Necesitaba unas pizzas de emergencia para el cumple de mi sobrinita y que las llevasen a su clase. Uber no me funciono y marqué y Veronica de sucursal Covadonga se porto MAS que increíble conmigo. Me tomo mi orden por whattsapp, el salon, nombre de la niña y esto casi a media noche ! Ella estaba súper ocupada pero aun asi tomando mi orden en whatsapp, ayudandome a hacer la transferencia ya que estoy en Texas y era para Tanpico, y confirmandome! Me dijo que ella se aseguraba de que mandaran las pizzas los del turno de la mañana a la escuela y NO fallo! Las pizzas llegaron y se logro el pedido a media noche y desde aca. Gracias Vero por ser una súper excelente colaboradora en la Pizota y espero sus jefes lean esto y sepan que Veronica en las noches tiene todo bajo control y su actitud es ejemplar 👌🏼 Por cierto las pizzas ricas !!! deli

I loved that they have 24-hour service. The pizzas are 10 out of 10, but they were a little careless with the delivery. Our pizza was cold.

If you eat in, the service is good, the food is great, and they have good deals. But if you order delivery, they treat you terribly and hang up on you. I tried ordering, but they didn't answer, and if they did, they just talked nonsense and hung up. Honestly, the food is delicious and has good promotions, but the delivery service is absolutely terrible.

The pizza is very good; the flavor, the texture, the perfect amount of cheese—everything was great. We ordered it to go and enjoyed it at home. We were on vacation, and it perfectly satisfied our pizza craving. I highly recommend them.

The best thing is the pizza, and if you're craving something else, the calzone. All the other toppings aren't very flavorful; I've already ordered almost everything. Maybe the mac and cheese is the only decent option. It's definitely not a place to eat in. It's better to order takeout or delivery. The place is small, the chairs aren't comfortable at all, and because it's so small, you'll often find yourself in front of a lot of people trying to use the restroom.

For five adults and one child, I ordered two large one-topping pizzas, both with mozzarella cheese-stuffed crusts ($345); and a calzone ($65). The customer service was friendly; they delivered my order in 40 minutes. Inside the restaurant, there's air conditioning, chairs, and tables where I could wait for my order to arrive. I love the taste of this pizza; I'll be back for more. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the delivery time.

The boneless wings tasted good, as did the portion size. I think the fries that came with them were too few. The reason for the 3 stars is because the pizza was cold. I had to wait half an hour and thought, "They're made to order, that's why it takes so long." But I have a feeling they gave me a pizza from a previous order that had been canceled, and only the boneless wings were freshly made. I saw many employees working, but that didn't make my order any faster. They gave us the wrong sauces. We'll go back because the flavor was good, but we missed out on the full experience because the pizza was cold.

I'm unhappy with the service. I don't know if the person taking the call didn't understand, or the person calling out the order, or the pizza maker just did what he wanted... I ordered a supreme with a mozzarella crust, and they gave me cream cheese instead. Worst of all, they charged me for it with a mozzarella crust. This is the second time they've given me what they wanted. Please take care of those details! Cheers!

I'll share my experience! I ordered delivery from Tampico Express, about an 8-minute walk away. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and made three calls to check if my order had arrived. When it finally did, it was rock cold. The delivery driver apologized, saying the order had gotten lost. Obviously, I returned it and went to the counter myself to order another one. There was no one waiting or anything, and it took me 20 minutes to go back and forth with the pizzas. Obviously, I'm not going back to buy from them. I don't recommend it at all.

I went in with low expectations, but boy, was I disappointed. They take a while to deliver the mac and cheese, which is understandable since it's supposed to be freshly prepared, but the one I received was freezing cold and dry. The potato wedges weren't fried as much as they should have been (they were soggy).

Horrible. Before, the service was good and fast, but now it takes too long, and your order gets cold because it's not delivered until you ask. And the food quality has dropped significantly.

The pizza is good, but the service is too slow. When I went, there was only one person ahead of us and they told us a 20-minute wait, when it was almost an hour and they delivered the order first to someone who arrived much later than us.
