We had a large birthday group for my great nephew 4y/o b-day and he had an absolute blast. The older children, young children and adults all found fun in this environment. We had such a large group that many of our food orders were with incorrect changes that were made to the dinner such as a different sausce than stated on the menu or was cold. So next time we know how to order.... exactly as menu states with extra on the side. Lol

Best family place I experienced so far. All staff were very polite and attentive, drinks were served without even asking. Julian gave us outstanding service, food was excellent and he always made sure we got served. The lady in the front guided us about the games area. Thank you so much, Doll! Whole place even bathrooms clean and neat. Overall, best restaurant service ever. Excellent prices. Everything very affordable. We had so much fun. We'll go again for sure. Outstanding! My 24-year-old son is autistic and had never been to a Dave & Buster's so for Christmas we took advantage of their platinum winter season pass and went to this location. They were amazing The managers Peggy and Michael Moon made the experience so great for him and we're so helpful. We stayed from the time they opened till 11:00 at night and they were so patient and great with my son. This is by far the best location I have ever been to and I've been to quite a few over my travels. I want to thank you so much for making my son's first visit to Dave & Buster's such a great experience.

Absolutely, here's your review without the 7 credits part: --- Our first visit was a total blast! We played for an hour and had so much fun that we bought extra credits after using Groupon. The variety of games suited all ages, and winning prizes at the end just added to the excitement. Every game was up and running, making it a hassle-free experience. For just under $100, it was a fantastic, budget-friendly night out with the family. A must-visit for anyone looking to have fun without breaking the bank!

Sam who is my server has exceptional friendly customer service skills. Ran down the menu, provided options with our menu. Even with the mishaps of purchasing a game card vs game and play Peggy the AGM made everything clear an right! What an amazing team!

This was the first time I went to the Brandon location, and it's huge, in my opinion. I know Orlando's is big but not like this one. Also, the prizes section was a little better than Orlando's some pretty good choices. The games were super fun, especially the Tomb Raider one. The food and drinks are always good! Definitely will be back especially since it's closer.

I went to Dave and Busters this past Sunday with my girlfriend and her brother. The management at this Dave and busters deserve a RAISE!! I spoke with Kylie after there was a situation with ordering drinks and she was the absolute most respectful and nicest manager I have ever spoken to. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Kylie is the heart and sole of dave and busters. I hope I am spelling her name correctly but she is nothing short of amazing.

Came in on a busy Sunday and had an absolute blast. My server was Jessie and Karen the hostess went above and beyond. They both made sure our visit was EXTRAORDINARY! Please give them a pat on the back. Food was wonderful. Place was super clean despite being packed. Definitely will be back.

This was my first time eating here. The food was very fresh and delicious. But the STAR OF THE SHOW was our server, JESSE!! He was attentive, funny, easy to talk to and handled all his tables with ease! Give this man a raise!! He deserves it!!

Took the family for a fun night of casual gaming. We have a 3 and 5 year old who are very spunky little girls that love to round around from game to game (even when they still have about 15 seconds left of play at the game they are moving away from lol....) The 90 minutes unlimited play was an epic choice! Keep in mind you are limited to obly earning 1500 points. They had a blast plus were able to get a rainbow bouncy ball with 250 points left over! Tactically we had one racking up points on a regular game card while the other watched the kiddos run.... respectfully wild lol

We celebrated my son’s 15th birthday and I must say I was highly impressed!! Shout to our waitress Cheyenne for her knowledge of the Dave’s specials and being so kind. HUGE HUGE THANKS to Caterina in the game section. She made my son’s birthday so special and even put a beautiful smile on my nieces face. Thank you all so much ladies and blessing to you both always 💙💙

Pleasantly surprised how good the food was! Had my daughter's birthday party there. Teenagers had a blast. The service was fantastic. Great experience. Was a bit pricey. But worth my sanity of not having a group of teens in my house. Our server Shardah was great.

It had been years since I’ve been to a Dave & Busters but we came for a work event and I was so pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, service was on point, and the game floor was clean and everything was operational. we had so much fun playing, I’m already planning ahead for more gatherings that we can host there.

It was my first visit and it was very enjoyable. There are a lot of games to choose from for all ages. It's a very fun place and the food and drinks are really good as well. I did not visit the restroom but my friend did and she said the restroom was very clean. It is a great place for a family outing, couples outing or to meet up with friends. I will definitely be going back.

