Store #1100263. Sometimes you can just tell when people work hard and go above and beyond what is being asked of them. I had that impression today of Jasmine. If Jasmine is a manager, she needs a raise. If Jasmine is not a manager, she needs to be one. She ran the front and the drive thru line by herself, and still able to tend to the customers requests. If I owned a franchise I would want her leading my team.

This location is by far one of the best Carl’s Jr I’ve been too. The food taste good and hot. Customer service is great. Thank you for your services.

As a 10 year previous manager of a fast food restaurant I can honestly say one of the best customers service I have ever experienced provided from Manager Jessica thank u so much for an amazing dinner and service I will be coming back

If you like Carl's Jr then this one is a good version of them. Not my first choice for burger place but it was convenient today and my breakfast burrito was good enough. The staff was nice and friendly. And the restaurant seemed clean and not busy.

Went to this location for the first time, order the Beyond Meat Burger which was very good. I also order some French and Zucchini fries that were hot and crispy (most of the time it's cold)!!! BTW, the person at the drive thru window named Justin was probably the most nice and politest person that served me at a fast food joint.

Keshav was upset awesome very helpful and I super excited to be helped by him I and definitely will come back to this location

I went around 7pm today. only two people working. That RGM needs to cut his or hers own, hours and hire more people to help. They made my food really great and we’re very polite the whole time, good for them.

The food was amazing, everything about it was very good and the service was excellent the workers repeated my order and made sure that everything was correct. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant was great too the workers were very helpful my food was warm and it tasted good the whole restaurant was great.

I really like this Carl's Jr. They have the real ranch dressing and not just the buttermilk the other Carl's have. The management seems to actually take part of serving us customers by bringing the food and removing the tray when we are finished. Will definitely come back. Thank you guys. ☺☺☺☺☺

I've been to many different Carl's Jr locations and this one is by far the best. The food is always prepared well and specifications are followed to a t. But the real difference maker is the customer service. They're always very kind and helpful, always get my order right and the food is on point! Nancy, who I believe is the store manager is the best. She's always kind to me and my son and always makes sure my order is correct and cooked to perfection. Thanks, guys. We'll be back again soon!

Pretty amazing service, the cashier was an absolute sweetheart. The food, despite being hot, tasted amazing. The Simply Orange was nice and refreshing. The manager seems like an excellent person, and overall, this was probably the best Carl's Jr I've ever been to in my entire life.

This is THE Carl’s I prefer when looking for fast food. The place is clean, they have a varied menu and NANCY always greets us with a smile and ensures our order is correct. She is another reason we go to this Carl’s vs other locations. At Some fast food places, the employees act like they don’t care about you or your order. Nancy repeats my order and asks if everything looks right. A real professional and I hope she stays there since she is a valued employee. Give her a raise!

The manager and the workers were so sweet and helpful. The food was prepared fast and it was fresh. The restaurant is very clean and the staffs are super nice. I highly recommend to stop by and get something to eat.

Currently, at this moment having the best Carl’s Jr experience of my life. It’s been a while but decided to dine in. Ordered the Number 11- Bacon Swiss Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo with fried zucchini substituted for fries. The zucchini was crispy and hot. The house dressing was cool and complemented the zucchini. Saved the sandwich for last and it was still piping hot and delicious. Chicken was hot out of the fryer and crispy, bacon delicious and the lettuce and tomato was cool and crunchy. The bun sealed the deal. At this rate, I may need to stop here more often for lunch.

02/11/2026 I ordered a triple Western bacon cheese burger combo on Uber eats and the fries were not only burned but they're old. The burger was good like always except the fries. This is the second time I recieved an old burned fries. Update: I called them and they were able to answer and it was corrected.

Well, it's a Carl's Jr... The prices are so inconsistent compared to other Carl's Jr. I paid for the same beyond famous star with cheese only $8 the same day somewhere down South closer to San Diego and here it was almost $12.... No high expectations but the burger is great and quick usually. The price difference sucks.

Very good food and service at this location. Of particular note is Guy, our server who was pleasant and thoughtful. Got our order correct, asked the right questions to make it right and did it with a smile. It's so easy these days to just complain about issues or what was wrong, but very few times do we recognize excellence. I think most of us has seen a decline in quality of fast food joints these days. It's nice to see someone take their job seriously and provide great service. I hope that the folks who manage this site take note and give Guy his kudos, he deserves recognition. Knocked off a star because the driveway around this place took some mortar fire and it's in bad shape.

It's clean and there were no people, maybe a few. Actually I went there to try now my favorite "Beyond meat" meatless burger is the best.

Carl's Jr was the same as it has been for 30 years. Just plain whatever.

