A good place for desserts. The service is good, although it lacks promotions. The ice cream cakes are excellent options for smaller gatherings. The Blizzard will continue to be a winner, in my humble opinion. This place is not recommended for children, as it doesn't have a children's area.

Like any good dairy, it's an excellent option for trying delicious ice cream, and the staff is generally very attentive. However, I must mention that the location is not at all convenient. It's difficult to get to, and if you have to wait in line, you'll be on the street. Needless to say, your ice cream will melt faster than you waited for it. Eating it inside the shop might be a better option than in your car. If that's not possible, I suggest buying something with a cup and spoon.

I found the experience to be very good in terms of the flavors and quality of the ice cream, the staff was very friendly and the place was super cool to enjoy a great ice cream in the company of your loved one, but the only bad thing is that they advertise products that they don't have, which left me very disappointed, but everything else was an excellent place 😊😔😋

We ordered, waited, waited and waited and finally asked what was taking so long and I was told they had to go to the store to buy some bananas. Had I known I would have told them to replace with something else.

Their ice cream and blizzards are really cool and delicious, but when it comes to giving change, no way. I went to buy a blizzard, it cost me 68 pesos, I gave them a 200-peso bill and they didn't have change, I gave them a 100-peso bill too, I had to go get change and when I came back they gave me a dirty look, they didn't offer me an extra scoop of ice cream and they didn't even give me a receipt. What's going on there?

Bad service the girl from the morning shift super bad attitude I went on vacation a month ago and I stopped by with my daughter for some ice cream there were no people just one girl in front of me if cars passed by but not that many it took me exactly 38 minutes to get my ice cream I ordered two mango ones and look what they gave to the girl who walked in front of me and no more I looked they didn't do anything special the girl who served me had a bad attitude and everything. I told her hey I ordered a while ago and they haven't given me any and she answered me in a moment after that I had to tell the other girl again, a very nice chubby girl and she gave it to me quickly... I really felt like I was being made fun of by the cashier with her shitty face with the attitude if not who works don't do it alone don't save someone else's day...

Today, Mother's Day 2025, we arrived at the ice cream shop, it was one minute to 11… and they reluctantly opened the door with a sour face (and the sun was blazing). And there was no ice cream… only cakes… and how long does it take…??? Well, we don't know, the machine is barely freezing… since it's their first time doing this, they have no idea how long it takes… I'm guessing they're mothers, and they didn't get the day off because of their terrible service… these days we have to be thankful we have jobs!

Last week we placed an order at the drive-thru and got something I didn't order. Please fix the speakers where orders are placed, because the employees can't hear what you're ordering properly, or they don't pay attention...! 😡😡