I went here for my holiday Christmas party and its nice. I made a chicken salad with the chicken tenders and and the pretzel breadstick was good too. I recently brought my daughter here for a little date and we had a blast. The food was delicious. Especially my daughters buffalo burger, but the food was way overpriced. The margarita alone was 15$ not worth it! I do wish there was more of a variety of games. I don't feel like there was that much, compared to other Dave and Busters I've been to. She really enjoyed the human crane! It does cost 20$ though so just a heads up!

This is the first "free-standing" D&B I have been to...all the others were tucked up into a mall. This place was spacious and nice to be greeted at door by a team member. Fun was had by all ages, from the young to the seasoned patrons. The adult beverages area was nice to sit and enjoy when we were finished getting our games on. Gotta say, the ticket redemption had lots of nice things you could exchange your electronic tickets for.

house so gave it a shot. It was fun playing a variety of games from Mario kart, motorcycle racing, shooting Ghostbusters, and trying a virtual reality game. The VR games was a great experience and so much fun. After we sat and had a drink at their bar/restaurant area and had a snack. Meanwhile the UFC fight was on so was able to watch that. The service was so so. But u don't really need much assistance while there. Plenty of parking.

Always a good time here and a great place to take the kids. The Minecraft game is addictive and the other options are plentiful. The kids pizza is very plain and was NOT good. The hot honey wings, spicy chicken sandwich, and quesadilla is decent.

I've gone to this location several times, but wanted to wait until I had experienced more than just the arcade games before reviewing. Last Sunday night, I went with a friend for dinner. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive and the food was amazing. The only complaint that I have was that it was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation at the table, but in Dave and Busters defense, it was a Sunday night during football season and there was a radio station there playing music. As for the arcade floor, I find the half price games days to be an excellent value, and the games are not too difficult to win some tickets on. The prize counter has an excellent selection of items to choose from. The only problem I've had with the arcade is that I've experienced technical issues with a few games and help is almost non-existent and one time when somebody was passing by, they were very dismissive when I asked for help. In other words, play at your own risk because if a game isn't working but still takes your chips, you've basically just lost some chips and can kiss them goodbye.

It’s definitely a great spot to hang out with friends or family and just have some fun. The food was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. It wasn’t bad by any means — just kind of average compared to how awesome the arcade was. The service was friendly, and everything came out on time, which was nice. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. The arcade is the main reason to go, and it definitely delivers!

Very good collection of games and organized well. Good luck trying to get any food or drinks here. Maybe if you're RL friends with the bartender? The hosts don't actually want to talk to you anymore either. If you need something, they just point and it's DIY. Why them is there still a $3 surcharge on new game cards if I'm doing all the work?

Good food, but portions could have been more for the price, at least in the pasta selections. Games were fun, but could have used more virtual games. There was one and it stayed busy consistently, so was very hard to get a turn.

This was my first time at Dave & Buster’s in many years. Apparently they added a new section, which is quite impressive with TVs across the walls. Our food was delicious. My fiancé had the ribs which tasted like your uncle George just took them off the smoker, I had the wings which were excellent. Fries were good. The only thing was a coleslaw. It just lacked something. It needed more mayo, seasoning or something. They were doing some type of contest and it was kind of loud for a while, but aside from that atmosphere was great. Our server was top-notch.

Came here for the first time with my partner for my birthday. I had never been to a D&B’s and I’ve been wanting to go to an arcade. We ordered food - the chicken potstickers (not pictured since we ate them so fast) were new on the menu and were actually really good. Then on to the nachos that really couldn’t be called nachos if you can tell my the picture. There was a sprinkle of toppings on there. We settled on the salmon to have “something healthy” with the drinks (which were decently good by the way) and the “nachos” we had. Although we both ordered the exact same dish - you can see how different the proportions are. Mine had the seasoning butter conveniently left off and I almost didn’t want to mention it but thankfully my partner did and the waitress brought out my own little small container - which come to find out as the source of seasoning for the entire dish or else it would have been incredibly bland. On the the games - some were non working which is to be expected for machinery. But you had kids running around without regard, grabbing balls and playing games that they had not paid for but were just playing with. We patiently waited when faced with these issues but it’s something to be aware of should you wish to visit. The lady at the prize area was not the nicest when we brought up the issue with our remaining points that we didn’t realize we had a large number of until they told us after we had processed the prize transactions because the number when we checked in the screen was different that what the other clerk saw. Noted for the future but we had to leave because it was entirely too hot with everyone just standing in that prize space with all the lights. Upon arriving and departing, there was heavy police activity right in the parking lot - lights flashing and lots of young adults and kids involved. Seems like the norm there and the teens are just crawling all over this place. Overall a heavy “okay” experience. We’re only going back because of the remaining gift points - may be a better trip during a non-peak time like during the school year and in the dead middle of the week or early as soon as they open. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I just counted it as a loss and never come back to this location. Our visit was on Feb 3rd at 7:30-10:30 approx. we had a reservation.