Don't get me wrong, I've always loved Carl's Jr since I was a kid. Call it inflation or being underpaid or whatever but Carl's costs WAYYY too much money while the food simply isn't as good as it used to be. Just a quick example, Spicy Chicken sandwiches used to be $0.99 and I swear they were bigger. Now they're like $5, 75% of the original size and definitely not as good. Arguably the most overpriced, less-than-worth-the-cost fast food option out there. Do better Carls/Karcher/Hardees.

THEY treated me with respect regardless of if I am homeless or not. Things like that matter aloy to me. They are kind and smile when speaking and it makes me happy to actually see this. Most business around here are serious anti-homeless. They treat us like we are a disease it's really embarrassing for them and the company. Homeless are all different walks of life. You never know ones story so judging someone who has unfortunate events happening could be the difference of what side of the karma scale you tipping. My advice judge everyone equally let them have free will and choose how their scale ⚖️ weighs ya know . Thank you carle jr. Your employees on most all shifts have a genuine welcoming and do make the business and the name a more positive and pleasant place. Very peaceful place to sit and eat too if you dine in. 👍💯

Ah Carl's...food is palatable. Facilities are poor - interior is worn and dated. Parking lot is deteriorated and has potholes. I am not sure if the brand is feasible, as all the restaurants are in similar state.

The signs were off, couldn't tell if they were still open and the drive through guy was really quite rude, rather than offering me options to what I ordered as a drink(tea), he responded with a very off putting "well which one?!". I hadn't known there was 5 or so different flavors. Not the biggest fan of this location.

Please be careful exiting the drive through!!! I hit the island curb leaving which was so embarrassing. Why is that even there!??!?! Serious safety hazard! Thank god I didn’t pop my tire or damage my bumper. Ordered a Diablo burger and asked for no bacon 2 times only to get home and see they put bacon (I don’t eat pork) Will not be coming back to this location. Anyone else ever notice how the bathrooms in just about every Carl's Jr is SOOO MUCH HOTTER than the rest of the restaurant? Theres no a/c vent in the bathroom and it smells like an OUTHOUSE already now with the heat i can just imagine the HIGH 'ppm' of microbes and bacterium in the air. If i cant clean up in your bathroom appropriately then i wont eat in your dinning room. Nothing special about this location. It has the same unpleasant characteristics of the rest. 👎👎

Drive through took forever and I was the only one in line. They got my order wrong and then argued with me that she read my order back to me, even though she didn't. Then said that she would have to charge me the difference of her mistake and that it would take 5 more minutes to get the order right. It already took 10 minutes to get our order already.

Chose the smallest option for combos, but my prices were over the listed values on the digital display menu. To-go order but rude cashier did not provide us with napkins or ketchup. Coke Zero was empty, and ice was very slow. Love the fries usually, but even this location's were less tasty. Never returning to this location and less inclined to support Carl's Jr.

So they took for ever, no big deal. The worst is I got chicken that was chewy gooey. Also the fries were cold like the were sitting for hours no crunch no nothing! Honestly I paid almost 15 dollar for a small combo and a Powerade full of ice. Shame on this carls. And I live only 1 block away so no way the food had time to “get cold”

Bad experience. I bought a Zucchini Burger but there was no beef in it! Why call it a burger if there ain't no beef! Wheres the BEEF!

It was horrible, because they didn't bhave change for a $100 bill . I put it on my card, but the girl who I am sure was the manager treated me as if I was a pest. I asked for eggs and hash browns in the breakfast burrito, but I only had eggs , when I took it back she was rude and in Spanish asked the girl up front to hand the burrito to her to add the hash browns as she was making fun of me in Spanish and laughing with everyone else. She also didn't bring my food to my table as she did for others, she called it out loud. I will never go to the Carl's junior again. This is. Los Angeles not Mexico, at work the only language to speak out loud should be English. I felt very unfortunate.

I ordered TWICE and they messed my order up both times!! I ordered a Beyond Famous Star, vegetarian meat and cheese only. First time they give me a regular burger which I cannot eat. Second time they give me a veggie patty but no cheese. Just a cold veggie patty on a bun. As someone who works in food service and has done so for 6 years I'm appalled by the lack of care and service.

