Best Little Caesars experience I’ve ever had! hands down. The Tehachapi location isn’t just a pizza spot, it’s run like a well, oiled machine. The staff is always kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a huge difference. You can tell the manager/owner and her husband really care about the place, everything runs smoothly, the vibe is great, and the service is consistently on point. Fast, friendly, and always solid quality. This location sets the standard. 🍕

I love pizza buttttt this pizza is soooo good. So is the customer service. I always get the 3 meat deep dish. It’s amazing. I love how they give out free cookies to the kids. So nice of them.

Was having trouble getting a coupon to work in the app, the managers came out and helped me until we got it figured out. The food is ALWAYS delicious and always hot. She even gave me free sauce for my trouble. Never had a bad experience at this store.

The owners are wonderful people, very generous and welcoming, and the employees are amazing, I'm not a fan of pizzas, but Little Caesars always will be the one I pick before any other pizzas.

This is based purely on visits these past few months. They have improved tremendously in all aspects. The price is higher as is everywhere. But the quality and service have been great. I placed an order for 29 large pizzas Tuesday for a prompt 11:00am pickup Wednesday, and they had them ready to go on time. No complaints from the crowd who consumed them. I'm hoping they stay on this path.

I had a special request when making an order, so I called ahead to ask if it was even possible. The person I spoke to, I believe the owner, was extremely accommodating and polite. My order was made exactly as I requested at no extra charge, and tasted delicious. I've gone to this location multiple times and never experienced an issue, but felt compelled to review this time around because they went above and beyond my expectations.

Last night I was stuck on the 58 for hours. I pulled into town cold, tired and hungry, it was close to closing time and the boy working was locking up. I pulled up and asked if he was closing and explained to him I just wanted a hot n ready. He opened the door, made my pizza and even brought it out to my car for me when it was ready . Thank you . The pizza was delicious and the service was excellent!

The owner is there most of the time. He is a very sweet and polite man. This pizza is a little more expensive than the chain has their pizzas for, but the customer service is excellent. The has helped me carry out my pizzas to my car and has always been friendly. He mostly hires teenagers to work at his pizza place. They all try really hard to do their best.

Super greasy, cheap and delicious. Kids love it, my wife loves it and I love it. I recommend the stuffed crust, cheese and stixs, and the jalapeno cheese sauce. Order with the mobile app, they notify you when you're pizza is done so you don't have to wait. The people marking this place down need to get over themselves, this isn't a fine dining establishment.

It's little Caesars. It's ok. It's fast food pizza or pizza like food. I like the price point and when you're in a hurry and don't have a huge budget for pizza like Round Table then this is just fine. It works. I mean, how can you beat two toppings for $7.99 deals? Really.

Same ole...the pizza is good for about 6-9 min...once it cools down you might aswell donate it to a homeless person cuz it sucks...cant be re heated there sodas are over priced and the preztzel crust pizza is €$%÷ing terrible!!! But it snowed so it was worth it....will go back(next time it snows)!!

Same ole...the pizza is good for about 6-9 min...once it cools down you might aswell donate it to a homeless person cuz it sucks...cant be re heated there sodas are over priced and the preztzel crust pizza is €$%÷ing terrible!!! This final time I got the wrong pizza, and noticed they were locking up after I picked up my order up (it was 45 minutes from their posted closing time). When I called about the incorrect order after I got home and noticed it, the employee that answered responded "oh, did you want to talk to someone about it?" and then put me on with the manager who then told me they knew they sent me out with the wrong order. They offered a free pizza in the future (since they closed early) or a refund, but it has to be in person. Its honestly comical how poorly run this branch is compared to others. On the plus side, when they do get your order right, the pizza is pretty great for the price. Assuming they get it right.

I had a coupon for a free 🍕 at any Little Cesar's Pizza in Kern County, but apparently this location doesn't "participate". Funny they had a stack of 🍕 advertisement specials that used the same words "available at participating locations". How the heck is someone supposed to know if you're a participating location? I just see it as a way to selectively refuse service. Sometimes a coupon is just a coupon, and why wouldn't you want to participate as long as the coupon is legit? I guess your cook wanted to send a strong message about my free 🍕 that he made an exception for because it was cold and didn't have very many mushrooms or sauce. Pretty slick way to recuperate what you saw as a loss. Sounds a little cheesy to me, when dough and sauce are your cheapest ingredients!

I made an online order thru the website and it said pickup time was 613 to 618. I ordered a custom pizza, Italian bread, 2 crazy bread.....the food did not seem in good quality....it killed our pizza night so I called and asked for a refund and the employee said they don't offer refunds, they can remake the pizza which I didn't want because I lost my appetite of how poor thr quality was....I just want a simple refund.....the employee offered me to speak to the assistant manager.....he spoke to the manager while I was on the phone and not on hold...so I heard him talk bad about me....I wouldn't not have called if my order was hot and actually made fresh......the manager could not offer a refund so he suggested I speak to the owner the next day and I will. I will be posting and update.
