This was my third time attending a workshop to make a porch pot or table decoration. We were walked through how to assemble, there were plenty of branches and supplies and then we were left on our own to create. Henry checked in on us, offered suggestions and was all around fantastic. Coming to Crazy Daisies has become one of my favorite holiday traditions!
My friend and I were visiting the area for one night and decided to stop in. The owner was extremely kind, and made our night special after our original plans fell through. We had a lot of fun and appreciated the hospitality. The food was phenomenal as well!
My husband and I went to Crazy Daisies for dinner and music last night and we weren’t disappointed. Tim Burns and Ben Scherer played from 6-8 without a break and entertained everyone. Our dinner was delicious. We got the Meatballs with fresh ricotta crostini and a margarita pizza. Everything was so flavorful and it was just the right size portions. We also had the hot mulled cider. One with alcohol and one without. They were the perfect drinks to have on a cool and rainy fall evening. Overall we are very pleased with our visit and can’t wait to go back again.
I love going to crazy dasies! A cute café with lots of beverage and breakfast or lunch options (depending on what time you are there). I love going into the greenhouse with lots of fun houseplants to bring home, pots/all the extras too. In the fall they have a ton of mums and some pumpkins/gourds too. And they have U pick flowers to create your own bouquet for a solid price!
I’ve been to Crazy Daisies since it opened and I’d give it 100 stars if I could! Had a delicious pumpkin margarita along w tomato bisque and a Brie and apple grilled cheese. I’d have it every day if the week if I could they were that delicious. Everyone there is friendly and engaging. It’s a great place.
Crazy Daisies is Amazing❣️ They have fresh and delicious food including vegan and gluten free options. We especially love their pizzas! They have beautiful drinks with fresh edible flowers (cocktails and mocktails). They have local craft beers. They have local musicians, fun crafts including wreath making. They have live plants for your garden and fresh produce and flowers from theirs. They are polite, courteous.... They know their options and if there is any doubt they make sure. We LOVE Crazy Daisies❣️🦋🌻
Had a very enjoyable breakfast on the cafe's porch. You go inside to order. They give you a number to attach to a stand on the table you select, and they deliver your food. While we were there, the owner circulated among the tables to chat with her customers. I ordered a bacon, fried egg, and American cheese breakfast sandwich on Syracuse's famous stretch bread. The bacon was crisp and the bread was nicely toasted and warm. The sandwich included two eggs, so it was quite filling. The decaf coffee had good flavor but was a little bit thin and not very hot. The massive mug it came in may have quickly cooled it down. My wife ordered a breakfast pizza with sausage, scrambled eggs, and two cheeses, mozzarella and cheddar. It was enough for three breakfasts, and very tasty. The view from our table on the porch, combined with a cool breeze, made for a very enjoyable breakfast. As an added benefit, after your meal, you can shop for house plants and outdoor plants from a large selection found in six greenhouses. UPDATE-1: On their second week of holding a Wednesday special dinner menu event, we went to the Garden Cafe for dinner. I had a wonderful chicken scallopini-over-fettuccine dish. It had plenty of flavor from the lemon-butter-caper sauce, chopped artichokes, crispy pancetta, and garnishes of grated cheese and parsley. It came with a salad with fresh ingredients and an excellent balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was a filling meal and I left without sampling one of their tempting desserts. My wife had the mushroom risotto. It was creamy and had an abundant level of umami from the seasoning and plentiful mushrooms. We also appreciated that our mains were served hot. All in all, a great meal. UPDATE-2: Ordered the smashburger for a takeout lunch. Generous amount of meat and great sour pickles.
Great food and drinks and wonderful staff! Family and community atmosphere - always relaxing and fun! We had breakfast yesterday and it was amazing! Have had most of the menu selections and I’ve never been disappointed! Oh and the flowers and plants are phenomenal and you can get great advice and learn so much from the staff so ask questions! And don’t forget the workshops, always have a great time and bring home something beautiful! So fortunate to have Crazy Daisies in our community! And the Old Goats yesterday was an added bonus!
BEST place in town for the most beautiful flowers 🌺 of so many varieties! They offer the very best soil that keeps them thriving right through the fall season. The food and cocktails are delightful. The atmosphere is inviting offering live entertainment quite often. This family friendly and family owned business must be on your list to visit over and over!
I’ve been going here for years, before it became a cafe! The owner and all the family and friends working are personable, positive and friendly. The location provides a great view of the countryside. The cafe itself and the ongoing expansions are just wonderful! Everything I’ve ordered in the cafe is creatively presented and tastes fresh, full of flavor. I’ve seen people visit alone, in groups, on dates. There is a sweet dog or 2 that roam on the property -mostly they are sleeping or following a staff around. The flower accents in certain beverages and dishes are a cute touch! Also love the parties where you can design your own pots — And the flowers throughout are always abundant and beautiful!
It was such a great experience, and such a fun time getting together with friends to make something beautiful. The setup was all that. The staff was attentive and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable in the process and were able to convey that in an easy way to understand. Let's not forget about the cafe. The food was exquisite and the drinks were divine. We for sure will be coming back again. It was such a fun time.
This was a unique place to have breakfast. Guest could choose to eat inside the heated green house nursery or the small indoor Cafe. The menu consist of hot alcoholic drinks or mimosa flights. I chose the mimosa flight and enjoyed the sparkling champagne filled with different flavors. My favorite was the cranberry mimosa. All were outstanding. I ordered the delicious french toast breakfast which consisted of small apples on top and a delicious local maple sugar. Portions were large. We dined on a Saturday morning and the resturant was busy although it did not hinder the excellent service we enjoyed. Order was taken quickly prepared and brought to the table Pronto. Next time we are in the area I would definitely stop in for breakfast. I highly reccommend Crazy daisies.
I have been here twice now and have been extremely satisfied both times! I love that most things are sourced locally, they have a green house and that this is a dog friendly place! I saw dogs there both times And they were all very well behaved, no craziness lol.... both visits I got the cheese board, and omg 🤤 everything was delicious, I especially loves the '2 kids' chive goat cheese, I would buy that to take home! The brie apple board was an absolute hit as well, can't wait to get that again. All the drinks were great and cute and thoughtfully decorated with herbs and pretty flowers. I appreciate the mocktail menu as well, love when places have these.. one of the days I went was Sunday and they had a different menu than during the week, it was artisan pizzas, I'm not a huge fan of artisan pizzas but the garlic one we had was delicious and had great flavor. We visited the green house after and they were beautiful! Indoor and outdoor plants of all sizes and price ranges. The plants were very healthy and maintained, of course we left with some.... All in all I love this place and will continue to make this a regular spot, highly recommend it!
Our party visited Crazy Daisies for the first time on a hot Saturday afternoon. There was an excellent live band and the atmosphere was comfortable and vibrant. The drinks were unique and fun. The food was fantastic. We really enjoyed the vibe. Highly recommended for a fun time with friends.
