she even got sassy with me about it. Please save your money. I will not go back to this Pizza Hut location they obviously don't care about their customers health Selling and serving this undercooked chicken. And even my pizza was already cold by time I got home to eat it. This pizza hut does not deserve my business. They Really should work on How a manage this location.
The worst experience I've ever had in a pizza hut. First Issue they burnt my cheese and overcooked my pasta. I asked them to remake my food and they claimed they did. They gave me back the same overcooked pasta. It was so tasteless that we had to throw it away and my cheese was the new garlic cheese sticks but they gave me plain cheese sticks as a replacement. I didn't realize until I got home that it wasn't the right cheese sticks. I was so mad we had to throw the food away and couldn't eat it. I called for a refund no one has called me back yet to refund my money. What a waste. Yes, Pizza Hut I would like my refund.
If I could give a 0 I would. I walked in at 915pm coming from Austin because I work in Austin. Family wanted pizza, the Girl at the front said we’re for carry out and you must go to the drive true to place an order. 1000pm is closing time. In my whole life I’ve never experienced an service like this especially as a former Manager myself with Pizza Hut. I will never ever waste my time to come here again. What has happened to Customer service and caring for our customer especially for the community.
When food delivery reeks of cigarette smoke, it raises health concerns. Although smoking is a personal choice, it's disturbing during food delivery. The potent smell masked the food's aroma, ensuring I'll never use delivery again.
Ordered delivery at 7:00pm. Estimated time of delivery was 8:15. Got an update that food is out for delivery at 7:40pm. It is now 8:55 and no food has been delivered. Not even a phone call or text to tell me the order is delayed. Do I really want to eat food that has sat in a car for over an hour- there was chicken involved…it’s too bad. This location used to be so yummy with such good customer service. Guess I will have to mark it off my pizza order list.
We were advised by one waitress to be seated at a booth. We opted for a table just across for to having an infant in a car seat. We were NOT greeted by another waitress and she asked us what we wanted to drink. I responded with, "Hello, and I'm sorry, I didn't get your name? I don't recall her name because, after receiving the drinks and pizza, she was talking, going back and forth between the 3 tables in front with patrons who happened to be WHITE.
I called to placed a order for delivery, lady kindly took my order and number down, but when it got time to the address she said unfortunately they do not deliver to me due to be out of range they said their range is 8 miles (understandably so) but I tried to explain to her I live literally 4 miles down the street. She still declined. Ok So I tried my luck with Marcos Pizza (6 miles away from me) they were able to make it happen, and thank gosh they did because their magnificent pizza is delish!! Btw.. im in TRAVIS RANCH not Heartland.
Omg avoid this location, the cooks are not practicing sanitation there breaking all kinds of health codes. They’re literally fixing pizza with no gloves this is disgusting. I sat there and watched for 15mins not one person washed there hands, there touching they’re nasty phones and brooms. Also, the worker actually rubbed his nose as if he has allergies then gave a customer a fork and sauce. I will be contacting the food administration someone needs to come as a customer and see how this dirty establishment is ran. How do you treat your customers like this? I ran it by the night manager he’s and older guy he acts as if he didn’t care. I wouldn’t take my dog to eat at this disgusting place check out Mod pizzas there very clean and they wear gloves when preparing your food. I’ll stick to Mod.
Customer service is horrible here. Manager was super rude too! 2-2-26 at 7pm
I placed an online order, received the confirmation and went to pick up my order at the time given through the confirmation. And somehow for the second time my order was not in the system. It’s always something for me at this location. Get my confirmation Everytime, make it to the location where I magically have no order. The one star is for the apologetic, respectful young man in the window. The manager was no help even knowing that I placed the order because the young man told her. She never tried to fix the situation. Everytime I go.
Poor customer service. Manager SARAH got upset because she didn’t know the specials/promotions and assumed I wanted to order take out when I wanted to dine in. Unknowledgeable and useless. Paying customer order from here often never had an issue other than when the pizza was made sloppy due to being too busy.
This is the worse experience I’ve ever had at any fast food parlor, I order for delivery my pizza came smooched or like if the box was drop, on top of this I found a long black hair on a slice I call the restaurant speak to the manager and she said she can refund me but has to pick up the food or remake it and I can exchange it now I have to wait another hour for food that I don’t even trust no more
This is the ole bait n switch. They said they are open and then they said they are not. For dine in. They lost my business today and maybe for months. Update 7-30-22 Ordered on the app. It said to show up in 15 minutes. So I did. They asked me to park at the stall #1. So I did. I waited another 15 minutes. and then I pulled back up to the window. I asked where my order was. She said let me go check. Then she brings out my order. So why did I have to wait an extra 15 minutes? And then bring home lukewarm pizza? Do I blame the management? Or the culture of the employees on shift? This reflects poorly on the company. My review of 1-star stands. This branch of pizza hut is the worst I've ever been to. Needs a new manager NOW. To add insult to injury. They got the order wrong. Lol. This branch is trash. If they are still around next year. I'll give them another chance for redemption. Ugh.
Really Stan ??? Manager tonight tells girl to tell us they are not seating anyone in dining cause there’s not enough staff , wasn’t even busy .. inside . I call to verify as I was really looking forward to pizza .. Stan says yes ! Due to our wait staff is at Prom .. it’s not like we were in a hurry and poor girl lost her tips for the night . Geez!! Went to Mod Forney . Stan !!! Put a closed sign in the front door TO GO ONLY!! Wow!! Saturday night cosedora in dining . Bye ! Pizza Hut 😏🤨 we went Mod pizza 👇
