Very rude employees, I had an online order and I walked in chipotle everyone just disappeared in the back so no one would be able to take my order. I never wanted to order because my order was already ready wating for me on the shelf.

So I stopped by chipotle for lunch, didn’t have time at work to eat it so I bring it home, warm it up get two bowls out so I could share with my daughters and as I’m eating and almost done, I take a bite and it’s a piece of plastic Through the whole experience off careful check your food. You reach out to the company like they ask... and still don't respond... asking for all kinds of info like i keep the receipt thinking I'm going to have plastic in my food... Horrible ... Really disappointing as it's my daughters fav... Now I let her know they have horrible customer service so we do not go there anymore..... So aside from my first review I tried to give it a try again because my kids love Chipotle the portions when I ordered online we're so small I can't believe it I guess to have a decent portion size for what they charge you have to go in and order or it's very small didn't even sealable once again a horrible experience

There was a hair in my food, I couldn't eat it. Ordered delivery 9 days ago, tried contacting them two times via the website forms, and tried calling the store directly but everything is automated. No one has gotten back to me to make it right and offer a refund.

I’ve never had my food taste so off before coming here. It doesn’t taste like chipotle usually does at all it taste like a cheap off brand chipotle. My bag of chips too had a small corner of chips what is going on at this location this is wildly disappointing chipotle.my only pregnancy craving and I’m so disappointed 😭

Make sure you go in and watch them make it I made the mistake and mobile ordered a regular bowl with chicken, rice, beans, extra cheese and sour cream and received this. It’s literally 70% rice and there’s no cheese or sour cream??? I didn’t mix it either this is it fresh out the bag $13 down the drain 0/10.

This is the second time this has happened through DoorDash. They are the same burrito besides rice and lettuce. You’d think that you’d get a little more of something else like the beans to make the burritos look even ? Never ordering from her again. Highly disappointed. The meat is also fatty and chewy. Tried calling and can’t even call and make a complaint.

Just ordered here from DoorDash. Ordered steak and double chicken and only got double chicken. The sticker actually says the correct order but the sharpied message says “no steak” absolutely ridiculous. See photos.

bro they gave me the wrong bag j think its like extra small or something bc they js shoved my bowl in there, and it didnt fit it made my salsa spill in my bag. because my bowl was in there crooked and it made a hole im the bag. i had to carry it out the store with two hands bc i was scared it woukd fall through the bottom.

Wowww I'm not the only one here. That thinks this is one of the worse Chipotle. 5 year's ago this place was awesome. Now this location must have new management. This place is horrible. It was Sunday. I came in and got my food. Employees didn't welcome or nothing. When I got my food. And started to eat it. There was a piece of hair in the food or sour cream. I drove back and asked for the manager. And when the manager approach me. I informed him what happened. And he just said we'll just remake it for you. And he never said sorry. I got the Popeyes experience. He didn't want to take care of my inconvenience. I lost my lunch time, some gas money, and pay. He didn't care. This location is terrible. Go to a different location. Trust me

I AM LIVID... I ordered a steak quesadilla with sourcream I received 2 tortillas and NOTHING ELSE. I also ordered large queso and chips kids meal with chips and apple juice A steak bowl I RECEIVED none of it. They even told the door dasher they had no chips or guacamole. I spent 35 dollars and received two tortillas in a box. I called the store they hung up on me. I will never ever go to this location ever again. I will also be contacting their corporate office this is INSANE. I am extremely disappointed!! They do not even deserve 1 star..

Is the second time I order them by Uber this store and they don’t put chicken I ordered a chicken salad they just send me rice beans cream how about the chicken for $21. ,, I understand that you are busy but please look what you doing don’t thinking about TickTock thinking about other people don’t be selfish