We recently visited Dave & Buster’s, and while the place looks fun at first glance, the experience didn’t hold up once we got closer. A good number of the arcade machines were either out of order or glitchy, which was disappointing. But the biggest letdown was the restaurant. Despite it being a Thursday and not very busy, we waited a long time just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and clearly not fresh. That’s just not acceptable, especially for a place that should be able to handle casual weekday traffic. There needs to be better oversight when it comes to food quality and service. It felt like no one was really managing what was going on. Disappointing visit overall.

Came here for dinner and we had a dirty table, balloons from a party they recently had all over, and our server checked on the tables around us many times while we got checked on once. Getting their attention to get the bill was impossible. The tables around us arrived after us, got the food before us, and left before us. After 15 minute! I finally agreed with my more than angry girlfriend that we should just get up and find someone. We won’t be eating here again. The food…was pretty good though. So if you don’t mind a dirty table, loud noise (as would be expected), and the possibility of a terrible server, definitely come here. If you have kids? Totally come here. HOWEVER, for a quick bite to eat and some games? Definitely probably worth it.

I have been a few times as a group date, but recently I went with my 5 month old, my twin 2.5 year olds, 4 year old niece and 16 year old brother in law, as well as 5 adults ages 21 through 35. We all had an amazing time besides a few mishaps. I got a drink during their 2nd happy hour later in the evening, however I got one drink and was charged $18. Asked the bartender about this and she said "sorry, prices just went up." To what? If $18 for one drink is a happy hour deal then what the heck is the "normal" Price? Then the giant pad to get your play cards at after 5 seconds kept asking if we were still there not giving us time to read the different ppricing, just the "most chose" option. Which was frustrating. Some games had long lines with no regulation of asking customers to play a few turns and then allow others to play while they get back in line again. Other than that I woul definitely recommend, especially for group outings, orfirst dates, even small birthday parties.

Okay...as one who has been to several D&B locations, this one is sub par by comparison. As a fun night out, yes. It's a fun arcade and the food is good. The food is no where near as good as other locations. The arcade is smaller than other locations, however they have some other cool amenities like the human crane game. I was pretty frustrated to learn that the "unlimited" 90 minutes is not at all unlimited, so be aware of that when you buy it. You are limited on certain games, and you cannot earn more than 1500 tickets in any single day. So if you're good at the games, well, too bad . There's no explanation or description other than "unlimited" and there's no manned desk to ask questions to make sure you choose the right game card package. You are on your own, at a kiosk, and if you have questions then too bad. So, the experience there was a mixed bag for me. If I had never been to any other locations before, I probably would have not known better and maybe would've had a better opinion.

Dave & Buster’s is a fun place with great entertainment and a lively atmosphere. The games and overall experience were enjoyable. However, the food did not meet my expectations for the price. I ordered the crispy chicken tenders, and they were very disappointing, the meat was extremely thin and there was far too much breading. For what is being charged, the food quality should be better. I hope this is something management will take into consideration to improve the overall customer experience.

This was a good option for a date night as long as you just play the games. The man that brought our food out managed to give it to another table next to us which isn’t a big deal mistakes happen, but then after realizing that he did that he decided to pick the food up from in front of some strangers who had it for the last 15-20mins and asked if we would take the food because they didn’t touch it. NO that’s nasty and unprofessional and definitely didn’t need the attitude with it. Other than that one employee our visit was okay games were fun and one of the managers was helpful and polite when we had an issue with one of the games.

Don’t sit at a table, the service isn’t good. The last two times I have been here the food isn’t anything like it was two years ago. The quality is good, but quantity is dismal. The chicken tenders are smaller than my finger and almost all breading. I have been going to D&B for over 20 years and this is isn’t what it used to be.

