The first time I went there was only one person working and it was excellent, the third time I went there were 4 and none of those four did anything, terrible service
The food is very good and reasonably priced, but their promotions are somewhat chaotic. The staff easily get confused, and you end up missing out, which can make your purchase considerably more expensive. Aside from that, the overall variety is good and the food tastes quite good.

Homeless people come and go from the place, I have nothing against those people but it is true that they leave the bathroom super dirty, I don't let my little daughter go to the bathroom there... anyway I hope something can be done about it.

Terrible service, I wasn't served quickly and the staff were sitting on the floor playing games and the place seemed deserted
Terrible. The guy there, I think he's the manager, has a terrible attitude. We arrived and he got angry as if he didn't like people coming. They ignore you when you try to order until they feel like it; they don't even say good afternoon. They wouldn't let me order anything extra, even though there's a sign that says you can add whatever you want, obviously at an extra cost. SUBWAY, pay attention to your Tecate branch. I wasn't the only one; there were other people and the treatment was the same.
The toaster doesn't work and they tell you everything will be cold, so why are they even open? 😒
Terrible service. I went for a Subway and they didn't have any bread. How can they run out of bread if all they sell are sandwiches? 🤦🤦 And other times when I haven't been there, they haven't had all the different types of bread.
Terrible service! They brought me an incomplete order and charged me a lot of money! Awful!!! 😡😡😡