Saying they don't carry items listed on the menu. Out of everything. But if they see you posting a review they will step up there customer service skills

We went into the drive thru. Me and my bud asked for chicken stars, 2 large fries, and a cheeseburger with extra pickles. First, they only put one pickle in the cheeseburger, and the large fries that we asked for, the lady said that they did not have them. We were very upset because less than a week ago we got Carl’s Jr. and they had large fries. The chicken stars they said they did not have! What is the point of Carl’s Jr.’s logo which has a chicken star on it! They do not have chicken stars, then they should change their logo! In a different Carl’s Jr. that we went to we got excellent food and great service, but now i will never eat Carl’s Jr. again! Whoever is also reading this NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

BEWARE!! Terrible customer service 8/9/2020 10:23pm Cashier Irais. The woman handed our drink and as soon as we went over the bump coming out of the drive thru- the cap popped off and we got soda all over the car. We went around the drive thru again and told them what happened. The woman had so much attitude and said that "it could have been from earlier" but we had our cold milkshakes and the receipt from less than 5 minutes ago. She said 1.50 for a refill...I dont remember ever having to pay for a refill. But we paid and asked please can we just have some napkins. She gave us 1 napkin. Come on!! Why so stingy with napkins? We are paying (twice even) customers. She refused to look at the receipt and handed us two more napkins. Shut the little window. So rude for no reason. To top it all off- the refill top was also not on securely!! So it could have spilled all over again!! Bottom line: check your lid, bring your own napkins, and prepare for some serious additude problems. We will NEVER return after being treated so badly. And too bad because we live right down the street.

dec 14 10:23 pm, came here just to use the bathroom (remind you, online and on the front door it says 24 hours) i asked to use the restroom and they said no because its “closed” when there was multiple people going to the bathroom and eating inside!!!

Are they ever going to fix the parking lot? It's been in sad disrepair for years and there's now a pothole so large when you first pull in that it's going to cause damage to lower cars and sedans.

Terrible staff! I went to the drive-thru, then realized later that night that the young male cashier hadn't returned my ATM card. I immediately called, but got their voicemail. I left a message, then called again in the morning. The young lady who answered confirmed that my ATM card was there, but did not apologize for the restaurant's error. She just said, "Yeah, it's here." I went to pick it up later that day. 2 different staff looked for it in several places, including the safe, but could not find it. Another staff member, an older woman, was on break, sitting nearby in the restaurant. She started speaking in Spanish (which I do not speak) to those looking for my card. Then after asking me what time I came to the drive-thru, she said it was not possible that my card wasn't returned because she was the only person working at that time, and she did not serve me. She repeatedly told me there was no young male cashier at that time. She said I must have gone to a different Carl's Jr! I told her I was certain it was this location, and the cashier I spoke to on the phone had confirmed that my card was there. She kept arguing with me while the other staff looked nervous. I asked her if she was calling me a liar. She said no, but repeated that she was the only person working at the drive-thru. In Spanish, one of the other workers told her to call the manager, which she did. After the call someone looked in the safe again, where they found my card! The older lady who had been on break was now behind the counter , standing in front of me. She was still arguing with me, even though I had been proven right! Holding my card up for her to see, I told her that instead of calling me a liar and arguing she should be apologizing! She rolled her eyes and said a weak, "Sorry," then continued to give me attitude! I couldn't believe it! I told her I did not appreciate being treated in such a rude manner, especially after having driven 10 miles to come back for my card, which had already been confirmed by another worker to have been there. She just rolled her eyes and said, "Oh, well." I told her I was going to call Carl's Jr to file a complaint, to which she said, "That's fine, go ahead." I have never been treated so badly by any restaurant or store staff! What happened to training in how to treat a customer?

In the Mexican airport the cashier was on her phone the entire time and got the order all wrong. There was no soda or ice. Luckily the next store allowed us to get drinks. Shameful service etc. We were not the only ones treated poorly. SKIP IT !!!

Ordered Diablo meal deal. Did it all on the application. I got a confirmation via e.ail and on the application. When I got to the window a supposed manager name Rebecca said she didn't get my order. Then she accused me of being a scammer. Then she said my card was probably declined. Even though I showed her confirmation. All the while my food was getting cold and I was getting quite irritated to say the least. I told her maybe their system is flawed. She insisted I canceled the order, even though I showed her 3 times text confirmation that it was supposedly being prepared. At last she gave me my food reluctantly, and said she was going to contact the district manager. What she should have done was apologize for all her banter and accusations, if she was truly a manager. Whatever the problem was, it was poor execution and poor customer relations. I doubt I will frequent this establishment again. Very disappointed 😞

This is the second time now I've gotten the completely wrong order after going through the drive-thru. I'm sure their employees are great people, but the service is 0 for 2 right now. Especially when it was $30 for one combo and a second burger by itself.