My boyfriend, who is an over the road truck driver, and I decided to meet up here today and have lunch. He had never been & always wanted to go. While most of the food was AMAZING, his fish & shrimp dinner was not. The fish was meh and the shrimp were breaded & fried past the point of even recognizing the taste. When our server asked us about the food, he was honest. Our server didn’t say a thing. Yes, he did eat it because he was hungry & didn’t eat all day. No, we weren’t looking for it to be taken off the bill ~ the bill was $80, we tipped $30 so again… we weren’t looking for a free meal but it would have been nice if our server said something. I do want to add that our server was GREAT but again, he should have acknowledged what my boyfriend said.

The hosts and waiters weren't welcoming. They were standing around gossiping and looked annoyed when me and my son came to be seated. There was like 2 small families dining but we were taken to a small table that needed to be wiped down. I asked for a booth but was told they were all reserved for a big party. We got the deal that comes with a meal and tickets that was supposed to be like $20 each. We got burgers and fries, my son ordered 1 drink and I had ice water. Our wait for the food was around 45 mins which was weird because the dining area was pretty empty, only us, the 2 familes and then 2 more parties of 2 came after us. The fries on my plate were scarce and both were room temp and limp. The burgers were fine. The waiter barley paid us any mind and others stepped in to help us. Anyways, somehow the bill came out to $78. I didn't feel like dealing with bad attitudes and drama so let that slide AND still tipped. We only got less than 100 tickets each with the deal so we only played games about 30 mins before running out. My son wasn't interested in reloading. We left and went to Outdoor World were we had a better time picking out tumblers and hats than we did at D&B. All in all, it was a bust.

My family & I walked in & were greeted by the lady at the front. We chose to eat before playing & this lady with tattoos, (who I believe is the manager), gave my family an attitude & stated the only place we could sit was at the bar. First, it's inappropriate to not even confirm whether or not a minor is in the family. Second, I would've respected the situation more if she weren't so rude about it. Learn eye contact & empathy. I had my family take our business elsewhere. It's sad because we haven't eaten here in a decade & decided to give it a chance again after our last bad experience. You should really fire her for that attitude. If you're low on staff then hire more workers, or, if it's not in your control then explain. Don't give my family an attitude & not even greet us. I walked out. I will never be coming back for the food.

This place is the worst. Staff is terrible. Management has no idea what’s going on or how to handle issues. Brought my kids to have fun and play games to win tickets and staff couldn’t understand How to explain how there cards work for unlimited game play that doesn’t even award tickets. My kids play games that awards tickets and come to find out they don’t award tickets for unlimited game play. Mangers have no idea can barely explain it all to just say sorry. I would not recommend bringing your kids to this place under the current management.

I brought my child here and did not realize it would be so loud that it was practically deafening. I saw online that they are autism friendly and offer noise canceling headphones to borrow for kids with sensory issues. I asked the play staff and was told very rudely that no they don’t have those. No sorry or anything friendly. The only nice people were the ones at the bar who offered to let us sit in a quieter area to eat.

We were the first ones in when they opened on Feb 23rd, 1 adult who is military, 1 adult, 1 adult with mobility limited, and 2 2yr olds. After we spent $250 dollars we wanted to eat and sit in a booth. The server was Super Rude and said we can only sit at the tables on the back side of the bar as she was the only one working. All the available tables were only high tops. Well the 2 yr olds and the handicapped adult with limited mobility could not sit there. They were not super busy there is no reason that they could not accommodate us to sit in a booth. We will Never go back and I will be sure to spread the word how Rude the server was. It's a disgrace how they treat someone who is handicap and a memeber of the military.

The entire time you are at your table eating your meal the bus person repeatedly stares at you when he is not watching the t.v.'s. This makes you very uncomfortable wondering if there are so many tables why is he just sitting there and not cleaning tables? So extremely loud you need to yell across the table to try and talk to your family while eating all the while loosing your hearing every uncomfortable minute. You order a burger and it falls apart part way through due to a very cheap bun. You have to finish eating it with utensils. You do not get to choose your side. It just comes with fries and so many of them over half get cold sitting on the plate in the extremely cold environment. No bathroom near where you eat. You are forced to endure walking through the extremely loud game area and employees blocking your waybill also trying to avoid rude people running into you. Not at all a good environment! Very cold and unwelcoming!