Never order hear with the app they at lost when it comes to order online they make you wait. For every on with side i had to knock on the door for me to get my food 🥘 I had to wait longer for my food over 1 hour I cancel my order I will no longer come here and will tell my friends and family

When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I notified the girl that I was picking up the mobile order for Kyle but she made me pull out my phone, open the app and show her the order before she would give me my food which is not something I have ever experienced before. When she did give me my order, the drink was wrong and despite them taking the time to put the little sticker saying "No Onions" on my burger, they didn't actually bother to lift up the top bun and notice the giant stack of onions there.... The girl gave me so much attitude when I asked for my drink to be corrected that I didn't even bother to go back to get a new burger after I noticed the onions. I just gave it to a homeless guy chilling on the corner and vowed to never go back to this dump again. I've experienced some shoddy fast food service in my life but I don't think a restaurant could scrape any closer to the bottom of the barrel with its employment offerings than this Carl's Jr. has.

Not 24hr, the sign on door and google says 24hr drive through but was closed when arrived before 5am. Rating is for posting wrong open close time not for the food.

Asked for everything on the side for the burger.... Lady was uptight and said she only does what the screen says. Then proceed to speak Spanish to her coworkers.... So yeah not good at all.... Next time just do what your paying customer asks... I know so much to ask for.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. Earlier this afternoon I placer an order through the Carl's Jr app. The doordasher never delivered my order and marked it as delivered. I was outside as I instructed the delivery to be handed to me. When the driver refused to answer my calls I called the Carl's location and explained what had happened. The woman on the phone offered to redo the order and drop it off as I am not able to drive due to a medical condition, she said she would deliver it after 3pm today, I called around 2:45, the line rang and rang and no one picked up, I didn't speak to anyone until 3:08pm and after explaining what happened I was hung up on without any response. I tried to call back but they have not picked up So I'm out my money for the meal I paid for and no food that was promised to be delivered

THAT TELLS ME YOU TAKE THE COUPON BUT DONT HONOR THE TERMS ON THE COUPON. IT STATES ON THE COUPON THAT IT DOESN'T EXPIRE TIL O1/26 AND THAT ITS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ON THE COUPON. Food was fine, tasted fresh and how I ordered it. My review is because the manager didn't know how to handle on site staff. They were literally arguing, about to throw blows right behind the counter. I stopped in after a 11hr shift down the street before a 90 min drive home, I wanted to enjoy my meal since I hadn't eaten all day but had to listen to the drama surrounding this work place. Watched another customer stand there for a few minutes as the manager and two girls argued. Go 5 min in any direction and you'll find another location.

Worst Carl's experience ever. Went on a Sunday afternoon, and we were the only car in the parking lot, and no customers were in the restaurant, not a good sign. Only 2 workers there, one taking all the orders, counter and drive-thru, and a cook. Attendant didn't speak good English, we asked for small drink combos, was given and charged for jumbo sizes. Soda machine didn't work, had to order drinks from behind the counter, so we didn't get our drinks until too late to see the mistake she made. Wanted Root Beer, was told they had run out. Utensils, napkins, straws, catchup were not accessible in front of the counter. Napkins, we only got 3 for two people, were thin like tissue paper. Homeless person sitting in middle of parking lot, and one came into the store. Exit road to the street bypassing the the drive through lane was deeply rutted old asphalt roadway in terrible need of repair. This place should be closed down.

Purchased a gift card at the local Ralph’s to keep in my wallet in case I wanted to grab something on my way home and didn’t have cash. Tried to use it on three different occasions and the employees told me that their manager has informed them that they do not accept gift cards. Each time I explained that this was not a promotional card I had been given, but, rather a card that I purchased and that I have confirmed has a balance of $15. In each case, I left my telephone number for the manager to call me, but, of course, I have received exactly ZERO contact. Spoke with customer service by telephone today – – they were very apologetic, but couldn’t help me and gave me yet another telephone number to call. Sigh…

By far the worst fast food service i received; there's a limit to how much ill brush off as human error. The situation is as follows: I pull up to the window; the employee asks if i want to try their tropical lemonade; i say i want it in large with light ice; i then order a 5 piece tenders and a jalapeno double cheese, both a la carte; he asks if i want to add chicken stars and i decline; when i pull to the next window, im charged almost $30 for my order; i ask for a order review and pick up that they added the chicken stars anyway, so i get it removed, but my meal still feels to pricey; im given my food and notice my drink is full of ice and a small fry is in my bag; double checking the receipt, i realize they not only added chicken stars, but also upgraded my a la carte tenders into a meal and made my tropical lemonade a drink upgrade. That means my order price was increased by both the meal and drink upgrades, yet all i get in return is a small fry i never even asked for. That also means that the employee taking my order literally got every aspect of it wrong except the burger; and to top it all off, the fries were bland and unsalted.
